Fantastic experience: I’m 73 and have been to many different dentists in my lifetime. I’m so grateful to have discovered Middle Creek Dental. The care there is superior, and I especially like Dr. Goodrich. Best dentist ever! He has found ways to repair a couple of teeth rather than going the route of expensive crowns. He is careful about making sure I am comfortable throughout each procedure, and is also very gentle and thorough. Cleanings by the hygienists are also very thorough and comfortable. When I needed to have a tooth checked once, they found a way to get me in right away. My husband’s experience there has always been 5 stars as well. I hope my insurance coverage will always continue to be valid there so I’ll never have to change dentists again.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Christensen and Middle Creek Dental. Dr. Christensen spent hours repairing my teeth and giving me back my smile that I haven't seen in over a decade. He did this pro bono as part of a program that helps Veterans with dental issues called: Everyone for Veterans. Needless to say in today's world acts of kindness like this are extremely rare. Thanks to Middle Creek dental, every time I smile I feel as if a miracle has happened. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: 1200 for a “deep cleaning” that lasted 20 minutes. Overcharge insurance leaving the patient liable with the leftover charges. Never go here do not recommend

I’ve seen several doctors & staff here, and each has excellent chair-side manner and does outstanding dental work. Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to going to Middle Creek Dental for needed work, but have recently had a cavity filled, a crown put on and a deep cleaning performed. The staff is top notch and in spite of my unreasonable fear of needles, I’ve not felt even the slightest pinch, poke, pain or discomfort. All of my visits were awesome dental experiences. 5 Stars for sure!

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth causing a good amount of pain. I called 6 different local dentists, and couldn't get an appointment within a couple of weeks. I called Middle Creek, and was able to get an appointment the next Monday. No problem. Next day, they call, and tell me they had a cancelation on Saturday morning, if I was interested. I hadn't asked to be on a cancelation list, but they took the time to look out for me and help me get relief. The actual appointment and procedure went well, even though dental work is never any fun. The staff was friendly and professional, even for an early Saturday morning. I sincerely appreciate their level of care and concern, even for new patients. Thank you!!

Negative experience: This is Jorge’s loop: What you are publishing is completely false, and I am surprised by the nerve you have in trying to change the facts. The tooth that is currently causing me pain was treated by your doctor, not one “that had not been worked on,” as you claim. Let me make something very clear: Eight months ago I did go to your clinic for a cleaning, and during that visit I was never told that I had cavities or that I needed any procedure. Eight months later, I returned again only for another cleaning, without any pain or discomfort, and during that appointment I was suddenly informed that I had four cavities. Even so, I agreed to have the treatments done that same day. I walked in with zero pain and left with severe pain in the tooth you supposedly treated. Additionally, at no point did the doctor inform me that he was going to perform any treatment on that tooth when I returned due to the pain. It is completely false that I refused any procedure. I also need to clarify that the doctor did mock the situation. My partner was in the reception area and saw the doctor walk out laughing. When we brought this up to the reception staff, they never denied it; instead, they didn’t know what to say and asked me to leave my number so the owner could call me. I am still waiting for that call. I am formally requesting my complete dental record, including the doctor’s notes, X-rays, exact dates of each procedure, and any documentation related to my treatment. As a patient, I have the legal right to receive this information. And I want to make it very clear that I expect this information not to be altered, because what you are now stating does not match what actually happened. I await my full file to verify the facts and proceed accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Goodrich for about a year and a half and I am so pleased with his work. He does an amazing job and works with me so I am able to afford the work. The staff at Middle Creek Dental are friendly and very helpful. I give them 5 stars! Thank you Dr. Goodrich, I highly recommend you! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr. Goodrich and Joanne, and they were so kind! I'm also currently pregnant and haven't been to the dentist in a while. I sadly had very bad morning sickness through my first and part of my second trimester, making my teeth care very difficult and making me more depressed and nervous. They were so kind and not judgmental. Joanne even taught me some new ways of brushing that will help me in the long run! Thank you so much, Middle Creek. You guys are very kind, from the front desk to the staff.

Negative experience: EDIT—Since the business has chosen to respond, I thought I’d add more detail. My review is in question now, apparently. I went into probably 15 different dental offices that day. The receptionist at Middle Creek was very short with me and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Out of every office I went to, they were the only office that couldn’t provide an estimate on services without charging me first. Some said they would need to do an exam to give me exact pricing, which is completely understandable, but they could still provide estimates. And just to provide more context, one office I went to in Nampa waived the exam fee just out of the kindness of their hearts, and the receptionist there was so sweet. They did not have the best prices out of the places I went, but I decided to become a patient there anyway because of the way the dentist, assistants, and receptionist treated me. Kindness goes a long way. All that to say, I can’t recommend Middle Creek. I may have not been a patient, but I have good reasons why. Out of all the offices I visited, they were the least friendly and least helpful by far. ORIGINAL REVIEW—Unfortunately will not help with pricing out their services—they will charge over $100 to have an exam, then will tell you how much services cost. I desperately need a root canal and went in to inquire, but they won’t tell you how much you can expect to pay until you’ve paid for an exam and x-ray. I have been a few other places and they have all been able to give me an estimate.

Fantastic experience: This Saturday, I went to Middle Creek Dental with my 5 year old son who had a very bad tooth ache. I had not appointment and have never been here before. I have to say that the experience was outstanding. Dr. Christensen happen to be at the clinic and when he heard what was happening he took my son in. My son has dental issue that are being treated but since it was a Saturday I could not get him into his normal clinic. Thank you Dr. Shaun my son was finally able to eat after you treating him!! Fantastic experience: I'm new here from another state, where I had stumbled on to the best dental team I had ever used. Middle Creek Dental seems to match everything I had there. They are about the perfect one stop shop for dental services. I left happy about their services, and they accepted the xrays my last shop had taken 4 months ago. I'm going to ask my family to join this service! My family also joined. They're also very happy. I've visited twice because my previous dentist said I should. After cleaning my teeth a second time, the dental tech agreed that it's good for me to come in three times a year. I think it's old age, because my teeth are building up deposits much faster now than they ever did in the past. Still, we're keeping it under control, and my insurance considers it normal use.

Fantastic experience: I was treated very well by the staff, and Dr Goodrich put me at ease, and was very gentle, kind and caring! If your in need of dental services, I would highly recommend Middle Creek Debtal.

Negative experience: BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS CLINIC, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU RESEARCH DR GOODRICH I saw Dr Goodrich this week and mentioned being laughed at and ridiculed by the last hygienist I had seen. My front teeth overlap and every time I get a cleaning the edge of the tooth is sharp and cuts my tongue. Dr Goodrich thought that was hilarious and said "(that hygienist) would think that's funny, she has a good sense of humor". He then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about what's causing the problem without even looking at the tooth. I wrote a complaint and he called the next day. It was a very CYA response in which he offered to look at the tooth but made no attempt to apologize for laughing at me and treating me like I was stupid. He even went so far as to say "I didn't get a chance to look at the tooth." Which is nonsense. He didn't look at the tooth because he chose not to look at it. Dr Christensen looked at it the next day and fixed it within a minute or two. Now normally, I would review Dr Goodrich and not the entire clinic based on a bad experience with one member of the team. However Dr Goodrich is difficult to find online in a professional capacity. Though there is a lot to find on news sites about him. After some digging I found his general dentistry license is under restrictions and his license to administer sedative medications has been cancelled. I highly recommend researching Dr Goodrich before taking your children to this clinic. Dr Christensen should be ashamed of himself for gambling with the lives of the children who attend his practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of my dear friend Dr Christiansen for over 14 years. He is truly a gem of a human being. He is kind, he communicates, he is genuine about his concern for his patients. On Saturday of this past week, I was in severe pain and in need of a root canal. My current dentist (due to new insurance) could not see me until Tuesday. I contacted Dr C to discuss the pain medication that my dentist had prescribed. Dr C immediately said "Rick, I am meeting with you tomorrow (Sunday) in my office and we will take care of the pain" So, this kind man and his wonderful dental assistant, Suzy, met with me on a Sunday afternoon and performed a root canal. Nampa, Idaho is blessed to have such a caring and thoughtful dentist in its midst. He is a truly one of a kind.

Fantastic experience: I'm not proud to say it had been a long time since I'd been to the dentist due to a combination of fear and the cost. This was the place I selected based upon so many other reviews as my re entry in to oral care and I regret nothing. Every provider and staff member has been above and beyond with regards to ensuring I was comfortable, understood what was happening and at any point that I felt unmanageable discomfort it was quickly mitigated. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you all for your work and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Goodrich on a Saturday for a dental emergency and he took phenomenal care of me and checked on me multiple times over the past week even after he had to refer me out to an oral surgeon, who was also amazing. All the staff from the time we called to get in, front desk and dentist were so caring and helpful. It’s nice to have that comfort needed during an emergency situation.

Negative experience: Staff is great, if you have a child with disabilities or a complex plan, go somewhere else. Several miscommunication along the way but final straw was setting appointment to talk with DDS and finish crowns so son can get braces, which we had to postpone due to an ealier miscommunication and he doesn't show up. So, yes will be finishing a crown somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Dr Yancy T Sipes is a fantastic dentist! Me and my husband are long time patients of his and have driven many miles over the years to see him. He is always looking out for my best interest for my teeth. He has always explained things very well. I always feel like I know exactly what the plan is for my treatment of my teeth is. And because I know that he gives honest advice and treatment options I drove 7 hours to get his opinion on my teeth! Nampa Idaho should be happy to get such a great dentist in their town!

Shaun Christensen (my dentist) is the kindest, most caring dentist I have ever had. I recently had a broken tooth and Shaun went the extra mile to help me get it fixed. I have always been self-conscious about my teeth. My teeth look better than they ever have. I highly recommend Shaun Christensen and Middle Creek Dental.

Positive experience: UPDATE: I was called personally by Dr. Christianson. He apologized for the way my family was handled. The personal phone call was a sincere display of character. Hope to reschedule. Had an awful experience. Scheduled appointments for my 3 girls and me. Received a message to confirm appointment either by phone call or text. Texted my confirmation. Received text back to confirm appointment. I confirmed again. Received a 3rd text morning of appointment and confirmed again. They claim they did not understand that I was confirming me as well as my girls and canceled my appointments. I hope this helps current and future clients.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service and they're open on Saturdays. Can't beat that! I've had a couple regular cleanings and a filling done there so far and they've done great every time. Fantastic experience: I normally deal with Dr. Crank, but today I met Dr. Christensen. Very unhappy with my insurance, but that's not the dentist's fault. 6 months later I meet Dr. Brise(?) Who suggested I get a crown. But I always enjoy seeing Julia. 1/7/21 I don't know the dentist who say me today, and he didn't give his name. I'm very happy with the dentist office still unhappy with my dental insurance. I have an appointment for getting my crown and 2 cavities. I sill enjoy seeing Julia!

Fantastic experience: Middle creek dental has been wonderful for my two kids. My first child had a tooth infection and needed one of her molars pulled, ouch right!? She never cried during the whole thing. She was relaxed and watched a movie while Dr. Christensen worked. The pain she had after went away with just ibuprofen and she healed great. My second needed stitches, Dr. Christensen was gracious to do them for us. The first time my son needed stitches, he was a screaming red faced sweaty mess. We had to bind his arms down and I had to hold him down till they finished. It looked like he was going to pass out, it was horrible. This time though, no crying, no fear, no strapping his hands down and no holding him down! He watched a movie with his gas on his nose and had a jolly of a time . I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My trip to Middle Creek Dental was awesome!!!! Shaun Christensen is an amazing dentist and an even better man. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth pulled. The dentist was able to pull it out very easily within a couple minutes. I felt no pain when having it pulled. I also felt no pain when he injected me with the numbing agent. He was very informative about my aftercare and the entire process. The assistants were also very friendly and pleasant and did an excellent job. The front desk staff also did a good job. I am very please with the service I received. The office was very nice and new and clean. The equipment was all state of the art. I will definitely be returning there!!!!

Negative experience: My family and I have been coming here for several years now and have had a great experience with the doctors and staff in the back. Although, the service from the front receptionists has been an issue for a while. The two Hispanic women in the front have welcomed us with attitude, making our visits uncomfortable and distasteful. The doctors are great but it's unfortunate that their front staff is costing them patients.

Fantastic experience: I have seen both dentists and had some extensive work done here. Decades of no dental coverage has led to unhealthy teeth with constant pain. This office has been the best dental experience I have ever had. They make sure you are not in pain first and foremost and every type of work I have had done from deep cleanings to extractions to crowns I have left saying "o that was not that bad i expected a lot worse." They also have sqeezed me in quickly for an emergency and always give a thorough treatment plan with cost ahead of the work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crank is a fantastic dentist(ambidextrous as well kudos!), I have only been to a few dentists in my life as I have not had pleasant experiences but this was by far a redemption for dentistry in my opinion. Had an extraxtion with a bone graft and suture, took 10 minutes, Thank you Middle Creek, your team is great!

Fantastic experience: I have such dental anxiety that it is often years between exams. I called this morning with what I felt was an emergency and they worked me in. I cried in the chair the whole time and the staff was comforting, never degrading, and developed a plan with me that made me feel at ease. Easily the best dental team I've had!

Negative experience: If you're a cash paying patient don't waste your time or money here! I made a appointment for them to fix my boyfriend's front tooth, I asked them twice just to clarify he would be getting the tooth fixed and a cleaning at the appointment and the receptionist said yes. But then at the appointment the dentist looked at his teeth for a second said yup it's broke but he didn't have time to fix it and ended the visit. We still had to pay $105 which was the quoted price for the cleaning and repair. And then they didn't even schedule to do what was supposed to be done in the first place.
