Negative experience: Horrible dentist, they gave a root canal now a bum appeared they won’t fix it even know the caused it I have glue on my teeth they won’t scrub off . They have attitudes . Honestly surprised thier still in business

Negative experience: My deep cleaning was just rescheduled…. I have been waiting since the end of October for this cleaning, it’s now December. This office advised me at the end of October that I would benefit from braces. How am I supposed to feel comfortable paying Western Dental $200+ a month for braces when I can’t even keep a scheduled appointment? This is really so annoying, all I want is my deep cleaning because it’s been years and now it’s pushed out another week… The receptionist even told me they got an approval from my insurance to get the deep cleaning done sooner than its original scheduled date, but I guess that won’t be happening. I want to like this office, I do. But it’s becoming hard

Fantastic experience: Mrs.Brenda and Mrs. Kim have been EXTREMELY helpful to me while at my dentist appointment. I’m always very scared of the dentist but they made it so much more comforting. The whole team did a wonderful job . I couldn’t be happier

Very proficient in X-Ray’s Truly observant in floor activities. If I was running a business this is the kind of worker I’d be seeking. She’s a 15 out of 10. Fantastic experience: Amazing!! Dr. V made sure to always check in to see if I was having any pain. The staff is really sweet too. I’ve been scared to go to the dentist because of past experiences that I’ve had but this Western Dental is the opposite of what I had experienced. I will definitely recommend! Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry.

Negative experience: They scheduled me an appointment on a Saturday when I got there they said the person who was supposed to do the procedure was not there on Saturdays and I should reschedule it for another date but just either Monday or Tuesday . I rescheduled for a Tuesday (today 08/05) and of course had to take the day off at work and when I got there they told me the person wasn’t there again so I must reschedule the appointment for some other day. This is so disappointing and frustrating for me. I lost two days of work for nothing! I do not recommend this place at all. There is some sort of miss communication between the ones who make the appointments and the personal who actually work in the dental office

Negative experience: The dentist and the nurse was talking like they were flirting with eachother. They talked and would laugh never once did they act like I was the patient by speaking to me, just eachother. The dentist seemed arrogant. When he was done he told the nurse something in his native longue, walked out and that was it. I had to ask the nurse if we were done after she was done doing whatever she was doing, then she finally answered me. Here I am the next day with a severly swollen face and my mouth still hurts. I really think they were very unprofessional. 4 days after my dentist appointment and my face is still swollen. I had to go to the ER to get some antibiotics and pain meds.

Negative experience: I received a missed call from Western Dental and called back, where Brianna answered the phone. She informed me that they needed to reschedule the appointment due to pending insurance approval. I understand that these things happen, but this office has already canceled on us twice before for different reasons. I brought this up to Brianna and mentioned how inconvenient it was, especially since we were getting ready to leave for today’s appointment. Unfortunately, her response felt cold and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, she simply stated the new appointment date without any empathy or explanation. When I replied, “That’s if I haven’t found a different dentist,” she curtly responded, “That’s fine.” I expressed to her that from the beginning of the call, she sounded like I was bothering her. That kind of attitude is not acceptable in any customer service setting—especially in healthcare, where trust and communication are so important. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. Consistently canceled appointments and poor customer service like this make it hard to feel confident as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with the treatment I received from this office and the dentist here. My experience at the Napa office was so poor, dentist, that I’d lost trust. The office manager in this office , Mariah, was extremely personable and took care to be sure all complaints with the other office were addressed. The dentist was excellent, explaining in detail how we were going forward with my care. 5 stars for everyone in this Western Dental office.

Positive experience: They’re okay. I haven’t had any issue with the doctor or orthodontist. My issues have been the wait times and I have had my ortho appointments rescheduled multiple times due to lack of doctor, assistants, and being scheduled on a day when ortho isn’t even there. Things are getting better it seems. Hopefully they continue to improve!!

Positive experience: My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:05 and checked in. I was told I was a bit early and I would have to wait a little bit. I was not seen until almost 5:30. If I would have known I didn’t need to check in that early, I would have checked in at 4:30 and not rushed from work.

Fantastic experience: Marcia was great! Extremely professional and very thorough in explaining things that I didn’t understand. She is extremely helpful in taking care of every patient that walks through the doors!

Negative experience: If you like to; wait for 5 hours to have a tooth failed to be extracted, after the Dr breaks a different tooth, and then tells you she didn't just do it while you're bleeding profusely, this the spot you've been looking for! If you love being yelled at for the dentist's incompetence, this the spot for you! Thank you western dental for costing me thousands of dollars in dental damage that you caused! I'm so grateful to have been treated like that.

Fantastic experience: got an appt same day i called as a first time patient! loved the service despite the business. very transparent about pricing and they’re so kind.

Negative experience: Appointment at 930am it's already 1011am still have not been called back or anything.. Any other professional dentist office would have verified my information 30 minutes ago, and I would've been finished with my appointment.. If you want to keep customers, please fix your scheduling and system issues to verify quicker for insurance information. This is beyond ridiculous

Negative experience: Horrible service, asking the same questions over and over. Didn't even call me back 20 minutes past my appointment time. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I've been rescheduled due to the dental lab out of San Jose, Ca. wasn't able to facilitate delivery of my dentures. This of course has drastically extentended time line for adjustments and/or completion of services. It has become uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: They did great. They got me set up to get my teeth right and they were all very polite and gentle.

Negative experience: I’m going to keep writing reviews intil my issue is solved from 2021 !!! They claimed to have charged my insurance for almost $2k and i PAID OUT OF POCKET SAME DAY almost 3k for braces. Well they actually never changed my insurance until a year later(i was over age for coverage) And now i have a random bill in collections. The MANAGER at this location after 4 months of calling, agreed they had messed up she said that they would cover most of the bill in collections and id have to pay the rest. In December. Here we are in march and in getting a million calls from collections still. You call this office and the manager is the busiest manager in the world Bcz honestly girl never is available and she will say she’s going to call you back and NEVER CALLS BACK. Today alone ive called at least 8 times just for them to say she’s available and then im on hold 15/20 mins and it hangs up. I call back. Now she’s on lunch. Then call back im on hold forever and then the hang up. Most unprofessional dentist ever. I will never get anything done here again. If you like long wait times and being lied to come here. Maybe not here , ive been to a few locations and although they all arent the best , this one has to be the worst.

Negative experience: My daughter needed cavity filled on both left & right side schedule left side done scheduled right side only they only filled one tooth had make another appointment pull her out of school at 11:45 her appointment 12 noon it’s now 12:45 and we still sit in waiting area they say no chairs but my daughter misses school to sit in a waiting area while we listen to office employees gossip we have watched two patients leave and they took another patient who just showed up back. Why don’t they schedule patients right. The office girl is not friendly at all this place really sucks, rude and my daughter just got called back 1hour after her appointment time. They really need to hire staff that don’t gossip the entire time I been here

Negative experience: Don’t go here ! They had me apply for a loan and when I didn’t use it they refused to cancel the loan and now I’m in danger of it being put on my credit report. I’ve called corporate and still nothing is being done. The manager is very unprofessional! I will be seeing how to take them to small claims court

Fantastic experience: My son had an appointment for a check up and cleaning. The visit was pleasant and prompt. The whole staff was great and Dr. Vasili was friendly and made him feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Very bad service they put a lot of appointments at days and they are always behind , today they didn’t se my kids i had to go back home i wasted my time for no reason.

Negative experience: Very frustrated with the dental service I experienced last Nov. 14, 2024. Special attention to Dra. Ranjitha Vasili, who in the middle of my dental treatment (deep cleaning & with anesthesia), left me with numbed face, & made me wait for 35 -40 minutes! Her reason was, she has to attend to a personal call! She is UNPROFESSIONAL & does not deserve to conduct such profession with negligence and lack of concern to her clients! Western Dental Clinic is in North Texas, Fairfield.

Negative experience: I had received 3 different texts from this office to confirm an appointment on a Saturday that was made 6 months earlier. I replied and confirmed the appointments for both of my children. When I showed up to this branch on that scheduled Saturday, it was closed. I then called the office and nobody picked up, I was then transfered to remote customer service that told me that they didn't see any scheduled appointments for that day. They told me that someone from the office would call me Monday. Monday I did not receive a call, so I called to speak to someone about it. They told me that the manager would call me back in 15 min since she was on a conference call. I waited an hr and then called back since I did not receive a call. Martha the manager explained that my appointments were not on their schedule calender, but she did see that the appointment was made and that she would have to reach out to I.T. to find out why. She said she would give me a call back that same day just to let me know any updates. I never received a call back that same day and had to call her again the following day. Martha then explained that she was busy and forgot to give me a call back, but there was no update and that she is not sure if this is even a priority for the I.T. department. When I explained that Google shows them open on Saturdays, she said that they are open every other Sat. Their customer service for a mistake they made is horrible and I do not recommend trying to schedule with this brach especially when the Manager is unable to set a reminder to call a newer patient, that she promised to. Very disappointed...

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! I called the day before and they were able to get me in the next day! I had a cleaning and needed a filling and something else! The lady who does the payments did a great job with helping me get a nice payment plan and showed compassion and empathy! I new the right thing for my health was to not delay, but get it done today! So I appreciate what she did!

Negative experience: Don’t go there don’t. Really bad experience they didn’t want to put my brackets on again because my brackets fell off apart and they told me to put them on I needed to do a new contract again to pay 5000 again…really bad

Fantastic experience: Western Dental office in Fairfield is a GREAT dentist to take you children to. Miss Kim the front in receptionist was caring to my son's needs and was able to get an appointment for him on the same day. She sympathized with his pain and gave good care to our needs. The dental assistant Miss Katie was the nurse who took care of my son when he had his procedure. I was unable to go back with my son for his procedure but Miss Katie assured me that he would be okay and assured me that she would take good care of him. I believed her. After my son's procedure my son told that he really liked Miss Katie. My son was seen by Dr Lim and Dr V both doctors took very good care of my son and after his procedure they communicate his after procedure care with me. I was very confident that everything went well. I truly recommend this dental office to everyone looking for good dental care!!!!

Negative experience: Same crap different day. They somehow can't record keep. Stating a three year treatment gap, despite my being there a few months ago. There's a $1.00 fee for Denti-Cal insurance. I literally had to fish for four quarters. An hour behind schedule. Rude service. Very normal unfortunately. Be your own advocate! Speak up, otherwise the service is worse!!! Nobody remembers clients, they don't keep accurate records and will push everything...stay strong. Nobody with good dental insurance comes here.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 10am, I went in at 9:57am and they told me they didn’t have me for an appointment so I should schedule one, then said the appointment I “didn’t have” was at 9am and that I missed it. Which is so confusing to me because how are you going to tell me I didn’t have an appointment, then say that I did have one and that I missed it because it was at 9 but it was scheduled to start at 10am!! And the waiting time for this place needs to get better because no wants to wait around 2 hours just to get seen then have to wait hours again for anything to get done.

Negative experience: This office needs more staff. Need to have more than just 2 doctors. My first visit last week I was there for 4 1/2 hrs. Very unacceptable! & not very professional! The recheck visit I had today was at 10 am, wasn't seen until 45 mins later. I have an appointment again ext week, I heard thete will only be 1 doctor. I have better things to do than spend hours waiting at this office. All the staff were great, polite, very professional. Get more doctors and or don't over schedule patients.

Negative experience: went to this place because my husband had seizures and broke his tooth and they literally caused an infection in his tooth/face from being careless, it's been almost a week and my poor husband has had to go to the ER 3 times already JUST for the infection. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DONT VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 10:30 am and I sat until 1:30 pm before being seen. None of the staff bothered to inform me or anyone else in the waiting room that they were going to lunch. The dentist saw me for a total of 10 minutes and then I was scheduled for a cleaning for next week. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be changing my dental program. Someone needs to shut these people down.

Negative experience: My appointment was a 11am and it was 2pm and never got attended horrible service

Negative experience: Super sketchy place. Before treatment they make you sign a form that says you won’t sue them for malpractice or join in any class action lawsuits if something happens to you. I’ve never had to sign something like that to receive medical care. They also had me sign a form saying I received my patient rights and other forms and I told them I didn’t receive any of that and they said “oh it’s okay” and took the blank form from me. I would have still liked to know my rights? Lastly, I waited for over an hour to be seen for my appointment and when they called me back they realized they couldn’t do the work I needed to get done. Waste of time and I won’t be going back.

Negative experience: I had made an appointment with an customer representative scheduled for today (8/10/24) at 10am, I show up and there’s no cars in the parking lot and the door is locked. The hours online says open from 8am-4:30pm, I tried to call their office and it says that they’re closed.

Fantastic experience: My son had 4 Wisdom Teeth extracted this morning. His surgery took less time than I anticipated. The Surgeon and Mrdical Team were amazing. My son felt very comfortable in their care.

Negative experience: had to wait over 1.5 hours when i already booked an appointment. the staff weren’t nice. i ended up leaving before my appointment was ready.

Fantastic experience: I've had work done at alot of dentists in my 34 years. This location/ team is efficient, empathetic, fair, and fast to get you scheduled if you need it. Great work so far from the hygienist and dentist, and the admin staff are top notch as well.

Negative experience: The wait was 2hrs with an emergency appointment and once seen was referred to a different dentist with no antibiotics prescribed even thou the seen she had an infection. I would not recommend someone I didn’t like to go there.

Negative experience: Did bring my 10 years ago and the wait time was so long like almost 2hrs. Spent $3000.00 on her braces and it didn’t fix her bottom teeth but top came ok. She re did it now that she is working . But after 10 years I come here again the wait time is still same . I have a 86 year old client and we came at 10:30 and still waiting, time is 12:49pm. Please find better place if you don’t want to wait so long and they don't even say that they sorry running behind on schedule. Worst experience at Western Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’m honestly not one to leave a review but the staff here have been amazing. Sabdi specifically saw how anxious I was since I had not been to a dentist in a long time. Sabdi’s knowledge and professionalism combined with genuine warmth have made me more comfortable with coming to the dentist. As someone who works in luxury retail, I really admired this because of how difficult it is to be knowledgeable, patience, yet personable as well, especially when talking about cavities . Negative experience: This is the worst Dentist is Fairfield Ca the receptionist is rude and the service takes for ever my last cleaning I was there for 2 in half hours just for a cleaning and only 3 people was there in the morning time didn’t leave until close to 1pm plus they took my money and didn’t put it on my account and my bill Kept say unpaid I had to talk to the manger 3 time regarding my money I would not recommend this to anyone unless you don’t mind waiting hours and bad customer service.

Negative experience: My grandpa got dentures from this place and after a year they broke 3 times back to back. Since October I’ve been giving the dentures to them to fix and after 3+ weeks they give them to us and then they break the very same day. This morning my grandpa went in and got them after waiting 3ish weeks, they said they will be fine now then 2 hours later they broke after he took a bite of his food. Very bad and poor quality of work, do not recommend to anyone who needs dentures. They are not reliable at ALL. I’d rather pay money to get a good pair that will last 5+ years then get free dentures off of Medicaid/medicare that don’t even last a year. Save your time and find a BETTER place to get your teeth stuff done.

Fantastic experience: My appointment today went so well. I had xrays, cleaning, and ortho consult all in one hour. And Sabdi was awesome. She was so helpful, answered all my questions and scheduled my next appointment for me.

Positive experience: This dental office is good , the place has a somewhat clean environment and some staff are helpful. The wait time is really bad , but other than that it’s alright, my orthodontist Maribel was very kind and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you something for the past 6 months I've been getting the runaround at the Napa Western dental multiple cancellations from them so I decided to go to the Fairfield office and let me tell you they've done more for me than Napa Western dental has ever tried to do Kim was the one who helped me and she was so nice and helped me understand the paperwork that I had to fill out she also got them to give me a teeth cleaning right then and there instead of waiting for my next appointment which I'm more than happy with they also did exam which they didn't even do at the Napa location so if I was anybody who lives in the Napa area please go to Western dental in Fairfield they are very professional they scheduled me appointments after my appointment was done I did have to wait a little bit for my appointment but that's okay because it was really worth it in the end thank you so much Kim keep up the good customer service you doing amazing you really did make my experience better than I've been experienced in these past months of trying to be seen by a doctor

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at this office. Now for some context. I've been putting off a dentist visit due to embarrassment and fear of being judged (drug use ruined my teeth) but i was recommended this facility from a friend who loves this dental office. So I came all the way from out of town and I'm HAPPY I did. Everyone there was so nice and sweet. I did not feel judged. Nobody treated me with negativity. Dental offices in my town have. Big shout out to Kimberly for being so sweet and understanding while I started crying (realizing the consequences of my own negligence) she was very sweet and very concerned when she seen the silent tears rolling. She's a sweet heart ! Will definitely be going here and recommending them to anyone who needs a great dentist office !

Negative experience: Left me on hold for 15 minutes, called back and someone picked up so they obviously forgot. Called again today requesting records just to be told they’re going to get someone and be hung up on. This is a frequent problem with this office so if you like actual good service DONT come here. Everything about this office is terrible from the staff to the doctor to the wait times to be seen just terrible. Don’t let the few good reviews fool you they ask you to leave a 5 star review on the rare occasion they actually do their job right.

Fantastic experience: Front end staff was patient and efficient while helping unprepared clients with dental insurance coverage authorization issues. The staff performing dental services were friendly and informative. Sabdi was one individual among her peers that shared a picture of her beautiful 8 month old with me. They all are a great team of service providers. My family and I will be back in the future.

Negative experience: I once gave this place 5 stars but now they are so undeserving of even 1 star. The staff is rude, no-one answers the phones in a timely manner and if you get a hold of someone have fun being put on hold and good luck getting off of hold. I've been hung up on multiple times when inquiring about a procedure I should’ve had done months ago but of course they are understaffed and when not understaffed they are overbooked to the absolute max and you'll be waiting for hours wasting your entire day. Not only that but The doctor has forgotten or incorrectly submitted paperwork to my insurance on multiple occasions so have fun with that. If you enjoy having your dental work done in a reasonable time frame don't come here but if you want to have broken teeth for months with no end in site then be my guest and go here.

Negative experience: Do not go to this place for an appointment. Please take your medical insurance somewhere else because I don’t know why they’re still in business. They don’t handle appointments in a prompt manner because I had a 12 o clock appointment on the 25th of July and guess what? I was there for 50 minutes while everyone else was being seen one at a time. Why? Maybe the pandemic did a number on people but guess what? Pandemic my foot because nobody was thinking about that when they were traveling, partying and having people over during the holidays when the pandemic was in session. So that’s just an excuse. They had plenty of doggone offices where each worker could see one patient for each dentist. Shirt-staffed? Guess what? Hire more people because there was absolutely no excuse as to why I or anyone could be waiting for someone to see them for an appointment. Also to make things worse, the receptionist took her happy behind from the desk to either have a break or do something without telling anyone she needed to cover someone for her position for the time being. I’ve been to several doctors offices and appointments and I was seen in less than ten minutes so there was no excuse as to why I couldn’t have been seen in a timely manner because my time is precious and valuable. I shouldn’t have to ask people to be prompt in doing a job that they get paid to do. So please avoid this place like the plague.
