After reviewing our correspondence, you were never seen at our office due to a failed appointment and a short notice cancellation. Per your last email at your second rescheduled appointment you stated--"Hi sorry this conflicted as well, I won’t show." We informed you well in advance of our cancellation policy so there was no ambiguity. As a small but busy business, we rely on our patients to keep their appointments as we have a dentist, dental assistant, and front office personnel all ready to serve you. We grant our new patients grace for the first cancellation (which we waived the first time for you), but if it occurs more than once, we have to enforce our scheduling policy.

Hello Billy. We value open communication and strive to ensure each patient’s treatment aligns with their priorities and concerns. I’m sorry to hear that you felt your primary concern—treating your fractured tooth—was not prioritized in the way you anticipated.

From our discussions and the notes from both Dr. Sabin and Dr. Minhal, our intention was to provide a thorough, preventive approach to preserve your long-term dental health. Our team recommended addressing both the fractured tooth and the neighboring tooth, which also showed signs of potential issues. We apologize if our approach came across as unclear or misaligned with your expectations.

We reserved an hour & a half for your appointment in the anticipation of treating your tooth which was clear prior to your visit. When you left the office and didn't return without an explanation until after your appointment time was over, it was not appreciated. We treat our patients with proper communication & respect & humbly ask the same in return.
