Fantastic experience: Great staff!! Welcoming and friendly! The office was clean and well kept Hero’s of my night Doc was amazing!

Negative experience: Unfortunate crown experience- I had work done to get a new crown at the riverton location. It all started when they placed my temporary crown that broke within 48 hours while eating a soft avocado of all things. Now I get it’s a temporary and not meant to last 5 years but it didn’t last two days!!! Mind you this was the Sunday before Labor Day so I had to wait until Tuesday to get my tooth fixed(I thought). By this point I already had sensitivity and discomfort from having a half jagged and exposed tooth. So I go into the office on Tuesday expecting them to redo the temporary crown…..instead I get a dental assistant that literally has no idea what she is doing trying to place resin into the broken tooth. The entire time I can see from a mile away that it wasn’t going to work but I was trying to let the experts do what they thought was best. While they cured this hack job of a repair attempt (it was laughable guys) with the UV light I had pain from all of that resin setting into place to which they brushed off as you your tooth was exposed what do you want us to do?? I left the building knowing 100% it would not work, and was hoping for a new temp crown but instead got an attempted repair that broke by the end of my work day! No joke it didn’t last 8 hours. So I made ANOTHER appointment and demanded an actual fix this time. They agreed and after more shots and discomfort I finally got a new temp crown. Fast forward to my 2 week appointment to get the permanent crown which was at 2:30 pm. At 2:06 pm they call me, as I have already left work early to make the appointment and am driving there when I am notified that my permanent crown has not arrived. They gave me a 24 minute notice that my crown would be another week out. I understand the lab is out of their control but a 24 minute notice is wild. Fast forward to 3 weeks. I get my crown placed finally. I have already prepaid everything for the crown with the expected amount after insurance. Well after I got my crown placed I was notified that I owed another $17. After missing work for multiple appointments and wasting my time on multiple occasions I was baffled that they had the audacity to ask me for another 17 bucks. I explained to them the hassle they caused and how it wasn’t a good experience and they literally did not care. Avoid this local chain dentist, they have too many locations now and have outgrown to become a money maker corporate machine. You are truly just a number at this place, please find a local dentist that owns their practice and actually cares if their service was below standards. This place only sees money

Fantastic experience: I truly do not have words to express the overall care and proficiency and professionalism this office carries towards helping you walk out knowing that you are being taken care of, in the highest regard. I walked out almost in tears, of happiness knowing for the first time in a long time I was being looked after with optimum regard. My Dentist Juan, such a gentleman and transparent in his practice. Grateful am to be getting everything done in a timely manner.

I have Medicaid and they were very thorough in telling me what would be covered and what wouldn't be covered by my Insurance. I had more work done in one day than I was able to accomplish in the past year honestly and the quality of work was wonderful as well. They definitely went above and beyond to help me out. I Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing any amount of dental care. Thank you again to Dr. Juan and his team for their hard work and care.

I came to this office and was received with a warm welcome and an outstanding group of professionals . They listen to me and got me on the correct treatment. Negative experience: I felt like during the appointment that they were very pushy on trying to get me to do extra things I couldn't afford, which annoyed me. It felt very sales-focused during the appointment from the entire team. Then, they also told me everything would be covered 100% that I didn't pay for during that visit. However, months later I get a bill in the mail that also doesn't make sense. I call and request information. I'm fine paying, but I want to understand what I'm paying for. Obviously. Everyone seems confused on their end. No one can tell me WHAT I was charged for, though, so I am out of money and for why? You are charging me and you should be able to tell me what for. Their your "codes". Why can't you tell me what the "codes" mean? Silly. It makes no sense. I will never go to them again.

Negative experience: The staff was super nice but I am 99% sure I was forgotten about. I was on time for my appointment, waited for a long while to be pulled back, a very long while between the assistant and the hygienist. Then by the time they tried to check me out about 2 and a half hours later the dentist had left. They told me they would call and review my xrays because I declined to reschedule the next day and they never did. Also their notifications before the appointment were incessant and over the top.

Negative experience: Do NOT go to professional dental. Communication is awful and they over charge you for EVERYTHING. Make you pay up front even with double insurance and always changing their story when asking for your money back.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled to have a cleaning and Dr Arbizu took the time to read my medical records and see that I'm on chemo. I did not know that a routine dental cleaning has high risk of infection so he recommended I call my oncologist (while the staff patiently waited) who recommended I not do the cleaning. Dr Arbizu did however look at my x rays and my teeth, had them give me flouride and scheduled a future appt. Very grateful for Dr Arbizu slowing down and showing immense care for my health. That interaction alone earned a long term customer!

Negative experience: Pésima. Fui por un presupuesto, NUNCA ME ATENDÍ; me corrieron la aseguranza y le cobraron. Además, la recepcionista no sabe atender al cliente independientemente de las circunstancias (no es profesional). Pasó 6 meses y ahora me cobran nuevamente. NO LO RECOMIENDO. I went to this office for a dental work estimate, and without providing any treatment, they ran and billed my insurance just for giving me the estimate. On top of that, the front desk staff lacked professionalism and good customer service skills. Now, six months later, I am being billed again for the same issue. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The work atmosphere is incredible from the girls at the reception to the dentists with their assistants. I give them a 10/10 for service and attention. I love that they are open on Fridays and on Wednesdays until late. If you are looking for professionalism and ethics, this office is the best in Riverton.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at this location and was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. However, everyone I encountered was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The assistants took the time to thoroughly explain the various treatment options available to me. The dentist performed an exceptional job, and it was the first time I’ve visited a dentist without experiencing any pain. The assistants provided an outstanding customer experience, and I will definitely be returning

Fantastic experience: I visited for my dental cleaning first time and I really liked it. All the staff members are really helpful and always look cheerful.

Fantastic experience: Had two implants the same day, so I was a little nervous at first. But in the end, I was in and out with in an hour with very little discomfort. The implants procedure was the easiest and best I’ve had so far. Dr Jorge Quitoz and his staff were amazing.

Negative experience: I had root canal done with them in Oct 2024 no problem, receptionist lady suggested I needed xray and cleaning done before end of the year, I specifically told her "I had a lot of dental work done this year I don't think insurance would cover", but she insisted it would fine. So, I had xray and cleaning done in Dec 2024 2 weeks later later I got bill saying I have to for my xray and cleaning out of pocket because it's not covered by insurance. (Oh they gave me whooping $30 discount) If I was gonna pay for my cleaning and xray out of pocket I wouldn't have get it done. I called in March 2025 spoke to the receptionist explaining the situation they were gonna call me back after discussing it with the office manager. No calls. I called in April no answer and May finally talked to the office manager... she was very rude to me keep highlighting "we gave you discount" yeah $30 discount but charged me full amount for the cleaning and xray. Ughhhhh. So frustrated with them.

Negative experience: I went to this place today and had a bad experience with the girls at the reception… one of them named Maillen arrived 15 minutes late (after they had rescheduled my appointment from 2pm to 3:30pm because according to the doctor he wouldn’t be there) when I finally got there, they couldn’t see my mother knowing it was a small emergency and they said they would give her an appointment for Monday but they couldn’t guarantee that the doctor would be able to see her… for a simple dental filling.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, with behavior that came across as rude and even discriminatory. We had family appointments for four people, and on the day of, the office called to see if we could come in early due to cancellations. I explained that only one of us could arrive earlier, and they agreed. However, when the rest of us arrived at our originally scheduled time, I discovered they had moved one of my appointments up by 30 minutes without notifying me. Because of this unannounced change, I arrived only 12 minutes late—but was immediately told my appointment was canceled. The front desk staff showed no empathy and kept repeating, “Our policy is 10 minutes, and you were 12 minutes late,” without acknowledging that the rescheduling error was on their end. When I tried to explain the situation, they refused to listen, responding in a dismissive and unkind manner. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but some level of courtesy and flexibility—especially when the issue stems from their own scheduling changes—would go a long way in customer service.

Negative experience: Update: Went to other dental got charge for less than 100$ for 2 fillings and I was told the caps were not needed, avoid this dental at all cost, they overcharged so much, also they asked for prepaid which made no sense, moreover I got charged 600$ for 4 teeth of fillings with a decent insurance. You can imagine how much they making from both side. I would call it a scam, avoid this dental!!!!! The service was okay, but they didn't inform me about adding extra procedures, specifically "pulp caps," and charged me for them only at checkout. I wasn't sure if these caps were necessary. To make matters worse, these "extras" were not covered by insurance. I had already paid $200 before the service and had to pay another $200, doubling the price without my awareness. It made me feel scammed. Not recommended!

Negative experience: The pricing is outrageous!!!! $700 for a deep cleaning! It was $150 from the same place just years prior… nice people… but I’m in shock! And I made it clear over the phone what I wanted, and she made it seem like it was $119 and a “little more” if it is “deep cleaning. They should be forth right on the pricing I wouldn’t have drove all the way down just to have my teeth not cleaned at all for $119 visit if they told me it be $700 for a deep cleaning!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fundora and her staff all deserve 5 + stars! This was my first experience at their office and I was a bit nervous about going to a new dentist. I chipped my front tooth and needed to have it repaired ASAP. Dr. Fundora was able to fit me in the same week I called. She was meticulous in repairing the chipped tooth and matching the color. It looks as natural as can be. She and her highly trained assistant work well together. I've been looking for a new dentist and am very pleased to have found Dr. Fundora.
