I often have to respond to work emails and take calls during my appointments, and they are always patient and understanding. The hygienists do a very thorough job cleaning my teeth, and thanks to their excellent care, I haven’t had any cavities. The dentist is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to answer questions without trying to upsell unnecessary treatments. I even brought in some teeth-whitening strips I was considering, and the doctor reviewed them for me at no charge and gave honest advice about whether they would be a good option for my teeth. I truly appreciate the personalized care and integrity of this office. They genuinely have their patients’ best interests in mind.

Positive experience: My 1st visit with your office was great! The hygienist was super. I had a crown prep a couple of days ago. I came home and the numbness wore off and the underside of my tongue was so sore that I couldn't eat l checked it and it had small cuts that were causing the pain. I have never had anything like this in many years of dental care. I feel like the assistant was not using very good chairside care also. The overhead light was not moved when she was not working in my mouth or in the room. It was shining in my eyes and bright. There were other things along this line that made me feel like she was sidetracked, inexperienced or having a bad day. I hate to complain and don't want to hurt anyone, but for the good of the practice I want you to know this and help the assistant with more concern. I am all for second chances and hopefully know that I really like your practice, and thought you would want to know this.Thank you for asking and caring
