I have experienced no lifting or chipping of any kind. I am so excited to work on the strength and length of my nails and get them healthy again! Thank you Michelle❤️ everyone book with her!

Fantastic experience: I had the most magical time at De’Luxe!!!! I am very protective of my hair and have been searching for a stylist who I can put my full trust into and work on my hair with me! The hairstylist Ivy, is just the stylist I’ve been looking for!! She is incredibly sweet, kind, accommodating, patient, gentle, efficient, and SO very talented!!!!!! We did a full balayage on my hair to go brighter and blonde for the summer and based off my dream hair pictures of inspiration I showed her, she made my dreams come true!! I’m in love and obsessed with my hair!!! I love Ivy and will continue to be a forever loyal client!!!!! Book with her if you haven’t already!!!!

Fantastic experience: Lashes & Brows were exactly what i needed. Chloe did an amazing job, super gentle and precise. She knew exactly how to shape my brows and lashes. i'm really happy with how everything turned out, my eyes look way more defined and really enhances my natural shape

What I appreciate most is how she works with my teenager- she really listens and helped her find the exact haircut that makes her feel confident and like herself. It means so much to have someone who makes young people feel seen and comfortable. We always have a great experience with Jeni and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I had a wax of my lip, brows, nose and chin. It was the least painful one I’ve had . I will definitely b coming back again.

Negative experience: I came to this salon about a month ago just to get my dark roots colored and a haircut. The receptionist on the phone told me it would be around $120. When I checked out, it was over $160. I was nine months pregnant at the time and just wanted to leave. Later that night I looked at my receipt, I was overcharged for extra color that I never used. I called the salon told them my story and what happened. The salon owner or the hairstylist never called me back to get things worked out. I won’t be going back. They do not care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: Saw breelyn on Wednesday and she was absolutely AMAZING!! She took the time to listen to my wants and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I left with the most perfect hair cut. We also did a scalp treatment and man oh man did it feel amazing!! It left my hair and scalp feeling 100 times better. I will 100% be coming back and seeing Bree again for all future hair appts!

Negative experience: Yesterday was my wife's birthday, and I wanted to give her a nice gift, so I decided to take her to the salon. I searched online for the best place in my area and that's why I chose this place. Everything looked good online until we arrived for our appointment at 11:00 am. The young lady at the reception gave us a weird look that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was staring at us as if she was wondering what we were doing there. It was a terrible start. My wife decides to stay, and I leave with our kids because, at that moment, all I wanted was to take her somewhere else and never come back. I have been married to my wife for 11 years and I have taken her to countless hair salons in different states and cities in the USA during this time. Never before has she spent 8 long hours like she did here. I left her at 11:00 am and she was ready at 7:00 pm. I thought, "Wow, this place must be really something, special and my wife is going to look spectacular” (more than she already is, of course). However, it wasn't like that. I could tell from her face that she wasn't happy with the results and even less with the experience she had in the last 8 hours. She didn't look bad, but for 8 hours and the expensive cost, it wasn't worth it at all. As a salesperson who works and deals with people every day, I know that having a nice attitude with customers is the number one rule in this business. Without that, it's impossible to succeed. The greeting, taking care of your customers, knowing their needs and wants, showing that it's all about them, being professional, and combining all that with an excellent attitude and positive energy will set you apart. Unfortunately, my wife didn't have that experience at this place on her birthday. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Bree colored my hair and she truly is a miracle worker. Very talented and went above expectations. I really appreciated the time she took to explain things to me and asked me what I thought about my hair before leaving. She took the time to make sure I was totally in love with it. She has such a fun personality and was easy to talk to and ask questions about hair care. I’m seriously obsessed with how it turned out and am totally going to book with her again.

The way she listened to what I hoped for, told me how she believed she could make that hope even better, and executed is exactly why I’ll run back to see her. Finding someone new is tough, but I am SO HAPPY I found her. She knew just how to cut and treat fine hair, something that isn’t easy to do. Very much appreciate Jeni!!!

Negative experience: I wanted my hair and makeup done for my son's wedding. Bree was nice but not very friendly. The makeup I wanted was a more natural look. I have blue eyes she used dark bronze & a black which did not enhance my eyes at all. I had to ask her for blush & even then she didn't use much. No lip color.at all. My hair, I wanted a half up with some lift & the front to lift & feather back. My hair is very straight so I told her it needed something to help hold the curls. She didn't use anything but the curling iron & hairspray. By the time I got back to the hotel room my hair was straight again. I had no time to fix it before the wedding! I should have argued about it there but I had no time & was just so upset about it I just wanted out of there. I had shown her pictures of what I wanted. Seemed like she just wanted to hurry through because she wanted to go home & make hamburgers. I paid $140 for something I could have done myself! Not happy at all !

Fantastic experience: David is an answer to a exceptionally challenging situation. I had colored my hair with 100% henna (no additives) and had lighted it on my own. When I came to David I had 3 times of bright copper orange and hot blond roots. David worked his magic. He spent hours on my hair to color correct it, making certain that no orange was peaking through. He knows his stuff! Friendly, kind, and a pure joy to work with! Now my blond hair looks like I’ve had it all my life. It looks natural and beautiful. Thank you again David!

Positive experience: I went in for a haircut and dye, my bangs turned out uneven and the color was not what I asked for, I wanted to get the bottom of my hair dyed back to black but they left it brown and my highlights are uneven. The hair dresser was rushing the whole time and towards the end she didn’t style my hair and I noticed she was crying. I understand things happen but I was still uncomfortable. I debated whether to post this but I think it’s good to give feedback.

Fantastic experience: Jeni Blanchard saved my hair! After spending 2 years growing my natural grey out, I decided it was time for a change. I went to my usual girl (not at De’Luxe) and it turned red! I absolutely hate red on my hair and I needed to have it redone immediately. Jeni was so accommodating, she got me in the very next day. She had to color it twice due to how much it pulled red. My hair came out EXACTLY the way I wanted it. She was so kind and understanding of how sensitive my head was after the third time processing. Jeni is a talented colorist and stylist. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. De’Luxe bent over backwards to help me out in a pinch.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience at DeLux salon. My hairstylist was Breelyn and she did such a great job with my hair. I was in between deciding what do between my old reddish “box” dye self color job and my natural ash hair color regrowth. I told her what I was thinking and what I liked and she did such a great job giving me a hair dye purely from hearing my dilemmas and my ideas. It’s honestly my favorite hair dye job ever. The place itself was cute and cozy. They even offer drinks and pebble ice!

Negative experience: I wanted to try a new Salon where I felt pampered. I found this salon online not far from my home and was pleased to know they had an appointment in one hour. The receptionist was warm and friendly when I arrived, offered me a drink of water but then disappeared doing inventory it seemed. The posted hours said they were open until 6, my appointment was at 3. After waiting 40 minutes the stylist came to get me. She said are you ready yet. I said yes I've been ready for 40 minutes. She took me to her chair put the smock on and without consulting me about what I wanted took me right to the washing sink. We got back to the chair and she said what do you want. It was very awkward. I told her what I was looking for and she cut. Never ask me my name never really spent time time looking at what she was doing. I just felt like it was a nuisance to her for me to schedule this same day appointment. The whole event took less than 30 minutes. Everyone seemed like they were locking up ready to get out of there for the weekend. I was having a bad day, really needed some pampering. Needless to say I will not be back to this Salon.

Fantastic experience: I loved Deluxe. The inside is beautiful and clean, everyone is so friendly and warm. It was a great place to spend the morning getting my hair done. I have very long hair and lots of it, and Camie did a great job adding beautiful highlights. I love it. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I felt like my haircut was rough and rushed. Not a gentle or relaxing experience like how it normally is at other salons. Comb was ripped through and there was another persons hair wrapped in the brush that was used. The individual who did my waxing was incredibly nice and friendly.

Negative experience: Massage therapist - Heather Welch- texted me the night before trying to reschedule because she had to go to a job interview. Texted me again 15 min before my 2 hour massage was supposed to start to say that traffic was at a stand still. Texted me again and the appt time saying she was now going to be another 35 minutes then that she wasn’t going to make it. My husband scheduled this for my birthday- ON my birthday. The owner called and tried to be accommodating by rescheduling with the other massage therapist but not for a week and a half later with 20% off. Disappointed is an understatement. It ruined my entire birthday. On the other hand, I had a facial the day before and I wish I could give Maddy 20 stars! She was amazing!

Negative experience: Two star review specifically for the nail service. They rush you in and out. My dip powder lasted 7 days…they had a total of 6 colors to choose from. Not the best experience but I have heard the hair salon side is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Shae did a wonderful microblading my eye brows. She explained the whole process and listened to what I wanted. She made sure that I was happy with my eyebrows before beginning the microblading which I appreciated. She made sure that I had some after instructions as well. I absolutely love how my eyebrows turned out!

Fantastic experience: I have had my eyebrows done before a few times from other people but I have never loved them this much! I told Shaelynn what I was looking for and she did exactly what I wanted, made sure I was comfy & kept checking on me throughout. She was easy to talk to which is a plus. Shae is very good at what she does and I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Negative experience: This is a beautiful salon and I expect it is usually fabulous but I had a very disappointing experience. I did not get what I asked for. I realize that color correction is tricky but I wanted shades of gray and silver. Instead I have brown Carmel and blonde. I am growing my hair out but I got the razor to make tons of dry frizzy lengths. One side is longer than the other and even after several deep conditioning treatments it is just ugly and fried. I spent the extra cash and time expecting to leave the salon feeling like a million bucks but sadly I didn’t.

Fantastic experience: Camie does such an amazing job with my hair!! I always leave the salon very happy and satisfied. I’ve been getting my hair done with her for years and she never disappoints. Whether it’s bleaching, styling, cutting. She does it the best:)

Negative experience: I recently got lashes done at this salon by a girl name haylee green and I had to come back in once to have her fix them because I had lashes falling out 4 hours after I got them done. She was super nice and got me back in to fix them. It’s only been a week and most of them have fallen off with no real lashes attach to them. I’m going to have to get a full set again and honestly was a complete waste of my time & money. Will not recommend to anyone to get eyelashes done here.

As I toured De ‘Lux Beauty Lounge with Shelby I noticed how the employees interacted with their customers with a genuine warm smile and eye contact. Shelby answered all of my questions and invited me to come back! I will for sure set up an appointment to pamper myself. :)

Fantastic experience: Christina does very effective massage therapy here. I've had some tricky injuries and she has been able to use her skills to help me get relief in a short period of time. She also listens carefully to problems and feedback for me as a customer and is able to tailor the session for the best results. She gives helpful advice on additional treatments and other remedies to help relieve pain. She knows her stuff! Her sessions are great!

Fantastic experience: I love DeLuxe. I love Heather. She's my girl. My previous stylist quit working after having a baby. It's hard to find a stylist that does short hair well. I don't trust any of them with my haircut. But I had to get it cut. I landed at DeLuxe and will not go anywhere else. If you're looking for a short haircut, Heather is your girl.

I was so nervous both about the process and the result and she took the time to answer my millions of questions, and she did such a great job! I love them! Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at the salon, today. Heather is a great stylist and very sweet. Everyone there was wearing masks, offered me something to drink, and the environment was upbeat. The space, itself, is classy, yet modern with many other fun items to buy (makeup/clothes/product/jewelry). I will definitely be back!

Negative experience: I went here to get my hair cut. The hair stylist dropped the comb she was using on me and then picked it up and used it on my hair... TWICE. She also was incredibly unprofessional. She had made plans to go meet up with someone during my cut, saying she was "taking the cape off" before getting my approval. She also didn't bother telling me her name. For a "deluxe" beauty salon, their stylists are subpar.

She is friendly and gave me tips on how to maintain my hair color after going from dark to blonde. I can tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients, making sure her clients are happy with the results. I will be going back to her.

Fantastic experience: Jessica has done my daughter’s hair twice now and both times she leaves looking amazing! She gets a balayage. Jessica takes her time ensuring it is blended amazingly. She also makes the appointment fun! She is easy to talk to and makes the time go by quickly! The salon itself is clean and relaxing place to be! I highly recommend!

He was so friendly and personable, and he went out of his way to make my experience a good one. Toni was my stylist, and I was SO happy with the color and cut she gave me. It looks amazing!! I was nervous finding a new stylist after so many years, but I just loved her! I am beyond happy to have found her and this salon!

Fantastic experience: I saw Laurie for a facial at the recommendation of a friend. My skin tends toward acne, rosacea, and large pores. Since I started having to wear a mask for my twelve hours shifts as a nurse my skin has turned... not good. My facial was great, but furthermore, she gave me samples of professional skincare to use for a week. I have since bought all the products she recommended. My skin has improved so much in just two weeks! We have another facial scheduled and a series of chemical peels. I can’t wait to see the results after that! The home care products she chose for me make my skin feel so nice, the texture is great, they smell good, and they’re not any more expensive than the stuff you find at Sephora. Just do it!
