Update (Feb 2020): Recently, I had my teeth aligned at Manyak Dental Group with Invisalign. My teeth were very badly misaligned prior to treatment, so much so that I sort of doubted that the treatment would actually work, but... Dr Manyak after careful planning, regular monitoring, and necessary adjustments throughout the course of treatment, successfully aligned my teeth! I'm simply amazed and very happy with the results. I'm also glad I didn't go with some discount/online/by-mail alignment outfit, because there is no way that could come close to matching the care and attention I received from Dr. Manyak and her staff! My rating of 5 stars for the Manyak Dental Group is reaffirmed. If you are looking for a top-of-the-line dentist, look no further than Manyak Dental Group. I'll put my teeth where my mouth is on this one. Also, Jackie is the best hygienist!

In fact, I frequently run into staff members around town—at local restaurants and community events—and I’m always greeted with the same big smiles and friendly hellos. What I appreciate most is the virtually pain-free experience, thanks to their state-of-the-art, 21st-century technology and equipment. The office is modern, efficient, and makes going to the dentist virtually stress-free. When an unscheduled visit is necessary, they do their best to squeeze you in and accommodate your needs. The downtown San Mateo location is another big plus, with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Professional, caring, and genuinely friendly—I’m always happy to recommend Manyak Dental.

They were both very thorough, professional, and caring the whole time. Nicole from the front desk was also very helpful and informative with their overall services along with helping me find the front door. My first ever exposure to Manyak Dental group started with a school presentation over at Baywood Elementary School where I work. Already getting positive vibes from her team during the friendly presentation to the students, I am glad to have proceeded to join their team as another patient knowing that I am in excellent care.

Fantastic experience: I had my regular dental cleaning and check up done today with Jackie. Nicole at the front desk made me comfortable and welcome upon my arrival. Jackie was ready for me and started with a routine oral cancer screening first after a short conversation about my present oral health. I have sensitive teeth, but Jackie was gentle, professional and made me feel relaxed during the whole process of cleaning. She also provided helpful tips for my at-home oral care. I’m always pleased with the results of my regular dental cleaning done by Jackie. Already scheduled my next appointment.

They are always smiling, and they never lose patience when it gets hard to schedule an appointment, even after four dates get rejected! My whole family goes here. It can be on the pricier side, but it never feels like anything is unnecessary nor is the care behind the times. It is well worth the great oral care! After not going to a dentist for an embarrassingly long time, I made a few suggested changes in my oral products and care, and it has made the absolute difference!

They keep pristine records of my dental health records and I have full trust and faith that if there are any problems, they will fix it and if something might become a problem, they monitor it, recheck, and are proactive about preventing issues before it becomes more serious. From what I see the tools they use are state of the art, image capturing, oral cancer screening, saliva testing, the whole 9 yards. Lastly the customer service here is top notch, the front desk staff is super friendly and all around on top of it. They anticipate and know what I’m going to ask before I ask it and I just feel taken care of here. Only the best things to say about the team, doctors, and hygienists here. They initially helped me with a dental emergency (with almost no notice on my part) with extreme care and have maintained that level of kindness, competence and professionalism for the past 13 years. Fantastic experience: Dr Manyak did an amazing job capping my tooth last month. She used a less invasive technique that left more of my healthy tooth structure intact. I believe that she extended the life of that tooth. She began with a precise laser mapping of my existing tooth. This precision allowed me to save money by not forcing me to replace my costly bite plate. So, she preserved more of my naturally strong tooth structure and saved me money! She is also gentle and fast. Her staff are exceptional as well.

Fantastic experience: I went for my cleaning at Manyak Dental Group today. As always you are welcomed the minute you walk in by multiple people with big smiles. The office is always clean and inviting. Jackie is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is gentle, yet thorough. She is so caring and thoughtful as she does an oral health screening and then the teeth cleaning. I love having my teeth cleaned with her. I don’t think anyone has ever taken better care of my mouth than Jackie. The warm scented towel at the end is a great way to finish the appointment. I’ve moved an 1 1/2 hours away, but I still come down to see Jackie.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this dental group for 4 years and their services continue to exceed expectations. The receptionists Roxy and Nicole have always been accommodating when it comes to expenses and finance. If you're on a budget or lack insurance, they WILL work with you. The specialists provide painless examinations and treatments using high end equipment to ensure you're always comfortable. Compared to my previous dentist, the materials they use for fillings and crowns are WAY more robust and even cosmetically pleasing. You get quality here! Dr Manyak and Dr Ray have treated me on multiple occasions and I always leave the chair with a sense of satisfaction. My favorite motto of theirs is "if there's a problem, there's always solutions" which proves how much they genuinely care about their patients.

She patiently answered all of my questions and even used the model teeth and electric toothbrush to demonstrate the proper angle to brush the inside of my teeth. She was efficient but not rushed. The doctor used a cool laser to fill a stained groove on my tooth. Painless and very quick. Great experience!
