Fantastic experience: LOVED Dr Mistrik and honestly the whole team, they got me in for my first appointment very quickly and went above and beyond helping me figure out a plan to fix my teeth that worked with my income and insurance. He is personable and supper funny, I have had 4 dentists in my lifetime, and he is definitely my favorite!

Fantastic experience: I had to change my Dentist due to going on Medicare and went to another dentist in OFallon and after leaving I thought this is what I have to look forward to it was terrible. I got a recommendation and scheduled an appointment and these guys were WONDERFUL! Tony was amazing in the cleaning and checking of my teeth. Saline the dentist was great gave recommendations but not pushy. Highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I went through their doors I felt at home!! The employees are so accommodating and really made it very easy for me to understand what was going on, pricing, instructions, what to expect. The dentists are great. What really pulls the place together are the employees, Ethan, Samantha, etc., they are amazing!! Ethan is my buddy!! He goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease! He is truly amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new patient and am so impressed with the friendly, honest, and community-minded practice. Everyone at the office works to establish rapport with the patient and create a welcoming environment. Ethan is easy to talk to and does amazing reconstruction on teeth. Dr. Neuschaefer is honest and skilled with his work and recommendations. This is important as a patient, in the past, another dentist recommended work that did not need to be done. The practice has integrity, and the doctors have a clinic in South Dakota to provide dental care for an underserved population. Definitely, in patient care for the right reasons. As a patient and consumer, I am thankful to have found this dental practice.

Negative experience: We have been with Dr. Ankenbrandt practice for 11 years and the service has completely deteriorated over the past two years. The office manager is never available. We love our guy that cleans our teeth, Tony, but he is the only reason we return to this practice. We never get call backs in a timely manner. We started at a 5 star recommendation 11 years ago but now we are down to a 2 star review. We are looking to switch our dental services due to the lack of management of this office. The dentist seems good. The hygenist is excellent.. The office management is severely lacking. There has been a noticeable change in customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such care taken to make sure I, the patient, understood everything from the cleaning to the payment. Dr. Neuschaefer explained to me what was causing my tooth pain. He made recommendations for a course of action in terms I could understand and he answered any questions I had. Ethan was so patient with me in explaining what was going to be covered by insurance. He even printed out for me my coverage. Yes I have found my dental home with Weldon Spring Dental.

Everyone listened and made me feel at ease during my appointment. They let me know exactly what was going on and my options for treatment. I can’t recommend this office more, they are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: It had admittedly been a few years since I have been to a dentist but I’m glad I finally went here. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but everyone I saw was so kind, Stephanie and Dr. Kyle were great during my cleaning. When I ended up needing fillings, Dr. Kyle and Ethan was able to fit me in same-day and they’re really the best fillings I’ve ever gotten. I swear I dozed off while getting them. Plus, the fillings felt natural immediately while my previous fillings elsewhere have felt bulky or strange for weeks. Everyone was great!

Negative experience: The hygienist was so clumsy I thought I was the first person he ever cleaned their teeth. My bill was exorbitantly expensive $550 for an exam x-rays and cleaning. Also they said I had a cavity and when I got a second opinion I had no cavity, I would not recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I broke off a corner of a tooth and stopped at Dr Ankenbrandt's office to make an emergency appointment. It was lunchtime and Dr Shannon was at the front desk ( I didn't know who she was). They told me they could see me right then since they were all on lunch break with no patients . Unbelievable!!! I was hoping for maybe next day or close to it. Dr. Shannon saw me immediately after her son got me situated and x-rayed. 30 minutes after I entered the office, I had been given a couple of x-rays - diagnostic evaluation & they made an appointment for an Endodontist to see me. This is customer service beyond anyone's expectation!! This office is fabulous!

Laura, the office manager, is amazing! Dealing with insurance and questions about coverage can be very confusing/frustrating, and during my first visit, she took the time to explain things in a way that helped me understand, for the first time in my life, what kind of coverage I needed and how to understand the terms and conditions. Fantastic experience: My daughter and I went to this clinic yesterday and we had a really great experience. I appreciate Brooke, my dental hygienist who took the time to explain things about my oral health/hygiene/billing and set proper expectations. The dentist who did my filling did a superb job. I felt at ease the whole time. Everyone took great care of us especially to my 8 year old daughter who also had to get a filling. My daughter said she liked everyone who took care of her so that’s a big deal considering she was a bit anxious at first. They made sure things go smoothly and drama free for her, lol. Their staff are all very nice and welcoming. For those who are still on the fence, I’d say go for it. They get booked so fast but it’s no surprise considering the 5 star experience you’ll get. This place is highly recommended!

My wife has been seeing them for sometime and I’d been putting off going to the dentist for 2 years (guess why), so I decided to try them out about 4 months ago. Due to the time since my last dentist appointment (and being 63) I’ve had to spend a little extra time in “the chair”, but I’m very satisfied with the results. This is not to mention their staff and my dentist are very professional, friendly, and informative even without asking questions. Don’t know who’s reading this, but the prices seem right and the service is good. That’s what I look for. Scott

Their prices are much more competitive than my previous dentist. I wish I switched several years . I highly recommend this dentist and staff.

I knew I needed to get back to regular checkups and had heard good things about this practice. They took good care of me. I got a deep cleaning and a crown and am happily back on a 6 month schedule.
