Fantastic experience: We were referred to Abdoney through family members who prefer to be present throughout their kids' medical examinations. My daughter has severe anxiety surrounding the dentist and the entire staff at Abdoney has been wonderfully accommodating of her. My husband and I are both welcomed into her cleanings and can hold her hand the entire time. Breaks are taken when needed and Dr Abdoney does a great job explaining why oral hygiene is so important.

Fantastic experience: Extraction of last two baby teeth, facilitated with use of nitrous. Watching your daughter have teeth pulled is not a fun experience but when it’s made uncomplicated because the provider is very skilled it takes the edge off it

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old went 2 yeas without seeing a dentist due the plan she had. The only place that accepted it was a family dentist and the exam room was just open and everyone could see everyone. She DID not enjoy thats. We finally found her another pediatric dentist! Everyone was so sweet and made her feel seen and cared for! Abdoney is deft a 100/100! Thank you for treating her so well. Very professional and personable!

Negative experience: I think given review is not accurate or not authentic. their staff are alright, I don't think doctor is not coping well with toddlers, maybe he is good with big kid but definitely no with young age kid, I don't see the quality that I expect from him, this place is overrated. definitely worst pediatric dentist we have seen.overall their service is not polite and not professional, they seem to more interested in making more profit than helping patient

Fantastic experience: We are incredibly happy to have found this place! Our son is autistic and getting anywhere near his mouth with a toothbrush, let alone dentistry tools is a challenge. The dentist was patient and with the help of my husband was able to conquer a first-time teeth cleaning on my little one within 15 minutes! Best pediatric dentist around! We will be back with our other kids soon!

All 3 of my kids (9,6,4) have zero fear of the dentist and one had a tooth extracted, another had tooth trauma. I could never say enough good about them. Fantastic experience: Our daughter had a dental emergency over a weekend. We were new to the area and hadn't gotten established with a dentist yet. I was very upset because I couldn't find anyone with any openings, but Dr. Matt's office was able to squeeze us in and then provided the best care for our daughter. It is such a blessing when you can find care providers that are truly concerned about your child's well being.

Fantastic experience: Cute decor, nice staff, friendly doctor. My son is very shy but he'll answer the doctor. He talks to him in a way so that he can understand what's happening.

Negative experience: My husband and I regretfully won't be returning to this dental clinic. Despite our best efforts to ensure our son's oral health – brushing his teeth diligently after every meal, multiple times a day, and maintaining a diet that isn't solely sugar-laden – we felt unfairly judged by the dentist regarding his few decayed baby teeth. Our son, already anxious due to a major toothache at the age of five, faced further distress during the attempted x-ray. The assistant's handling of the procedure caused him to panic, and it made us question whether there was proper training to ensure a child-friendly approach. While we understand that the x-ray wasn't completed, the dentist's lack of time or willingness to explain the next steps or address our concerns left us feeling unsupported and confused. As first-time parents navigating dental issues, a little more bedside manner and professionalism would have gone a long way in alleviating our worries. This experience during a vulnerable situation has led us to the decision not to return to this clinic. We believe that a dental pediatric clinic should prioritize not only the physical well-being of the child but also their emotional comfort and the concerns of parents seeking guidance.

Fantastic experience: We love coming to Abdoney. Friendly staff and always clean. My only suggestion for the pediatric side is the waiting area is not very toddler friendly. Maybe add in a kiddie corner to keep them occupied while waiting. Other than that, we love the place.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in town. Went to another well known name dentist in the area who has a few branch locations (Busciglio Smiles) and I never actually saw the dentist once in years of taking the kids there (they always sent out a tech to play messenger). Dr.Abdoney came out and sat with me in the waiting room the first visit and was open and honest about my son's care. Will never go to another dentist again...Dr. Abdoney is our new dentist for life!

Negative experience: What is scary is that when I called to make a big decision on getting an appt for my little one (for the first time, no less) the very first phone call was the most unwelcoming. First question was insurance and mind you, absolutely desensitized. No warmth. No open dialogue on what my insurance may/ may not cover. Just about money. as if this were some downtown clinic. That was my experience when calling. No thanks

I was dreading bringing three small kids to the dentist and I left that place feeling light and happy and grateful. Dr. Abdoney seems to have a good head on his shoulders and I like his approach, not trying to poke a punch of holes in my kids teeth, but keeping a cautious eye on things. And the office staff was great. Everyone who works there seems really good at their jobs and kind on top of it. I am so happy we found this place. I never want to go anywhere else.

My daughter and son had their first appointment today and they were a bit nervous, but were put at ease and enjoyed the experience! We were also there for only 30 minutes which is amazing considering two kids' teeth were cleaned, one had x-rays and both had time with Dr. Abdoney. Happy to be starting off their relationship with the dentist in a positive way. :)

He has been our child's dentist since she is 1 year-old. Four years later, even if we moved 45 minutes away, we still go to see him for her bi-annual visits. Results? Fantastic experience: My 3 girls ages 2,8,17 all had their first appointments today with this practice. To start off I have high expectations and it’s never easy for me to truly give someone a 10/10 however I was throughly impressed. We arrived about 15 minutes early and we were escorted to a side waiting area since the main one was full. I had 3 packets of paperwork to complete. By the time I wrote my first child’s name, DOB, and address they had already called my oldest. 2 minutes after that the other 2 were taken. The entire office was spotless, clutter free and perfectly decorated. It was the right amount of friendly but sophisticated and of course my kids pointed that out. The doctors and hygienists were friendly and well versed in working with children. The doctor took his time to explain to each child about the X-ray results and what the next steps were going to be. They asked questions to ensure proper understanding by the 2 older girls.I was impressed my 2 year old cooperated. No tears, no fighting, no issues at all. I have nothing negative to say and I am again impressed. 10/10 would recommend. Oh and we were in and out within 30 minutes!!!! A working moms dream come true.

Negative experience: The doctors Visit was fine but the accounting department sucks. We received bill statement that needs to be paid which I called how many times to get it fix because it was all covered by my insurance.They responded every time that it will be fix but still receives bill of statement for that 1st visit multiple times. They let you filled out multiple pages for all information that they needed for the first visit.. nobody called to get it fix before sending out bill statement so I canceled everything from them afterwards after it was settled Because I don't want to have that problem in the future.
