Fantastic experience: My family had an amazing experience with the entire staff today. We had to move around appointments. They worked with my work & kids school schedule. The Dentist, assistant and front desk were informative, patient and professional.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience! I received exceptional care from the entire team. Dr. Gramma has been amazing professional, patient, and truly dedicated. She always takes the time to explain every part of my treatment and makes sure everything is done properly. I also had my root canal with Dr. Jason Rose, and I was very satisfied with the experience. He was careful and professional, making the procedure much easier and more comfortable than I had imagined. Dr Diego took care of my cleaning and did an excellent job, paying close attention to every detail. Latoya at the front desk has also always been very kind, attentive, and willing to help. I used to be very afraid of going to the dentist, but since I started coming here, my experience has completely changed. I feel comfortable and know that I’m in good hands, especially because of the dedication, care, and commitment they put into doing their job correctly. I definitely recommend this dental clinic. The entire team inspires confidence and truly cares about providing high-quality care. Thank you for making my dental visits such a positive experience! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been in search of an office that is welcoming, efficient, and educational for a few years. My dental experience in the office was what I had hoped to find. A warm welcome with straight forward instructions and description of your insurance policy from Mo. Latoya helping with an inpatient toddler, beyond helpful. The X-rays taken with description of how it works and its purposes. When welcomed by Dr Grama who wants to know your dental story. Mr. Diego who worked as quickly as possible with breaks as needed to tend to my child. The entire team working together to make my visit worthwhile. I will be continuing my care with this practice. And highly recommend for a dental experience that aims for comfort, education, and to bring you in as a collaborator to your dental health.

Negative experience: Hands down the worst dental office that I’ve ever been to. Customer service is horrible and they up charge on each one of there procedures. My best advice is to get a second opinion if you’re dealing with this office.

Fantastic experience: ​I cannot say enough good things about Brandon Modern Dentistry! I originally went in just to have a tooth removed because my previous dentist didn’t provide that service. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. From the first call for appointment to the last minute walking out of the door, everyone involved with my treatment was incredible. I felt relaxed and in great hands from the moment I got there to the moment I left and even after. I can not recommend this place enough! They saved my day and weekend! I wasn’t comfortable with that and decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Abouelsaad confirmed that I do not need to have my bottom teeth removed, and I am extremely grateful for her honesty and care. The hygienist, Jackie, was also amazing—gentle, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. Moe, the office manager, was very kind, caring, and considerate of my needs as well. He work with my situation and I received the BEST CARE!! This office restored my trust in dental care, and I highly recommend Brandon Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and professional dental care.

Negative experience: Edit:REALLY IRRITATED WITH THIS PLACE! I went to another dentist recently because my tooth hurt on the same side I had this place do a root canal and crown . They did the X-rays and the tooth that hurts is the one next to the one with crown. They cut the backside of the tooth off so they could fit the crown on broken tooth. That lead to a cavity and now I have to spend over $800 to get that one fixed and crowned. I didn’t know they did that until my new dentist showed me and said that could have 100% been avoided. So this place just cost me more money and a tooth ache. I’m super mad about it and I’ll never refer anyone to this place. Search for a dentist before you settle on this place. They also lied about a cavity that needed to be filled. Place is a scam and like to scare you into spending unnecessary money. Such a great experience from the beginning to end. So happy I choose Brandon modern dentistry! The Doctor and the staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable your whole visit. Very professional and clean office with new technology. I couldn’t be happier with my visits. They were able to get me in same day to fix a molar that broke and took care of other dental work that needed to be done. I’m actually excited to go to the dentist for all my cleanings and exams! Thank you everyone at Brandon modern dentistry all of you are awesome and I appreciate everything!!!

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went in for my first visit expecting a routine cleaning. While the staff was polite, the business practices are absolutely disgusting. Despite telling me I have good oral hygiene, they concluded that I had 4 cavities requiring 4 root canals and crowns, as well as laser cleaning. I’m mid twenties, get regular cleanings, and had my last one just 6 months ago, no pain, so this diagnosis was shocking. What made it even more suspicious was the comment: “You’re very lucky to have good insurance.” That told me everything I needed to know. They billed my insurance $1,800 just for my first visit which essentially included the X-rays, as a refused after more than 2 hours at their office to get a cleaning from them. I was presented a treatment plan totaling $13,000 for all this “necessary” work. I left immediately and sought multiple second opinions, including paying out of pocket for extensive imaging. Every single dentist confirmed the same thing: no cavities, no root canals needed, nothing wrong. This office appears to prioritize maximizing insurance payouts over honest patient care. If you value your teeth, your money, and your peace of mind, go somewhere else.

They make you feel right at home and take away the nerves of being at the dentist. The doctors and surgeons are amazing and gentle with you. Very happy about getting my dental work done here. 10/10 would recommend !

Fantastic experience: From the minute, I walked in, Moises smiled at me so big and made me feel so comfortable. They took me to get my x-rays and then I met with Dr. Grama to go over my history and my anxiety. My last root canal landed me in the emergency room with traumatic global temporary amnesia. They gave me a blanket to get cozy underneath. Talked to me the entire time checking in with me. Diego cleaned my teeth and was very gentle. I cried a lot, basically because of my anxiety and fear. And they did everything to help me relax and not be afraid. It was absolutely wonderful. I’m going back in about a month for a filling repair. Fingers crossed!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I left a dental office in tears because the dentist was so honest. Dr. Monica is truly a wonderful person and she cares about her patients. She could have done procedures on me today and cost me money, but instead she took the honest route and told me the truth. It wasn't easy for her or for me, but she is that kind of a doctor. Such a rarity. I have spent thousands of dollars and countless time off at other practices, for something that was never going to work. Manager Mo is wonderful, and the hygienist Diego did an amazing deep cleaning with no pain.

I called the office in pain and they had me in the chair within 45 minutes. The office was clean, calm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Jasmine held my hand and made sure I stayed calm through the entire procedure, and Dr. Monica explained everything with so much patience and reassurance. They were gentle, fast, and truly cared about my comfort. I’ve never had a dental team go above and beyond for me like this. If you have anxiety or need emergency care, this is the place to go. Fantastic experience: I came into this office with a lot of anxiety.. Not just fear of the dentist, but fear of being judged and misunderstood. From the moment I made the first phone call to the moment I walked through the door, I was met with nothing but love, care, and understanding. They immediately made me feel safe and came up with a plan to help me work through my fears. Everyone here from the doctor, the dental assistant, to the hygienist to the office manager took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and even comforted me when I cried which was multiple times haha! I never once felt embarrassed or rushed or judged. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for, like I was already part of their family. It’s so rare to find a place that truly wants to help you rather than take advantage of you, and this office is one of those rare places. I would recommend them to any family member, friend, or honestly anyone who wants a dental office that truly cares about their patients as people and not walking dollar signs. If you have dental anxiety like me, this is where you need to go. They changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I can’t thank them enough and am happy to of made them my primary dental office.

I can finally smile without trying to hide my teeth! Thanks to Brandon Modern Dentistry for making me happy to smile again. I have feared the dentist for so long, but I am so happy I found this group to help ease my fears. When I walked in the office for the first time and Chris was at the front desk to answer some questions and he matched my sarcasm, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Ana Buijila and her assistant Maynelis Rodriguez are a flawless team. A few months ago they pulled one of my teeth and today put an implant in perfect placement. You know Dr. Buijila cares about her patients when she calls personally the next day to follow up with any questions or concerns you may have. Even when it is a Saturday! A true sign of the type of person/doctor she is, is how well she works with and values Maynelis. I see far too many doctors/dentists and employers in general not value their team and love that here they do!

Fantastic experience: Their RDH Mohammad is always so nice and professional. He’s very thorough and takes his time to make sure my teeth are perfect. I’ve felt rushed at other offices in the past but you can tell Mohammad truly enjoys what he does and is proud of the work he accomplishes. He’s also so encouraging too! The “good job!” and “okay, well done” help me with my anxiety a ton. I think a dentist office that makes you feel comfortable is super important. They usually do here from the front desk to the dentist! I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and love them. Highly recommend checking them out!

Fantastic experience: I've come here for a few years now. I stopped after the last experience a little over a year ago with a previous Dr, it's changed Dr's since and an emergency brought me back today. I was hesitant, I'm not going to lie. Well, let me tell you Dr. Grama brought back that trust I had lost back then, her soft spoken voice, her knowledge and most of all her honesty in what she would suggest is very professional and the reason why I would definitely come back again to visit Brandon Modern Dentistry. The assistant Sonali (hope i spelled it right) was very sweet a d professional. Also lol, I was freezing cold and the Dr asked me if I was ok, I said I was cold and believe it or not they got me a super soft and plush blanket. I couldn't believe they had a blanket available, she said, all you have to do is ask. I didn't wanted to leave because I felt super comfortable with all of them. From the receptionist to the Dr. Thank you for bringing back this practice with professionalism and dedication.

Fantastic experience: My name is Isiah Mathis and I went to this dentist today,and I was a little paranoid about it,but in the end the dentist did such an amazing job,and the receptionist were even Alot of help ,so I just want to thank everyone at this dentist office from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone helped me so much I could not be anymore thankfully,thank you to everyone who helped me today,my teeth looks Alot better and I feel even better,thank to everyone.

On one occasion, he personally followed up when my insurance claim was delayed, turning a potential headache into a non-issue. Mohammad, the hygienist, makes cleanings relaxing. He chats about tips for better at-home care, and his gentle technique means no post-cleaning sensitivity—just sparkling teeth and a fresh, minty feeling.
