Fantastic experience: Welcomed us in with a smile explained all the paperwork to get us started. Very polite while doing all the X-rays and pictures. The doctor came in, introduced himself and then examined my teeth. He was straight forward and explained all the possible problems and which ones we can watch and what may need to be done now.

Negative experience: I found this dental office through Google and was initially very impressed by their 5-star rating, which led me to reach out for more information. I called around 12:30 PM but didn’t get an answer, so I assumed it might be their lunch hour and left a voicemail. Around 1:15 PM, a staff member returned my call, which I appreciated. I explained that I’m looking for a new dentist, wasn’t familiar with the process, and wanted guidance based on the insurance I have. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The staff member was not very kind and didn’t offer any guidance on how to move forward. I felt as though my questions were unwelcome, as if I should have already known the answers. The call ended abruptly with her hanging up, which felt unprofessional. I understand everyone can have off days, but first impressions matter—especially when someone is reaching out for help and information. Based on this experience, I honestly don’t understand how this office has a 5-star rating. I hope they can improve how they communicate with potential new patients, as a more patient and professional approach would make a big difference.

Fantastic experience: My tooth fell out at work around 5pm and Plaza Dental in Vallejo had just closed. I called the emergency line once, left a message, then called back in a panic. Dr. Sean called me back within 10 minutes—look at God . He calmed me down (because I was freaking out!), told me how to keep the area clean and temporarily place the crown, and suggested I visit the Vacaville Dental Studio first thing in the morning. I was seen promptly at 9:15am. Dr. Sepi and Marjorie, the dental assistant, took amazing care of me—cemented the crown and let me know I’ll need a new one soon. They truly saved me; I had a work event, a family gathering, and a birthday to attend, and walking around without a front tooth was not an option. I’m usually a Vallejo Plaza Dental client, but it was great to experience the Vacaville location too. Both offices are consistent—warm, inviting, competent, and effective. I actually started with Dr. Sepi years ago and she’s still wonderful. Between Dr. Sean and Dr. Sepi, you’re in excellent hands. I’ve referred my sister, nephew, and father here, and we’ve never had a complaint. Thank you for many years of excellent care at both locations. Blessings!

Fantastic experience: On looking for a dentist I came across Vacaville Dental Studio which got a top 5/5 rating. On reading some reviews I gave them a call and got booked in surprisingly quickly for my initial appointment. Nicole on reception was very friendly and polite and the place had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Julia did my x rays and again, I felt at ease as she was also very friendly. I found it very interesting when she talked me through some of them. I then met Dr Sean who also had a polite, calm manner to him. I managed to get a cleaning booked in for the next day with Emmy and she was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. All the staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Leaving an update after getting more work done. Still 5⭐️ just had a crown replaced and cavity taken care of. Procedure was quick, painless and smooth. Dr Sepideh is awesome and so is the staff. Everyone here is helpful kind and professional. Really glad I found them.

I woke up with throbbing pain and without an appointment drove to my dentist hoping to get seen early this morning. They saw me right away and took wonderful care of me. I had to be referred to an oral surgeon but they took care of everything so that I was treated and now am home - healing.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, I want commend what an incredible experience I’ve had here. I haven’t had the best experiences in my past with the dentist. To say my previous experiences were traumatic would be putting lightly. Just like trying anything new, I was extremely nervous and anxious. Turned out being a pleasant experience. It actually motivated me to want to take better care of my gums and teeth. Dr. Sean was very thorough in my initial assessment. I knew coming in that I was going to need a lot of work done because it had been 6 years since my last cleaning. It was a very good teaching moment for me and I appreciated the amount of detail he provided. My following appointments were with the registered hygienist, Kelly. The cleaning part was some of the most anxiety filled appointments for me in the past. Let me tell you, that is not the case here at this studio. Kelly is beyond amazing. Her touch is gentle but she’s very meticulous. Definitely 5 star treatment here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency with a crown that had fallen off. Dr Sepi was able to see me the following day to resecure the crown. She is very patient and always ask if I'm doing OK when working on my teeth.

Alexia cleans my teeth well while maintaining a great touch. Julia and Nicole are awesome. Julia is an assistant and Nicole does both front and back. The team is amazing! Dr Sean always is thinking about the long term and bigger picture. He is an excellent doctor. Careful and conservative but also aware and great at communicating and explaining why my mouth needs what it needs. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for 5 years now and I can honestly say they are great. I have moved about an hour away from Vacaville and still make the trek because I have been unable to find a better dentist in my area. The women who has cleaned my teeth the last two times has done great, I believe her name is Ashely, she thorough and gentle.

Julia, (who took x-rays) was engaging, proficient and very personable; more importantly, she was very attuned to the slightest discomfort on my part. Furthermore, after Dr. Sean examined my images, he provided a very clear, concise and comprehensive explanation. So glad I selected this dental agency.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this dental office for about a year, maybe more and in the last few months has there been weird interactions. This last appt on 10/17 I was going in for a cleaning and the hygienist is calling me a mouth breather, and that my jaw is strong ( yeah, no shit you are poking me with an instrument and it doesn't supposed to be there) just such a weird interaction on so many levels and so disrespectful. I have never been treated with such disgusting customer service, name calling and this dental office does not take any accountability. On top of that the dentist said that I need a crown, but still recommended me to get Invisalign so he knew and then gets an attitude when I told him I did what he suggested. All in all, the worst dental studio and experience ever and I would suggest going to any other dental studio than here. Such rude people and not sure who you can run a business and be that mean to someone. DO BETTER

I was given a time frame as to what I should expect to stay. It was pretty accurate which allowed me not to cancel any plans later on in the day, so that was kind of important. I would definitely recommend Vacaville Dental Studio to anyone. If I had any suggestions it would be to add a TV on the overhead to distract from the work going on & to kill down time while waiting on crowns or other issues..

Negative experience: Two stars for this practice overall. Dr. Sean is a highly skilled dentist that I've been seeing for years. His CEREC crown work is beautiful. BUT, they were supposed to keep a "watch" on some decay on one tooth and told me I could wait to get it filled. One year later it was so close to the root that they told me I needed a root canal and a crown. This cost me more out of pocket and even more insurance dollars lost instead of just needing a filling that should have been done immediately. If you need info/pricing from the front office, be prepared to ask for it 2 or 3 times. I spent thousands here, but I guess that's not enough to be paid attention to. Other members in my family also had bad experiences here with over-prescribing. Needless to say, they lost my trust. I found new dentist. I'm much happier and so is my wallet.

Everyone who works here- Dr. Sean and Dr. Sepi, the receptionists, the dental assistants- are all so kind. They really help ease my anxiety as someone who is a little scared of dental procedures. For example, Dr. Sean and Dr. Sepi helped me panic less over injections which is huge for me. I could not recommend a better dental office in Vacaville.
