Fantastic experience: Clock Tower Orthodontics is so wonderful! Everyone is always on top of things, and gets you in and out of appointments with a blink of an eye! I recently got my braces removed, and I am beyond happy with the results! This place is definitely worth your time and money!

We love Steven during appointments, he explains so well and is very good at making the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Short is also super helpful at explaining and providing quality treatment! Fantastic experience: Years ago I had gone to Clock Tower Ortho for Invisalign. They were so kind and helpful. They explained everything in full detail and answered all of my questions. They always were able to get me in quick. Recently my permanent retainer fell off (after four years) and I have moved away by this point. I went to another Ortho and it was horrible. So I called Clock Tower and explained to the wonderful ladies at the desk what had happened. They got me in within days and fixed me all up! I love this place and will travel to them even though I am quite a distance away. Thank you Clock Tower!

My daughter needs braces, and from the moment we walked in, the entire process felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. Amy was incredible to work with. She took the time to walk us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood what to expect. Nothing felt rushed or confusing, which I really appreciated as a parent trying to make the best decision for my child. The entire team was professional, kind, and clearly cares about their patients. The office itself is clean, organized, and has a really positive, comfortable atmosphere. If you’re considering braces for your child (or yourself), I can’t recommend Clocktower Orthodontics enough. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free.

Fantastic experience: They are really nice here and always make it a really comfortable environment for you. the wait time is hardly ever more than 5 minutes and they are flexible if you are running late.

Negative experience: Not happy couldn’t get a appointment sooner to get a glue spot my permanent retainer fell and the first appointment was more then a week out in that time my teeth moved so much wish they had took the time to make a space for that appointment

Fantastic experience: I have been on my teeth journey for YEARS with these guys! With every up and down they help and support me to the best of their abilities. They get me in quickly and regularly. I officially got my braces off and they still continue to check in on my progress. The costumer service is wonderful, everyone is so kind. Love these guys!

Amy, the treatment coordinator, was incredibly nice and helpful, guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. She made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything. Marisa, the dental assistant, took my daughters' photos and was equally professional and kind, making the whole visit a breeze. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I had my braces put on a couple weeks ago, Steven was so nice and explained everything very well. Dr. Short was so nice and cares about his patients. I highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: Everything was great - initially. No long drawn out consultations with multiple return trips to do this and do that…. Went in with an issue and came out with braces and a plan! Excellent. Now for the 20 minutes my husband spent going over insurance information and confirming who was primary and secondary you wouldn’t expect we would be spending HOURS on the phone trying to fix their claim submission mistakes. Normally it wouldn’t be a huge deal but on top of a death in the family we didn’t have the time or patience to be sorting out what we went over with them in DETAIL in the beginning. They also put it on us to call and sort out when we told them the correct order (that they didn’t follow) in the beginning. Thank goodness for caring insurance agents who were willing to take that off my plate. Not looking forward to 2 more years of having to deal with their billing issues and claim mistakes.

Fantastic experience: I had braces for about 3 years and despite what others have said I did not struggle with them, I loved those 3 years I had with braces. I got them taken off in 2016 I believe and I get so many compliments on my smile. I feel confident and content. On Monday I went to Gentle Dental Care North and they said I had beautiful teeth and I told them I went to Clock Tower Orthodontics and they said normally they have complaints but they saw nothing wrong with my smile. So thank you :) would definitely recommend Clock Tower Ortho. !

Fantastic experience: When I came in I was very insecure about my smile because of the gap in my front teeth . I came in to see Dr.Short and his team made me feel right at home.
