Fantastic experience: Southwest Dental Arts is the best dental office I have been to in a very long time. From the receptionist, to hygienist, to the wonderfully skilled dentist! Wow!! I am so impressed with the entire staff. And, the office is extremely clean and quite welcoming. Appointments are easily scheduled.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most understanding, fair, and beautiful (I'm married and my wife is always there) dentists I have ever had work on my teeth. She even put in fillings with no shots and it didn't hurt. Fantastic person!!!!

Not only did they see him immediately after he lost a filling, but the Dr and her staff worked as a unified team to create the absolute best filling they could whilst they all encouraged and comforted their patient. 5 stars. Update.... I continue to be very impressed by Dr Irons and her team..... The filling she made has held well, and now this same young man with many needs, needs more intensive work, Dr Irons is consulting with a team determining how best to treat his dental needs to create the best outcome....They face challenges with great compassion and excellent abilities, not too proud to consult other experts. Again, at least 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: WOW!! I have nothing but great things to say about this office. I was so anxious about my first appointment, but the front desk girls are THE BEST—so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistant was very gentle while taking my x-rays, and Dr. Irons was so thorough and answered any questions that I had in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and the whole experience was way easier than I expected. The office is clean, calming, and you can tell they TRULY care about their patients. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be a lifetime patient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I first met my new Dentist last week Dr. Caroline Irons. The new owner of the practice. I was referred here to this office on moving to Idaho. From my friend and Family member who worked in the office. I'm always scared of going to the dentist and skeptical of anyone new. As past experience with bad Dental work. I'm pleased to say Here in Idaho I've never experienced a bad Doctor. Everyone is definitely more thorough in every aspect. They ask more questions and want your opinion. They actually care for you as an individual, than just More money out of your pocket. When my visit today that I had with Caroline. If I were in the state that I moved from I could honestly say that the doctors there would have not followed through with my crown visit. I had it happen two times where I moved from. I'm happy to say that she did proceed with fixing my crown and replacing it. Whereas most dentists would want you to get an implant right away, at least in the town I came from. Dentist's are hard to find. I'm very pleased that I stayed a patient here after my doctor sold the practice. Thank you again Southwest Dental Arts for all your hard Work. And wishing Doctor Caroline Irons the very best in her new journey on owning the practice.

Fantastic experience: 9/24/25. Dr. Irons and her team are amazing, caring and very knowledgeable! They all make you feel comfortable and relaxed no matter what procedure you are having done. If you are looking for a great dentist and team to take great care of you I confidently recommend Dr. Irons! I am very claustrophobic and Dr. Harless and the Southwest Dental team have always made sure I was comfortable and at ease. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Beyond amazing, THEY HAVE A MASSAGE CHAIR!!! I dread going to the Dentist, but this place is a breath of fresh air. The staff is so inviting and nice, literally feels like you've just shown up to a close friend or families. The hygienist top tier with the personality to match! Dr. Irons Is a highly intelligent angel, you can feel the expanse of knowledge coupled with a caring heart that truly wants the best for her patients. I have never had a dentist fully explain everything and show you pictures so you actually see what they are saying VS just taking their word for it. I might just stop brushing so I can go back and be treated to a massage, smiles, and caring team.

I had 2 phone calls from the office prior to my scheduled appointment, checking on any questions, anxiety etc. I’ve never had such an excellent prescreening of my teeth! I had a sore in my mouth, she referred me to an oral surgeon. The office made the call and I was in the surgeon’s office in 45 min. Until I’m too old to need a dentist Dr. Herless will be my dentist!

Fantastic experience: This is Thomas, and I would like to-say that it took me a little while to find a dentist that accepts my insurance, but ran across this one and was very pleased with the professionalism of this dentist and all the staff. Very nice place.

Fantastic experience: I have been a dental patient of Soutwest Dental since, at least, 2006. Dr. Helen Harless has provided me several long-lasting crowns over the years. A crown that she provided in 2021 happened to fail. True to her word she repaired this failed crown with a warranty replacement. The integrity with which Dr. Harless deals with her patients is second to none. And true to her claim of continuing to advance her dental school techniques today she used a buffered anesthetic. She explained that unlike other local anesthetics that have high acidity, buffered anesthesia uses sodium bicarbonate mixed into lidocaine prior to injection to neutralize the acid. This buffered anesthetic takes substantially less time to be effective as compared to more traditional anesthetics. If you are looking for quality dentistry with a practitioner who will always be looking out for your best welfare choose Southwest Dental Arts and Dr. Helen Harless. You will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: As a person with a severe gag reflex, having dental work done is not too high on my list of pleasurable experiences. Dr. Harless and her staff go above and beyond to be respectful of this issue and to work toward a solution to make the experience comfortable, painless, and as gag-free as possible. The staff is exceptional and positive, greet one by name (so important), and always seem happy to spend time with you.
