Fantastic experience: I made my appointment from a text message with available times. I only waited one minute in the waiting room before I was taken back. We got started, I was told everything she did as she was doing it. I was offered extra services but they weren't pushed at me. I saw the dentist and I was back to my car in less than an hour. Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Nate Lewis after an insurance change and I am glad I did. From the time I walk through the doors, I feel I am in the best place. Lexi in the front is a joy to talk too. His dental hygienists are gentle and clean my teeth completely. Dr. Lewis is just amazing! I had to have extensive work done. In the past I have needed to be put under or on heavy meds to keep me calm. I have not needed any of that with Dr. Lewis. He is gentle and friendly. His whole office is wonderful and I love going there.

The major stuff was to fix what a previous dentist screwed up. I've always found Dr. Lewis to be gentle, helpful, and honest. He'll always fully answer questions and explain what he's doing. Negative experience: The insurance team seems to have missed the fact that my Delta insurance was "out of network", when asked if I should pre-approve the procedure, the office team said no. I was denied coverage. Delta's CS team suggested the team here should have seen this based on my group ID. Thus, I am now an ex-patient.
We sincerely apologize for the stress this caused. While we are in-network with Delta Dental as a Premier provider, your plan had an unusual stipulation that only covers crowns under a PPO contract, even though your other services were covered up this point. As explained, in over 20 years of working with Delta Delta, this is the first time we’ve encountered this limitation. We always strive to help patients navigate insurance and are truly sorry this wasn’t caught ahead of time. Your trust means so much to us, and we wish you the very best moving forward.

Every time I know how much my service will be and how much time it will take. I have not experienced pain and they check often to see if I am still ok. He might not be the closest dentist to us but it doesn’t matter. I wish I had found him 10 years earlier, so that I could have avoided some issues that my previous dentist missed. He’s smart and meticulous! We shouldn’t trust the health of our teeth to anyone else.

My appointment today was so effortless, and easy, no pain, and my mouth and tooth fell back to normal within the hour of leaving his office. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Lewis for a couple of years. His attention to my needs is fantastic. I had an old filling that fell out a few months ago. Dr. Lewis got me in the next morning after my flossing had popped it out and fixed it perfectly. I felt almost no pain during the procedure. I also love the personal attention he gives me. Most other dentists that I have seen leave alot of the work to the hygienists with the dentist only spending a few minutes to check on things. Dr. Lewis spends time with each patient. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Nate C Lewis for about 2 years now and have never looked back. I hated going to other dentists. They were always disorganized, LONG waits (don’t get me started on the waits!), and even one dentist was complaining about his salary while filling one of my cavities (true story!) But not Nate C Lewis! They know me by name/face. They are always super welcoming and the max I’ve waited was 5 minutes. They always get me back quickly and Dr Lewis comes by for my check ups promptly as well. Dr Lewis is always chipper, pleasant and professional! I even had my clear liners (SureSmile) done through Nate C Lewis and I am super happy with the results and the whole process. I also want to shout out the hygienist Anna. She did amazing today! Very thorough and walked me through the process. There was a time when the front desk lady was switched out and there were minor bumps but it seems all have been worked out. All in all, I am very happy with Nate C Lewis! Whatever you all are doing, keep doing it! Thank you for great service and treating people like humans (hard to come by these days). You also provide great quality and put such care into your work. For sure recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection that caused my face to swell up. I was going on 2 days without food or sleep and missing 2 days of work. I called in at 10 am to get on the schedule and they got me in the same day at 1pm! As soon as I got home I fell asleep for hours. I'm finally eating and sleeping now. I know I left a five-star review here like 15 years ago but for some reason it's not up here anymore. I've never had one complaint with Nate or his staff. I'm planning on moving to Idaho and once I do move I will continue driving down here to visit Nate for my dental work, they are that good!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Nate Lewis’s for my dental work for 15 years. He has done all my fillings and a crown on my teeth. He does really great work. He also wants to fix what is causing the problem so the problems don’t come back. He told me my two fillings failed because of grinding in my sleep and recommended a night guard to fix it.

I had a very horrible experience with a dentist that made me never want to go back to any dentist ever again which I didn't for years until I had a dental emergency and I went to see Dr Lewis. They got me in the same day and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Everyone is so friendly from the front desk to the staff in the back area and they all make you feel so comfortable!! And they play good music! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Lewis for about 13 years. I feel comfortable with him as my dentist. Nobody wants to visit a dentist, but a visit to Nates office and experiencing him and his staff at work made it much easier for me. He offers modern state of the art technology. If you need a new cap you will go in one day and leave with a new cap or bridge on the same day. And with great results. You will not have to go back for the permanent cap to placed on another day. I've never had to wait for service more than a few minutes after arriving to the office. I recommend that you give him a chance.

Negative experience: Terrible experience for me. I went into have a crown that came off reset he tried three different times still did not work. Told me I had periodontal disease charged me $800 to clean half of my gums for 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lewis seems to have found his "niche" in the world, enjoys being a dentist, and does a good job of it. I researched him heavily before I was treated and before I referred other family members, and so far, I'm pleased with his work and practice. Unlike so many practices, this one seems to be a busy office, and that's good, so there's less of a chance that unnecessary procedures / treatment will be recommended--not that Dr. Lewis would anyway.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment here this week and I was happily surprised at their comprehensive exam! I've been to several dentists over the years and this has been by far the best first experience of them all. They did a very thorough assessment of each tooth, the gums, bone density, and even noted all the previous work that had been done in my mouth. I'm sure other dentists I've seen or have been aware of these details, but it's never been made so clear as to what was happening, what was being charted, and letting me know everything during the process. I feel extremely confident sticking with Dr. Lewis for a very long time!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone here for 5 years and they have been great. They clean carefully, with special care to any sensitive or irritated spots. They offer a few extras that have helped my teeth, like a laser that kills bacteria along the gumline. It’s upon their recommendation that I got an electric toothbrush, which has done wonders in keeping my bad teeth healthy. And they recommend only necessary fillings/crowns, rather than doing as much as you will agree too. Sincerely a good dental practice as far as I’m concerned!

Fantastic experience: Nate Lewis and the team are very nice to work with and take great care of their patients. Office is always clean and organized. I have been seeing them for a couple years. My wife, however, was not a patient until she had a filling fall out of her molars. The other dentist she had seen was not able to see her for a few days so she called Lewis’s office. Despite not being patient, she was able to get seen same day and had a terrific experience instead of a miserable few days. If you give them a chance, I’m certain they will take great care of you too.
