Fantastic experience: The staff is so friendly, they are always on time and Dr. Francis is so kind and caring. A very warm environment. Best place to get your dental needs met, everything from cleaning to dental work. Dr Francis does a great job on dental implants.

Fantastic experience: Deerflat Dental is top notch. The staff exhibit a perfect balance of professionalism and jocularity that make you feel like you are visiting those zany relatives on your mom’s side who you see twice a year but as soon as you walk in their door, it’s like you’re right at home. The ladies at the desk are fun and funny and really know how to welcome their guests and make them feel comfortable at their establishment. Dr Francis is so friendly and personable, just do not tell him who your favorite sports teams are unless they just won a championship, he will make fun of you haha. I am historically very hard to anesthetize, but Dr Francis is the best Dentist I’ve ever had and he gets me numb every time. His entire staff are excellent at what they do, especially his Hygienist April who is FOINE! Seriously. Anyways, Deerflat Dental takes what many consider to be a nerve wracking experience, and turn it into an experience you look forward to and plan other really important events around. You’ve put off taking care of your teeth for too long, pick up that phone and call now for a brighter smile, for a brighter you.

Fantastic experience: Always given the best care . Will return . In the past two years I ve had a triple bypass and a few other heart procedures . They saved my life but in removing the breathing tube's damaged my front two teeth. The features caused problems . I'm grateful that I had Dr Francis. He has repaired the damage and my wife says I have my best smile ever. He is the best , thank you

Negative experience: After getting all of my teeth pulled January, 2025, I was going in around monthly to get adjustments. In May I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to start paying. The dentures never fit right! I paid $9,000.00 for dentures that I couldn’t wear for more than 2 hours at a time because they hurt so much. I lost 48 lbs (the only good thing) Wow, it has been an experience! I did find a denturist in Meridian who made a new set of dentures for me. I can finally eat again! Oh, yes, my new dentures were $2400! Happy ending! At a cost.

Negative experience: I appreciated that they got me in quickly. They said insurance was gtg. The dental cleaning was fine, folks were nice. After I leave i recieved a call saying my benefits were exhausted by other work done and I needed to pay the full amount. I would have preferred to have received that knowledge prior to the appointment so I could have decided to postpone if I wanted. I just felt like they didn't say anything to ensure they got my business.

The hygienists are great, they do not expect me to tell my life story with metal in my mouth. The front desk staff is accommodating with my bankers hours schedule, I moved out of the city and still make the drive to continue coming here.
