Fantastic experience: I have been searching for an outstanding dentist ever since my favorite dentist retired. I am delighted to say I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Tyler. I am so relieved to find a superb dentist in my hometown. He also has an amazing staff. Big thanks to the knowledgeable dental hygienist and to the receptionist who greets you with professionalism and a sincerely warm smile. I am very grateful that Blue Ridge Family Dental will take care of all my dental needs. I highly recommend their services !

Fantastic experience: I've had two appointments in the last 2 weeks a young girl by the name of La Toya.at the counter helped me out right from the beginning when I came up to the counter, she listened to me of what my problem was and made an appointment for me the following Monday which I was very happy to get with Dr Meade. La Toya was very helpful and her personality was a real Plus since I was not aware of all their procedures of what I had to go through she was very very helpful. Also Dr Cabrslwas also very helpful and very professional and corrected a problem on my lower plate. I was very impressed with the Blue ridge family dental and I would also recommend returning for any future problems. And again I was very impressed with the professionalism of the young woman La Toya the front desk. Her her personality and dealing with people like myself was very impressive.Overall this is an excellent practice!

Fantastic experience: Great experience all around. Dr Cabral is an expert and craftsman at what he does. The warm welcome from Latoya when I came in made me want to come back even though I don’t like getting dental work. She was transparent on all the information on my procedure and left out no details. Negative experience: First trip was great,then came back and paid for the work done on 1 tooth ,they sent a bill for an extra tooth that was not worked on ,I know this because that tooth was pulled at another dentist out of town months before and it did not grow back to be charged for a crown .Not going back and not paying for the mystery crown .

Fantastic experience: A recent visit to Blue Ridge Family Dental for several procedures was impressive. The office environment is calm and welcoming. Staff members are very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Many Thanks to Latoya, and Vicky! Dr. Cabral is very knowledgeable and patient, answering all questions and providing tips for oral health. Excellent dental care in a comfortable setting is recommended for anyone looking for it at Blue Ridge Family Dental.

Negative experience: This is the WORST dental office I have ever been a patient of. I was referred by another dentist as I was in a market for one, and everything seemed to be fine..until I went in for a crown. The front office said I had to pay this price and I did (I have the receipts) and I thought we were all good - then I come out and she tells me I owe more which she DID NOT TELL ME BEFORE I SCHEDULED THE APPT. I would have made funds available had I known the price. At this point I was frustrated, rightfully so I was told one thing and now I am being told something else. The front office said this was their mistake, we will eat this cost, but then MONTHS LATER...I receive a bill for the difference that she messed up on. I wouldn't have had a problem if they were HONEST and knew how to communicate when they MESSED UP. I have never gone to a dentist office where the schedule an appt and they tell you a price and then later tell you that you owe more. The office should always tell you how much it is UPFRONT before so we as the patient can decide how we want to move forward. This place seems to be shady. The worst customer service. Plus the front office told me I needed to find out, how would I know about the insurance...I thought that's what the office is supposed to tell us. I am beyond pissed and frustrated with this dental office. The refused to let me talk to the owner as well because I assuming she doesn't want to take accountability. I called and chatted with the front office she is going back on when she had confirmed in person and then told me she made a note on my account. Front office should have called me instead of sending a bill in the mail because that is beyond shady. No accountability and she thought I wouldn't notice the bill after time has passed. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU KEEP PATIENTS BY BEING SHADY.

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist because my current one had stopped taking my insurance. I was so lucky to find Blue ridge family dental. I want him for my first visit for an exam and right from the start my experience was a great one. The customer service is the best. My dental hygienist and the dentist work together as a team and made my next day experience Great. I am so glad I found Blue ridge family dental.

Fantastic experience: i love blue ridge!! latoya and vickie at the front desk are absolute sweethearts. they’re super thorough when it comes to insurance/cost questions. i was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth pulled, latoya brought me a blanket and held my hand! dr. cabral and dr tyler are super kind and patient. hands down the best experience i have had in an office. very refreshing to go somewhere and be remembered! i won’t be changing offices anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: On Monday Afternoon, I was continuing to have sensitivity on a tooth that recently had a filling for a cavity. I call Blue Ridge Dental, and although they were not seeing patients on Tuesday due to having an all day special equipment training for staff, the clinic staff had me come in for a quick exam. That was real “Customer Service” to me. Thanks again to all the Great Staff at the Blue Ridge Family Dental Clinic for being there when I really needed them for emergency dental care. Fantastic experience: Such an urgent dental issue….It started late Fri-did a shift Sat feeling some pain-called Sunday when I woke up looking like a chipmunk-got me an appt first thing Tues..in between knowin it was an epic infection called Monday and Latoya took care of me and got the antibiotics called in(unfoturnately didnt get the text until later mon not her fault!) (sorry this is long but they need the KUDDOS!) I showed up way early looking like the elephant man (not trying to be dissrespectful but no photo only way to describe) Dr Kabral and his team of badasses helped me feel calm and on the mend! Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently moved to Vacaville and we were so nervous about finding a new dentist, as we hadn’t gone in a few years due to the pandemic and moving. We received a referral for Blue Ridge Dental and we’re so grateful - we both had a great experience!! Our hygienist Jason was super friendly, helpful, and gentle. We saw different dentists - my husband saw Dr. Cabral and I saw Dr. Tyler and they were both super friendly and took their time with us. My husband needs some work done and Blue Ridge made an effort to get him in before the end of the year (in order to use our dental insurance benefits!) and their estimate and time for the work was less than he had been quoted at another dentist in Vacaville a few years ago. We’re so glad we have Blue Ridge Family Dental as our new dentists!

Fantastic experience: We bounced around to different providers for a couple year. A friend recommended Blue Ridge and we have never looked back. We had an emergency this week. The staff accommodated us and the tech and doctor went above and beyond to make sure my child felt safe and comfortable with his procedure. We would recommend Blue Ridge any day!!

I experience no pain at all and as soon as he finished, the numbness was completely gone due to his careful injections. His assistant was totally in synch with him as if they’d worked together for many years. Also, on my prior visit for cleaning, Alex was equally impressive with her skills and mannerisms. I was initially drawn to this office because of their ability to make crowns same day, in house, but I have to say that I will be going there for dental work for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: Great first visit! Vicky and LaToya in the front office were helpful and patient when I called a few times with fee and insurance questions before scheduling. Cynthia the hygienist gave my teeth the most thorough cleaning I've every received. I just wish I'd come in before my son's wedding. I would have smiled a lot more :). Dr. Tyler had a gentle touch during the exam. I feel confident I'm in good hands, and very happy to have found a dentist I like who is in my insurance network. I live in Fort Bragg, but visit my family in Vacaville often enough that this will work out well. Looking forward to coming back in for an implant consultation soon.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. They will scam you out of money and recommend treatment that is not needed. I had to transfer dentists due to my other dentist not accepting my insurance. I was recommended this dentist and I made sure to double check that they accept my insurance l, they do okay. I booked a routine cleaning. I gave them the information to get all my records from my previous dentist. I was assured that my treatment was fully covered. So I said okay and left after the treatment. I received a bill in the mail for the X-rays they said I needed. But my insurance didn’t accept it because I had already had it done 6 months prior. If they had my records and knew I had already don’t it. Why did they do it and charge for it, full knowing they can see the X-rays in my file. They are scamming people out of money for services they had already received and deceived me. I will be reporting them.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience! I got a new dentist and he was absolutely wonderful! The office is always friendly and kind, the assistants are quick and knowledgeable, and the dentist had excellent bedside manner, was gentle and explained everything as he went along. I am usually a nervous mess when I go to the dentist but not here. I highly recommend this office. They will get u in quickly in a timely manner and explain all costs, insurance, procedures, etc. and they believe in self autonomy - after all - it’s your mouth! You decide what you want done - it’s no one else’s decision! However if you need help making decisions, the dentists and office management are happy to help! They will give recommendations and create a treatment plan; but if it is not feesible due to insurance or finances, they will work with you to create a realistic plan that you are happy with. Blue Ridge Dental is easily a 5 star office!

Negative experience: During my March visit I wasn't notified in any way that I would be seeing a new dentist and he was out of network. My insurance hasn't changed in 4 years. Nothing like a surprise bill to go along with a visit to the dentists.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. The only bright spot in this office is LaToya, she is delightful. My mom went in for some swelling, was told she needed a root canal. Dr. Cabral said she had an abscess, but they got it all. Was sent nome with zero antibiotics, in a massive amount of pain, with no follow up. Woke up the next day and her face was doubled in size. Was told “swelling is normal”. She had to beg for antibiotics and was instead encouraged to buy these vitamins. Because of the delay in treating the infection, her face was like a cartoon with infection clearly going down her neck. Ended up in the ER with IV antibiotics, pain killers and a very confused Dr who could not understand why the dentist sent her home with no medications. She was very close to being in a very dire situation.Now she has to see a specialist because she’s developed cellulitis and it has been decided the best course of action is to extract the tooth. It is unbelievable how little this dentist cared. Even after knowing all that has happened this past week, not one time did he reach out to offer any guidance. She will never return here and I would encourage anyone to not risk going here.

Positive experience: Jason did a great job doing my xrays and teeth cleaning. Great bedside manner and professional. Edit 6/24: Jason continues to do great work. Even with my complications of having an organ transplant, I have never had any issues with his care and bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated going to see the dentist, but Blue Ridge Family Dental is an exception. From the front desk to the back office, everyone here is genuinely nice and caring. Latoya and Sarah are always on point when it comes to check in, billing, and appointment scheduling and Beatriz and Dr. Capponi are gentle and thorough in their explanations and show great care in their work. Negative experience: They made a good call hiring Dr. Meade. He's very professional, really knowledgeable and provides affordable treatment options. I'm a very anxious dental patient and he's sympathetic to that which is wonderful to find in a dentist. UPDATE: SHORTLY AFTER POSTING THIS DR MEADE NO LONGER WORKED THERE AND THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED ME INSTEAD OF MY INSURANCE. ALL ALONG TELLING ME IM PAYING TOWARDS A SPECIFIC TREATMENT PLAN. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS SHIFTING NEW DENTISTS. NO ONE STAYS. THEY RIPPED ME OFF.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I was in terrible pain while having procedure done. Before she started working on my tooth I told her I still felt a lot of pain. That it was not numb. She said ok. I assumed she would numb it more. No, she started procedure anyway. Tried to stop her, she kept saying almost done. I grabbed her arm one time to pull it away and she said turn loose I have sharp instrument in my hand and kept going. Beyond painful. My first and last time going to this place. LaToya at front desk was extremely friendly and nice. Dentist I saw not so much!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this place since 92, and i love the people there.. Always friendly laughing, encouraging, and always showing patients what they can do better and what they are doing well.. People here always talk to you step by step when undergoing a dental operation... Its a good dental place to go to you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: La Toya has the best customer service and gave a great patient experience. Having had many horrible experiences with medical and dental offices, she calmly and encouragingly helped walk me through many hurdles. Dentists really are only a portion of the experience, the office staff are essential to patient experience and I am grateful to her.

Negative experience: Had an appointment here, I go every 6 months for a cleaning. At no point was I told I would not be seeing my dentist but a hygienist, that they increased the price by over $100 since my last visit, or that they didn't accept my insurance until I got there/after my appointment. I had an "exam" by a dentist after the cleaning, which was way longer and more painful than normal. The exam was a dentist asking if I had any cavities, then looking to see for himself. Off he goes. 45 seconds. The cleaning didn't involve fluoride as that was an upcharge. $245 for a basic cleaning from a hygienist (they were nice just to be clear) with no fluoride and no warning of the price increase, I would have canceled had they told me ANY of these things when I talked to them on the phone the week before the appointment.
