Negative experience: This was hands down one of the most unwelcoming healthcare experiences I’ve had. I was running 12 minutes late to my appointment. Not an hour, not a no-show and received a cold, unfriendly text message telling me not to come in. No phone call. No “Are you close?” No effort whatsoever to work with me. Just a flat cancellation like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient. Consider I have been on time to my other appointments and they make me wait until they are ready. Then they added insult to injury by charging me a $60 fee. If a dental office is willing to lose a patient over 12 minutes and send impersonal, dismissive messages instead of treating people with basic courtesy, that tells you everything you need to know about how they value patient care. Life happens. Traffic happens. A little professionalism and empathy would have gone a long way.

Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. Great place They are the best, I switched my insurance just so I could go back to them. You will not be disappointed!!

Negative experience: So disappointed that I was informed by Brenda that Dr. Larson is not willing to call me back regarding my experience with my bill. I called and spoke to Brenda about a balance being billed to me for services that I asked in advance for costs on before agreeing to have them. The dental assistant talked to the ladies up front and came back with a price for the service while I waited and we agreed to have services done once we were told the amount. We paid that amount at checkout and two weeks later we received a bill in the mail for an additional two hundred dollars. I immediately called the office to discuss it with the staff, explained the charge. I was told that they unfortunately they didn't call my insurance in advance as they are too busy for that. And apparently I owe them more, and I would just have to pay it, and I was referred to as hun during the call by Brenda. I asked the office staff not to refer to me to that way, as it didn't feel that we had that rapport. I asked for Brenda to let the doctor know that I would like to talk to him about my experience and she told me he was very busy and couldn't promise anything. So I waited a week, and received no callback. A week later, I called and spoke to Gina, and she said she would relay my message and still no call back. So I called 2 days later and had to leave a voicemail and Brenda called me back and said, yeah, the doctor is very busy and she put the note on his desk and since the services were performed, there was nothing to discuss. And I confirmed that she told him I wished to speak to him about my experience and he has chosen not to call me back and Brenda said yes. I was very surprised. I said to Brenda I'd think feed back from his patients about their experience with the office staff is important but I guess not. And she said, apparently, so I would like to share this review to prevent people from having the same experience that I did as well as hopefully Dr. Larson makes changes and cares. To not call a patient, wishing to speak to him was very surprising. This was my first time using them in an emergency situation where my regular dentist wasn't available, and it was a huge disappointment to be given false information on what was owe and i have the paperwork they gave ne regardingthe price due. It's so unfortunate that people are choosing not to treat others with the same customer service that you are willing to treat them with. Huge disappointment

Sunny was amazing made me feel comfortable. Even when Jeff Lawson came in he talked to me and didn’t make me feel a bad person. He said I would like to have you come back so we can get a plan in motion instead of we are doing this. I feel so comfortable going there now. Highly recommend for sure.

Fantastic experience: Such a calming atmosphere. I’ve had traumatic experiences in the past, but the doctor’s calming presence—and his amazing team—completely changed that. Within minutes, I felt at ease. It was a completely different experience from any other dentist I’ve visited before.

Positive experience: Did great in explaining what state my teeth are in and that the process to bring my teeth back to a good state would have to happen in a very short period of time. We looked at other possibilities and the best result would be to restore all my teeth with crowns bring them back to an original state because my teeth are so warm down. My teeth have good root systems and support in my jaws, just need the crowns replaced.

Negative experience: There are good and bad in every profession. Mr. Larson is one of the bad ones. I went there because it was right around the corner. He refused to fix a bad cavity of mine because and I quote. "I would be committing Malpractice for me to fix your tooth without first going to one of his colleagues for a deep cleaning." I have since asked two other dentists and they both said they could not understand why on earth he would say thatl. My advice. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My previous dentist was old school with equipment inherited from his father. Dr. Larson's office is quIte modern with TV in the ceilings & today I watched a video about how different things were made. Quite a relaxing experience!
