Fantastic experience: Went to get a a crown temporary work replacement done. I’ll be back in two weeks for my new crown Look forward to seeing them again. I am so happy to find a office that caters to your every needs especially mine since I have canceled on them so many days times and they still hung by me waiting patiently to show up. Negative experience: I went for a routine cleaning and it was a disaster. Staff was really rude and unprofessional. Dentist was VERY VERY heavy handed. I had to stop her twice and ask her to go easier on my teeth. She finished in less than 10 minutes which is impossible if you want to have your teeth cleaned properly. Did not polished my teeth after cleaning, so I was left very confused. Definitely will not be going back.

Negative experience: Customer service is terrible, have to pay for everything up front even with PPO dental plan , they said I will get the money back once the insurance pays them. It’s been 5 months and I haven’t got any refund

Negative experience: As other reviews have mentioned, they will try to sell you on fillings you may not need. I had been coming here for a few years and almost every appointment I was being told something was wrong with my teeth, and that I was developing or had developed a cavity. I unfortunately trusted them and got several fillings that in hindsight, I may not have needed. I got deeply suspicious of them after being told that I had developed not one, but THREE cavities since my last cleaning, and that again, I needed fillings. I already had gotten fillings here before several times so something seemed to be up. Thankfully I didn't get the new fillings, and my suspicions were confirmed when I went to a new dentist and was told that I had NO cavities. Don't come here. It's impossible to know if you genuinely have problems with your dental health or if they are trying to scam you into paying for an operation you don't need

Fantastic experience: High quality care from talented professionals who worked together seamlessly. Most importantly for me, they always listened to questions patiently and and always tried to find solutions that worked for me.

Negative experience: First of all this the first and only visit we had with our family was good. The problem with them is they say they take your insurance as coverage and yet they don’t bother to send it to your insurance company. Then almost a year later they call to settle outstanding bills. I call them to give them my insurance information once again so that it can be covered for the whole family, then they do not once again file the claim. Finally after various phone calls they process the claim partially forgetting to add some of my family who also were there at the same time. Finally we get covered by the insurance and I pay the co pay for the remaining balance for all of our family. They now 8months later are once again trying to get more money out of us for a simple cleaning!! Do not go here they are fraudulent!

She took x-rays and did not cut the inside of my mouth and the cleaning that I got was amazing ~Feels so fresh and clean like brand new teeth. She was very gentle and thorough and I felt like I made the right choice going to Bayhill dental

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Bayhill Dental. So far so good. My teeth cleaning went smoothly. We did a consultation and they found a way to save me money by recommending a bridge instead of an implant. Dr. Lina had a great bedside manner and seemed very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Bayhill Dental San Bruno, my local Dentistry place is amazing! Reminders before appointments, flexibility for last minute appointments, and takes my UHC dental insurance. Never wait too long for your appointment (<5 minutes after check in), very affordable wisdom teeth removal (<120$), gentle cleanings and Dr.Garcia is a magician of a Dentist! My wisdom teeth were out so quickly and painlessly I was surprised when it was done, Dr.Garcia is amazing 10/10

These ladies, the doctors, assistants - they are truly amazing. I’m so grateful for them. They’ve fit me in cause they know how bad I need the work done. Dr Garcia (I believe) skips lunch for appointments. I’m truly appreciative of their kindness!!

Negative experience: Im not happy at all with the service because they are charging me for a cleaning even though I have insurance to cover it. Even the cheapest type of insurance cover them 100%. For the first visit they are lovely it after that they are not. They want to remove teeth that are healthy for more money

Dr. Yadav checked my broken tooth and got me scheduled for another appointment to prepare the tooth for a crown later this week. Everyone at the office treated me so kindly and professionally. Negative experience: Hello everyone, this place is literally a fraud, I went for dental treatment, they took 153 dollars from me and without doing anything. The friend at the consultant is a complete disgrace.
