Fantastic experience: Appointment to have an old filling replaced, went extremely well! I always dread needles and the pain from drilling. Dr. Choi’s chair side manner created a very comfortable setting, at the very start of the appointment...and, I never felt the needle—surprised, when he said, he’d already done the injection—and, he’d properly gaged the amount of novocaine, so I didn’t feel the drilling. Fantastic experience: Dr Choi was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule due to an emergency I experienced with an implant crown. The office receptionist was very courteous and helpful in listening to my concerns and communicating with Dr. Choi to arrange my appointment with one days notice. The work was completed the same day and I was very pleased with my experience and outcome of this visit.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Choi's for around 4 years now. First, the staff are so kind, thorough, and friendly! Even when only seeing me twice a year, they remember the conversation we had previously. Whenever I hear my friends or coworkers say "I'm looking for a new dentist", I immediately respond with "MY DENTIST IS AMAZING." Second, this might be my second Google review ever. What made me post this is was I was running 40 minutes late to my 4PM appointment due to traffic. The staff stayed late just to accommodate me and stayed past closing hours. Thank you so much for your flexibility!

Fantastic experience: My entire family is using Dr Choi dental services! He has been tremendous help with my 8 and 10 year old children. I myself have had two major dental issue, a cracked tooth and crown. The ortho care provider onsite is also wonderful for my 8 year old. I could go on and on… Sue is also amazing coordinating all our appt and follow ups seamlessly. I also had my Invisalign process with Dr Choi’s office! Aside from wonderful dentists the customer care is great.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean modern dental office. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rarely have to wait. They can send a reminder for your upcoming appointment. No parking issues with the adjacent parking lot right outside.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough GREAT things about Dr Choi and his dental practice. I had a dental emergency during the Christmas holiday when the office was closed. I reluctantly called Dr. Choi because I didn’t want to disturb his holiday . He answered right away and agreed to meet me at the office the very next day at 9am. I met him the next day and he greeted me with a smile. He was able to fix my tooth and he sent me on my way. Thank you Dr. Choi!

Fantastic experience: Dr Choi was my dentist for several years while I lived in San Mateo. I moved out of State approx 5 yrs ago and have yet to find a dentist I've liked as well as him. He's very knowledgeable, honest and just a kind, great human. This review is long overdue. I'm writing it now because my plan is to go see him soon for some needed dental work. I just haven't met another dentist who compares.... He's worth traveling for!!

Fantastic experience: So I hate going to the dentist. My fear of the dentist has gotten much worse as I've aged. It's the to the point where I must take valium whenever I go. Dr. Choi gets it. He's unflappable even when I jump out of the chair. Gentle Jenny did a great job with my cleaning. They have another dentist who comes in to help with cleanings and she is super gentle and fabulous too. But Dr. Choi is always a pleasure. Sue (the front office manager) is super nice as well. I highly recommend this office.
