Fantastic experience: All of my family have been going to Dr Vilderman for years. She really is an expert dentist. Helped our daughter with her bad juvenile periodontitis, did my crown, my wife's filings.. Clean-up, of course. Rates are reasonable and office is nice and neat. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Vilderman is a brilliant dentist. The first fillings and crowns she did for me was 26 years ago after another dentist out of the country butchered my teeth. Since then I only had one new filling done, the previous ones are all fine and still working great. Dr. Vilderman has the latest equipment and knowledge in dentistry and I confidently send all my friends and family to her. She is also a wonderful person to spend time with and my visits to her always lift my spirits.

Fantastic experience: During the COVID 19 Pandemic I was unable to travel back to the USA for my regular cleaning and checkup. At the first opportunity to travel I was able to make an appointment and get a long awaited check up and cleaning. Everything went well. I had a filling replaced and have further appointments to do a deep cleaning. I’m always satisfied with the treatment I receive from the staff and Dr. Vilderman.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The clinic informed me that they were unable to locate my insurance, even though other clinics have had no issue finding my information and booking appointments smoothly. I even provided all of my insurance details through text message. I was told there might be something wrong with the way my name appears under the insurance. This was surprising, as I have already received treatment at a different clinic a weeks ago without any complications. The experience left me feeling as though I may not be welcome at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental office, good equipment, pleasant personnel. I feel safe in their hands!

Negative experience: Initially it felt nice. Things get complicated after their doctor left for maternity leave without notifying the patient that a new doctor is taking over. Then, when the new doctor (who knows, a female ) did my other deep cleaning, it was left uncleaned. (By 2nd opinion, I took x-ray at another dental office. They see built up after a deep cleaning done for 2 week only) The reception was not straightforward about the cost. They cannot give out good estimates for the patient. They are extremely impatient. They are just unprofessional and charging people extremely high. Crazy. I would give even 0.5 star to them.

Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable, but also an epitome of compassion, warmth and sensitivity. I learned that her dentistry education is from Europe and it really showed as she successfully took on the job on one of my teeth that a few other dentist hesitated about. Fantastic experience: I arrived yesterday at 11.30 for 2 fillings very nervous as usual when I visit the dentists office. Dr Vilderman and her assistant Khatia worked tirelessly for about an hour where they both were clear that my comfort was paramount. I received Nitrous Oxide, I held Khatia's hand until the Dr needed her both hands to help. I am sure I almost dug a hole in her hand I held on so tight but you would have to be God to take away my anxiety. Dr you did achieve working a miracle to make me feel comfortable from the battlefield like noise of the tools grating, digging, grinding, and chipping but it was it was clear to me that making the patient comfortable is paramount to everyone in your office. Dr Vilderman you are a gifted clinician and professional. You have surrounded yourself with an awesome team of staff who are also painted with the same brush. The staff that have worked with me Khatia,, Cristal, Audrey, and your hygienist Vay clearly an angel of mercy are all loving and caring souls. It is clear to me that you love what you do. Fantastic experience: As my first visit, I wanted to arrive extra early to complete the necessary paperwork. It didn’t turn out that way and I arrived only a few minutes before my appointment. Every member of the front staff was expecting me, and greeted me immediately. Lika handed me a set of forms on a good old clipboard with instructions. While filling out information on the forms, signing and dating each one of them, another staff member offered me tea or water. Nicole and Dr. Lam completed my appointment pleasantly with useful encouraging advice. Booking an appointment was a breeze. Receiving messages for reminders was helpful. Scheduling a future appointment was professionally handled by Lika. My suggestion would be to allow patients to complete as much information as permitted online prior to the first appointment. The space for phone numbers, email address, etc. on the paper forms could be expanded to allow enough space for the information requested.
