I was asked multiple times if I had any concerns or needs during my treatment. They did not rush me and were genuinely concerned about my well being. The office is clean and very cute! The technology they use is advanced and modern. Grateful to have found my new dental office!

I’ve been going to see him for 2 years now. He cares for his patience and always makes sure he is doing the best job!! He is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to cozy cabin since May of this year and it’s been nothing but spectacular. From the front desk back it’s been amazing. I am a Veteran so they are always on top communicating with the VA for me making sure I am taken care of! Definitely best dental office I’ve been, great people and service. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went there for almost 2 years and really liked the message that they had about patient comfort. I referred my mother, brother and friend to go there and all three have seen them since. Every single one of them was told they had to get multiple procedures done cavities filled, crowns and laser treatments for gum disease the list goes on. The bills came up to thousands of dollars at the end of it and every single one of them went to get a second opinion at other dentist offices and they all said the work that Cozy Cabin said needed to be done in fact- did not need to be preformed. They went as far as to tell my elderly mother that she could pass away from Peroneal Disease if they didn't do these monthly or bi monthly treatments. My mom came home in tears and fearful- we advised she get a second even third opinion and just as suspected they told her that she didn't have any Peroneal Disease or cavities to be filled. Using FEAR tactics on patients to make money is absolutely disgusting and malpractice. You can claim all you want that you are a "mom and pop" dentist office but clearly are hurting for income if you're making fraudulent claims about patients health. I wouldn't be surprised if there were lawsuits coming in your future.

Fantastic experience: Adolfo is the best dental hygienist I have ever had, he listened all the questions and concerns I asked. He provided excellent care during my procedure. He genuinely cares about patients and does the best care. I highly recommend him. Thank you Adolfo.

They took great care of me and made this the only place I have any desire to come back to when it comes to getting anything done to my teeth. I loved the hospitality this business brought. If you are looking for a dental location, then look no further!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gardois and his entire team do an amazing job. As a dental specialist (endodontist) I see the work of hundreds of dentists in the area and Dr. Gardois is the best. He does such a great job, this is where my kids and I get our dental work done. I was a general dentist for 5 years and could work on my kids myself, but I've seen Dr. Gardois does a better job than I could do, so I bring my kids here. If your looking for a great dental experience, I highly recommend Cozy Cabin.

Negative experience: I went to this place over a year ago when my husband and I first moved in. I decided not to leave a review, but the experience still haunts me and I decided that as the only not 5 star experience, I probably should. I don't like dentists, but found one in Lehi I love, but decided to look around when we moved to Kearns. The name, vibe, and reviews of this dentist office made me hopeful! I went in for a cleaning which was standard and he said I had two cavities. That's fine, I had a few on watch before, so that's seemed right. The day of the filling, was terrible. I'm a redhead so normal numbing lasts all day so we use a different numbing so I'm only numb for a few hours. I have never had issues being numbed and I've been asking for this from offices for over 10 years. He went through 6 vials and after an hour and a half, I still wasn't numb. He even injected the gum directly which made this popping sound that was terrible. Finally, I said I was numb enough that we could try without full numbing. That cavity was filled not fully numb and two hours later. He then told me that the other didn't really need to be done now that he has seen it closer. In addition, since he didn't know me, the guard they put in forced my mouth open too long which aggravated my TMJ. I have never been in tears at a dentist office. So, in summation. He wanted to fill a cavity that didn't need to be filled and couldn't get me numb so filled a cavity without full numbing (not recommended, by the way), and didn't know me well enough to not cause pain in my jaw and mouth. I didn't realize how traumatic it was until I needed a different cavity filled after being pregnant and went to my original dentist. He got me numb, no problem, and that's when I decided to write this review. Be warned, I imagine it may disappear since there's strangely only 5 stars, but this was a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gardois is the ONLY dentist I will ever see!! He is so kind and empathetic, and truly makes your visit the most comfortable experience imaginable. Everyone on the staff is so knowledgeable and kind, the cleanings are efficient and thorough (and they never rip your gums to shreds like other places), and the more invasive procedures are completely painless. I have been so impressed and truly feel like this is the best option for dental work in the entire Salt Lake Valley!

I was given just enough novacaine that I didn't feel a thing and the numbness went away shortly after I left. All of the people there are so nice, I definitely found my forever dentist.

Positive experience: The hygienist who did my cleaning was so aggressive, I've been in pain ever since my appointment 4 days ago. I've been to the dentist every 6 month reliably my entire life and have never had an experience that bad. The entire time she kept blaming me, as if missing a flossing once every few days causes that level of pain. It doesn't. I've never had that much pain during or after a cleaning. I also was honest with the staff and told them I came here to try them because my normal dentist was booked out, and after mentioning that it felt like they were all trying to guilt or force me into staying here. I was honestly shocked with how bad it was, because the reviews were great. I will never recommend this place to anyone. EDIT: I spoke with the team manager and she was so kind and understanding! I raised my review and will consider raising it more after future treatment. I will update this again if things change.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience here. Normally I don't at any dentist. Christine who was my oral hygienist was very careful and receptive to any of my wines or groans while deep cleaning my teeth. The Dr was very professional and up front about what treatment will be required. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The technician who took me back to the room was very polite and made sure I was comfortable prior to any work that was going to be done. 10/10 for me.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was incredible. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by the very kind receptionists. I filled out all my paperwork and was brought to the back immediately. At other dentist offices, it takes like 10 minutes for them to actually come into the room and start on my teeth, but my hygienist, Dominique, started right away. She was so gentle on my teeth, but also very thorough with her work. Probably the best hygienist I've ever had. Dr. Gardois came in and fixed up a chipped tooth. He made sure it was smooth and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience at Cozy Cabin Dental!

Negative experience: They straight up lied to me about accepting my insurance just to get me to come in. At check-in they told me they were actually out of network. (I should have left right then but they assured me that they would write off any difference so it’s almost like I would be in network) They also ignored the reason I needed to come in in the first place and kept pushing me to just do a cleaning (I get I need one but I would have liked to get out of pain first) and that I needed to pay $400+ FOR A CLEANING. No thanks. I have insurance, those are free with my insurance. Just super let down that they lied to me, wasted my time, and am still in pain :(

Fantastic experience: I was referred here from the VA, I was met with an incredible lady that helped me every step of the way Miss Kelsie. She did her due diligence to ensure I was taken care of and confirmed to be seen via the VA. The entire team was immensely helpful, they took very good care of me and my needs, expressed nothing but hospitality and kindness. My dental hygienist was very kind, gentle and bubbly. We maintained a great conversation which had me laughing the entire visit. (Not only be use of the nitrous ) also… they had Netflix on the ceiling! Seinfeld was the optimum choice. The doctor himself was very informative with the future issues I may come across. He was very helpful with referrals to the needs my teeth will need and I found his story to be very inspiring. Thank you to everyone there at The Cozy Cabin. You’re all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I love how understanding the staff are to my fears and needs… honestly been putting off my teeth for some time now, and finally figured it was time to try to fix them. I have a terrible fear of dentists that stems from a horrible experience when I was a kid. But the staff at cozy cabin are caring and understanding with my issues.

I’ve had to take my baby daughter with me a few times and each time they’ve been so patient and nice with her. They’ve even had someone come and carry her around and keep her entertained while I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned. The dentist himself, Dr. Gardois is very nice.

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely amazing. And my cleaning… it was like a mama nurturing her newborn infant toughening my molars and scraping my tusks ever so gently. These ivories needed some polishing and I was afforded the the opportunity to turn the gnashers into pearly white fangs. The is by far the best dental facility I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I have been to so many dentists trying to get my teeth healthy again, and when I say it's been a struggle, that is an understatement. When Cozy Cabin first opened, we decided to give it a try. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. After we figured out the treatment plan, we got started as soon as possible. I am happy to say I have completely finished fixing my teeth and am on track to keep them strong and healthy for the future. None of it would be possible without the amazing staff helping me with payments, scheduling, and helping me not dread the dentists! They do such amazing quality work on my family's teeth and did amazing at fixing the years of subpar work I have gotten from other dentists. They genuinely care so much about their patients. I have never met such amazing people! I have already referred the rest of my family and extended family and will continue to do so with anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Always a great visit at Cozy Cabin Dental. We’ve been coming for over 3 years. I have 3 kids 9, 6 & 4. We’re doing the Healthy Start teeth straightening program with all 3 and have loved all the staff we’ve met along the way. They have gone above and beyond many many times for our kids unique dental needs. That is not an exaggeration. I have been very impressed and blown away at their accommodating us.

They work together well, and it creates a very positive, cozy energy in the cabin.

Fantastic experience: Polite staff, and great help with insurance coverage. Cozy Cabin got my son a sleep appliance that has helped keep his teeth aligned. I am excited one of my kids won’t need braces and I think it is s due to his continued use of the sleep appliance from Cozy cabin.
