Fantastic experience: After losing a tooth in an accident, I chose Dr. Jone for a dental implant and couldn’t be happier. The entire process was professional, comfortable, and the final result looks just like my natural tooth.

Fantastic experience: I went to Pacific sky Dental for the first time for a cleaning and exam & I have to say I’m so glad that I found them. Liz was my hygienist and She was excellent. She’s extremely thorough and does a wonderful job of educating her patients about oral hygiene & how it relates to your overall health. After seeing Liz for her extremely thorough exam and cleaning, I was examined by Dr. Ma. Dr. Ma is also extremely thorough and does a great job of including her patients in their treatment plan and explaining it and her reasoning behind it. Ordinarily, when I leave the dentist I feel very overwhelmed and truthfully, I never wanna go back. But I really feel I’m in great hands at Pacific sky Dental, and I trust that I’m not having any treatments done that are unnecessary. I highly recommend this office to anybody who may have anxiety or even dread going to the dentist. I appreciate that they take a conservative approach to care and take things one step at a time. Lastly, the front office staff is very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at this dentist office. My dental hygienist was very gentle and thoroughly cleaned my teeth, so i felt no pain despite having a canker sore on my gum line near the tooth during my appointment. My dentist was also considerate of my gum sensitivity near the canker sore. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the daly city area!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this dental clinic enough for the care and professionalism they showed me during a very stressful dental emergency abroad. I arrived in severe pain and was treated with genuine compassion, patience and honesty from start to finish. The dentist took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain all possible treatment options, and communicate directly with my travel insurer on my behalf regarding emergency treatment coverage. Despite the difficult circumstances, I never felt rushed or dismissed. The team were understanding, supportive and clearly cared about doing what was best for me medically as well as personally during an incredibly stressful situation. What also stood out was their willingness to continue helping me afterwards with supporting documentation and records for my insurance complaint, long after my treatment had finished. That level of care and professionalism is rare. Although losing the tooth was upsetting, I genuinely believe the clinic handled everything with integrity and kindness throughout the entire experience. Thank you again to the entire team — I will always appreciate the support and care you gave me.

Liz and Lupita are both awesome hygienist and take the time to explain things clearly and give you the knowledge you need to do your part to keep your teeth clean day to day. I also got Invisalign with Dr. Jones and I am very happy with my results. When Invisalign alone didn't give me the results I wanted initially, Dr. Jones was able to switch the plan to traditional braces and in 2 months I had my perfect smile! Would highly recommend Pacific Sky Dental.

Fantastic experience: I feel so glad that I found this dentist clinic in Daly City (Very close to San Francisco) a year ago. Each of staffs is friendly and professional, especially dentist Dr. Ma and hygienist Jason! Easy insurance and appointment scheduling. No wait time and always on schedule. The clinic has 6 rooms for patients, and each room is so clean, organized and comfortable. Before and after teeth cleaning, they check my insurance and tell me any costs in details. No surprised cost! Love this place!

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at Pacific Sky Dental for over a year and have had four crowns, one root canal, and several fillings done there. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but I experienced the same side effects two times work was done. Twice, after having crowns installed, I developed severe tooth pain. In both cases, the cause was a dying nerve in an otherwise healthy tooth — the worst pain I’ve ever felt, and it happened twice. I had to visit another dental office for emergency treatment, where two different doctors confirmed that the crowns were poorly installed and likely caused the nerve damage.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jone for a second opinion regarding my gums after an implant placement and the shape of the crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The office was kind enough to fit me in just two days after my request, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Jone is exceptionally knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional. The entire practice appears to be very well organized, with highly competent team members at every level. Negative experience: I had 12 fillings a few years ago. Recently I showed my Xray to my dental friends, they all told me I barely had any cavities and I 100% didn't need 12 fillings. You people ruined my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I found Pacific Sky at 6am on a Saturday as they were the only emergency dental with available appointments and I was having a CRISIS. The staff were incredibly caring and so kind and gentle with me while I was literally crying and wailing through an extraction and infection. Dr Ma was so, so sweet to me. Based on the compassionate, speedy and professional experience - they are now my new dental surgery of choice and I'll be back there in 2 weeks :)

I have pretty bad dental anxiety and they made a typically hard experience much better. The front office staff, the dentists and the assistants were really professional. Positive experience: I give the dentist who saw me, Evelyn, 5 stars, as well as the fact that they are open on Saturday for emergencies as my regular dentist is not. And all the staff were friendly and professional. But 1) the place could really use an upgrade: old carpet, old dental seats, it felt shabby and worn. 2) Before doing the dental work after the exam, they came in to get my credit card which felt insulting. 3)) my main complaint is that they insisted on taking a full head of xrays which I didn't want as I had xrays in March at my dentist and I don't like being exposed to so much radiation. I was only there for one tooth that had a broken filling. They insisted they do this for "all new patients" yet I was only there for an emergency appt.,not to become a new patient. I think they do it because they can bill insurance a bunch of money for unnecessary xrays. I'm sorry I didn't stand up to them more about that.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here! Before the appointment, they sent me a detailed quiz to fill out, which made the check-in process really smooth and saved time at the office. One of the last questions on the quiz asked me to rate my fear of the dentist. Honestly, after their service, I’d say it’s down to a 1. The front desk staff and the dental assistants were really warm and thoughtful, which made me feel comfortable right away. They did a super thorough exam and a deep clean—it’s honestly the best deep clean I’ve ever had. Dentist sent detailed results and follow-up email after my visit too. I’ve already told some of my friends and co-workers about this place, and I’ll definitely be back for my next cleaning. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I booked an appointment on Zocdoc for 1:25pm and I got a call from the office at 1:27pm saying that I am late and they will not have time for the appointment. I told them that I am only running 5 minutes behind so they told me to come in anyways and after getting to the office they told me they will not see me. Arriving 5-10 minutes late is within the margin of safety for a dentist appointments. I would recommend staying far away from this place.

Negative experience: Most of my family have been patients of this dental office before and it was one of the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a root canal and the entire time I was there the dentist was rushing and did not take his time doing the work properly. He would come in to the room and work on my tooth for about 10 minutes before leaving again sometimes unattended and sometime with his assistants. They had to remove part of my tooth before placing a implant into my mouth, but the dentist did not place the implant correctly and it was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. I asked the dentist if he could fix and he told me no because it would go away on its own, but it did not it only got worse. I went back the next day and they noticed they did not do the work properly and had to fix again.

Fantastic experience: I was handled gently by this office’s team, the surgeon Dr. Jone, made sure I was comfortable, and the dental assistant Lupita was SO kind and comforting and really took care of me. She also spoke my native language Spanish and it made me feel at home and cared for ❤️ I cannot stress how much I loved being taken care of by Lupita. I came in because my wisdom tooth was infected, hurting my whole left side of my body and I was able to get all my wisdom teeth extracted TODAY! Everyone that handled my case was so nice, patient, and informative. I am a student so I don’t have a ton of money, and they presented me with a payment plan that took care of my financial situation and my dental situation asap. Coming here for alllll my dental needs!

Candy (thank the stars she is still around) called me to clear the misunderstanding with a trainee and personally ensure that my next experience would be a positive one. I'm so glad she did! My wife and I both had excellent appointments recently. Our dental hygienist, Jason, was experienced, gentle, and communicative. He took over an hour to thoroughly clean our teeth, and he didn't skimp on anything. Our dentist was also professional and gave us helpful recommendations. Overall, it felt like the old days at Pacific Sky Dental, where we felt valued and left the office with a good feeling. Thank you, Candy, Jason, and Pacific Sky Dental! I look forward to working with you in the future. Previous 1 star review: I used to be a loyal customer of Pacific Sky Dental, but I am very disappointed with the service I received recently. - My favorite dentists and dental hygienists, Dr. Alagh and Julia, have left the practice. The replacements are friendly, but they are inexperienced. On one visit, it took 4 tries to get dental X-rays, which are harmful, but the staff couldn't figure it out. - The prices have increased, but the customer support has gotten worse. Candy used to be amazing and very accommodating. We had signed up for the annual plan that includes 2 free cleanings. We made the first cleaning, but due to COVID and travel, we could not make the second cleaning in time. Instead of accommodating us, Pacific Sky Dental is not willing to honor the pre-paid subscription and wants us to pay for the second cleaning. I am very disappointed with the decline in the quality of service at Pacific Sky Dental. I no longer recommend them and will be trying Rockaway Dental.

Negative experience: The first time I scheduled appointment and try to bring all my family (5 people) member with them.but I tried to reschedule because family emergency and they said maybe charge $75 cancellation fee , they didn’t told me when I made appointment and I am new customer , I just moved to their location and they good review but the service terrible and I won’t to do business with them , they lost business if they don’t change service. Fantastic experience: Good service and nice people. They helped me with my wisdom teeth. They were also comforting too. They helped me with the infection in my wisdom teeth. But, with certain medi-cal or medicare services, unfortunately they ignore you and treat you like you're a disease. It's sad but the truth. But 100% recommended it if you have money and good health services.

Fantastic experience: On November 01,2022 I visited Pacific Sky Dental for my cleaning. Jason was my dental hygienists, he’s very knowledgeable, calm, neat and soft spoken individual. He did a great job on my teeth, very professional. His very honest as well. He told me that my brushing was good but my flossing needs to get better. He told me that I need to go back after six month for routine cleaning. I asked him if I can have impression on my crown on tooth #14. Of course he replied politely. Dr. Chu and other dental assistants came over for measurements. A few minutes later DrJone came over for final inspection. I saved lots of time. I accomplished two things in one visit. Thanks alot

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over a year now and there is usually no wait. I am typically out of the there within the hour. Recently, I had a toothache and they were able to fit me on the schedule for a check up the following day, even on a Saturday. I was also able to get my permanent retainers fixed at no cost even though I didn't get my braces done here! I also went in today to get fitted for new retainers, at a reasonable cost, and they will be ready the following day also. The staff here are always friendly and I never have to worry about parking when coming here. No complaints at all, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am a first time patient and went in for emergency service. They were able to see me at 7am, explained everything to me, took thorough X-rays. all the staff was very polite, courteous and informational. I don't have insurance so the office assistant helped me to know what options are available and helped me figure out a payment plan. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chin was the most recent dentist I met last week, and her professionalism embodies the service and care that Pacific Sky Dental provides to their patients. She was caring, funny, and knowledgeable when I asked her to explain the procedure i was undergoing.
