Everyone is very welcoming. The waiting room and the treatment rooms were both very clean. The dental assistants were gentle and patient with my little one. They explained everything and showed her the tools they were going to use. The doctor was also great. My daughter is not used to being around people she doesn’t know, but the doctor was so kind and gentle that she felt comfortable. Thank you so much!!

Everyone here is friendly and thorough! We get the best care and my daughter always gets great tips and guidance for her braces care and hygiene. Never have an issue with scheduling and always get in and out quickly!! If there is an issue, they take care of it right away.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience ever! Meahanni and Dr Daniel are hands down the most friendly, caring, and amazing assistant and Drs I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, they makes you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. They explain everything clearly, never rushes, and makes what’s usually a stressful experience feel calm and easy. Negative experience: Making an appointment is the most difficult thing ever, the staff is really unprofessional and they put you on hold for unnecessarily long times. It is difficult to get the staff to answer questions or reschedule an appointment. My son was getting his braces off during finals week and it was scheduled a month in advance. 20 minutes before the appointment, after we had rearranged our schedule and were on our way to the office, they texted us saying that we should not come because the retainer had not arrived at the office yet. When we tried to call customer service we were redirected to a remote call center and the receptionist had a terribly heavy accent that we could not understand at all. In the end, we still came so that message telling us not to come was pointless anyway. I would not recommend this orthodontic office. I would happily pay more money for better service.

Negative experience: This establishment has gone way downhill and kids care took over rolling Hills dental. They had a dentist that was fired because he was not diagnosing kids cavities for years and was letting them slide and now a lot of appearance have done lawsuits on this dental establishment or gone to the dental board for negligence. My daughter went to this dental establishment for four years and was told she had no cavities and when the dentist took over for the one that was fired, she was told she needed a root canal and had four cavities, and I was told by the new dentist and the dental assistant that he was fired and always told kids they never had any cavities. We left immediately and filed with the dental board of California. 0/10 recommend do not use this dentist run for the hills

We never have much of a wait time but when we do wait for a few minutes the lobby has tons of stuff for my little one to keep himself occupied. Negative experience: I had a very upsetting experience at the Fairfield office. From the start, the staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my daughters. We arrived early for my daughter’s cavity appointment, yet instead of focusing on her care, we were pulled aside and pressured about payment. The manager, Charlene, insisted that they would not treat my daughter unless a copay was made immediately—even though we were previously told at the Vacaville office that treatment would be done and the copay would be billed to the father (who is legally responsible for those payments). To make matters worse, they tried to force me to call my children’s father for payment approval, even though he is not allowed to have contact with me or my daughters for safety reasons. They even went as far as asking me to show them my court papers from child support proving that he is responsible for medical and dental bills. This was completely inappropriate, invasive, and unnecessary, especially since insurance information was already on file. What made it worse was how it was handled in front of my child. Instead of providing compassion and focusing on her dental needs, the conversation revolved around money, delays, and dismissive attitudes. At one point, Charlene even asked if I “still wanted” my daughter’s cavity treated. I asked her why I wouldn’t want my daughter’s cavity fixed, and her response was that it was already 3:14 and the appointment was “at 3.” In reality, my daughter’s appointment was at 3:15, and we were in the office at 2:55. This showed not only a lack of professionalism but also a lack of basic respect for our time. This office showed no empathy, no professionalism, and placed unnecessary stress on both me and my daughter during what should have been a straightforward dental visit. The lack of communication, compassion, and respect was unacceptable. I would not recommend the Fairfield office of Rolling Hills Pediatric Dentistry/ Kids Care Dental to any parent who expects their children to be treated with care, dignity, and respect. Only reason for 1 star is because it is required to leave a review.

When he arrived home he told his sister “Next time you go to the dentist your gonna be excited! Our dentist looks like you and has the same locs!” For him to leave not worried about the next visit is a 10/10 service!

Negative experience: I brought my son in for a routine appt, cleaning, xrays, and to also see about a referral to the orthodontist for braces. We walk in and there were two other families waiting in the lobby. We sit and wait. The appt was set for 2pm. By 2:45 we're still waiting. A man walks in with a young child. He is there maybe 5 minutes and someone comes out and takes them in right away. Now, Im not sure if someone there knew this guy and thats why they took him in right away or what, but it wasnt right nor fair after we and the other families had been waiting nearly an hour past our scheduled appt time. In any event, I go up to the guy at the front desk (really nice guy) I tell him they just took that guy and his child in and we've been waiting for almost an hour past our appt and I form him that we have another appt to be to. He goes back and talks to someone and then finally takes us back. We sit and wait another 10-15 minutes minutes. Dr.Daniels walks in. Mind you, this is our first time there, my son being a new patient. She walks in and seems to have some kind of attitude. She doesn't introduce herself or say Hi to me or my son or anything. She says nothing. She start telling my son to open his mouth and begins to talk directly to the assistant. She doesnt say anything to me as his parent. She riducules him on brushing and flossing. She finishes up and say "okay, his paperwork will be at the front" I tell her we are in need of a referral to the Orthodontist, and ask if she is able to provide that? She says "yeah! The paperwork will be at the front." In an irritated manner. I can tell this is not gonna go well, so I walk out and Im standing at the desk and I ask the guy "Do you happen to have any idea of whats going on? Does my son have cavities? Does he need any work done before the orthodontist or what? She didn't tell me anything" He goes back and asks. He comes back and says no he has no cavities and hands me the referral. He tell me to give ortho a call upstairs in which we did. This lady was not professional or kind in any way. It felt as if our appt was an inconvenience to her. I dont think I'd ever take my son back to her nor recommend any of my family or friend's to her. Although, I must say that I do really like the orthodontistist upstairs. They have been great and very pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: 10 minute grace period. My son’s appointment was at 4pm and we showed up at 4:10 but because the clock turned to 4:11 they wouldn’t check us in. Then they tried to reschedule my son for October. I said no and they better figure something out. Now we have an appointment for next week. To add salt to the wound the doctor was running 20 minutes behind regardless so they weren’t even running on time and still could have seen my son. Very unprofessional and not very understanding for just a few seconds. The front desk ladies need to learn how to problem solve and not be so rigid and heartless. We will see how next week goes but as of right now I don’t recommend this place. They better change things drastically for me to change this review. If I keep having negative experiences I’ll keep writing reviews.

Negative experience: I recently took my son for his annual dental check-up, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking in, a dental assistant came out to brush my son’s teeth and assured us that the doctor , Dr Daniel, would be with us shortly. However, we ended up waiting for an entire hour without any updates or communication. As a parent of a child with autism, I understand the challenges of managing appointments and keeping him entertained in a waiting room, especially for extended periods. To make matters worse, we were not informed that my son had been assigned to a new doctor, Dr. Daniel. She continued to ignore us and work on another patient, only “suggesting” that we get X-rays while we waited. Of course, without any medical indication, I would never force radiation on my child. Fortunately, I’m glad I didn’t, as after patiently waiting and doing everything in my power to entertain him in the exam,, my son could no longer handle the situation and we had to leave. What was particularly disheartening was that no one from the office reached out to understand why we left or to provide any follow-up. Instead, I found out that he had been scheduled for another appointment in January without any communication regarding our experience during the first visit. It seems quite unfair that if you are late by more than ten minutes, you can be turned away, yet we were left waiting for an hour without explanation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but effective communication is crucial, especially when you’re a new dentist practicing with a long-time patient. It’s not the best impression of professionalism. I hope the office can improve its patient communication and manage appointment schedules more efficiently to prevent such frustrating experiences in the future. We will, however, not be returning to this practice.

Negative experience: I miss the feel of private practice. Rolling Hills dentistry and Dr. Andersen are under Kids Care Dental and the fact that I have to talk to outsource customer service in the Philippines is frustrating. I’m Filipino myself but give me someone to speak to in the actual office please. We are being billed with a past due balance from 2023 for my son. I asked the rep how is that possible when we’ve always had double insurance. For the rep to call me mom and say it is my responsibly to update my insurance is ridiculous. I said how do I update insurance if there was never anything to update when I’ve been with my employer for the last 7 years. Dumb. Told her I’ll take it with the office to speak to someone in person. Also to add, some of these agents sound like they work from home so with that said, she had way too much background noise discussing personal information.

Negative experience: Oí kids have been going here for 5 years and everything was good until we started receiving statements from over two years ago that the previous ofice didn’t process correctly, wen the new owner take over they wanted to charge my insurance for the unprocessed charges and the insurance policy is that they will not dispute anything over 356 days old. And now they want me to pay, I call the financial department over 12 times to go over the changes but they can't explaint and every time they promised to have the manager call me back with 24hr. This is may las resource to contact the financial manager, after multiple attempts to solve this wit the Fairfield Ofice manager

Negative experience: The only reason this office is getting two stars is because the dentist and technicians themselves are great, no complaints there. But everything outside of the actual dental care has been a frustrating, disorganized mess. The front desk is unprofessional, and the scheduling department has no access to patient care plans, which makes it nearly impossible to get accurate appointments set. You call and can’t get through. You leave voicemails and might get a call back days later after multiple attempts. My children’s appointments were moved by an hour without even notifying me, throwing off my work schedule. When I asked about the care plan and number of visits, I was told they’d “text me” when the dentist was done so I could ask questions. That text never came. I followed up myself, only to be told by the scheduler that they don’t even have access to the information I needed. They tried to reach the front desk—no response. I have now requested the records release form three times so I can transfer my children’s care elsewhere, and I still haven’t received it. The amount of back and forth, lack of communication, and total administrative failure is unacceptable. Cute waiting room or not, this place is not worth the hassle. Until they fix their front-end operations, I wouldn’t recommend this office to any busy parent or anyone who values being treated with basic competence.

Negative experience: I'm not sure about some of these reviews but I have NOT had a good experience since change in management. They have canceled my kids appt the day of twice. Trying to schedule kids appt with school,work,and sports is almost impossible and this has not been a pleasant experience. I'm definitely ready to find a new dentist! Negative experience: My concern was with the dental portion only. Our orthodontist is great. There was a fill in dentist we never met. He went from one patient to us without washing his hands. If he did, I did not see it. He deeply rubbed his left eye with bare hands, rubbed his nose with the mask down on his chin, grabbed his gloves to put them on, then started touching my son’s face. I’m not a germaphobe or anything, but it was definitely poor hygiene practice. He then rubbed his masked face again with his gloves on. Then he let us know, our son had multiple issues, (not present 6 mo prior) that needed care. When I asked about how that could be the case so soon after his last appointment, he said our son just wasn’t flossing his teeth. As a teen, I’m sure that is very possible. However, he assumed without asking how often our son cares for his teeth. He presented a bit in his ego, rather than discussing a plan of care to facilitate a better understanding of our son’s dental management. Because of this, we chose to consolidate care to my dentist since our son is old enough now. We were always a part of Rolling Hills Pediatric dentistry, but under this new business, I’m concerned. Hygeine is important. Having a gentle bedside manner with children is important. Again, I am not including the other employees here, just the dentist filling in for the usual dentist. But, even that dentist is not our regular dentist. It is always changing, which for kids can be a bit overwhelming. So, I’m. Hoping they’ll get things in order over there, so it can be a nice, safe dentalcare center again. It’s nice having a place that is gentle with our pediatric population. After

Fantastic experience: We came here today for the first time in many years and I was very happy with my experience! Positive experience: The hygienist and dentist were lovely. Very pleasant and professional. However, the difference in the office from before the practice changed hands (when my kids were small, Dr Nutter was still seeing patients, then they saw Dr Shaffer) is striking. The first thing I noticed were all the empty desks where people used to work. It seemed sort of abandoned. It used to be a pleasure to bring my kids in to the cheerful office and they looked forward to it. That is not the case anymore. So, my overall feeling is that it is a good practice, just not excellent.

Negative experience: I used to love this dentist when it was rolling hills pediatric dentistry, but since it changed to kids care dental, it is the absolute worst! Called me an hour before my kids appointments today to cancel, then their system proceeded to send me 8 more texts about my upcoming appointment. This is all after they confirmed the appointments 3 different times last week. The billing has been messed up as well, and I will not be rescheduling here.

Negative experience: I honestly don’t know what to say about this place. The scheduling and the way they manage the front desk is awful. Apparently they go lunch and close everything, and lock all the doors. No sign on the door saying anything about if they are closed, open or at lunch. My son’s appt was at 1:30, but we checked in at 1:30 because that’s when they opened the doors. Don’t they want people to check in early to keep up with the appointments throughout the day? Poor communication and management

Negative experience: This place is a joke. It has changed hands so many times the last few years and just keeps getting worse and worse. My breaking point began 2 years ago when they became Kids Care Dental. My appointment for my kids was at 3pm, we arrived about 10 minutes early and ended up having to wait 30-45 minutes for anyone to even show up to open the office up. And we were not the only people waiting. The appointment wasn't too bad, other than my kids being uncomfortable with the new dentist and I proceeded to check out at the end with no issues. I was on the fence on whether on not to even keep using them. Then I receive a check from my insurance company that I am confused about and proceed to call the company. They explain that the dentist was not covered by my insurance at the time of my appointment and that I would just need to bring the check from the insurance and sign it over to them. I bring it in and notice that the check from insurance is not the same amount as what they say I owe. When I ask the manager of the office why that is the case she explains that the way they bill insurance is different and that they will adjust the amount so the insurance check will cover the remaining amount I owe. She says it will be taken care of and I don't need to worry about it. I go on my way and then a few months later start to receive text messages saying I owe money still. I call the number provided and lets just say that it has been a long time of calling and getting no answers, they keep adjusting the amount I owe and saying they will look into it and get back to me. I'm so fed up with their crap! And you better believe it that we never went back to them, I started taking the kids to my dentist who is amazing and they are actually excited to go! I know this was a long review but if you are thinking of going to Kids Care Dental, DON'T! The whole place is uncomfortable and I've been reading about all the other people that have issues with billing as well. It's not worth it!

Fantastic experience: I just walked in 12/30/24 and my daughter needed her wire put back in her brackets and the lady at the front desk I believe her name is Brianna super nice and Paula came and took my daughter straight to the back to fix that real quick cause I couldn’t come back at 1:30. Negative experience: Did not have a good experience with Kids Care Orthodontics, starting with the missing invisilign tray a couple months in and feeling like we were being blamed even tho all pouches were still stuck together. We overheard another patient complaining about a missing tray when we went in to address the issue, so we know it wasnt us. Because of this, our son had a 3 month delay with the invisilign process. When finally finished, we received a surprise bill for almost $1k when we paid in full at the start. I specifically requested the full total in the beginning, as in contact the insurance and make sure its covered and the price we were paying was the full price. They didnt bother to do that until the end so it was incredibly misleading. Had I known the FULL price, I would not have proceeded. Being hit with such a high bill after the fact, and claiming insurance didnt cover it all, really doesnt fly when you have a patient specifically asking what the FULL amount is before agreeing to a procedure. My dentist is able to provide this info, why cant you?! Because of this experience, we will not be going to them for our 2nd child.

Negative experience: Beware everyone, if you are a new ortho patient and have Dr. Anderson Kids Care Dental as your in-network provider with your insurance health plan as I have experienced, this is a warning to you not to use him as his practice and their process are a total scam after 6 mos of runarounds. On your initial consultation, a digital scan is performed, Dr. Anderson will review the scanned images, then give you his assessment of your treatment with his staff specialist, Maia. When Dr. Anderson leaves the room, she discusses the cost breakdown of what your in-network insurance carrier will pay and what your share is owed to Dr. Anderson. They will over charge you 65% more than what your insurance carrier is willing to authorize for in-network. They will over charge you 40% more of your upfront cost than what your insurance carrier allows you to pay for in-network. They will offer you incentive of a 5% discount if you act with his treatment plan within 3-4 weeks. Their scheme is they don't adhere to your insurance carrier's guidelines of completing the predetermination letter on measurements so your insurance carrier never can approve your treatment. Furthermore, Kids Care Dental gives your in-network insurance carrier a remote PO Box address in Los Angeles so the predetermination letter is never received by Dr. Anderson at his Fairfield office to complete the questions. They only follow up with you in the first month only if you commit to their 40% overcharge. For 6 mos, the customer service of their administrator staff and front desk, Jianna are poor, unfriendly, and not willing to resolve this with my insurance carrier. They never follow up, return phone calls, text messages if you don't first commit to their own price plan overcharges. As a corporation, they rather not be part of in-network with your insurance as they will lose their 40% profit so they ignore you intentionally. Many patients are unaware that the business practice of this corporation called Kids Care Dental is dishonest for its excessive charges and should be on guard and be aware to go to another Orthodontist that is ethical.

Fantastic experience: We love this place! I remember my son’s very first appointment and how nervous he was. Now he gets excited to go get his teeth checked out and chit chat with everyone. We always have a two thumbs up experience every time because everyone there is so kind and nice! Highly recommend this place for kiddos! I even brought my soon to be 3 year old in today to watch his brother get a filling on his tooth because soon it’ll be his turn. Best experience for him and he even agreed to have the doctor look at his teeth. Thank you guys! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I brought my 2 daughters back to this office after our insurance changed back to what it used to be. We have been coming here for about 2 years, insurance changed and we stopped, now we’re back. I was very happy with the interaction of the Team, from when we entered, until we saw Dr. Arman. Negative experience: We’ve been coming here about 15 years. There’s been so many changes in the recent years. We used to see Dr. Garcia and she was amazing. Since she’s retired we see who ever is available and it seems to be a different dentist every time. It was so nice to build that relationship with Dr. Garcia. Now it’s just has a totally different feel. I also noticed before when you called in, you would get someone at the front desk to every time. Now it seems to go to a call center and it’s very annoying to say the least. I’m looking into changing to a different dental location. All the reasons for staying there for so long are no longer there. It’s pretty sad.

Positive experience: Update: Someone reached out recently and explained that they took care of the mistake on the bill, so I’m adjusting my review to add a couple stars. I can tell that there have been changes going on with this dental practice and hopefully the hiccups I’ve noticed recently are temporary… the folks that I actually talk to when I take my son in to see the dentist have always been very friendly and helpful. Original review: This is the only dental office that my son has ever been to and I used to be very happy with it. But over the last few years there has been a high turnover of dentists and I have had issues with being billed for things I should not have been billed for. And the billing office has thus far not been helpful in resolving this. I’m considering changing dentists after these experiences.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very welcoming. The waiting room and the treatment rooms were both very clean. The dental assistants were gentle and patient with my little one. They explained everything and showed her the tools they were going to use. The doctor was also great. Fantastic experience: I showed up with my daughter for a cleaning that my husband had scheduled 6 months prior at her previous appointment. Positive experience: They’ll bill you a year later for random things that are supposed to be covered 100% by insurance. Then you’ll have to fight them to review the services and they’ll have no clue what they even billed you for. We always pay upfront for any services done but apparently someone there is entering “codes” that aren’t covered by ins. Click in most recent reviews at the top and you’ll see. Nothing but issues with their new owners. Edit to add: I changed the stars from 1 to 3 because I finally got a call from someone that knew what she was talking about and got the account settled. Happy with final result. Just not happy we had to go thru that.

Negative experience: Took my boys here for a cleaning and it was fine but it’s so difficult to schedule or reschedule. I can never get anyone on the phone but then they send a text that an appointment has been cancelled and a month later I get a text with an outstanding balance for a year ago and for the appointment THEY cancelled. It’s a mess and their in office customer service isn’t even that great. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: This place is the biggest scam ! Don’t take your kids there. They will make you pay at the visit and then bill you two years later saying you owe them money. They are claiming that we owe them $650 for the cleaning they did for my kids. Cleaning ! Not even work. I have been calling them non stop to resolve the issue the only thing they told me was no one views my account. Not possible a lie because I have visited them many times for regular cleaning and NEVER once did they say I owe them money. I am appalled at this treatment. Please don’t go there. I will save you the pain.

Negative experience: They do an ok job cleaning my son's teeth. Other than that everything about this office is a hassle. Checking in, getting an appt, dealing with insurance changes, this place is NOT easy to navigate. Then they send a text asking for a survey. Well, here we go! Fantastic experience: My son had his routine cleaning done yesterday 2/21/24. We love coming here and have been coming here for some years now. The staff is always friendly, caring and attentive to my boy. He enjoys coming here. They also make my life easier when it comes to scheduling our visits and remind me of his appointments through texts a week prior to his appointment, which gives me time to ensure I can make his appointment. We also have his orthodontist right upstairs for his braces which is very convenient, everything in one building is a plus! And they are great as well!

Fantastic experience: Rolling Hills is a great place for children to build positive experiences with the dentist. Everything is focused on the children and their needs. Everyone is friendly, patient, and ready to assist you with anything. They are also always quick to get you in. Negative experience: I have been bringing my kids here for 13 years. They have been going down hill since Dr Gerber left but we continued. They recently changed dentists again (like 4th time since Dr Gerber left). I got a voicemail saying the dentist left and I needed to make a new appointment and a text saying the dentist would be out of the office that day and I needed to make a new appointment. I used that opportunity to just switch them over to my dentist. I wouldn't even be writing this review if it were not for the news that I got from my dentist today about one of my kids teeth. I had a child who had radiation to her head and neck and I have never been told in the last eight years that she had any damage to the roots of her teeth, because of this radiation until today! She saw her old dentist at Rolling Hills in March and there was no mention of any cavities but today she had such a large cavity in one of her molars that has reached the pulp and needs a root canal. Here's the kicker, the tooth is damaged from radiation and does not have enough root to get a root canal so now we have to go see a specialist. I am seeing red because I feel like Rolling Hills dropped the ball big-time. Just an update: I requested my kids records months ago and they did not respond. I have requested them by phone (voicemail) and writing. I was told legally they have a certain amount of days to respond and they didn’t. What are they hiding?

Negative experience: I have recommended this place to so many parents in the last 15 years, but no more. It has been terrible since Kid's Care Dental bought them out. Dr. Nutter retiring was sad, but Dr. Shaffer was great. Then, one day we come in and Dr. Shaffer tells me it is his last day and my kiddo ends up seated with a different dentist we had never heard of before, no one even told me there would be a change. That was a year and a half ago and the beginning of the end! In the 3 visits after that we have had 3 different dentists, one of whom didn't even bother to introduce herself, perhaps because as the front desk person (there used to be several wonderful people, where did they go?) mentioned it was her last day before she moves out of state. Since that last visit I have found out via text that I owe them a little money. Through extensive conversation I learned the charge was incurred a year ago! In the three visits during that time no one at the front desk bothered to mention it to me so that I could pay it! I refuse to pay by clicking a link in a text and was promised a paper bill over a month ago, I have not received the paper bill, but continue to get texts trying to collect. In the last week I can not even get a person on the phone with Kid's Care Dental no matter the number I try! Whether for the billing issue or an issue with the orthodontics office upstairs they also bought out! If you even hear the Kid's Care Dental hold "jokes" just run the other way, find a different, better, more consistent private practice pediatric or family dentist to take your child to!

The staff have no emotional intelligence to work with young children, coverage was an issue that was communicated once i arrived at an appointment that was scheduled 6 months previously to this visit. Negative experience: Rolling Hills is completely different from KidsCare. My kids have been attending this office since 2012. KidsCare completed a service on my kids that they had never received before. This service has never been mention in the 11 years of my kids attending this office. KidsCare has shady business practices and its terrible they are tarnishing this office reputation. My kids will not return.

When you put you trust into a Dr. office in an industry that isn’t not your own, you think they lead you in the right direction. Positive experience: Almost the entire staff has changed and it’s always hard to get used to anything new. They have had many hiccups over the last few months due to the changes, in staff, management and ownership. We are going because it’s a familiar place for our children. The new staff, though, has all been pleasant and Dr Andrews, although new within the last couple of years as a dentist is growing in her experience and was very kind and patient with one of our children when he needed an extraction and was nervous. Negative experience: I took my teen daughter to a routine preventative appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 1100 but we checked in at 1030. My daughter was called back for her X-rays and cleaning at 1047. My daughter told me from 1115 to 1150 she was just sitting in the chair alone watching the live action Lion King. My 17yr just sat there after her cleaning. She sat there waiting for the dentist to her speak to her. She witnessed the dentist go and speak to other kids who came in after her. While she was also having her teeth cleaned she had to listen to employees there speak about work grievances and issues about other employees. The dentist finally showed up and spent less than five minutes with my daughter. It was a dentist that she was not familiar with. This establishment has definitely changed and not for the better.

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by this practice and it’s almost 5 stars. Sadly it is no longer owned by the original pediatric dentist Dr. Nutter. It is now owned by a large corporation named Kids Care. My kids had been coming to see Dr. Nutter since my oldest was 3 yrs old. They were patients for 17 years! I moved all 3 of my kids to a different office. This place is now ran like a western dental. Need I say more? The front office staff is rude, the clinical staff is unprofessional and rude, and I can’t tell you how many previous patients and friends of mine constantly call me to complain and let me know they’ve also left this practice. Not one single staff member from the original practice still works there. What does that tell you? It’s been over two years since it sold, and this new company came in and ruined a good thing. I would not trust them with my dog. You’ve been warned.

Negative experience: We went to this dentist because they came highly recommended. In the beginning service was good. But after the pandemic they never pick up the phone. Their billing service is horrible and the billing reps don't know how to properly answer billing questions. Received bill for a false service date and their billing headquarters doesn't know what it was for. Although this is mainly a bad review for their billing services, the fact that the owners/dentist are not taking note of these faults puts in question the integrity of their clinical services. I no longer trust this stablishment due to their lack of transparency with their billing as well as their poor customer service.

Negative experience: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Garcia, but as soon as she left the service went down significantly. In particular we had so many issues with the billing and spent hours dealing with Kids care dental that were not resolved. We left this dentist because of all the billing issues and incorrect charges. We left this dentist over 6 months ago and are still dealing with the billing. I highly recommend thinking twice about this dental office unless they change who they are billing with.

Negative experience: Dr. Shaffer and the office staff are great but I will never step foot in this office again due to a rude and disrespectful hygienist. We have seen “Ms. A” several times and I chalked her behavior up to a long day or a bad day but after several visits there has been NO change! The first time I have ever not taken my kids to their appointment there was an incident. I came back several hours later to be able to speak to “Ms. A” to hear what happened in her words and she REFUSED to speak to me!!! Flat out walked away! This woman works in a Pediatric Dentistry office but has never had a kid friendly conversation or any real conversation with my kids! I would NOT recommend this office to anyone and I would suggest anyone that is currently being seen here, to find a place that really is kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: My girls got dental treatment at the Fairfeld office with Dr. Andrew who is a great doctor. My girls love her so much. She is so easy to talk to & caring. She explained to us the details of the dental work ahead of time, which makes it for the girls to cooperate well. Awesome experience with her!!

Fantastic experience: Brought my little one here today She is 4yrs old. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. The office is super kid friendly. The staff extremely nice and professional. My daughter requires a lot of work and the doctor and assistant answered all my questions with ease. They did not make me feel bad about the condition my daughters teeth were in. They said they were happy to see me in with her so we can move forward and prepare for a future with better care. When it came to Breaking down what my insurance will be covering and what I would have to do next They did not leave anything out looking forward to visiting there establishment for many years to come. Fantastic experience: Not only did the hygienist explain all the tools and the procedure, she also did tests of the "scary" tubes and tools! Dr. Gomez was extremely kind and warm; she made my daughter really comfortable and explained everything step by step! My daughter has had get first cavity filled and it was a FANTASTIC experience!

Fantastic experience: My 4-year-old daughter forgot her nervousness as soon as she walked into the office. The cheerfully painted walls and games very successfully distracted her. As soon as she was called in for X-rays, however, her anxiety returned in full force. Tanya was excellent at allaying her fears the entire time, explaining every procedure and even letting her hold the instruments. My daughter was smiling and laughing and having a GREAT TIME - AT THE DENTIST! I am very, very pleased with Rolling Hills Pediatric Dentistry- Dr. Nutter, his friendly intelligent staff, and Tanya! My daughter can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my daughter to this clinic for over 7 years now. Everyone I met in this office have provided exceptional services. Dr. Andrew and her staff are great. Recently my daughter needed some dental procedure and Dr. Shaffer performed the surgery. Everything was explained so well and surprisingly my daughter was excited about it lol. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going here for as long as I can remember. Dr Nutter has always been the only dentist to get my son to open his mouth without meltdowns. The staff is wonderful, polite, and professional. Love going here!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere & very professional staff. Thank you for putting my daughter at ease & making her feel comfortable as she has been afraid of going to the dentist. After we left the office my daughter said “I never knew how fun going to the dentist was, they were the best it was awesome, I like it here!” She definitely felt as though she had met new friends here. So that in itself was a success. Thank you to Dr. Shaffer & his dental assistant, whom I must say did amazing, for being so kind & taking great care of her. The office was clean, very organized & the front office staff was very professional as well. Staff took care of us in a timely matter & am very pleased with their customer excellence & patient care. We cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is great! They take their time with my THREE children (all under 5) and gives them simple directions - making it fun at the dentist. Every time we have called, we get a convenient appointment. Dr. Shaffer and Dr. Cho are super nice and gives specific examples and/or instructions on how to keep our children’s teeth clean and strong. The entire staff is soooo friendly.

Negative experience: I was referred here by a friend . So extremely disappointed. Scheduled a new patient appointment for both of my kids and was called a couple days prior to reschedule . I was more than happy to do so . The rescheduled appointment was then canceled again the morning of . I was offered an appointment a month later (now my kids are a month late on there cleaning ) but ok I did it . Then on the third rescheduled day I got another call the morning of to reschedule again ! I had to take a day off work to take them . I told the receptionist I would now be finding another dentist and she said “I don’t blame you”. Not the response I am expecting from someone who is taking care of my children.

Fantastic experience: I'm always impressed with the staff here. We've been here since 2013 and there's been nothing but kudos and honest and clear feedback with our son's teeth! Thank you Rolling Hills! I'm really sorry to hear that Jennifer no longer works there. She was super great with my special needs son. However, our visit today was very good. We had a new person on board, Emily, who did great with my son Abel. Dr. Shaffer was superb as well and very cordial, friendly and wonderful. Thank you Rolling Hills!

Fantastic experience: My son has Autism and each visit the staff is very open and professional which makes my son comfortable coming to the dentist My son had to have a small filling done and has had adverse reactions to using novocaine in the past so Dr Shafer chose to do it with out using novocaine and was efficient and my son had a great experience. Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrews is amazing and patient with our 5yr old daughter. She made sure she got comfortable enough so she could do what she needed to do with little resistance and interruption due to our daughter being scared or unsure of the dentist. Dr. Andrews is such a bright light of joy and is so helpful to just serve. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my 5 year old autistic son in today for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The dentist and the hygienist we had were so patient and knowledgeable with my sons needs. They were amazing. My son usually kicks and screams and today he didn't even cry. I was so thankful for them both. I highly recommend them.
