She even started at a follow-up appointment that she was invested in my care and was excited to do a gold crown for me. Fantastic experience: TLC Denistry is a good place to go if you want your teeth done right with no unnecessary procedures. I've had Dr Roush as my dentist for several years. I've been very happy with the work he does on my teeth. Stephanie the hygienist was also very thorough cleaning my teeth. I will definitely keep going back.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown fall off late on a Sunday night and called Monday morning, they got me right in to get it re-cemented on. They are always super adaptive with my sensitive teeth. Gabi and Dr. Bevan came through and got me taken care of quickly and comfortably.

Fantastic experience: This is a big pretty office with all things modern. Lots of people work there and it doesn't matter who you get, they're all good in my experience. They tell you what they're doing while they're working on you. They make you comfortable with blankets and sunglasses, when needed. Their insurance specialist is excellent and everything is explained up front.

Dr. Roush is outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in the care I’m receiving. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Fotini. She is absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make each visit smooth and stress-free. The entire staff at TLC Dental is welcoming and efficient, but Dr. Roush and Fotini are the reason I keep coming back. Negative experience: They are very disorganized. I went for my 6 months check up and said that I had cavities, from my last appointment. They never said I had that. They never tried fo make an appointment with me and said that the person that did the dentist stuff was fired. But very I unprofessional. Also, disorganized because I checked in and sat down and then they started to call me 10 mins later saying I was late I was like Im in the lobby and you just checked me in.

Negative experience: Be careful they will come at with a bill a year later insisting that you pay or they will go after your credit like you have 1500 in you pocket then the teeth have too much gap in between and you can't eat anything without picking at your teeth because it's not sized correctly never had a problem in 30 years going there till dr hart retired lots of other practices out there try someone else

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an honest, kind and skilled dentist, look no further. Dr. Rousch and his assistant Mary are the best in the business. I have been a patient for over 10 years and cannot say enough about their kindness and quality of work. The environment they create leaves you feeling calm and confident while you are in their chair. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Dr Steven Roush is the best! He is thorough and takes great care of his patients. I love that he is kind and explains everything that he is doing and his recommendations. I also appreciate that he doesn't push for me to have procedures that aren't necessary. The staff at the front desk, the hygenists -- are all very welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: Dr. Roush is awesome! Very skilled, patient, and knowledgeable. We were always happy with the quality of his work as well as the hygienists! Unfortunately, the front desk experience, particularly with Amber, was consistently problematic. Poor follow-ups, repeated billing errors, and appointment scheduling issues. Several people we referred have had the same problems, which has been embarrassing. Over two months ago my mom asked for Dr. Roush to reach out to address these concerns with him directly and has still yet to hear anything back from him or his team. We’ve since moved to another dental practice. It’s disappointing, as the dentist and hygienists are awesome, but dealing with Amber is not worth the headache!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a cleaning followed by some fillings after not going to the dentist for a few years. The entire staff was friendly and professional and the services were as pleasant as possible. Sierra really went above and beyond to help me get thes scheduled, look into insurance coverage so I knew what to expect, and check in on me during the visit to make sure I was comfortable. I will refer everyone here in the future!

They've always had great front desk professionals, very friendly and knowledgeable Hygienists, and Dr. Roush is always welcoming and concerned about his patients' well being. He goes out of his way to explain my dental health in detail and makes sure I understand what he's saying through all the science terms, etc. I also feel he aims to take more natural approaches to dental health first if he can, which can save the patient time, money, and stress. I totally appreciate West Jordan Dental and would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: They’re are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the dental assistants and of course Dr. Bevan. My very old crown came off, they got me in asap and were able to prep me for a new crown and temporary crown that same day. The new crown was created in a little over a week. They made sure my new crown fit perfectly, and they very conscientious that it felt right to me. I would recommend them to anyone that might be looking for a new dentist! Excellent in every way!

Fantastic experience: The office staff are all very kind and helpful. The dental hygienist was super great and shared some tips and tricks with me. I never liked having my teeth clean, but they are so gentle and do a great job that I don’t dread going in. The Dentist is top-notch and has great equipment that he works with that he can show you right away and help you understand what you need to have done if anything. I recommend everyone to his office and even signed my mom up to go in for a check up. If you’re looking for good people, a good practice then they are your people.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this dentist. They like to come to you months after a visit with extra bills and demanding that you pay them. They will say they take your insurance to get you in the door but in reality they may not accept it, costing you more and more money. This isn't just my experience but a few others I have talked to. There are plenty of better practices in town.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Roush for years. I am always seen promptly, I am always treated like a person not just a client and have received excellent care. I have had multiple procedures over the years and have almost always had a good experiences. When ever I have any problems or concerns they are addressed immediately. I have had emergency visits and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr Roush and his staff

Fantastic experience: I am very nervous and particular about where I get dental work because I've had some pretty awful experiences. I am also a major wimp when it comes to the anxiety that a dental visit brings. I have been coming here for a little over a year and have only had a positive experience every time. The dental assistants are really patient and sweet. Everyone has been really patient with me and answering all my questions. I had to move an appointment up recently due to some tooth pain, and my family suggested to me to find anyone that was open but I was dead set on staying with WJD because of how comfortable they make me feel even if that meant waiting a couple days. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This dental office is amazing! It has been a while since I’ve had my teeth looked at, and was extremely nervous going to this appointment. Dr. Roush made it a point to explain everything from examining my x-rays to looking at my teeth. Mary was also fabulous to work with, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. They’ve got a patient for life, and I will be referring my family and friends here as well!

Fantastic experience: I am having some fairly significant work done. Dr.Stowell knows what he is doing and his staff is most helpful and efficient.

Negative experience: Not super happy, the dental hygienist was very aggressive with my cleaning. She poked and jabbed at my gums until they bled several times. I was constantly tasting and swallowing blood, my gums were completely swollen when I left and hurting. I go to the dentist every six months and I floss every day and I’ve never had an assistant do this before.

Positive experience: Dentistry was great but payment policy is not. We have insurance but they wanted payment up front. We prefer to wait until insurance is through settling. We have overpaid in the past and it’s a hassle getting reimbursed. My husband was not happy when required to pay when we have never had to do that before. We will probably have to look for a new dentist if this is now going to be the case: we were not told that before I came in. You would be losing 5 patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is wonderful and really do care for you as an individual. They do not try to push treatments or products on you. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning which I usually dread. But thanks to modern equipment and a skillful dental assistant it was pain free. Everyone that I encountered during the visit was friendly and kind. I won't go as far as saying that it was fun but it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: West Jordan Dental is unlike any practice I’ve been too. Let me sum this up simply… Dr. Roush, and his staff, are not looking for an excuse to charge you as much money as possible. They do their job and they tell you the truth. All I can say is trust! If there’s a problem they have the skills to fix it. If there’s no problem they’ll congratulate you and set the next appointment 6 months out. Not all dentists in Utah can make that claim. West Jordan Dental is the real deal. Dr. Roush and his staff are simply amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Swenson was awesome! He was very kind and personable and even more important - He did a great job on my oral surgery. He explained everything he was going to do and why then answered all of my questions and concerns. He then preformed the procedure quickly and painlessly. I felt complete confidence in his work and two weeks later, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Bevan was so kind and did such good work. I highly recommend coming here! The assistants and hygienist explained to me what they were doing and helped me really understand my dental needs. They are very friendly and like to chat, so plan a few extra minutes for your appointment!

Negative experience: i’m not one to make complaints… but i felt like a last priority for this office this week. called multiple times after feeling like something was not right with my surgical site, and felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. told me to just wait until my original post op appointment. Then finally came to my post op to get my stitches out and sat in the chair for 30 minutes while we could hear all the workers having a birthday party in the break room… even heard someone say “i really need to get into that patient”, and then they continued to talk for another 5 minutes. do better with patient service.. (Dr Swenson who did my surgery was amazing though! so nice and he was very apologetic for the office behavior)
