Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental office since 2005 they are so friendly and professional and same employee which means the Dentist is awesome!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at my dentist appointment was very well. I had a lot of anxiety towards dentist. But this one made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything . And especially all of his team that works for him. They are very nice. If only I could’ve had this kind of Dentist when I was younger. But overall, I will recommend family and friends to this dentistry.

Dr. Goodarzi provides excellent care and gives clear explanations of any additional attention that might be needed immediately or in the near future. If there is more than one option, he provides the facts so that the patient can make a decision they are comfortable with.

Fantastic experience: I decided to get some dental work done that I have been putting off for a few years. I struggle with sensitivity of my mouth. My kids are champs at the dentist but I am a big cry baby and ultimately sometimes leaning over the sink in between even routine cleaning. Dr. G and his staff are all amazing. I had a tough cavity that was super close to need a root canal but Dr. G handled it like the pro he is, I experienced no pain during the process or after. It's been more then 24 hours and I just love Dr G and the staff and so grateful he took amazing care of me and was so empathetic to ensure I was ok the whole time. Best Dentist office ever!

I haven’t been to the dentist in about 10-12 years out of anxiety and no insurance, so I expected the worst, but everyone in the office was so kind and accommodating. Everyone was very sweet, gentle, went over everything in detail. They even have a very calm office dog that sat with me when I did my paperwork. Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for the folks that are a bit nervous about the dentist.

Dr. Goodarzi explained what he was recommending needed to be done and items that didn't need any immediate attention. I was given an estimate of cost and what would be covered by insurance and what my portion would be. A very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Have used this practice for many years. There is no one better than Dr. Goodarzi for excellent dentistry with gentle hands and a friendly smile. He truly cares about maximizing your dental health while keeping his fees reasonable. His front office staff makes sure you don't wait long and the hygienist is first rate. At 77 my teeth and gums are very healthy thanks to him. I recently went in for a new crown and the procedure was quick, painless and yes, reasonable. This practice is first rate in all categories.

Negative experience: This was the actual worst dentist experience of my life. I arrived at 1:30 PM, completed 30 min worth of paperwork after already spending 20 min on a call scheduling the appt and giving them all my info. They call me back at 2 PM and inform me that Im not getting my teeth cleaned today, no this is a comprehensive dental exam WITHOUT a cleaning. I didn't ask for that, all I want is a cleaning. They explain I cant have one without the other, and tell me I can wait and do my exam at 4 pm. So Ive been at this office since 1:30 and won't leave until 5 pm because why?! NEVER IN MY 33 YEARS ON EARTH HAVE MY DENTISTS EVER SEPARATED THOSE TWO APPTS. Not to mention they wanted to redo all my x-rays and said I hadnt EVER had them done - well that was wrong I had them done literally 6 months ago and SPECIFICALLY THE ONES YOU CAN ONLY HAVE DONE ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS!!!! If they had done my x-rays I would be paying THOUSANDS!!! This is an insurance scam - DO NOT COME HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: I've only been going here for about six months but so far I'm quite pleased. All the staff a very friendly and professional. And I've never had to wait for than 5 minutes past my appointment time, usually less. My only concern was with billing practice. I was given an estimate for a procedure (2 crowns) which I decided to go forward with. When I showed up for it, after I was in the chair, I was told that insurance may not cover one of them. While I decided to go forward with the procedure anyway, I think that this should have been disclosed in the estimate I was given. Later when I spoke to the billing person she said that insurance would almost certainly not cover it. Then why put it in the estimate, or at least not indicate the possibility?

Walked in, they already knew who I was, I was asked to go back in for my cleaning quickly. Not too long of a wait. Lily is a very kind dental hygienist, I let her know of an issue i may have. She made sure i was seen by the doctor. Aubrey was very kind also and had some good recommendations for me. Very glad to have them as my dentist office.
