Negative experience: This place is why im scared to even go to the dentist anymore. They scheduled me for a root canal and extraction for the same day, i was only receiving shots for pain, which they knew so they took 7 HOURS to help me, by the end I was sobbing, my entire body shaking from head to toe with adrenaline because of the unbearable pain. They only care about cashing in as many people as possible in a time period. Terrible experience. Extremely expensive. Dont go here if you go to your appointments alone with nobody to advocate for you. They will take advantage of you.

Negative experience: Had molar extracted Thursday with bone graft and stitches. Stitches all fell out today and no idea if I lost my bone graft. Called dentist and they just blew me off and swept me under the rug never use this place !!!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the rare dental practices that hasn't sold out, and I wish them all the success in the world for it. Dr. McNairy and his team are kind, courteous, and professional. The dental hygienists are gentle and will take the time to explain what they are doing and why as they clean your teeth. You will not be pushed into services or procedures you don't want or need. You can trust what the dentist recommends is in the best interest of your health. I went to several other places in Loveland for my dental care, always frustrating and painful experiences, before finally landing on this place--wish I had found Lincoln Place Dentistry sooner!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful first visit experience! I landed at Lincoln Place after an insurance change. After being at the same dentist for 15 years I didn't think I would find a place I liked so well. I was surprised to find I liked them even better. From scheduling, which can be done online, to front reception to hygienist and Dentist, everything was easy and everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. If you need a new dentist, give them a try!

He has always been to the point and no BS, But, he does still have bedside manners. I’ll probably go here till he leaves.

Also Dr. McNairy is personable and asks about my kids. One time I went on my birthday and they even gave me a birthday card.......which they didn't have to do. From Brooklyn and Brandi at the front desk, to Sydney my hygienist, and Dr. McNairy himself - the entire office was friendly, professional, and compassionate. The care was thorough, yet with absolutely no pressure. They provided options, and never made me feel wrong about my choices. And my out-of-pocket was extremely reasonable. This was my first dental appointment since moving to Colorado, and I couldn't recommend Lincoln Place Dentistry more highly.

Negative experience: Went in for a standard tooth cleaning that showed a cavity. Had the filling done and the tooth just went downhill from there. Turned into 10 visits which included redoing the filling, many adjustments, and ultimately a cracked tooth. Then got a crown put on that soon proved not good enough and now I need an extraction and implant. How can a cavity I didn't even know I had turn into an extraction and thousands of dollars? I trusted and respected this dentist and he really let me down and ruined my tooth and finances.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott McNary has served the dental needs of both my wife and me since he acquired this business and the easy-to-find downtown location a few years ago. We have come to know him and his capable staff as both caring professionals and warm friends. Since we are both “elderly” our needs are becoming something more than regular cleanings and x-rays, and my most recent visit was definitely “something more”: Crowning four upper front teeth to correct age-related cracking and genetic misalignment. This 2-hour+ session tested the skills of both Dr. McNary and his attentive, caring assistant. With the crowns being made on-site using the latest technological advances, I was—on completion—rewarded with a ‘mirror test’ that revealed a completely new smile. What a difference. I’ll never be a candidate for the big screen, but at least I don’t have to hide my teeth. The entire staff at Lincoln Place Dentistry—from front desk, to the ‘techs’ who handle cleanings, x-rays and preps, and finally—the guy at the top, Dr. McNary, have dedicated themselves to making the dental experience as pleasant and painless as it can possibly be. Both my wife and I heartily-recommend Lincoln Place Dentistry for the dental needs of folks of all ages. You'll be greeted into a warmly-decorated waiting area and discover the same level of professionalism we've come to expect.

Fantastic experience: My husband raved about this place and I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The woman who handled the insurance knew more than anyone I've ever encountered in a doctor's office. They made it easy. Then there was the checkup and cleaning that was more extensive than any I've ever had. Five stars and highly recommended. Update 2023 Needed a crown..fun, right? It doesn't have to be. The whole visit was smooth from the moment I arrived, through the painless process from the skill of the dentist, to the after effects of the procedure, or should I say NO aftereffects. From the time I got home, I couldn't tell I'd even had anything done. I ate dinner and didn't even think about it until the next day when my husband inquired. Lincoln Place handled everything with my insurance company. I did nothing but sit in a chair for a bit with my mouth open and pay the co-pay. The crown fits perfectly with my bite. Great experience. Still impressed.

Dr. McNairy made sure to answer all of my questions and offered some additional knowledge about the mechanics of tooth movement. Having a personal TV and getting to watch whatever Netflix show I wanted during the cleaning was a nice added touch.

I have lived in 3 states across 28 years, and truthfully, Lincoln Place Dentistry is the absolute best dentist I’ve had. Dr. McNairy is the best, and all of the staff are 10/10. There has not been 1 person in that office across the 2+ years I’ve been going there, who wasn’t 10/10 incredible. I live in Longmont, but it’s definitely worth the drive.

Negative experience: I walked in with Karen teaching the other staff how to use their operating system (red flag). I was late due to all of the construction and poor layout of the town. The lady immediately got mad after asking for my name and said they would try to squeeze me in. I looked at the waiting room with nobody in it, then looked at the dentist rooms with nobody in them either. By the time I look back Karen has a tablet in my face continuing to be rude to me. It's a hole in the wall poorly run dentist office and they shouldn't be in business. Just go somewhere respectful to have your teeth looked at. I'm 28 and have no cavities, I was their for a very simple teeth cleaning. I could only imagine how deep Karen would stuck her arm in your wallet and rip you off. Get a real dentist because this is not it.

Fantastic experience: On Monday, I had a crown put on one of my back teeth. I was amazed at how pain free the procedure was. I would recommend Dr. McNairy to anyone who needs dental care.
