I have severe dental anxiety but Dr. M. was so professional, reassuring, and calm the whole procedure during an extraction, I was immediately put at ease from the moment I walked through the door. He also knows what he's doing too! He excelled in areas that my former dentist lacked in talent; Dr. M. was able to do the whole procedure creating little to no immidiate pain during and the post-care for the extraction went much smoother than at my previous Dentist. I believe due to Dr. M's technique which has obviously been perfected over many years of experience with teeth! Thank you Legacy!

My kiddos are terrified of doctors appointments and especially getting cavities filled- took them in and Dr Pulham took his time to explain what he was doing with each step, made them comfortable, and was even so gentle with the numbing that both of them couldn’t feel it at all! Got back in the car after the appointment and they both said “this place is the best”. Couldn’t recommend Legacy or Dr Pulham enough!

I have been going to Dr. P for almost a decade now and have had numerous problems from small cavities up to root canals and extractions that have always been handled with top notch work and honest communication! Fantastic experience: My girlfriend strongly recommended I go to Legacy Smiles after a horrible experience at another provider. I’ve now been multiple times over the last few years and what I’ve observed is a place where the staff is highly trained, willing to learn, harmonious coordination, and competent skill to make sure I’m not uncomfortable AT ALL. Obviously there’s always some pain with dentistry but wow are they highly sensitive to any of my discomfort. The front desk staff is also eager to help get you in earlier if there’s a cancellation. Strong, massively high recommendation for these folks. You’re an asset to the community.

The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive to our son Graham the entire appointment. The dental assist Alexis was very professional and helped calm our son. Dr. Pulham has excellent bedside manner and is a very skilled dentist with a steady hand. He administered anesthetic with minimal fear from my son who is autistic. Fantastic experience: The entire staff is always so kind and helpful when I go in for checkups. I needed a lot of work done and Dr. Pulham has been so great during the process. I ended up having a lot of things done and Dr. Pulham helped ensure everything went well and that my smile and dental were in tip top shape. My children see Dr. McMurray and he's always so nice and gentle, making visiting the dentist an easier experience.

Fantastic experience: My family and I love this place! Very nice and clean , but more importantly the staff are so kind and fun to be around.

Negative experience: If you bring your children here - get a second opinion. We brought our toddler who is 3 in two times and there was never even a cleaning attempted nor any imaging done before they were telling us we’d have to put our child under anesthesia at a surgery center for “areas of concern”. It was incredibly pushy and my husband and I both felt that it seemed money hungry. When we got a call later to try and schedule the procedure she said they were trying to figure out a day because there were others to schedule for the same thing so I have no idea how many kids and parents they’re doing this to. The new pediatric dentist we went to was able to do a full cleaning and X-rays because she sits so well and while she does have 1 cavity that needs attention they assured us that with a little nitrous she would be able to tolerate it perfectly. Legacy has also been quick to bring up reschedules from 3 years ago when I was working COVID and had various schedule changes and overtime due to working at a hospital. The office changed when the other dentist left and now it seems like they just want anything they can charge you for, even at the risk of putting your child through anesthesia. They also have fliers in their office for prizes you can win if you write a good review which seems like buying ratings to me - so take that with a grain of salt. We used to recommend this office and now all I recommend is get another opinion before you agree to anything.

Fantastic experience: An amazing first experience visiting Legacy smiles. Had been a minute since I had visited any office. Right from the start I was checked in and taken right back for my cleaning. The hygienist was gentle but through making sure I was comfortable and happy with my cleaning and the dentist took the time to go over my x-rays and the health of my gums without trying to up sell me on Fancy new Gadgets. I will be a regular patient and would definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I found Legacy Smiles Family Dental during an issue with another dental office that had damaged my sinus membrane during a moler extraction that left me with a major dental and sinus infection. Even though I was not a patient at the time they took my case. I truly believe had they not I would not be here now typing this review. From the bottom of my heart thank you. Now 3 months later I have had the privilege of working with Ivy who did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning to Dr. Pullham who is now my dentist. If you are shopping for a new dentist look no further you have found a team of dedicated and professional dental professionals. Give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

I initially came in for a small emergency with my retainer, and not only did they make time for me right away, but they also quickly identified underlying gum issues that were causing sensitivity to both hot and cold drinks—something I had never been able to diagnose elsewhere. They scheduled a deep cleaning immediately and provided attentive, compassionate care throughout the healing process, always taking my personal situation and needs into thoughtful consideration. But their care didn’t stop there. They also noticed concerns with my front teeth and developed a carefully tailored plan to address both the aesthetic and health aspects. Thanks to their expertise and genuine attention, my gums and smile have improved tremendously. If you want a dentist who truly listens and delivers exceptional treatment, Dr. Pulham’s office is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Being blessed with the most troublesome teeth history, and after 35 adult years going to various dentist offices I've never found myself recommending a dentist as fervently as I recommend Legacy Smiles. Seriously though, im at their office at least 6 times per year the last 3 or 4 years and have never had a bad experience.

The staff is what makes the place, truly event though the service is exceptional We've had braces, regular cleanings, cavity care, implants & more done, always with professionalism, clarity & care. My son went from being a small child (that they calmed & cared for wonderfully) to now heading to college (that they accomodate schedules for) all while going here & throughout this time they've done a great job serving him & myself. The establishment itself is beautiful & clean with a child area, chess table, massage chairs, updated magazines& televisions. And soemtimes they have cookies! :) We live in Boise but come here because we love Legacy Smiles.
