Positive experience: Honestly, I switched my whole family here because of the reviews. When I met the doctor, I loved her. She IS very nice and informative about my teeth and my sons ... where it fell short for me was the front staff. Long story short, the prices combined with the insurance charges were not looking right. I was told by a staffer that my insurance was a discount card not insurance. Then my husband was told the same thing. Our insurance broker confirmed our insurance WAS insurance and not a discount card, they called Elite and was told they never said that. Then said it was a misunderstanding. It was NO misunderstanding, you told both my husband and I our insurance was NOT real insurance and it was, but then lied about it. I don't think they expected our insurance company or our rep to call them. So, integrity is a big deal to us and if you will lie about that (and on us, like we were lying), what else would you lie about. So although, I did like the doctor - we have decided to try another office.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! My dentist was very knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to educate me about my dental health. The teeth cleaning was thorough, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care. The front desk lady , Zoe is very pleasant and helpful .

Fantastic experience: From the easy ability of making my appointment, doing my precheck-in paperwork on line, and walking into the office and introducing myself...I was welcomed and warmly greeted by the young lady at the front desk. Within a few minutes I was taken back to get my xrays and then taken to a room. At this point I was interviewed and questioned by the technician as to reason for my visit. Explaining my years of dental visits and horrors with prior dentists, I explained my last dentist retired and sold his practice. Now...I was looking to replacing my dentures. Within a few minutes the Doctor came in and she reviewed what could be done with my current gums. So I agreed and a plan was established. Now...I'm looking forward to in six weeks having a beautiful smile again and being able to chew food again properly ...!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR RESTORING MY CONFIDENCE IN A DENTAL PRACTICE...I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS JOURNEY WITH YOU ALL...Ps: The entire staff was a delight to work with THANK YOU !

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at Elite Smiles and Dental Spa. I originally walked in after seeing their $89 special for x rays and a cleaning, and they were able to get me an appointment the very next day. I also needed some dental forms filled out for Peace Corps, and the team was incredibly helpful with that. Dr. G, Lily, Arlette, and Rachel were all wonderful. Everyone was easy to talk to, supportive, and made the whole visit feel comfortable. I really felt seen and not rushed at all during the appointment. They explained everything clearly and were very transparent about pricing. During the visit they recommended a teeth scaling. It was more expensive, but I really appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to do it. They explained the costs and let me decide what felt right, which I respect a lot. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with great communication, fair pricing, and a friendly team. I would definitely recommend Elite Smiles and Dental Spa to anyone looking for an honest and welcoming dental office.

Negative experience: Because the dentist at this location found out that scare tactics wasn't going to work to get services performed in my mouth. That was not acceptable to me. They refused to do the original service which was teeth cleaning. I think that's poor customer service and the dentist should do what the patient wants, not what the dentist wants

Negative experience: I thought this was a great place and Rachel is very friendly and professional I was told I would need all my teeth to be removed and need dentures top and bottom at the cost of 37,000 I don’t know many people that have this to spend I certainly don’t and told them I would need to save in order to get things started I had one infected tooth treated with antibiotics and then another blew out causing a lot of pain called and asked for more antibiotics and was told no that I needed to fix my teeth so very disappointed in this dentist how does a dentist leave their patient in pain?? Unfortunately I will not be returning to this dentist I cannot go back to someone who has no compassion I know others have had a great experience but not me

Fantastic experience: These Dentists are extremely rare for their profession. They are compassionate and willing to listen and educate as well as treat their patients. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. And the staff is amazing, prompt attention to all issues from phone calls to appointment setting to insurance billing. Negative experience: super unprofessional office. they informed me that me exams would be covered by insurance after I have them all of my insurance information for them to be sure before scheduling me, then later billed me $100 threatened to send it to collections even though I was not aware of the bill and they did not mention the bill to me when I was in office for my cleaning in august AND September even though they claim i’ve had the bill since June. cannot be trusted and do not take accountability for THEIR mistake.

Negative experience: Typical chain dentist they’re aren’t interested in treatment but exhausting you insurance benefits. I came in with tooth pain and they encouraged teeth cleaning. They attempted to charge 600$ plus for a simple extraction with insurance.

At my last dentist office I saw a different dentist each appointment and didn’t like that. Dr Fabiola is always the one to do my exams. I am comfortable with her. She seems like she genuinely cares about me and my teeth. Her team is also very nice, they always remember my name. I don’t like going to the dentist period, but this office makes it bearable. Everyone is super nice. And I also like that I can watch tv while getting my teeth done.

Negative experience: I feel obligated to leave a review, this was my third or fourth visit it a little over a year, And something has changed. As what occurred during my cleaning made me feel unsettled and unwilling to continue using this office. Blindsided and shocked. Of note, I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort in my gums or teeth. Though on occasion I would have some gum bleeding while flossing. It troubling that I never did get a clear description of what my “diagnosis” was. Normally, during a cleaning, you will hear the hygienist call out the numbers for your gum pockets, I never heard the hygienist give any numbers, but she did a deep and aggressive cleaning and did complain throughout that there was excessive plaque buildup. It appeared to her that I was not brushing or flossing. So I am left to surmise there were deep pockets, indications of periodontal, disease, and plaque buildup, but again this is simply my assumption. After the cleaning, the dentist came in, and Without actually explaining what was seen on the x-rays, began to question my oral care, it seemed doubtful to her as well that I am brushing and flossing consistently. Since I do, My mind began racing as to what other things in my life could be impacting my teeth health in such a severe way as to garner this response from both the Dentist and the Hygienist. I was truly in a state of shock and disbelief. Without explaining what the diagnosis was, a financial package for services, that was also not explained, and a request to make an appointment as soon as possible to begin this treatment plan was presented. I indicated I would need to discuss this with my husband. I began to take photos using my phone of the x-rays on the screen, to try to understand what was happening. There was no problem with doing so, but there was also no explanation, even though I asked, what exactly is happening with my teeth, so that I can explain it to my husband. Do I have a cavity? Is there tooth decay? What precisely is going on I wondered. I still can not tell you! I was then presented with a line of credit to pay for the services as they were quite costly-at approximately $1800.00. There would be no way on this earth that I would sign up for a procedure where in the interest would be almost half what the procedure is. Doubly so because I don’t even know if there are other options since I don’t really know what my diagnosis was. when I arrived at home, I saw that there was an email where I could review the package online. Wonderful I thought to myself, there will certainly be all the information via this online portal, then I will be able to explain to my husband and myself what exactly is going on. Having previously had good experiences at the office, I told myself that perhaps the dentist was simply rushed, and I would be able to find the information easily via the website. But that would not be the case. What was most alarming to me about the “treatment plan”, was that it was a list of billing codes. No diagnosis. No description of condition. No explanation of procedure. Just some billing codes that I had to research myself via Google to determine what they meant. Some were open ended and unspecified so I can only assume what is happening with my teeth. One such code D2740 stated crown- so I am assuming that I have two teeth, which may or may not require a crown. I am SHOCKED something as devastating and destructive to the tooth as a crown process was not fully explained, and was instead detailed through billing codes on an estimate I was able to access via the website. This is surreal! Once you proceed with a crown on a tooth, there is no going back, the tooth will be shaved down until there is none of the enamel left. I would never enter into such a major tooth procedure without fully understanding and researching and considering all of my options. I will be returning to my previous dentist to secure a second opinion. Or I should Say, I will be getting a first opinion, as I still don’t really know what is going on with my teeth.

Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment because of some swelling on my gums, went in and specifically asked would it be addressed and was told yes so I paid 142$ for XRays to establish myself as a patient. After getting my X-rays was told that I could start on a cleaning plan that would cost me 1700 after my insurance. They explained I had a few cavities but the issue causing the swelling would have to be treated by another doctor by likely removing part of my gums. This all sounded a little much for an issue that started the previous day, they warned I could not let the issue persist but I knew I was not paying that much without a second opinion. For context I have amazing dental insurance since I work for a major tech company. I called my regular dental office and went in the following day, they did a simple cleaning, (I get 4 a year), which immediately solved the swollen gums, and told me that I didnt have new cavities since the last time I visited (6 months) and that my old fillings were silver and they use a different material now, all in all they quoted me 102 after insurance. LITERALLY a 1600 difference and my problem was actually solved. Dont get me wrong they were nice enough but it didnt feel like they wanted me as a long term patient, just someone to profit from. TL;DR . Quoted $1700 for a bunch of ?? because I never got paperwork showing what exactly I would be paying for, my usual dentist quoted me $102 with specifics.

The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. I have extreme anxiety just thinking about going, it’s been a difficult task for me to even walk through the door. For a moment I forgot about those fears and past trauma. Felt safe, Dr. Giron was non judgmental, I could actually focus on the plan to moving forward. As soon as i walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and remembered my name after one previous appointment. My procedure went smoothly. One thing i really like is they go above and beyond to help you. They deal really good with insurance and that is a plus for me . If you need a dentist in the area. I really recommend you to make an appointment with them. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Negative experience: Instead of responding to my request for records, Giron decided to email me and my sister a lengthy response. Pretty sure this violated HIPAA. Obv a response to my sister's letter asking why she kicked me out of her practice because I had to cancel a procedure due to a DISABLING MIGRAINE. Imagine trying to drive and also sit through an extraction. Since she likes to tell everyone my private business. She wrote in that email: "I saw on your chart that before you stopped coming to the office you came as an extraction patient (confirmed) to help you get rid of the infections harboring in your mouth. Kaye (our Consultant) was the one who received you at that time and you declined in office, storming out crying because you were not ready to start with treatment." So professional! So dramatic. I stormed out? Obvi a response to my sisters letter and not my email simply requesting my records. I told Giron I am a DV victim going through legal abuse. Actually days before that first visit, I was in the ER because I was exhibiting signs of a stroke from CPTSD. But I was transparent about that. Giron's office was so concerned about this infection, they opted to do crowns and other dental work, ignoring this infection for months. Guess what? Giron should have never been doing any extractions without a big dose of antibiotics because of my compromised autoimmune issues. Found that out from several dentists who were mortified! Instead of rescheduling, she said I was no longer a patient. I ended up in the ER the next day with that infection spreading through my skull. My sister mailed Giron a letter asking why because I finally found a dentist I trusted. Should we go through the fact that she billed medicare for work she didn't do, like suture work that actually didn't happen... or what else? Medicare fraud is a big deal. Missing treatment plans and billing statements. How about sending my sister my x-rays? Another HiPPA violation. (confirmed). Don't worry, everything I say is backed by solid facts. Giron saw a vulnerable woman and thought why not just add to the trauma. see you in court

Fantastic experience: I had to change dentist due to my old office unfortunately burning down and moving locations. Everyone was so kind and even referred me to a specialist when they knew I needed a second professional opinion. They explained every part of the process I would be going through and worked with my insurance to get me the best payment plan I could do. Absolutely love them so far!!!

Fantastic experience: Literally the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! The entire staff of awesome, front desk staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Giron is thorough and explains everything in layman’s terms so there’s no confusion! Dental assistants and hygienists are on point as well! Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: This Dentist requested that I paid out of pocket for services yet still charged my insurance stating they would reimburse. She talks down to her employees which made my experience uncomfortable. I filed a grievance with my insurance for lack of reimbursement from the dental office, her office refused to respond back to insurance to resolve the issue. Her practice is shady and she has terrible bedside manner. Dr Fabiola Giron is money hungry and dishonest.

Dr. Fabiola Giron is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain each step of the process. She was thorough in answering all my questions and provided valuable advice on how to improve my oral hygiene. I appreciated how gentle she was during the procedure, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The hygienist, was also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. The entire appointment ran on time, and the team made sure to schedule the next appointments at my convenience. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Fabiola Giron and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dentist.
