If your looking for a dental office for your little ones call and make an appointment! So happy I scheduled her first appointment with them! I know they may have a wait due to summer and kids being out of school but it was worth it! Don’t wait to schedule for your little ones! I started taking my son at 13 months old and his baby sister is 20 months old. I made her appointment a few months ago! Worth the wait! Her first experience was one we won’t forget thanks to your amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and they’ve been consistently amazing. Kari, who takes the X-rays, is incredibly patient and kind with the kids, which makes such a difference. Dr. Dana is wonderful and takes great care of all three of my girls. They actually get excited to come here which says everything. Nicole at the front desk is always a delight and makes scheduling, rebooking, and payments effortless. Highly recommend!

I recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for an amazing pediatric dentist and also for pediatric ortho. Fantastic experience: EXCEPTIONAL CARE - BEYOND EXPECTATIONS Exceptional Care Beyond Expectations My 12 year old son had braces placed 12 days ago in AZ, and while we were on vacation in Florida, the coiled wire on his back molar came loose and began poking and burring in his cheek. Because of the location, wax wouldn’t stay in place, and the discomfort quickly became unbearable and overwhelming. We spent an entire day calling emergency orthodontists nearby, however every office refused to see him for one reason or another—especially since we were from out of state. Feeling discouraged, we came across the reviews for Dr. Dana which were truly impressive and decided to walk into her office, as a last hope. The office was technically closed, with staff only doing desk work, but the young lady at the front desk listened patiently to our situation. AJ Diaz, Dr Dana’s husband was there as well; he made no promises, but kindly took our number and said he would speak with Dr Dana. Not long after we returned home, we received a call that truly shocked us—in the best way possible. Dr. Dana drove back to her office after hours to care for my son, a patient she had never met, who wasn’t even from Florida. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication were extraordinary. She took the time to explain exactly what had happened, why it occurred, and how she was fixing it. Her knowledge and calm reassurance meant everything to us as parents. It also stood out how beautiful, private, and well-organized her office is. The equipment is clearly top of the line, and everything reflects excellence and attention to detail. Knowing she is the only double-board-certified orthodontist and pediatric dentist in the Riverview area made the experience even more impressive. We don’t live in Florida, but if we ever move here, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive any distance to have my entire family treated by Dr. Dana. She showed true compassion when no one else would help, and that speaks volumes about her character and values. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about patients—not just appointments—Dr. Dana is truly one of a kind.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dana has been my son’s dentist and orthodontist since he was two (now thirteen). His first visit was to fix a chipped front tooth after a fall. She was amazing with him then, and she’s still amazing now. It’s been so much more than just a convenience to have both dental and orthodontic care in the same place, often during the same appointment. After recently finishing Invisalign, my son’s teeth are perfect, and we couldn’t be happier! iHeartSmiles made the whole process so easy. The office staff are super organized and always communicate well. It is truly refreshing to encounter a medical office that is so efficient and well managed.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to iHeartSmiles by our pediatric dentist for an orthodontic consult. From the moment my daughter walked, in she felt comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dana made two recommendations for my daughter’s care before considering orthodontic treatment, one of which was a tongue tie evaluation. What went undiagnosed for years even with speech therapy, pediatrician visits, etc, Dr. Dana was able to identify and make a referral from seeing my child only once for an initial consultation. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched. I will forever be grateful for her attentiveness and the genuine concern she had for my child. We’ve seen Dr. Dana twice now, and in our last visit, Dr. Dana didn’t think braces or an expander was needed at this time. Dr. Dana was honest and put the needs of my child before profits, and that is rare these days! Highly recommend Dr. Dana and her staff.

We waited until our daughter turned 3 because she has been SO hesitant with "strangers" including medical providers and we didn't want to make the dentist a scary thing. Fantastic experience: After visiting several dental clinics, I found that this clinic aligns perfectly with the philosophy and approach to treating children that Dr. Dana M. Busciglio follows. I am a dentist and orthodontist from Barcelona, and my family and I have recently moved here. I found in Dr. Busciglio's conservative approach to dental care completely matches my own professional knowledge. Moreover, the way they have treated my two children has been exceptional, especially considering that my younger son really dislikes going to the dentist!!! They provided him with all the guidance and patience needed to help him through the process. The clinic is clean, follows an excellent methodology, and offers impeccable care.

Fantastic experience: Our pediatric dentist referred us to this orthodontist based on the idea that they were amazing and so gentle with young children, and I can not tell you enough how kind and wonderful the ladies in that office are. My kiddos are 6 and 4 and my youngest was everywhere and pretty obnoxious, but it didn’t phase anyone. The Dr and the assistant made my daughter feel extra comfortable as it was her first time there, and I was reassured/ treated like all my concerns were important as we discussed a treatment plan. So far 10/10!

While not the pediatric dentist or orthodontist near me in Tampa, defintinetly worth the drive to the Fishhawk Lithia area for my kids. Thank you for such wonderful service!!!

Positive experience: The staff is consistently super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my wait time for my 2-year-old was over 30 minutes long. Scheduling can be a real challenge because certain patients are only seen on certain days (all littles are seen on Tues/Thurs. mornings, school-age kids later in the day, etc. Office is closed on Fridays. My big kid's next appointment is seven months out rather than six simply because there are no openings for her age in the schedule. Not a big deal, but I think the practice is getting too big for the staff/office/available appointment times.

Negative experience: We have had the worst experience with this provider. My daughter has been in an Invisalign program and has now been informed they want her to add an additional 9 months to her treatment at an additional cost. On numerous occasions she has been told to only wear trays at night time, but they said that she hasn’t been wearing her trays which is why she needs the additional treatment time. Other occasions they have canceled her appointments only to move it 3-4 weeks. Oh, and the only do Orthodontist appointments on Mondays & Wednesdays. Super convenient for a family with 2 working parents. On average it takes 4-5 weeks for them to receive new trays but if you go to your regular dentist that can provide Invisalign can get them in about 2 weeks. If we added up all of the canceled appointments and weeks of waiting for trays it would probably add up to about 9 months. I would not recommend using this provider for any Orthodontist treatments.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even believe how amazing this place is. My first impression put my mind at ease because the waiting room is clean and modern which shows they take pride in it. Everything was so streamlined and easy; I had already done my paperwork online, but I swear most places make you do it again once you get there. Not here; we were free to sit and focus on preparing our child. But most importantly, my highly sensitive son had ZERO moments of discomfort thanks to the caring and patient staff. It brought me such joy to see him laughing and smiling through an experience he was nervous about beforehand. The toy machine at the end sure made his day! He’s actually EXCITED to go back in six months, and I’m so happy we tried I Heart Smiles. Exceeded our expectations for sure!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my kids to iHeartSmiles for a few years now. They are always friendly and accommodating. My kids don't have a fear of going, even though it's an uncomfortable exam. Dr. Dana is very friendly and kind to the kids. And I've never felt like they try to push me to get unnecessary treatments for them . I highly recommend iHeartSmiles.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Dr Dana and her office more! We have a child on the spectrum, so doctors visits and dentist visits can be stressful for our 8 y/o…. But he left here with a smile on his face, telling me how much fun he had! The entire staff, from the moment we walked in was friendly and welcoming! They were extremely considerate to his sensory needs so reduced noises when performing imaging, dimmed lights and turned music down for him. The hygienist who did his cleaning was so very patient, kind and understanding. We left so relieved and happy to find a dentist office we look forward to returning!
