Negative experience: Called to ask if we could pre-pay for new patient exams and cleanings, we needed to lock in payment before our health co-op reimbursement deadline. First person I spoke with said yes, no problem. Checked with my wife, called back a few days later, and a different staff member told me it wasn't possible. No acknowledgment of the contradiction, no apology, no interest in making it right, just wanted off the phone.

Fantastic experience: Great first visit. Staff were super kind. They took the time to explain things during the procedure that nobody has done in decades of other dental visits. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary procedures. Overall just great! Update 5yrs later. The place continues to be amazing. It’s so hard to find an honest dentist with awesome skills. The staff are amazing. Always going above and beyond. I live over 2hrs away and will continue to gladly make the trip down for this place.

The staff is always so friendly, and Miranda, the hygienist, did a great job with me! I was having some sensitivity, and she made sure I was doing okay throughout my cleaning. Fantastic experience: Today was our first time to Collins Family Dental, a switch from our former dentist who no longer takes our insurance. We were very impressed with Dr Collins as well as all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and supportive, and Dr Collins explained everything in plain language for us to understand. He was very thorough and when checking against our other records he felt everything was spot on. Although we had no complaints with our former dentist, we feel this is a very positive change for us.
