The office was clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mrs. Lou, who did an exceptional job making my 4-year-old son feel at ease with all the tools and devices before starting his cleaning. She explained everything in an engaging way, which really helped him relax. Dr. Austin was wonderful as well. She took the time to talk with me and made me feel genuinely cared for, rather than just rushing through the appointment. Overall, my experience at Austin Dentistry was outstanding, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a professional and caring dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Today I went for my first visit. I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was taken back promptly. The hygienist introduced herself and told me exactly everything she would be doing. Very kind and professional. I have some fillings that need to be replaced, but I like that Dr. Austin is conservative and didn't want me to spend hundreds of dollars replacing fillings. There is one that we We'll keep watching. I had a very pleasant experience! And I do recommend Dr. Austin to anyone who ask about needing a dentist.

Mrs Joy Help facilitate me and my sons new patient paperwork. Mrs. Clair Was exceptional hygienist. Dr. Austin Explained my son‘s dental plan to me and was patient, Putting it into layman’s terms for me. Austin Dental Is the epitome for any dental needs.

This team from the front desk, to the hygienist’s, all the way up to the dentist - have treated me with incredible kindness and pulled strings to get me moved to the correct care quickly when the trauma to my tooth was extreme. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. After 50 years of care for my teeth, this is the best that I have ever seen. Just remarkable! Fantastic experience: Amazing group of women. Atmosphere in the office is amazing. I don’t dentist due to trauma as a young woman. I’ve been back here twice now. Messed up appointments, shown up on the wrong day twice… ( appts for grinding/clenching/due to stress… so not keeping track of days is par for the course with this level stress). And they are nice to me anyway. They don’t make me feel like a fool for my fear of dentists or for showing up twice now on the wrong day. It’s nice to find an office of people who are regular, kind folks. Not phoney Bologna’s. I’d definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist, Karen, provided the best cleaning and personal interaction I have experienced in many years. After my cleaning, Dr. Austin prepared my broken molar for a crown with care and attention to my comfort and understanding. I think Dr. Austin exercised good judgement about the pace to administer the local anesthesia allowing each progressive level the necessary time to take effect before proceeding to the next step. Thanks for a good experience at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! I took my 2 year old daughter with me and had my teeth and hers cleaned. Karen was super sweet and kept her relaxed and engaged. She explained everything she was doing to both of us and I couldn’t have asked for more! They gave her sunglasses, toys, and had the TV on for her to watch. It says a lot that I actually look forward to my dentist appointments and I know that not everyone can say that. Despite seeing me once every three months, Joy will recognize me immediately and get me checked in even before I walk in the door and greets me in a way that makes me feel welcome. Claire and Doctor Austin have done a lot with inspiring me to take care of my teeth better. They also make a point to catch up with me personally and it is appreciated. L I believe they do a great job of finding other people with a similar disposition. I met Natalie today who started two months ago and did a great job of checking in with me and making me feel seen as a person. I can't express how much I enjoy Austin Dental. They do great work with the most inspiring and infectious good attitude.

Fantastic experience: My tooth experienced a significant chip this weekend. It was very uncomfortable. I contacted the office on Friday evening and received an immediate response. My immediate needs were addressed and I was in the office for an appointment Monday morning. Dr. Austin and her team were great. Dr. Austin was sweet, caring and took the time to answer my questions which really helped to ease my anxiety (dentists have always made me uneasy and anxious). Claire was amazing as well! She was patient, kind and she listened to my concerns and took the X-rays fast and made that process much more comfortable than any I’ve had in the past. I recommend this dentist office 100%!
