My daughter was mid treatment in phase 1 braces when we moved to the area, and being overwhelmed and out of my element, I was very anxious to get her established somewhere quickly. From the minute we walked into Dr. Fowler’s office for a consult, I felt at ease. The whole staff is so warm and welcoming. They are extremely kind, prompt, and I love how they involve parents in the whole treatment process (seating in treatment room and involvement in every step) really helped my nervous daughter to feel comfortable every appointment. Dr. Fowler is extremely personable, professional, and truly excellent in the way he deals with patients. Everything with my daughter’s treatment progressed as he explained in our initial consultation, and she’s one happy brace-free girl now with a gorgeous smile. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an orthodontist and stumbled across this review, consider it your sign — your search is officially over. From the very first consultation, they are incredibly clear, thorough, and transparent about both the treatment plan and the cost. I left knowing exactly what to expect, what my options were, and what I’d be paying. They genuinely listen. Every concern is taken seriously, every question is answered thoughtfully, and I’ve never once felt rushed. Appointments are quick, efficient, and well organized. Unlike traditional orthodontists, my visits were usually about every six weeks, which made the whole process feel very manageable. They also clearly explain what will be happening at each upcoming appointment, so I always felt informed and prepared. I had traditional braces for 18 months, and in that entire time I only had one minor issue with a wire poking me. When I called, they had me come in immediately and fixed it right away. As someone who’s had negative experiences with orthodontists in the past, I was honestly blown away. I could tell after just the consultation that this practice was something special — and I was absolutely right. The time flew by, the process was smooth from start to finish, and I truly have zero complaints. If you’re looking for an orthodontist I couldn’t recommend them more.

Negative experience: Not trustworthy. I originally went to Mountain View Orthodontics before Dr Fowler was there and I chose it solely because of their free retainer replacements. It was my second round of braces because I had lost/ruined retainers from the first round so I knew how important the retainers are to keeping my teeth straight. When Dr Fowler took over I was promised I would be grandfathered in with the free retainer replacements even though he charges for retainer replacements now, however that has not been the case. It’s super disappointing that they do not honor their original promises and try to gaslight me by telling me that free replacement retainers were never a thing. It’s my fault for not getting it in writing and thinking I could trust them. At least I know who not to take my kids to for braces.

Fantastic experience: Fowler Orthodontics is such a great place and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. You wouldn’t expect an orthodontic office to be “fun” but everyone is so nice and make the experience most people dread a little more fun. They are also very good at what they do. I had my braces on for two years and just got them off, and even through all that time I can’t honestly make one complaint about them. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife had some issues with her Invisalign trays and some minor straightening corrections. Dr. Fowler was able to help us and consult us on how to ensure that progress continued in the right direction. He was attentive to our concerns and clear with his reasons for each of his suggestions moving forward. He gave us a couple examples as to why he does or doesn’t do certain things. Fantastic experience: Dr. Fowler and his staff are amazing!! Dr. Fowler goes out of his way to make my children feel comfortable during their visits. Both of my children had braces, and recently, they are both out of them and have such beautiful smiles. The staff is very friendly, both in person and on the phone. Even when the office is really busy, the staff still greets you with a smile and treats you like they have been looking forward to seeing you all day. The best part for parents is how efficient they are. If you arrive early, the staff will do their best to get you in as soon as possible. If you are on time, I think the longest I have ever had to wait past our appointment is 5 minutes. The Fowler group gets an A++++ on time management. The office in Meridian is nice and clean and equipped with state of the art machines for X-rays, scans of my teeth etc. My clear Spark aligners were easy to get used to, pain free and reasonably priced. He’s also the only doctor so he’d always up to date with what’s going on. 3 years of ortho work and it was successful when others said it wasn’t! Fantastic experience: I took my daughter here for a consultation and can't recommend them enough. My daughter has Down syndrome and will need to have expanders. This consultation was for a second opinion and Jenny and Dr. Fowler were so knowledgeable and reassuring, they completely put my mind at ease. While we haven't had any work done yet, I am hopeful and at peace with moving forward with them. Also, a very clean and beautiful facility. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had braces back in highschool and could walk over from Mountain View during lunch for appointments. I got my braces off in 2021 and every dentist I have seen has said my teeth are gorgeous and ask who my orthodontist was. I had two canines going sideways in my gums and they removed one and pulled the other down and my dentists say that they did an amazing job hiding my baby tooth I kept. Highly recommend this place!

We too the less intrusive, braces approach and my teeth were completely fixed!! I was even 4 months ahead of schedule! All the staff was great to me and the Doctor himself is an incredible person. Negative experience: I went in to replace an old wire retainer that had lasted 15 years without a problem, until it had to be removed for some dental work. The new wire retainer they glued in was clunky and felt rushed. I mentioned it felt uncomfortable and was sticking out much further from my teeth than the previous one did. They said give it a month to see if I got used to it. It ended up falling off 3 of the 5 teeth it was glued to and now my teeth are moving around while I'm waiting to get a new retainer from someone else. Not sure if I came in on a bad day, but I wasn't impressed with the work I had done, or the response I got when I called to talk about my concerns.

Fantastic experience: I went through a rough accident and fell off my bike and felt like my bite was really a mess. From day one to end of year 2 going through braces and Invisalign The Fowler group made me feel like family and helped me get straight teeth! Which whose doesn’t like straight teeth. Dr. Fowler is the only choice if you are looking into Orthodontists in the area.

Kinda makes me wish I still had regular appointments but I am SOOO pleased with my results‼️ Truth be told, I only went in for a consultation to ‘prove my hubs wrong’ but cam out at the other end with a smile I didn’t think I could ever have. And it’s all thanks to Doc. Fowler: I’d go back to him in a heartbeat (except I’m following all the rules so I shouldn’t have to ).

Fantastic experience: I am an out of state college student who needed a retainer replacement. It would have taken me a couple of weeks to get a new one from back home. I was able to schedule an appointment and get my replacement in a very timely manner and was taken great care of. I would recommend Fowler Orthodontics for any orthodontic needs.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our son to Fowler Orthodontics for the past year and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff has been helpful and kind during every appointment. The office is also great and keeping appointments on schedule, I don't think we were ever required to wait more than a couple minutes. Dr. Fowler runs a great office and was great at talking with our son making sure he fully understood how to take care of his braces and now his retainers.

Dr. Fowler is great at what he does and has excellent communication on the game plan that he has in mind for you. Thoroughly enjoyed the process as much as one can going through their orthodontic journey.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces done here a couple years back, and it was always a friendly and encouraging experience. Very happy with the results. When the people here ask you “How are you doing?” it’s not just formalities, they actually care about their patients and want to engage with them. I personally messed up with my retainer and procrastinated contacting the office and some of my teeth got crooked. I felt really bad about slipping up but when i went in to have it evaluated, everyone was extremely kind and understanding and gave me clear and simple options to have it fixed. I went in yesterday and today, just one day later, I’m already clear to pick up a new retainer and things worked out great. 10/10 yay experience

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that the entire staff team here is awesome. I called this office a little worried to see what they would say. Only because I have not had the best luck trying to get my teeth fixed. But from the moment I spoke with Jenny I felt like I knew I finally found the right place to get all of my needs and wants taken care of. Every person on this staff team is awesome, they all have great attitudes and are very professional. I get a very warm family feel at this office. I went in and was told what they can do to help me and went over a plan that was best for me. The next week I was able to get my braces on. I am so great full to have found the right people to help me out. I will be taking my whole family here if they need braces, I told my work about how wonderful they are and to take there kids here or them selves if they need to take care of any of there needs as well. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart I truly do appreciate you guys and am super thankful
