Fantastic experience: Parkside Dental has the best team. They treat you so kind. If you are in pain and dont have an appointment they do what they can to fit you in somewhere. Your comfort and managed pain is a priority. They do follow up texts/calls to see how you are doing after. I will continue to come here and recommend them. Fantastic experience: Parkside Dental is wonderful! The entire team, as well as their oral surgery partners at Omni Specialty Dental went out of their way to make sure their new patient (KP) was comfortable and happy. He was SUPER nervous about switching from his previous dentist (for decades) and the entire staff showed empathy and compassion toward his concerns. He ended up needing very expensive work (that wasn’t covered by insurance) involving crowns, root canals, implants and a bridge. Parkside presented all financial options and did everything they could to help us move forward with everything that KP needed. We got lucky in finding this office as this is now KP’s primary dental provider. Not only are we happy, but my guy loves smiling now! Thank you Parkside!

The hygienists are thorough and very considerate about pressure or pain. Dr. Park is very thoughtful and through his observations makes suggestions providing his opinions. Fantastic experience: I called and was greeted by Kendall, she is so sweet and scheduled me for my first appointment for the next week (which was way sooner than I expected, I LOVED that) when I arrived I was greeted immediately by Kendall. When I checked in she went over everything with me. I really appreciate the integrity here and the straightforward pricing, I liked how I actually was aware and understood what I was being seen for. The waiting room has complimentary coffee and water and looked neat and clean. The Dental assistants were all great I wish I can remember their names. Dr Park was also very nice and personable which made me more comfortable because he also made sure I understood everything that was going on and explained things thoroughly. Everyone there was great! My only regret is growing up in Fairfield and just now discovering this dental office. I highly recommend it here, they do it all and have excellent customer service.

From our very first visit, the entire team has been warm, professional, and thorough in explaining the process. One team member in particular, Glenda, truly stands out. Their pediatric department is very professional and helped my 4yr old daughter get through her appointment. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Parkside Dental. After our dentist retired, I had been searching for a new one but ended up needing one sooner than I thought and was recommended by another person to come here! It has been amazing! My daughters love Dr. Rob (my youngest can’t wait to go back and that was after her fillings) and Christine in Pediatrics has been a saving grace! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Showed up after dentical failed us. I'm a low income mom but wanted the best for my kids. I googled nearest places to me with great ratings and found this spot with no disappointment!. Took my daughter in with a same day appt. Staff was great! Dentist was upfront honest and gave options and advice. They made my child feel comfortable and although they hate dentist, surprisingly they like there's and for that I'm grateful. In my opinion you pay what you get and here I pay what I get. I purchased a yearly plan for my kids and make small payments .. mind you we love it so much I signed my other daughter up:). Thank u Parkside dental! Ps. There office is huge with ortho in the same building!

Positive experience: Normally the orthodontist that assists me takes her time and makes sure she has the right information. The last time I visited the office I feel I had another orthodontist taking care of me because the visit was super quick. One thing that did bother me was that I was told I was behind with the results. The voice in the orthodontist seemed frustrated. I was told to leave the current tray on for 7 more days. If I was asked when I switched the tray I would have said 3 days ago. So yes I still had 7 more days ago and that tray still needed time to adjust what needed to be adjust with that tray. Other than this last visit I have had good experiences with this office.

Fantastic experience: Parkside Dental Pediatrics did a field trip to our 4yo daughter’s preschool and she really wanted to come here so we switched dentist and glad we did! The pediatric dentist, hygienist, and front staff were so amazing with her and educated her in a way she understood. We loved this office so much we switched our teenagers over to this office as well. With them being a one stop for our families needs it is much appreciated for a large family on the go. The adult dentist, hygienist, and front staff were all equally as amazing! The office is beautiful, very sanitary, and everyone is so kind! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Arrived just before 1 PM on December 3, 2024 for cleaning. Logged in promptly and shown to a well equiped cubicle. The hygenist proceeded to take numerous xrays of all of my teeth for the dentist to check at the end of the cleaning. In my 33 years of using Parkside Dental Care, I am delighted to say that this cleaning by this hygenist was the most meticulous, gentle and professional by far of all my visits. I have had excellent service with Parkside Dental Care since 1991 and I highly recommend their services. Like a great auto mechanic or tax preparer, this facility is a lifetime keeper. Other Invisalign treatment & providers may give only a year; but mine was Nov 2020 thru today 2023Nov 14 simply because of their meticulous attention to quality details. Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Parkside for decades. Our household is now all living with disabilities too. They’ve been nothing but kind, compassionate, and accommodating. I have a complicated medical history and my dental care is integrated and coordinated with it which is both helpful and allows for my peace of mind. I highly recommend them for anyone regardless of these conditions but name them for others that do!

Fantastic experience: The reception staff know me by name- the dental staff and my dentist make me feel welcome and take the time to get the job done. I’ve been going here for about 35 years. It’s a little out of my way but well worth it. I highly recommend Parkside Dental! Update: Just went to see Julien for a teeth cleaning and she did such a great job and again everyone was so welcoming and sweet! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Friendly place, everyone is all professional and nice. Extraordinary dental work for checking teeth, cleaning, dental repair, and etc. highly recommend to have Parkside dental care as your dentist.

Negative experience: Shop around. I went with Parkside because they told me they could do appointments on Fridays and Saturdays - and a lot of ortho's would not. Well, after I signed the contract, they keep scheduling my daughter on Mondays and Tuesdays- I continuously tell them I need a Friday or sat. This has gone on for over a year - because they never have an opening on the one Saturday they are open for 4 hours a month - and NO Fridays. Not to mention - they charged me almost $3000 more than my sons ortho for the same braces. SHOP AROUND there are better offices in the area.

Negative experience: At my last ortho visit, it was not a pleasant experience, it felt like an assault, to be practiced on by new staff in training without introduction, without my permission, and not checking on my comfort during the process. It took some time to process the experience, speak up for myself, and share this experience. Please remember, providers, in medical and dental practice, you are caring for persons, not objects.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Parkside Dental Care since the late 1980's and have always received the best dental care. The dental team is the best and always treats me in a friendly and professional manner. I trust Parkside Dental Care for all my dental care.

Negative experience: Staff is friendly, clean, and nice place. However, I paid $405 for x-rays? Unheard of anywhere! $3,000 for 2 molar removals and 1 bone graft? I just paid less than half that price! Jergenson Dental Awesome friendly, clean and obviously not going to charge anywhere near that price!

Fantastic experience: Parkside has been my go to for years. Excellent care and service all around. Not sure if Velvet is still around, but today Jamaica cleaned my teeth and did a great job. Parkside has taken great care to service its patients with the utmost safety in the era of Covid. Velvet is a phenomenal hygienist. Thank you for your work!

Support staff do a great job, also very friendly. You can never say you didn't know you had an appointment because they are on the spot with reminders, just the right amount too. They also make everything crystal clear ahead of time. The Delta Dental thing is a drag, not their fault.

Negative experience: 18 month orthodontic plan now at 37 months, with no set end in sight. Horrible availability, appts pushed much farther out due to lack their of. If you don't mind being years off target and your child continuously missing parts of class because their are never appts outside of school hours this is the place to go.

Negative experience: I had a cleaning yesterday and x-rays. When I went to go sit down in the chair to get my cleaning done. I had the doctor come and look at my teeth. When he looked at my teeth he told me that all my back teeth are damaged from me having jaw surgery. I was a little surprised because I never had the dentist back in November tell me that my teeth in the back of my mouth are bad. I'm no longer going to be doing business with this dentist anymore. I will be finding a new dentist. Parkside dental isn't the same dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve coming to Parkside Dental since 2018 and every visit has been amazing. From the Doctors to the front nothing but 10’s across the board! The hygienist are knowledgeable and gentle during cleaning, the Doctors aren’t trying to preform unnecessary oral surgeries for financial benefit! This office is LEGIT!! For my cleaning I’m always I’m and out around 45min to 1hr max!

Fantastic experience: Today, I saw Dr. Kim for the first time. I had a great exam and cleaning. My girls had a great time in the pediatric department. I love that they have all the specialist here. Front office Christine, Glenda and Ale were very friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Pieroni for more than 10 years. I drive from San Pablo, Ca for my dental visitis and it’s always nice to talk with everyone at the office. I’ve been through braces, root canals and implants. I recommend this to anyone looking for a family oriented dental office that cares.

They explained everything during the process and were very open to questions. I ended up removing two baby teeth here and they were able to help he out right away! They are thorough with their patients needs. They have a survey about how scared you get at the dentist office and how they can help you out while you’re there (whether it’s a weighted blanket, sunglasses, etc). 5/5 stars

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Parkside Dental Care in Fairfield was great! I got an appointment the same day to get signed into the system, reviewed by the physician, take x-rays and thorough assesment of what needs to be done. I asked many questions and the Dr. took time to explain to me every single detail and question I had. My first appointment was made and adjusted per my request and I look forward to my initial procedure. Thank you to the entire team for the most efficient and caring dentist visit I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: Teeth cleaning was explained on procedures cleaning was efficient with no issues. I really like the hygienist as she also reviewed my previous X-rays, what steps for maintenance and was gentle enough to not make it a painful process. Don’t forget to ask for an estimate on services as dental insurance only pays a portion. Great service!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today regarding a broken upper denture. That my dog got hold of and almost totally destroyed it. They're going to be able to repair it for me. Which is much more cost-effective at this time. And then later on this year I'll be able to get a new one that will be covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I brought my family to Parkside Dental even thought they are out of network with my Cigna insurance. I had tried several in-network offices and had terrible experiences. To name a few: Procedures weren't done right. Pain after fillings were done. Inexperienced and over aggressive doctors. Waits were long, sometimes had to wait an hour or two to be seen. I have had some work redone by Dr. Chen because they weren't done right at the in-network office i went to. The hygienists at the other office would only spend 30 minutes on our cleaning. On the other hand I never had a bad experience at Parkside Dental. Staffs were wonderful and accommodating. Hardly any wait! Doctors only recommend what is needed and they do their work carefully. and the best of all, the works were done expertly and painlessly. They also have a sister office inside Solano Mall. Both are great with customer cares!

Fantastic experience: I have the most AMAZING experience at Parkside! My first visit to Parkside. Dr. Chen is awesome! The staff is so kind! Had to get a root canal and crown done (they have their own lab) - all in the same day! They made it as painless as possible! I was not prepared for Dr. Chen to give me his personal cell phone number and will be calling me tomorrow to follow up (on a Saturday)!!! Stellar customer service!!!

Dr. Kim and Glenda, the office manager, along with the entire staff, are not only friendly but also deeply courteous and professional. Though I had to switch to a different dental office for about a year due to my dental insurance plan, I was keen to return to Parkside Dental. The experience elsewhere only highlighted the exceptional service I received at Parkside. On my return, the team, especially Glenda, took the time to thoroughly explain billing and treatment plans, which was highly reassuring. While I’ve noticed some negative reviews, my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The level of attention and concern for my well-being at Parkside Dental is remarkable. Dr. Kim’s expertise, particularly with my partial denture, stands out. Whenever I’ve had any issues or pain, they’ve promptly scheduled appointments and provided the necessary treatment and advice. In my opinion, Parkside Dental truly excels in patient care, making you feel valued and well-looked-after. I wholeheartedly recommend them and give them a well-deserved five-star rating.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Parkside Dental! I feel very grateful for the care they have always given my daughter and me. Pediatrics and Ortho are awesome! They’re always on top of my daughter’s appointments to keep up with her treatment. Fantastic experience: Amazing front office staff and both radiology technicians!!! I called with a painful tooth at 12:30 this afternoon and had an appointment by 3 pm. I got a call at 2:10 saying the dentist was ahead of schedule and could see me as soon as I could get to the office. Also very helpful in insurance pre approval process and information. Referral sent out right away for oral surgeon too! I am a chicken when it comes to any dental visits! The staff and dentist put me at ease right away! I am not anxious at all about returning for treatments! I am very satisfied with Parkside Dental and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is the best. Glenda the office manager is wonderful. We receive the best care ever. We had to leave due to retirement and have purchased our own dental insurance so we could return. Everyone is top notch. Want to also say Anna is also very pleasant person. We just can't say enough good things about this place.

Fantastic experience: Had a good cleaning by Berenice. I work Monday-Friday and can’t get in during the week as I live an hour a way. Their availability on Saturday and their caring staff is the reason I drive to this office. I highly recommend them.
