Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Falling Creek Dental. The entire staff is so friendly, professional and helpful. They make you feel like family from the second you walk in. And Dr. G is wonderful. Years and years of experience and put me at ease instantly with his warm and genuine bedside manner. Fantastic experience: Today I experienced a "next level" dentistry experience. From the front of the house to the back, this is a varsity team. Reception warmly welcomed me, and remained engaged during my visit. My hygienist expertly prepared my case for Dr. Goeckeritz, and together they worked with impressive choreography on fillings to repair large chips in two of my teeth. Dr. Goeckeritz patiently educated me on options for my future dental health. In addition, the office has clearly invested in state-of-art technology. I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

Fantastic experience: I recently switched my dentist, and I could not be more pleased with my experience at Falling Creek Dental. I love their advanced technology and thorough patient care. My regular cleaning was a great experience, and when I returned for a follow up visit to address a cavity, the experience was fantastic. Dr. Goeckeritz “Dr. G”, did an exceptional job. The procedure was quick, precise, and completely comfortable from start to finish. I was especially impressed with being able to see what is happening with my teeth and better understand my overall dental health. Negative experience: Do not go to this office. Their cancel policy is harsh and unfair. I had the flu my first appointment and then for the second appointment I had a death in the family. I gave them 24 hours notice on the death in the family. but they are still charging me a $150 cancel fee. I called to explain my situation twice and they will not budge. I tried to explain my situation but they have no compassion and refuse to help me. When I told them I would come on here to let others know about their awful policies, she said I was threatening her. Ive never been more offended in my life. I want everyone to know how uncaring this office is. Do not go. Stand up and let these people know they cannot bully people like this. Update: I've been trying to work them to fix a prior authorization. All they need to do is go online and click one button but they will not. I've had to get my insurance involved. Again, do not go here. They are rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I am finishing up my Invisalign with Dr. G. He is the man!! Every time I am in there- it is quick and painless and I'm out the door with everything done that I need. If you need a dentist.... this place deserves 6 STARS. The office Manager Megan is the nicest person on the planet and answers all of my questions. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello and I feel like family when I'm there.

Negative experience: Amendment to Falling Creek Dental’s Response: Your claim that I was “never seen at your practice” is false. I was seen at your office recently. I’m more than willing to provide verification—including the appointment date, the name of the hygienist who saw me, and the receptionist who discussed the fees. I can also upload the paperwork your office gave me, which outlines the charges in question. Suggesting that I must not have been a patient simply because my Google profile shows an out-of-state location, or because I’ve left other critical reviews, is deflection—not a defense. Your claim about how many 1-star reviews I've given is also inaccurate. Regardless, whether or not this email address is in your records doesn’t negate that I was there, in your office, as a patient. Your attempt to discredit my experience based on review history instead of addressing the actual concern—your practice’s billing tactics—only reinforces the issue I raised: a lack of accountability and transparency. Whether you choose to acknowledge it or not, the concerns I raised have been submitted to the appropriate state authorities for review. Medicaid billing practices are not a matter of opinion—they're regulated, and double billing is serious. Instead of dismissing valid feedback, perhaps focus on ensuring your policies align with ethical billing practices and that patients—especially those on Medicaid—aren’t left to absorb hidden or inappropriate costs. Orignal Review: I wasted my time at Falling Creek Dental. They say they accept Medicaid—but what they don’t say is that they tack on in-house fees that Medicaid doesn’t cover. Most people on Medicaid can’t afford surprise out-of-pocket costs, but they don’t seem to care. Instead of the fillings being covered like they’re supposed to be, they charge patients extra for “better materials,” even though they’re already billing Medicaid for the procedure. That’s not just unethical—it borders on insurance fraud. If they’re billing Medicaid for amalgam fillings but using composite and charging patients the difference, that’s a serious problem. You can’t bill for one material, provide another, and pass the cost onto the patient. That’s called double billing, and in many cases, it’s illegal. It also makes me wonder: What else are they doing? Are they upcoding procedures or inflating what they bill to insurance to squeeze more money out of the system? I left feeling taken advantage of—and worse, like I’d wasted time I could’ve spent finding a provider who doesn’t pull these tactics. If you’re on Medicaid or any insurance plan where transparency matters, be cautious here.

Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist, Sue is possibly one of my most favorite people in the entire planet. She’s super attentive, very sociable, extremely funny, and a complete joy to be around. At this point when I schedule my dentist appointments I put it in my calendar as “hanging out with Sue.” They’re very thorough there and fun to be around.

The staff is super energetic and will take care of all your dental needs. They are a one stop shop for anything you need. For years I’ve had my cleanings done here, my dental work, my Invisalign, my retainers, whitening. The list goes on and on. Dr G is awesome, the hygienists, the assistants, the front desk staff! My daughter, who was 4 at the time, was suffering from cavities (damn candies) and had previously been to a different dentist who tried to fix 3 cavities and couldn't, even after sedating her. I explained to Dr. Chad, and within the first visit, he fixed the cavities and made such a good impression on my daughter that she was no longer afraid of the dentist. She left wanting to get more work done since it was such a seamless, painless experience for her." Olivia wants to thank the staff and Dr. Chad!

Positive experience: Service was great. Quick and easy. I chipped my tooth on a Friday, and I called on Monday because it wasn’t painful. The only reason I took off a star is because the earliest appointment was Wednesday morning.

Fantastic experience: I've only had my initial appointment, but from my first phone call to the follow up email with payment breakdowns, I'm very impressed. The front desk staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. I loved that the dentist and tech put the x rays on the tv screen to talk through them and kept me informed every step. They got me in quickly and are going the extra mile to try to get all my work done before my insurance ends.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the professionalism and care for my feelings and the extra care that was shown in the cleaning of my teeth. They were very friendly and empathetic to my current medical problems. During the cleaning of my teeth I experienced the least discomfort that I have had in several years at the dentist.

They let him watch me go first and get comfortable with the process, explaining each tool, and even let him "help" :) as soon as we left my son asked if we could please go back there, and if he could go first next time. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had as an adult as well. Kind, attentive, and friendly staff. Clean and sanitary space. Scheduling and paperwork all done on my phone made the appointment a breeze. Would 100% recommend for any age!

Their service is nothing less than perfect and showing up at the appointment is like coming home where I feel comfortable and confident with the people around me. They treat me like family.

Fantastic experience: The staff are quick to greet you, warm, and inviting on every visit. For all of our visits, the staff have been prepared and they adhere to the scheduled appointment time. They are also really flexible to my child’s needs to attempt to make him comfortable for the visit. The lobby and procedure areas are very clean! My son also loves that he gets a quarter to use in a machine for a small toy when he’s finished. We would highly recommend them for families!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I found this place. They actually listen to your concerns on everything from cosmetics and pain level to the financial part of everything. I have gone to other dentist because I thought they were a little less expensive. But when I actually compared apples to apples they were about the same in price but Dr. G office experience and work was a million times better than the other places. Dr. G has actually fixed some of the work I have had done at other places. I know I should take care of my teeth better and I am embarrassed. However when I have gone here I have never felt judged once. I recently went in for some work on my right side of my mouth and while I was in the chair I added that my left side was hurting and Dr. G found what was going on right away and was up front and said we may not have time to fix both but he would try and to my surprise he was able to do everything that I needed. Dr. G is vey fast and great at what he does. His staff is amazing as well. They know my name with out even looking it up on the computer. As soon as I walk in I get a welcome Crystal. All the staff takes pride in what they do and it shows. This office could tell me I need $10,000 worth of work that needed to be done and I would never question it. They have always been up front and honest. They even go through the bill with me before they start working so I know what to expect. Most dentist offices do not tell you what you will be paying until the work is done. If you are looking for a great dentist then look no further and make an appointment right away with Dr. G and his staff!

Falling Creek Dental handled the immediate problem, and coordinated with an oral surgeon and orthodontist for me so that I did not have to start with those offices from zero. I really felt like I was being taken care of.
