Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! Explained everything so great, it was super chill and I’m super happy with my results!

Fantastic experience: Always great results and pleasant technicians! Highly recommend! A variety of locations is very useful as well.

Positive experience: Update to review: I received a personal text from the owner outlining a clear action plan to address these issues for future clients and offering to retreat and partially refund us. That level of follow-up and accountability is truly excellent customer service! Changing from 2 stars to 4 to reflect that effort to make it right. My daughter and I came in for teeth whitening. She lightened three shades and I lightened one shade, so we did see some results. However, there were two significant issues that impacted our experience. First, we both developed painful blisters on our gums during the treatment. When this was addressed, the technician told my daughter she wasn’t swallowing her saliva quickly enough and told me I had my mouth open too wide, when she initially told me to open wider. It felt uncomfortable to have the outcome attributed to us rather than handled with concern or accountability. Second, at the conclusion of the service, she directly asked, “Do you want to tip with Venmo or a card?” The request felt presumptive and put us in an awkward position. I found myself searching for the SoftTouch Venmo out of obligation rather than satisfaction, and she then proceeded to text me her personal Venmo information, versus tipping the business. While I did read all of the pre-care instructions which mentioned tipping policy, it did not specify how/where to tip. Regardless, the employee interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. If this were my business, I would want to have a conversation about both client care, professionalism with employees, and making the tipping policy a bit more clear. While we did see some whitening results, the overall experience did not feel aligned with a high standard of service and I likely won’t return due to the service experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time doing professional whitening. I’ve hassled with the goopy trays and had sensitive teeth. My friend recommended trying Soft Touch. I was a little hesitant but was surprised with how well it went. Catie was very meticulous and helpful and explained everything. The cheek retractor thing wasn’t that bad. Maybe a 2/10 annoying. The chair was super comfy. Actually relaxing sitting there listening to a book/music was great! Got 4 shades whiter. My teeth were pretty good to begin with. It got rid of the stains around my gums. My teeth have been sensitive in the past but it wasn’t a problem today. Any minor pain was remedied quickly with Vitamin E oil that did the trick. So no worries. Overall it was a good experience and got me some beautiful teeth! Excited to show off my smile :)

Fantastic experience: Cute little office with super comfy chairs. The service was great. I was happy with the results. There was some sensitivity within about 24 hours after but it wasn’t bad. There are some restrictions before and after the treatment, which I think is standard for whitening treatments. Full disclosure, I was offered a free add on to my treatment if I posted a review. They didn’t specify whether it needed to be positive or negative. I am happy to post this review because it was a great experience.
