Fantastic experience: Dr Anderson and his staff are great and wonderful people to see. They are the best better than anyone I’ve seen in the past. Don’t hesitate to go and see them.

Negative experience: The staff picks and chooses who they notify when they are near their dental insurance "maximum". I followed a year long dental plan and no where was I notified that I was coming close to My dental maximum. The billing staff handles all the appointments and insurance paper work, but somehow "forgets" this crucial step. When locals are still struggling with roof repairs etc. We like to plan ahead but we can't when we have such low quality oversight when it comes to customer care. The teeth work is fantastic, but the billing will leave you high and dry and all you'll get is an "oops, we don't "normally" let customers know when their maximum is coming up." Even though it's in their face everytime you pay at the counter. TL;DR Year long dental plan and zero notification from his staff that maximum was coming. My account was paid in full only to get a bill a month later asking for more money. I did find that they have to stand by their initial estimate due to regulations since it was an administrative error on their end. Taking my business elsewhere. I did contact 3 other offices that assured me that they do schedule accordingly and keep track of dental maximums so that the customer doesnt have to juggle that responsibility. Go figure, if Anderson dental has changed how this is handled my situation is why.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant staff and Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have dental work done and looking at the reviews for Anderson Dental I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. The place was very clean, and the staff was just great. Dr. Anderson performed the procedure on two visits, and he explained the procedure in great detail. During all of this, I felt no pain during and after it was all over. Dr Anderson and his staff were top notch and exceeded my expectations. Great job!!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Anderson dental by my coworker I cannot begin to express my deepest gratitude and acknowledge this place of excellence! I called Anderson dental to schedule an appointment and the office manager was very busy. I called back About five minutes later to see if I could get through again, and the doctor answered the phone the actual dentist of the facility!!! This struck me as very odd as never in my history of working in a medical professional setting has a doctor answered The phone. It was incredible. Upon my visit, I was checked in and greeted by a very kind office, front office manager, and a very nice program was on the About animals, The check-in process is very easy with two forms to fill out I was quickly evaluated by the dental assistant and x-rays were taken of my teeth and that’s when the dentist came in and evaluated me as well, and he was very kind and encouraging and encouraged me about the status of my teeth They addressed, my concerns with Grace and professionalism he put my heart at ease when he told me that my teeth were not in the condition that I thought they were that they were actually in better condition than I projected them to be Upon this news, I was absolutely elated. Dr. Anderson is extremely professional and very encouraging. My overall visit is a five times five star rating. Dr. Anderson was very professional and patient and his dental assistance, especially Kia spelled like the car was very helpful and reassuring. When she did my dental cleaning, she was very reassuring. It’s almost like an office of teachers lol. I never had such grace and kindness at a dental office. I am usually scolded and made to feel bad about the condition of my teeth, and that has kept me away from the dentist for 13 years But there is something about this clinic that they were nonjudgmental, and they did not make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. This was the key point for me. This was the most crucial factor for me because if they would have put me down, I would have never come back. But I will be back because I feel this is a very family oriented and close office. They all had a genuine kindness about them and a very kind demeanor about them, that was very gracious, reassuring, and understanding, and I will never forget this experience. Their service was good but they were wanting me to come mor often, and to have procedures that I didn’t think I needed. Dr. Anderson was all about what was needed and what I didn’t need. Fantastic experience: My husband broke his porcelain front tooth. He was able to get seen same day and created a new one in house. Doc was able to clean out the old one and get the new it in, matching the color perfectly. He was in and out within 3 hours.
