Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental office for kids!! Dr. Claus is absolutely amazing! He is so kind so patient and so professional. Their manager Nicki is a superstar always welcoming you as a family member when you walk in. Dental Assistant Liz was so caring and compassionate. Every one that works there that I’ve encountered has been so kind and caring. From the front office to the back office. My daughter is Autistic and I was looking for a place that would be a good fit for her. I am so thankful that my coworker recommended this practice to me. From day one we have received top notch care. Everything is explained and I never felt rushed. They make sure that all your questions and concerns are addressed before you leave. I can’t thank Dr. Claus and his amazing team enough for taking care of my daughter and for their kindness and compassion. If you are looking for a dentist for your kids, look no further! I highly recommend them.

We’ve been coming here for about 8 years now and when we first started seeing them my youngest was not the easiest child to deal with. They showed her nothing but patience and kindness, which sealed our deal in staying with this office. We love it here!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was welcoming and kind for our toddlers first visit. We recently transitioned dentist and WOW, we had an amazing experience! My toddler is 2 1/2 and has been going to the dentist since he was 8 months and has always cried and had to sit on my lap. This was the FIRST TIME he had no tears and sat by himself all thanks to RDA - Angelic!!! Dr. Christy Was also very kind, gentle and had a calming presence which every child needs.

The front desk staff was amazing, positive and understanding. They got us in the same day. The hygienist, Nancy, was so wonderful with my nephew. He was engaged, happy and following directions. The doctor, Dr. Claus, was so helpful and informative. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He involved us in coming up with a treatment plan. He also had amazing bedside manner. I would 100 percent recommend this office and team.

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely LOVE My Kid's Dentist. Dr Claus was referred to me by a close friend of mine and I knew if she recommended him then he was the best..... and it was true. He's always so patient and kind with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. Nikki, Priscilla and the rest of the ladies up front are always smiling and know the kid's names without looking at their computer. The dental assistants are amazing and have great stories to go with every piece of equipment they use. 1000/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm a registered dental assistant and my son was referred to Dr. Claus by a hygienist/coworker of mine. My son is 6.5 years old and is unable to hold still in the dental chair. He has several large cavities and needed to have extensive dental treatment done but needed to be sedated to do so. I have worked in pediatric dentistry in the past and was very worried to have my son sedated. Dr. Claus kindly and professionally diagnosed and presented the treatment to me with options and together we came up with a plan. When we came in for my son's oral conscious sedation appointment, they allowed extra time for the medication to work. I was very worried when my son was still running around the office but they assured me everything would be okay and it was! My son fell asleep during the procedure and despite having two extractions, two space maintainers, a filling and two sealants done, he is excited to go back next month for the other side! Dr. Claus and his assistants are angels! They made sure my son was comfortable and completed the treatment as quickly as possible. As a dental professional myself, I highly recommend Dr. Claus! In addition to Dr. Claus being the most incredible pediatric dentist, the office is decorated so cute and is clean, the office staff is knowledge and kind and all the equipment is state of the art!

Fantastic experience: After 11 years with this office, it’s so hard to say goodbye as our family moves out of state. Dr. Claus has been absolutely wonderful with all three of our kids through every stage and age. With a large age gap between our children, we’ve experienced everything from little kid appointments to teen dental care, and they have always been patient, kind, and amazing with each one of them. The office staff Nikki has also always gone above and beyond for our family. When our oldest daughter was in a leg cast, she was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and those little acts of kindness meant so much to us. The entire office has always made our family feel comfortable and cared for, and we truly trusted them completely. We are so thankful for the years of excellent care, warmth, and kindness they showed our family. We will miss them so much and highly recommend Dr. Claus and the team to anyone looking for a caring family dentist!

Fantastic experience: I really like this dentist office. We see Dr. Murray and she is wonderful along with all other staff we have encountered. We have tried 2 other "recommend" dentists in the area and we're not impressed. Unnecessary treatments and high turnover of the dentists. My children became patients here in Jan 2026 and have had 3 visits between them. Each time has been a good experience for them. Very kid friendly and they respect parent preferences, etc. I'd give this office a 10/10 for dental care.

My daughter who’s two had her first appointment and didn’t fight or cry once. The staff are so very patient and friendly and the dental care is enough to be preventative, but not over the top non-stop. The office is easy to get to and very kid-friendly. We are very grateful for this option in healthcare!

Fantastic experience: We cannot be any Happier with the level of care and accommodation we have received since we were referred to My Dentist in Fairfield. Our kid had cavities that needed work, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Our daughter wasn’t scared to have a tooth removed or get fillings. Now she’s excited to come back for cleanings and follow up’s. The exam rooms are setup super friendly for children with cartoons playing on the ceiling above the dentist chair. And when you’re done with your appointment you get a token to redeem for a prize, which all the kids love. Thank you all for the wonderful and friendly service provided.

Fantastic experience: KAYLA & DR CLAUS are always great! Kayla is very thorough when polishing and checking my daughters teeth! She showed how to floss and made sure we had all the tools to be successful with it when we get home. We want her every 6 months to help us out! Dr Claus is always to the point and makes my daughter laugh. She enjoys coming to the dentist so much, because of him! (And maybe the toys out front.. which is so cool for her at the end of the visit!) Positive experience: Today was my two son’s first day at this particular dentist. First impression was the rooms are bright and colorful which I personally like. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. My kids hygienist was Kayla and Nancy and they had no complaints. Dr Claus was very likable and personable which I didn’t receive from my last dentist. He talked with the kids and myself. And did a thorough exam. They received an electric toothbrush for their first visit and tokens for a prize. The only thing that was difficult was having 2 kids in the same family being in two different rooms. That was a bit bothersome to go from one room to another while they were both getting their cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to this team after my permanent retainer broke. Although the business name has kid's in it, Dr. Le was able to fix--my very adult--permanent retainer, and create a custom overlying nighttime brace to prevent future damage, all at a competitive and reasonable cost. This is what sets this team apart from other offices: I've previously broke my retainer, and was charged an arm and leg to 'fix it'. Often, this was re-glue'ing the retainer back on. Dr. Le took one quick look, grinded down all the old glue, measured out a new wire, and replaced the whole thing from bottom up. Then, planned damage control to prevent future breaks with a custom overlying nighttime retainer. The front office staff quickly found a follow up around my chaotic schedule, and the whole process was seamless, and my teeth? Beautiful. Dr. Le and his staff are top quality dental professionals who put your needs first. If you're reading this review, and have personal dental needs, or needs for your kiddo, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claus is literally my kids' dentist. He is always calm and patient. My first one (who's a teenager now) graduated from this office with good memories. Today, I came with my youngest. He sat on the chair for the first time and let Angelic brush his teeth without any fuss. She was so sweet and calm with him and he cooperated. It was a fast and peaceful visit. Very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is friendly and professional. As soon as you walk through the doors, it’s a welcoming environment with clean workspaces. The location is convenient for those living in the Fairfield area so you don’t have to go to separate dental offices for yourself and kids. I’m so thankful a friend recommended this place to me when my now 15 year old daughter was at the age to see Dr. Claus! Now, it’s my three year old’s turn to come visit!

Fantastic experience: This office is such a god send when introducing your children to the Dentist! I have been bringing my children for about 5 years. Dr. Claus and his amazing team have given great service since the first teeth to the permanent ones. My littles look forward to their exams in the very inviting environment catered to the youth. The MA's end the visits with high fives and small prizes. I couldn't ask for a better Team! This office has consistently been gracious and courteous when dealing with very difficult parents.

Fantastic experience: I have taken both my girls to My Kid’s dentist for 5 years now and I love the staff. They are super nice and helpful. Both my girls 11 and 3 are always excited to see their dentists Dr Claus and Dr. Christy Murray. All the dental hygienists are also very knowledgeable and caring making my girls feel comfortable every visit. The office is always clean and they have video games and toys to play with while waiting for the smaller kiddos. I highly recommend My Kid’s dental if you’re looking for a dentist in the Fairfield/Vacaville area.

Negative experience: I never make reviews but, this one deserves it ! 0 star for unprofessional behavior from the manager! For 2 years I’ve been Dealing with this buissness over charging my insurance and then in return my insurance charging me for services I did not authorize. When I called and talked to the manager she was very rude unwilling to stop service and continue to charge my insurance she even continued to hang up in my face. I provide insurance for my two children but this buissness keeps up selling the mother then over billing my insurance leaving me with a actual out of pocket expense that I should not be charged for because I am not choosing these extra services which I am not authorizing. I am proving the insurance but they are making choices and decisions with out my authorization. When I called to resolve the matter the manager is very rude and hangs up in my face. I don’t even know if these services are really even being done. The buissness has been very rude to the point where I could not come to a resolution with them and will most likely have to seek legal action. Three resolutions could easily be 1. Only offer services fully covered under the insurance. 2. Reach out to me to ask for permission to do any services not covered under the insurance and get it signed off by me (Which they are not doing) 3. Stop billing me or charging my insurance if the service is not cover explain to the other party there are other places that offer the services and will be covered. The manager has been extremely rude and is unwilling to even talk to me I’m guessing because she does not want to lose buissness this place is highly overcharging and horrible when conducting buissness I recieved no professionallism. I would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: So glad I was referred to My Kids dental office in Fairfield. From walking in the door, the atmosphere was kid friendly, the front staff was friendly, and the dental assistant Angelic was so helpful. Having Dr. Christy as our new dentist is amazing. My daughter was so happy with her visit and the new spin brush toothbrush she received. Definitely recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I had a consult for Invisalign and the process was so easy! America was the assistant to do my xrays and she explained everything thorough and was very gentle doing the xrays. Dr. Li was my orthodontist who did my exam and he explained all my options (regular braces vs invisalign) and answered all my questions. They gave me an estimate for 24 months of Invisalign which was actually cheaper than other quotes I have had in the past. I will be starting my treatment soon!

Very detailed and made sure they explained to my kids and myself. Angelic talked to the kids and really made them feel comfortable and excited to be there. She is so great with kids! All my kids came home saying how they wished they could come back sooner and how much they loved their visit. Only regret I have is not coming here sooner. Fantastic experience: They are so efficient, considerate, and amazing. Both my kids have been here since their first appts and it’s always gone well. They know how to make it fun. The TVs and prizes are great. Office is clean and comfy, and the kids love it. Dr. Claus is so gentle and talks them through it so it feels safe and quick. The others are amazing too; they work so quickly it makes it far nicer for the kids. Scheduling is easy, everything has been positive, and we’re just really grateful.

Fantastic experience: The staff is so nice, helpful and accommodating to last mi Ute scheduling changes. I always get a receptionist on the phone right away if I have any questions. The doctor is amazing with kids. My kids love going to see her. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Nancy does an amazing job of helping my kiddo and explains what she's doing every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Looking for a viable replacement to Children's Choice in Vacaville (which became annoying) My Kids Dentist in Fairfield is a great alternative. First impression was very good! There office is "Kid Friendly" and the Staff very courteous. The dentist are thorough with their exams and, explanations. Treatments/Exams are done in private rooms (as opposed to the open bays we previously dealt with) which are neat, clean and, well organized. My child seems to like the new atmosphere and, the friendly, attentive staff. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN STAFF TALKES TO YOU...NOT AT YOU! Overall, an outstanding place with outstanding service and personnel.
