Fantastic experience: We are new to the area but were able to make an appointment for the next day for an emergency extraction. The entire staff were wonderful and made the whole experience amazing. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The waiting area for the kids was great and I loved that they had a raffle going on as well. We look forward to going back for the kids cleanings.

Fantastic experience: We found this practice when my son had an accident on the playground. He fell while going up the steps of a slide and hit his mouth. There were concerns that his teeth may have been damaged due to the impact. In a panic, I called while I was on my way to get him from school and they told me to come straight there. My son was pretty nervous and I was pretty frazzled. The staff here put both of us at ease. They were all so caring and thoughtful. Took X-rays, checked everything out, and let us know what the outcome would be. While I contacted them for an emergency situation, we will definitely be using them moving forward as our dedicated children’s dentist. Thank you all again for helping us so quickly, and for doing it with so much compassion!

Fantastic experience: Ladies in the front office are the best very friendly and know me by my name. Process have been good these couple of years.

Fantastic experience: So kid friendly. We get there early to play the miniature arcade game. My son is autistic so the dentist can be very challenging. They make it fun and friendly and I will not be going to any other.

Negative experience: Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at the store location! I called them last Friday left a message figured they were busy and that they would call me back never did I get a call back then I waited all day Monday to give them a day and now it's Tuesday and I have called about five times one at 11:30 one at 2:40 one, 250 and at 3:00 and now at 4:15 and 417 and still no response .....only voicemail but they're supposed to be open till 5:00 what the heck? This is horrible!!! This is my one day off to get calls done and they don't answer all day long? Ridiculous.... plus I called last week! Why would you have such horrible answering service when you have multiple locations???

She didn’t wanna let the hygienist or dentist brush her teeth & they were both so patient til she finally let them. Made sure all my questions were answered. The waiting room was awesome, lots of toys/ activities for kids to do while waiting. So glad I found this place

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is incredibly friendly. We just moved to the area and I booked online for an initial consult during my lunch break. Amy immediately called to get all my insurance info and get my daughter’s appointment squared away for the very next day. Dr. Jake Rogers was super friendly and did a great job. The dental hygienist was super sweet and knowledgeable. And the whole office ran like a well-oiled machine. Thorough, but had us in and out in no time. Best dental office we have been to!

Every single time we show up we get greeted by everyone AND the hygienist and Doc are always so kind and understanding. I highly recommend coming here for your child(ren). Definitely not like how it was when we were kids. Plus it’s beautiful inside. Very welcoming for children. Did I forget to mention a little play area for the kids to play while waiting. Even though waiting doesn’t really take long but just switch n come to these guys! Well worth it! The original review: First of all, I would like to say everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! So respectful and it feels like we have been friends or part of the family for a long time. Secondly, specifically Leanne, was so kind and gentle to my anxious child, Sky. She could see that Sky was worried to be there so she went out of her way to be respectful and very vocal about what was going on for each step (just a simple cleaning). Thank you so much Leanne for being so kind to her! Also, the dentist answered some questions we have been trying to figure out for years! Every other dentist sort of just ignored our concerns and never really touched on the subject of what we were trying to figure out. Receptionist, you’re amazing. Fantastic experience: Everybody's very professional and very nice. This is the only dental clinic that does not make my 8 yr old apprehensive. He totally trust Dr Rodgers and the dental assistants are all very patient and nice. My boy always ask a lot of questions and they would patiently answer him in a way that he can understand which helps him relax more. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Our granddaughter has autism. Most children with autism don't like anyone touching their mouths. Idaho Kids Dentistry in Star has been very professional, patient and understanding. They have been able to examine and clean her teeth without any type of sedation. Her other dentist was unable to examine her teeth without sedation. Her current Dentist sees her more often to moniter her teeth. Very pleased with Idaho Kids Dentistry in Star.

Since we first came here, they have felt very comfortable and enjoy coming to the dentist. They like the games in the kids waiting room, and the rooms each have a tv.
