Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The treatment turned out to be more aggressive than I expected, and my final bill was much higher than I had anticipated. I wasn't given a clear explanation of the treatment plan or the potential costs before the procedures were performed. Clear communication about treatment options and pricing is essential, and unfortunately, that was missing from my experience. Because of this, I won't be returning.

Negative experience: Protect yourself. This location does not deserve your trust or your business. Dental work was fine, but the billing is not good. They may or may not obtain fees through irregular billing practices. Here is what I wish someone had told me before I walked in there. Do not pay anything at the front desk on the day of your visit. Tell them to bill you. Let your insurance pay first and then request a fully itemized bill showing exactly what insurance paid and what your actual remaining responsibility is. Read every single line. Because charges will appear that nobody told you about and by the time you notice, they will tell you it is your problem not theirs. Two months after my visits I received a surprise bill for $104.80 with finance charges quietly added that nobody ever mentioned or explained to me. No phone call. No heads up. Just a bill in the mail with charges I never agreed to. When I called to understand what was going on, the staff was dismissive, rude and completely incapable of having a professional conversation. I came to that call calm with one simple goal — to understand my bill. What I got instead was attitude, condescension and zero accountability. The conversation escalated entirely because of how their staff handled it. Then the office manager sent me an email that was nothing short of threatening and condescending. Instead of resolving a legitimate billing concern, they threatened to send my account to collections within 30 days and terminated my account — all because I dared to question their bill. That tells you everything about how this office treats patients.

Negative experience: Should coach your appointment confirmation employees on being a decent human & not hanging up on people when they ask to reschedule/cancel. As if the missed appt comes out of the phone operators paycheck. Will never reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I am in love with my husband all over again after his dental work. His smile is absolutely charming, and I couldn’t be happier with the team at Best Care Dental. They are truly professional and take excellent care of their patients. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained every step before starting the treatment. The results are amazing, and the work was absolutely worth the four-hour drive from Indy to Missouri. Thank you, Best Care Dental team!

Fantastic experience: I got my smile back!! I can’t believe it when looking at my before and after pictures. I live in Indiana, and I drive about four hours to come to this dental clinic in O’Fallon, Missouri — and it is absolutely worth it. I had crowns and bridges done, and the results look amazing. Everything looks very natural and professionally done. The dentist and the entire staff are kind, patient, and truly care about their patients. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable the whole time. I would not make a four-hour drive if the care wasn’t exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental work and outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rehme and staff were amazing. Very positive environment. Had all my amalgam fillings removed and was impressed at all the precautions that were taken to protect from mercury exposure.

Negative experience: Horrible, I need a temporary filling for a front tooth that’s spilt, the dentist exact words were, I don’t want to do that cause it’s only temporary, and I don’t want u to keep coming back for a filling, she suggested I get. Crown, outta pocket cost $1900, because the crappy insurance I have will not cover it, MOHNET, I also have a abscess on another tooth that she didn’t even look at, she blew some air into my cracked tooth that’s hurt because the nerve is exposed, then left and went on to the other patient, then some lady comes in to discuss a payment plan for the crowns I declined, and I declined because it’s my right and I didn’t like the way my card started off, and lastly I have better insurance starting next month through my employer that pays for ALL services medical and dental a very good % , so I was able to get another appointment with my old dentist that’s back in her new building, bottom line is it’s all about money not caring for the patients with crappy insurance! Lastly I explained to her I just got out a DV situation and trying to get my life back together, oh I forgot she handed me a mirror and said I can give you a Hollywood smile, no thanks I love my smile and another dentist will give me the filling I need not some dam image of hollweird, today is 10/29/25 and I’m updating my review, only a couple things, yes I asked for a filling on a tooth that was broken and u the owner suggested crowns I said ok then u said that my insurance wouldn’t cover what u wanted to do which is crowns, and yr staff came in with a plan for me to pay out of pocket, well riddle me this Miss I wanna give Hollywood smiles how come I’m able to get those crowns paid for and a deep cleaning and other work with the same insurance and I’m not paying anything out of pocket, and I have the proof, but I’ll be making a call to the insurance company to see if u even tried to get them to pay for the repairs and Hollywood smiles, I have proof of the dental treatment plan that my new dentist has for me, and also riddle me this how come you didn’t even work on the other issues I have? And only focused on what you wanted to do? As a woman that’s coming out of a domestic violence situation and working on getting my life back u sure did help me feel better about myself and healing, when I explained all this when I made the appointment and when I got there, yr tech only took X-rays of the broken tooth, when I explained and showed her the other issues, she said she had to ask you what you wanted to be done as far as X-rays which is crazy because this isn’t my first rodeo to a dentist, ur suppose to xray the entire mouth and create a treatment plan, that’s just the basics, anyhow I pray that your children succeed in life(u know law school last yr) because that’s what you where talking about with the patient next to me after you blew cold air on my broken tooth and walked away with even looking at my other issues, shame on ma’am shame on you, God sees ALL and ppl such as yourself are disappointing to ppl like me that trust Dr’s to do the right things for you, rather we have the best insurance R not!

Fantastic experience: I have neglected my dental health. This woman has saved me and has done a beautiful job taking care of my teeth. She is patient and very sweet. She is gentle and quite precise in her work. I recommend her to everyone I talk to.

Fantastic experience: Second visit with them . This time fillings and the rest of my teeth cleaned . I want to say they are so mindful and kind about my comfort and pain it's amazing. Before this I had horrible experience with dentist. So much pain that I didn't want to go . As I said in my last review no dentist has ever tried to help me fix my teeth. Talked to me so much explaining at home dental care . I highly recommend this dental office especially if you have any fear ,nervousness, detest mouth pain. Fantastic experience: Recently my son went through getting many teeth removed and fitted for a denture. The doctor and attendants were very caring as he was having some anxiety. They have also been very attentive to any follow up needs. I highly recommend these folks.

Fantastic experience: Had a painful tooth. Called and they got me right in. I always have anxiety going to the dentist but Dr. Kirolos always tells me what she is going to do so I can prepare. By the end of my visit, I am always glad that I went. Office is clean, personnel at the front desk are nice and staff are professional and easy to talk to. And all good things to say about Dr. Kirolos!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic for the first time for my wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I only felt a little uncomfortable during X-ray, but everything else went smoothly. Dr. Kirolos did an amazing job with the procedure- I barely felt any pain during extraction! If you’re looking for a dentist who is both skilled and caring, I would highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: Love the new office space. It was inviting. The staff was delightful. I got into my appointment on time. They were also able to get me in for immediate treatment with hygienist right after my checkup. I highly recommend this dentist office. Not to mention they let you watch Netflix in between being serviced. New update: I love the ambience and staff at best care dental, which is why I have been a patient there for years. However, I think the dentist can work on her softening her tone and approach with her patients. Her passion can come off rude and judgmental at times. I recently referred my best friend to the office, and she told me she loved how nice the office was, but the dentist was rude to her staff, disorganized, and overbooked so she couldn't perform the care she needed so she would not be returning. I felt bad for giving her a referral that she was not satisfied with. Also, I paid thousands for a bridge that only lasted ~4 years before it started to crack, and it costs thousands out of pocket to repaired with a premium insurance plan. To be fair, the technology used to create my bridge was newer to the office when I received. Hopefully they have gotten better with using it since then, but I decided to go elsewhere for repair just to be on the safe side to make sure it lasts longer this time around. Overall, I think there is opportunity for the dentist to empathize with patients and her staff because people pay attention to kindness and empathy when they are receiving dental services. I understand passion being mistaken for rudeness, but she should be more mindful of how she is being perceived both in front of clients and behind closed doors with her staff.

Negative experience: First time patient. I had a tooth crack and also needed to establish care. When I met with the assistant I explained to him my dental care had been neglected since my husband passed away and that I had been dealing with anxiety and PTSD, which caused me to grind my teeth as a trauma response. The assistant was so kind and nice to me about it so I felt a little more relaxed. When the dentist came in she informed me I really needed a crown but that there was an option to fill it but it would likely not hold and “she wasn’t going to keep filling it.” She left the room and some other lady came in. She started off by calling me Brenda, that’s not my name! She went over the treatment plan for crown. She explained that my insurance doesn’t cover the crown and gave me the price. I wasn’t shocked by the cost, I just could not afford it nor am I in the position to take out a like of credit for the procedure, which is what she suggested. I asked her if there was any other option other than the crown bc the dentist has just mentioned the filling. She said “No” The dentist came back into the room and said “If I fill it, it may not hold and you will get an abscess and I’m not going to keep playing around with a filling!” I felt like I was being scolded and I wanted to just run out of there as I already had anxiety about going in the first place. I requested we try the filling because I wanted to try at the very least. She seemed angry with me and the assistant began to prep for the filling and she told him “I’m not doing that today, she can came back next week and we can do cleaning and filling” Although my cracked tooth was not painful, it is scraping my tongue and that is painful. But she’s the professional, not me. I know it’s not their fault I can’t afford the care, I just felt like I was looked down on. And the one lady calling me the wrong name was pretty disrespectful. I will have to give them another chance as it’s where my insurance allows me to go. It would just be nice to let them know how I felt and was already anxious in the first place. The young male assistant however was very nice and at least acted like he understood.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've been to! I ended up on disability and had a change in insurance to Medicaid which they happen to take. I noticed a hole in my tooth, and they were able to get me in the following day. Turns out it was a broken filling. Lucky for me, the appointment after me didn't show up. She and her staff were able to take x-rays of my entire mouth, get four fillings done, and do half of a deep clean on my first visit there. I was also happy they had a tv in the same room, but I didn't have a need for it because they didn't keep me waiting long. They also have a dentist chair with air massage if you're into that sort of thing. I just went back for a fifth filling and the other half of the deep cleaning today (8 days later). She was also able to correct a mistake made by another dentist. Definitely put in appointment here if you care about your teeth. I won't trust another dentist with my dental care. My only hope is that she's not planning on retiring anytime in the next 30 years.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited the office, was in a lot of pain. Ladies at front desk are very friendly and informative. Staff in back working with the dentist were caring and made sure I was okay. Omg I love my dentist, Maryana Kirolos thy best straight to the point and friendly all in one lol. I go back next week but literally no pain at all. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental care.

Negative experience: They told me the fluoride was included with insurance so we agreed and now are now trying to bill me for it because it wasn’t included. The dentist was not caring and treated my daughter, who is afraid of the dentist, like she was being a baby.

They went above and beyond with their care, providing support and patience throughout the entire process. They instill the highest level of trust through professionalism and flexibility. Negative experience: Went in at the beginning of November for 2 teeth in pain. She said it was bad and we should remove them all. Failed to perscribe antibiotics, had to goto physician who did his best, but tooth care is not his study. Had to call for 2nd emergency script the around late nov but it was a weekend so i just suffered until they reopened monday. Went in again on the 5th for tooth removal. At doctors suggestion, she removed 11 teeth, and provided me with a ill-fitting denture which caused several ulcers in my mouth extending the amount of pain I should've experianced by 10x. Went in again for corrections and Maryana Kirolos shaved down my real teeth on the bottom to try to make the ill-fitting denture work. Showed my mom and she called to complain. Upon my mother calling to complain, they reached out and said they'd be willing to re-examine the issue. My mother reported they were rude to her during communication. Upon my next visit Maryana Kirolos admitted to the denture being an incorrect fit and said she would reach out to try to attain a "credit" for me. She also removed a small chunk of bone preventing me from healing. I could feel a small part still sticking up so I said something. She promptly pushed her finger against the inflamed part and rubbed aggressively saying "I can't feel it, it's not there." I later acquired black market pain killers and removed the chunk myself. There is still another currently in my mouth I will have to remove later on my own or with the help of a different dentist. The day following my appointment I received a call back saying my mold correction was granted and updated my review to reflect the current situation. However, upon seeing my fun spirited google review about the current situation, Maryana has decided that the 2500$ in cash and the 1000$ in insurance, that she's now effectively stealing from me, was not enough to correct this mistake and that because I am choosing to share my experiance with you, the public, that I deserve to be left without teeth. To sum up, at 25years of age, trusting this dentist has cost me 3500$, my ability to eat meat, my ability to date, my smile, and has ruined my self esteem effectively causing perpetual suicidal thoughts due to lack of ability that I had prior to receiving her "care". I could not recommend anyone less. This dental asylum has "care" only rivaled by the United States congress. She'll promise you a better life, just to take all your money, rip out all teeth and leave you with less than nothing.

Fantastic experience: Front desk and support staff are very friendly and engaged and Dr. Kirolos does great work! I would recommend Best Care Dental 10 times out of 10. I needed to get braces to re-align my bite and prevent future issues from popping up down the road and was very pleased with the end result. Dr. Kirolos is very informative and an amazing guide throughout the process. I felt very safe and in good hands at all times. She takes time to answer any questions and gives honest and detailed feedback. It is easy to see she really cares about her patients and works hard to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. Fantastic experience: November 2023 - Perfect visit. I love the thoroughness of the dental hygienist. Still 5 stars. Staff was on time, professional and kind. I will return. February 2023 - Dr Maryana Kirolos DDS is the best. She explained the steps of the procedure, it was a crown, and performed the prep and final cementation perfectly. I had no pain. Best of all it was finished the same day!

Positive experience: This was my first new dentist in over 30 years and I know I was very spoiled at my previous dentist. Best Care was very friendly and explained everything well. The hygienist was very thorough and this is where I knew I was spoiled because it took longer than I was used to. The receptionist was super knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and Dr. Kirolos was very personable as well. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this office to others.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found this place 3 min from home. This is the best practice I’ve ever gone to. The receptionists are friendly and everything from checking in, scheduling an appointment, receiving appt reminders, making a payment, to actually being seen is efficient and goes so smoothly. Dr. Kirolos does everything expertly and with the best “bedside manners.” If you’re one of those people who has high anxiety over doctor visits, she has a way of easing your nerves. Dana (the Dental Hygienist) is the best at this also. There is another lady on the staff (who I believe is expecting) who was also AWESOME. She really helped me to relax when I was nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I think she is the Dental Assistant. Overall great experiences every time. Would recommend Best Care Dental to any and everyone. UPDATE: Just finished 6-month braces today, 9/27, and I am OVER THE MOON!!!! I’m still in the office but I’m going to cry in private when I get in the car lol So happy with my new smile. No more under-bite, no more cross-bite, and the gap between my 2 front teeth is GONE!! Sooooo so happy…

Negative experience: If I could give a zero, I would. I went to Best Care Dental because my former dentist retired. My first visit I was told my teeth would fall out because the X-rays showed tiny lines under my gums. I agreed to have all my gums “filled in” to protect my teeth . This was a couple thousand dollars out of pocket. I also got a crown on my front tooth for cosmetic reasons. When I returned for my visit the technician chipped the tooth next to it while she was trying to remove the temporary. The dentist came in and said it could be fixed; she had wanted to do that anyway. The crown I have now isn’t capable of biting into an apple. I was told I needed to have my teeth cleaned every three months and when I returned, the hygienist said she was surprised my teeth weren’t bad at all. Then she said I needed to make an appointment for my 6 month check up. I told her I would just call; but I never did. The final straw is this……… Best Care Dental turned me over to a collection agency for a bill for an appointment I never made. Very interesting that this appoint they said happened in 2020 was never called to my attention by mail. I called the collection agency as well as Best Care Dental. Dr K is the dentist there. The hygienist I had was very good. I am sorry to have had to include her. I had thought about addressing my issues online a few years ago. I decided to let it go, thinking I might have just been the unlucky ONE, but this new experience tells me….don’t use Best Care Dental ! -Michelle Lamb a

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Care! I’ve been coming to see Dr. Kirolos for several years. Today she and her team discovered a cracked filling in one tooth and that another tooth needed to crowned. She was able to take care of both issues the same day!

Fantastic experience: First time to this office, and the dentist explained everything to me and my options. I had a broken tooth which required a root canal to be done or pulled and replaced. My tooth was in great shape so I went with the root canal. I was in a lot of pain so she worked wonders and I got the root canal scheduled 30 minutes later. Miracle! I'm very thankful. Called the office once I was done and was able to schedule the crown two days later. Great service! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist . I got the periodontal trays because of below the gum issues and gum disease . I had my doubts about them but they are well worth it and I no longer have issues with my gums or the gum disease I had prior to getting these. Added bonus my teeth are whiter . My tip would be to lay down when using if you have a strong gag reflex like I do . And only have to use once a day for 10-15 minutes . You can’t go wrong with this product or dentist . The staff is amazing I just love Tiffany .

I was amazed with the great technology they have, as they were able to make my crown in one visit. The whole staff is so nice & welcoming, Dr. Kirolos is professional & caring. Fantastic experience: I visited Best Care Dental yesterday for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as I have been dealing with an issue with a tooth that I felt was because of a previous Dentist from another location. While examining my condition Dr Maryana Kirolos was quite clear with informing me that my condition “was not” a result of my previous Dentist, but rather a developing condition outside of the work previously performed. I was not only impressed with her “matter of fact” evaluation, but also appreciated her professional ethics. She didn’t deny credit of another Dentist in order to gain a patient. That made me feel very comfortable and she had gained my trust. AND THEN!!! Because of the pandemic struggles I suppose (which has robbed every business of a proper staff) she herself, Dr Maryann, cleaned my teeth! Her staff, very professional I will add, was busy about with other patients while she herself took care of the cleaning of my teeth. She did not just leave me sitting and wait for the next available staff member. I will be returning, and I strongly recommend Best Care Dental to all!

Fantastic experience: Called this morning as a new patient. They had me in and out with a tooth extraction in an hour. Given a dental plan for cleaning and a few other things I need done. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. Dentist was gentle. Definitely made my dental experience less anxious.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They also do a great job cleaning your teeth. Dr Kirolos is the best!!

Fantastic experience: This was an emergency visit for a tooth to be pulled. From the time I entered everyone has been so professional. They took me in at the time of my visit and the procedure was performed. I actually had to remove 2 teeth. Everyone was wearing protective wear forCovid-19. All definitely becoming back.
