Fantastic experience: As someone with a LOT of dental anxiety, it takes everything in me to call the dentist, set up and appointment, and go. This time, I had the added stress of finding myself a new dentist, and I was about to embark on some pretty major work. Thankfully, I chose Dr. Howard and his office and I LOVE THEM ALL! They actually make you feel special when you're there, or even interacting with them over the phone. And Dr. Howard himself is extremely empathetic, patient, and just awesome! Thanks Advanced Dentistry office!

Fantastic experience: I've always had problems with my teeth. I had a bridge coming loose so I decided it was time to get dental implants. I found The Center for Advanced Dentistry on line and all their reviews were 5 star and I know why. Everyone in the office is great. They walk you through the whole process. Dr. Howard did a great job! Not only is he a great Dr., he is a true artist! My teeth are perfect!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dr Howard was about 3 years ago, he was recommended by a good friend. I had several dental related issues that my previous Dentists were unable to diagnose and were beginning to cause serious damage to my teeth. First visit, Dr. Howard was able to quickly diagnose the problem, treat it and put me on a program that resolved future issues. My big disappointment is how long it took me to find them and the damage done by the inability of other dentists to find and treat the issue. His practice is made up of first rate people who treat you like family and make a sincere effort to take care of all my needs. I can't imagine going anywhere else no matter what distance I have to travel. Aundrea, one of the dental hygienists has done an exceptional job cleaning and advising me during each of my 6 month cleanings. I wish I knew everyone's name as I feel the entire group excels at their designated responsibilities. I HIGHLY recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on 9-29-22. I had filled out all of my paperwork online. The first thing they said to me at the desk was Hi and thank you for filling out your paperwork online. When you fill it out online it gives them a chance to look things over before you get there and it's easy. I went in to find out options for my top teeth. They walked me through procedures step by step. We talked about dentures all the way to screw in teeth. They told my wife and I what to expect throughout the process including the cost. Just all round good people, from the first person I talked to to the last one. There was nothing hidden in all of the information including no hidden costs. I felt like we had known each other for a very long time. Now my Pre-Op is 10-6-22 and the surgery will be on 10-20-22. I am looking forward to teeth that will look good and will be functional!! Jerry B Edit: 4/26/24 today I went in for a cleaning for my implants. I didn’t know what to expect. Stephanie and Sarah explained what they were going to do. It just feels so easy to sit in that chair and let the staff do their thing. The staff and even the fish in the tank, they all calm you. I am so glad that I found this place cause when I check out I know that I will see them again and they will all have a smile on their faces when we say hi again! Fantastic experience: When I first went to see Dr. Howard at the start of 2024, I hadn't been to a dentist since 2007. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist because it's almost impossible to make me numb. Unfortunately, finding a dentist who does IV sedation is just not that easy & even when I had found one or two over the years, they still treated me like an absolute inconvenience when I went in for a consult. Dr. Howard & his staff have been a god-send. They're all kind & patient. They explain things really clearly. They've been happy to answer my questions & do everything they can to help me within my very limited budget. When Dr. Howard told me, "My ego doesn't depend on being able to get you numb with just a shot. There's a reason I keep a nurse anesthetist on staff." I knew I'd definitely found my dentist!! Thank you Dr. Howard & staff for everything you've done & continue to do to help me!!

Fantastic experience: I have to start by saying my dental/orthodontic work was very extensive. I'm winding up what has taken about a year and a half, I had received a couple consultations prior to finding Dr. Howard and they scared me, they recommended very invasive surgies with 2-3 different providers, I found Dr. Howard and decided to give it one more chance and it was the best thing I ever did. Besides being just a genuinely nice human being, he is very straight forward in his communication, after taking the time to put together a treatment plan he laid everything out to me and he covered all the possible ways things could go and what he could do for me, I'm just about done and everything he said has been spot on. He is very meticulous in his work and strives for the best possible outcome. Restorative dental work is not cheap, so if you want what you pay for and have it from one provider (at least in my case it was all done by Dr. Howard) and more then I'd highly recommend Center for Advanced Dentistry. Now I want to say a few things about his staff, they are absolutely amazing, from the ladies at the reception desk Kaitlyn and Emma to Stephanie, the implant coordinator and Sara the dental technician who has to be one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, they are all amazing and go above and beyond for their patients. I honestly can't think of one negative thing about the people and quality of work here. And not only do they practice restorative dentistry, they will remain my dental providers for routine check ups after the major work is complete which I'm very happy about.

Fantastic experience: This is a first-class operation from top to bottom. You walk in and you’re greeted. The check in staff is very pleasant and the waiting area is quite nice. The facility is outstanding. It’s bright and modern. The medical staff is friendly and very competent. My first visit was for a 3D scan of my mouth as step one in the implant process. A technician guided me through that. Dr Howard met me right after that to shake hands and inquire if I had any questions. Dr Howard met with me after that to discuss the implant process and answer any questions. The process of putting what I’ll call the implant anchor in my jaw was fascinating. He explained every step along the way. I was in and out in a bit over an hour. Now as part of the process my jaw has to heal around the metal insert that will hold the implant for a couple of months and then the new tooth will be screwed into it. Today I had my last visit with Dr Howard and his staff. As always, everything about it from the facility to all the staff to Dr Howard was top notch. Superb. He’s a very skilled doctor supported by an exceptional staff. I highly and without reservation recommend Dr Howard and The Center for Advanced Dentistry.
