Fantastic experience: Very friendly and accommodating surgeon and staff. Service was outstanding and in my case I need full dental implants which I was assisted in financing and payment options without pressure. Procedure is scheduled at thousand less than any competitor, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Usually when your walking in halls at a dentist office the other nurses just act like your not there… Well I tell you what… I was blown away by the beautiful smiles and eagerness by each and everyone in the office to say hello! The energy was amazing!! I didn’t get a chance to meet the Dr. but I just bet he is so kind. My experience was by far 5 stars ⭐️!! Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic experience: Full mouth reconstruction in process!! Phase 1 finished today. Went to consult expecting recommendation of upper and lower dental implants. Dr Pilling explained why this was an overly aggressive solution for me and provided hybrid trearment plan specific to my conditions. Very unlikey that an implant-only center would discourage full implanrs and recommend other treatment options. Feel that this is only possible because Aesthetic Smiles has a comprehensive practice that includes general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as Oral Surgery. They can advise best treatment plan without risk of loosing business by referring out of practice Expensive, but so is all reconstruction. Did a lot of research because this is such a large investment and prices seem to be in line with other providers. Maybe a little higher. However pricing is completely transparent so it may even out on the back end if other offices don’t disclose all costs up front. Easy financing options and processing if needed Process of major dental work is very aggressive. I read so many “teeth in a day” ads that over simplified the work I wasn’t fully prepared: and this was with isolated implants. Dr Pilling did explain, but it was probably just hopefull ignorance on my part

Dr. Tabitha is absolutely fantastic, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The clinic is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, and the entire team works together seamlessly to create a smooth, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll feel valued, supported, and well cared for, Aesthetic Smiles with Dr. Tabitha is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had some high expectations when I asked for an appointment. I called on Monday, 8 Dec 2025. I was told they have an opening "tomorrow at 1:00 P.M., would that be okay!". Yes was my response. I went to my appointment was greeted very warmly, was called into an exam room within a very few minutes. I was offered drink's and anything they could do to make me comfortable. I was explained what go expect, by whom, and within a few minutes the Doctor came in, went over several different options of recommended dental procedures. I decided on the one I felt comfortable with and expected future appointments ho be set up - Nope, we can begin right now. Within a few minutes, the assistants brought in equipment and began scanning my mouth for a new upper partial plate and one Implant. Within a few minutes, I was complete for the day, thinking more appointments for a tooth extraction and then more appointments for other work would be coming. I asked when will I be scheduled for the extraction and was told 'As soon as your new upper partial arrives You'll be notifued to come in. The extraction will be done, the implant will be installed and the new plate will be fitted. All his on the second visit. WOW! The scan for the new fixture did not involve a full mouth fkl of gunk, just an electronic scanning wand for a total three dimension display of my mouth, teeth jaws, etc. Really neat, fast, painless, totally beyond my comprehension. I was given the expected pricing and never pressured about payment. I was treated like loyalty and respected completion within max of three weeks - with one more visit. Can't get any better than this. Thanks and will give further feedback after my next visit. Gary Henderson

Negative experience: they don't listen what you are concerned about. And charge WAY too much. after the work was completed I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover. I called my insurance company and they said yes they would cover. I called them back and i was told that they are out of network so it would not pay. I had been told multiple times yes they did take my insurance I was given a loan to cover and was told I could get reimbursed for any overpayment. They use high pressure tactics (would be good used car salesman) The denture doesn't fit right, it would cost a lot to get it to fit right. So I was lied to and have a crapy denture that I rarely wear because they hurt so much. Wish I could give less than a star.

Dr. Wade takes time to ask me how I’ve been doing when it’s time for his portion of the appointment, which I appreciate. I get cleanings twice a year and I’m in and out within 35-45 minutes. I’ve been a patient at Aesthetic Smiles for 3-4 years and I’m happy with my experience.

Negative experience: Now: They were a long time to getting my refund since my insurance paid more. I would only go if you absolutely know your dental benefits and don’t sign anything. After my first appointment I reviewed: Aesthetic Smiles was fantastic. They were able to get me in quickly. They explained the whole procedure and quotes etc. They were great! I would recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: I had 5 implants from Dr wade, none of the fit right, they are either too big or too small, when I asked him about it he said he has to fix the ones below it, which he would have to make a huge one to match it, cost me $21000 and none of them are right! So mad!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start! What a fabulous experience, i had broken my front teeth and was terrified of everything I was gonna be going through. I heard about this office and flew out of state to see if they lived up to what I was told. I was greeted by Aubrey at the front who was the absolute sweetest. From beginning to end she would check on me to make sure I was doing okay. Which I thought was the sweetest thing and even made my experience so much better. When Dr. wade greeted me he made me feel like I had nothing to worry about at all! he was not letting walk out of the office without beautiful teeth that same day. I’ve been seen by many of dentist but after dealing with Dr. wade I will never be going to anybody else!! He was a perfectionist which is exactly what you need when you have someone working on your teeth. His assistant during my whole process was Cierra who was unbelievable helping me through it all. She felt like a friend through the whole process! It was like I knew her my entire life!! All in all this team and this experience left me amazed. My teeth are beautiful! Dr.wade defiantly gave me a life changing smile that I’m gonna be forever grateful for!!

Their approach to customer service is very informative and professional and I personally have received great dental care over the years. I recommend them to anyone who wants great dental care from a knowledgeable and professional staff that is very committed to providing great customer service.

Negative experience: Do your self a favor avoid this dental office. They are dishonest and when they are in error are unwilling to make things right. Aubry the manager did nothing to provide a fair solution. My family were patients and received service in 2023. We had changed dental insurance and had notified them of the change, yet they billed our prior insurance provider in error. We haven’t used their office since the disputed insurance claim as we were not satisfied with the care we were receiving. They Neglected to notify me of necessary dental care and rather pushed aesthetic concerns they had. I believe they sent me to collections in retaliation because I had told them of my intense dissatisfaction in regards to my dental health. So do your self a favor and avoid this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth split into and dangling during breakfast . I immediately googled dentist and found them. My initial call the lady who answered was polite and professional. I was booked for an 11:30 AM appointment same day! Necessary paperwork as a new patient was texted to me as a link and took minutes to complete. So nice that it was very user friendly. I walked in at 11:30 and within minutes I was taken to the exam room. The Doctor was friendly and visited briefly making for a comfortable environment. After exam and consultation it was determined to remove the tooth and prep for an implant. Procedure started immedantly and two hours later all was done. A awesome experience of caring, prompt, and professional customer service. Highly recommended! Thanks again to the entire staff

Fantastic experience: These guys are just exceptional. I had major pain in my jaw last so bad that I couldn't sleep. They got me in first thing the next day and within 4 hours I had xrays, a root canal and crown. Jordan was super professional and did excellent work. He is just a super nice guy as well, and always makes his patients feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and explained what/why he is doing what. Hearing him go in and out of other's rooms - I noticed he was extremely up beat and warm to everyone in his office. The support staff are fantastic as well. They are fun and easy to talk with- and more importantly very skilled assistants and hygienists. I don't love going to any dentist- but if you gotta go- I highly recommend Dr. Pilling.

Negative experience: This facility and doctor charged a $20,000 cancellation fee to a family member who is currently trying to dispute the charge. **Edited to add: Apparently I can’t respond to the facility’s response. It is interesting that this is not considered a cancellation fee since the document that your facility has sent her says cancellation fee on it with an amount. PLUS I must add for those considering using this office, if teeth were made for her already, that is alarming, as she only had one free consultation appointment and then cancelled the following appointment.

Fantastic experience: I literally felt like family instantly. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The Doc explained everything that we were gonna do. They fit my plan to my budget and I was approved in seconds. I'm going to have a perfect smile for the first time in my life and I can't wait to post pics!!!!! Thank you.
