Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! After moving, my daughter & I went here for one of our yearly cleanings. The moment we walked in the door they were demanding money. They charged me $100+ saying that I needed to meet a deductible. When I asked for more reason because of it just being a cleaning the girl at the counter cut me off immediately saying it was the deductible. They got me in the chair for my cleaning & then had another lady come in & tell me that I had a gum disease & they wouldn’t touch my mouth unless I paid $4,000 for a cleaning. I was in tears because how!? I got another opinion at a family owned dentist & was told the opposite. I didn’t have to pay nothing towards a deductible because it was a cleaning!!!!!!! & that I needed no such treatment like Modern had stated. Do not go here. Do not go here. They are a scam & will take your money for no reason. If you trust this office you’re either naive or too rich to care.

Fantastic experience: Melody Martin is amazing! I see her every three months and she her cleaning ha are gentle and effective!

Negative experience: I'll never return to that dentist office ever again.I had an appointment on Tuesday 7/21/2026 When I walked in the lady at the front desk greeted me and said WHAT DO YOU NEED instead of saying do you have an appointment today.I said to her I have an appointment today @8:30 after I sat down 2 more people came in after me she greeted them with respect. After I got my teeth cleaned in the back. I went to the front desk and ask to speak to the office manager. Lord and behold she was the office manager that was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. I had a conversation with her and told her u are a office manager u should know better then to talk to patients like that.She apologize but I didn't care at that point. Please don't go there the office manager is VERY RUDE.

Positive experience: tldr: great place for general cleaning and such, but you’re screwed for anything requiring follow-up edit: i went in for a 3-month post op today and finally got to speak with the doctor, who sincerely apologized for not seeing my MyChart messages— he doesn’t get them, so he didn’t know i’d been reaching out. just putting that out there for any other patients who are looking to contact him. he also took the time to personally get me scheduled for my next procedure date so my timeline aligns with my plans better, so i’m giving a star back! i was very pleased with the first visit i had here. everything went well and things were explained very well. my second visit was rough, because i had a tooth extracted, but that’s to be expected. however, a few weeks into the healing process, i began to worry things weren’t healing correctly. i called the office, but the doctor was unavailable, so a message was taken and i was promised a call back. i waited four days, but hadn’t heard back. i was in the area, so i stopped by the office and explained my situation. once again, a message was taken (doc wasn’t there) and i was told to keep my phone on me because the doctor would call me back that day. i received a phone call a few days later while i was at work, but was unable to answer due to being at work. i returned the call, which was picked up by the front desk again. i was advised to message the doctor on MyChart because that way he and his team would be able to see it easily. i did exactly that. i waited about 5 days without hearing anything back (MyChart asks you to wait 48 hrs for a response). i messaged again, asking if my previous message had been received. radio silence. it’s been about a week since my last message, and i’m just hoping that my extraction site healed correctly. i’m paying $5K out of pocket for this procedure, so i’m pretty disappointed that i can’t even get help in making sure that my post-op healing is going well.

Negative experience: I think this is a good place but I specifically made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned today and it was canceled without me knowing since I had a yearly appt in June. I get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months with braces on so I don’t get cavities and I have to make an appt to get my wire out and back on around this appt. I’m assuming they canceled it because I have a regular appt in June. It is frustrating because I took a day off work t do this and my company does not give much PTO. The scheduling here is not good and it just sucks to lose vacation time for no reason

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for a while now, and honestly, my teeth have never been in better shape. Every visit is super smooth, everyone’s friendly, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on without making it feel complicated. It’s the first time I’ve felt like my long‑term dental health is really being looked after, not just whatever’s happening that day. If you’re looking for a place that’s consistent, easy to work with, and actually cares, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: After starting the week with a very negative and painful experience at a different dentist, O"Fallon Modern Dentisty came to my rescue and helped restore my confidence. I can't thank Dr. Salbo enough for her expertise, professionalism and attention to detail. She helped put my mind at ease and my root canal went quickly with no pain. On top of that, Dr. Gulley really came through for me after learning I had been misled on the original timetable of how many visits it would take to complete the crown process from my previous dentist. I can say she was truly there to make things right for me and I was able to get my new crown installed immediately after my root canal, which saved me additional visits and time. I also have to give a huge thanks to Sam, Chloe and Annie who who were extremely kind and helpful by answering any questions I had and also for making sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure.

Negative experience: Went for my first visit to this office. Told them i needed a simple cleaning and general check-up for an up coming surgery. They ended up telling me I would not be cleared for surgery because I had multiple tooth infections that required root canals, extractions, and substantial gingivitis. They come back with an estimate of over $7000 dollars out of pocket, after my Anthem insurance coverage. Mean while I had zero tooth pain or issues before this visit, I only went to be certain I would be ok for surgery. Declined all their recommend work at the time, and they didnt even do a general cleaning. All the work they did was test my saliva and measure my gums. Come time for the hospital to do all there final checks they did all the xrays and such...Humm fully cleared with no issues found. And now im getting a bill from this office for 2 separate "new patient visits" 1. Fully covered by insurance for $324. And 2. Part coverage of $94.60, and I owe $50.40.... I will never be back.

Fantastic experience: Overall, I never know what to expect when I go to the dentist office. I have severe anxiety when it comes to all things dental— so much so that at the age of 30, I had to have a full dental extraction, and that was a scary experience. From November 2024 to present day (Feb 2026), there has been one staff member who consistently makes me feel at ease, not ignorant, she’s empathetic, she’s a real human too and she understands how to navigate real humans and their real emotions. All of this to say, if it weren’t for Chloe popping in, checking on me, going the extra mile, offering her knowledge and experience along the way, I truly believe I would NOT enjoy my time in the office, nor leave without crippling anxiety, if it weren’t for Miss Chloe. So big, big shout outs to Chloe— thank you, friend. I appreciate you so much more than words could ever express!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is friendly and professional! I accidentally showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was seen right away!! I had my first fillings done here and the doctor and staff made me feel SO comfortable. Very clean and great atmosphere. My husband and I love this office and recommend to anyone needing a new dentist!

Negative experience: Stay away!! You can see the previous reviews and all complain about the staff here- super rude and incompetent and will have you wait an hour to see someone after you arrive for your appointment- I had the same experience as the other bad reviews!! Run the other way!!

Negative experience: Horrible place. Expect to wait 45 minutes minimum every appointment. Then if you show up 5 minutes late, they will turn you away. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

Fantastic experience: I was having a dental emergency and self booked online around 130am on 02.04, and was able to be seen at 915am with Dr. Sarah Conover. I was SHOCKED to get in that soon not as a current patient. I received a call at 730am to get details and payment option and a quote to which I agreed to and was again, shocked because it was much more affordable than I expected without insurance at the moment. I cannot remember her name (I’m sorry!) but she was incredibly kind and patient with me, and repeated that same demeanor upon my arrival, to which I was seen immediately. The hygienist was quick, upbeat and polite, engaging and very thorough in explaining each step as we went since I was new. Once Dr. Conover arrived, she continued the same compassion as everyone else, and determined I was having a medical issue not a dental, to which my primary doctor (finally) contacted me during the appointment to agree. The total was extremely less than I anticipated, and am so pleased with them that I have made them my dentist now!

Fantastic experience: My experiences with dentists have not been good. Enough so, I have developed a pretty big fear of the dentist. This office eased my fears and began to come up with my dental plan during this emergency visit. Dr. Connover was wonderful, as were the rest of the staff. The staff was efficient and I got in almost right away on arrival. I sincerely hope I've found my dentist. That's saying something considering I go harboring genuine panic and I left feeling like my health will be much improved here.

Negative experience: I wanna start by saying that I thought this was a great office, based on how they treated me and recent reviews. HOWEVER, after getting a second opinion from Another Dentist, I realized that they were going to charge me almost $7000 for two “ Root canals, “ a cavity, and an extensive deep clean. When I got that second opinion, it turned out that I just have two crowns, and I have to get a refill for an old cavity, and that isn’t even gonna cost me $1k. Also, the other Dentist and I did laugh at that deep cleaning part. Where they got the idea that I had to have two root canals and a deep clean, I don’t know, but I would suggest anyone look elsewhere if they want a new dentist, and certainly don’t go to a corporate Dentist operation.

Fantastic experience: Dr Conover is the BEST! And not just her but the whole team from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, and even the oral surgeon they brought in when I needed my tooth removed! All of the team gave A+ service! Would recommend no matter what you need and they definitely work with you whether you have no, cruddy, or the best insurance! I never feel pressured to do anything I don’t want to do. Even the office staff who work with the insurance and finance companies bent over backwards to help me see how low I can get my cost and how I can best split up things so I can pay over time and not just go without because my issuance didn’t cover something I needed! They are patient, kind, and make sure you feel your best! I switch myself and my two kids over to be seen here. If you need a dentist or are looking to switch Ofallon Modern Dentistry with Dr Conover is the place to check out! They accept great insurance and even savings plans most offices didn’t take! So happy I found them! Thank you for being an incredible team that makes patients feel not just seen but also heard!

Negative experience: The service was okay, they used to handle kids which is why we originally came here in the past. The company change over showed me that we should go elsewhere now. My son needed two teeth pulled because the adult were growing over the baby teeth. They no longer use nitrous for kids and had to use a needle. We were only able to do one tooth. We paid the bill that day but apparently They had more due after insurance which we were not aware of. They billed us and only sent the email of it (no physical bill) which we never saw because it went to junk mail with a due date due within 5 days of the invoice sent. We didn’t realize this till we began to be hounded with phone calls a few days after the bill was due. I called and asked for a physical copy to be sent and asked if they could verify that only was tooth was charged for since the second tooth wasn’t pulled. (I wanted to double check because the day of service, I paid to have both teeth pulled prior to extraction). They never got back to me so I am hoping that I didn’t pay for both teeth pulled.

Negative experience: The dental work is actually fair, nothing great but nothing terrible. The staff is just very incompetent, and the second cleaning I had felt like a used car salesmen trying to wear me down for more than just a cleaning. 1. They put my data under my wife and I got no notices from them. When I showed up, they said they caneled the appt for me. 2. They took themselves out of my network (drs do it all the time) and gablve zero notice. 3. They start telling me I have overdue billings. Why? I've only had three cleanings here. Because, Delta does not send checks to out of network offices. Ok so resend it to me. 4. Waiting for the insurance check, I find Modern Dentistry has pushed my 100 and change bill to a collection agaency. Seriously? I have plenty of money and credit, so now I need to make sure that if I pay the credit collectors nothing goes back to Modern Dentistry because I don't support horrible people. Edit to response: called, it was a generic operator line that states business hours for help extend to Saturdays 8-4:30pm (it's Sat 1pm) then says you need to leave a message. They can't even get their hours right! Just call the below number for further proof of their incompetence. I also called TekCollect to try and pay them. They were even worse and I've yet to make contact in any way. Turns out they are a 1-star company Modern Dentistry does business with. I have reported both.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and O’Fallon Modern Dentistry was amazing; getting me an appointment same day and within hours of my call. I am not a fan of the dentist and Allison and Dr Conover did an amazing job at making the whole experience very comfortable. So much I scheduled a follow up visit in 2 weeks for a regular check up and cleaning.

Negative experience: I would NEVER recommend Dr. Simoni to anyone. I've never seen her before, but I drove 2 hours to this place because it was the closest in network with my insurance for oral surgery. I should have known something was fishy when I had to pay $65 up front over the phone to even book an appointment. All I needed was a broken tooth extracted. There was no mention of any out of pocket fees, and I double-checked with my insurance about any co-pays I would need to pay. I even had the insurance company call this office and check about fees. I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early. I tried to pay my co-pay and was told I had to wait to pay it until after the procedure. After sitting for some time, it was realized Dr. Simoni was running an hour and a ½ behind! No one bothered to let the waiting room know! Finally, get to the back, numbing gel, and local anasethic is used. Walks away and comes back some time later. Wants to take a blood draw, for I don't even remember why now. Sticks me twice, misses twice, bruises me twice, and doesn't get what she needs. Starts the procedure, NOT gentle with the needle at all!! I was under the impression I was going to be given anasethia, apparently not. So now, I'm awake as Dr. Simoni is aggressively trying to yank this tooth out; I can hear bone cracking and breaking, and my head is jerking some. She has to administer more local with the needle mid pulling because my mouth isn't totally numb. My tooth came out in pieces, I have stitches and sutchers in my mouth, and she perforated my sinus(yay me) I got to the front counter to pay my co-pay before leaving and was asked to pay $1500!!! FOR WHAT?!? NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE WAS EVER GONE OVER WITH ME! After being told "oh we have payment plans" and "even if you can pay $700 down and blah blah" and then it was "well if you can pay $500 down and blah blah" I was so irritated, I stepped out to make a quick phone call. I'm pretty sure the front desk girl Chloe heard me because then she comes out and says she talked to Dr. and if I can just pay the $700, then they can discount it, and it'll be fine. LIKE WHAT'S EVEN GOING ON HERE?!? Oh, and the BEST part, this morning, I leaned over the sink to spit the medicated mouth wash she prescribed, and it came out my nose...I'm not allowed to blow my nose for 2 weeks, and my face has been on fire several days now. If I had known this would have been the outcome, I would have saved myself the 4 hours total in the car, the time and the money and just dealt with the tooth pain I was having previously. UPDATE: Thank you, Ms. Chloe for speaking with me and clarifying some things. I understand there was some miscommunications and unrelated craziness going on that day that was not within your control. Dr. Simoni is an independent contractor and should not be a reflection of this office or its regular mode of operation. Ms. Chole has contacted the proper channels to assist with Dr. Simoni's behavior and complaints from not only myself but also other patients from this day.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff had a horribly infected tooth that was in so much pain it was unreal!!! They got me in within 30mins of me calling an i was in an out. Everyone was very professional i could be more thankful and happy with the outcome. I will be going back from now on.

And we love our dentist, Dr Sarah Conover. She especially impressed me when taking care of my special needs daughter. Dr Conover built trust with her engaging in fun topics which helped lessen her anxiety. She had to fill a few cavities which were my daughters first but the Dr took us through it step by step and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout. The staff has really impressed me here and has my full recommendation!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here! It’s been about 4 years I’ve been coming here and I’ve seen a few of the dentists and hygienists, they are all Greta to work with. Gentle on your teeth, not judgmental and really work with you to fix your teeth. When I started coming here I needed a lot of work done and the office was great about working out a budget that worked for me. The front office girls are always so nice, Kelsey is a gem! After so many bad experiences with other dentists I will be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

As far as payment goes, they went over Allison did my polishing and flossing... She took her time flossing and got in between and on the sides of each tooth... she was very thorough and very gentle. This place is a 35 min drive from home but worth it!! Great bunch of ppl to deal with!!!

Negative experience: Similar to the other one and two star reviews this business is awful with nearly all aspects from operations to billing to communications to the upselling and everything in between and the oral surgeon should be fired. Get it right for people or go out of business. Unacceptable care. And you are replaceable. Don’t go here people.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience, Annie and Halie are super cool and very helpful. Had issues with my implant supported dentures and within 45minutes they had it figured out and the dentures sent off to the lab for the needed alterations. I could not be any happier at the moment with how things are going.

Negative experience: Updating this review to add that I had a root canal done at this dental office in 2021, however, O'Fallon Modern Dentistry and their team of salespeople (who call themselves dentists) only removed 3 of 4 roots in my tooth. They literally missed a root in my root canal, which of course is now infected and my only option is an implant. My insurance doesn't cover implants, so I'll be out thousands of dollars because O'Fallon Modern Dentistry cannot be trusted to do their jobs. Please avoid at all costs. This dental office is running a billing scam and needs to be reported to dental board. Over the course of two years, they tried to charge me out of pocket for hundreds of dollars in services (I needed a root canal, which was fully covered by my insurance, and teeth cleanings also fully covered by insurance.) the first time I visited the office, they charged me an additional $300 on top of what my insurance paid. I paid it, not knowing any better, but quickly realized after my next visit what was going on. Every visit to their office, no matter what I was there to do, they would tell me I had a balance owed upon leaving. I started telling them to send me a bill in the mail because there was no chance I was making payment that day, and suddenly I had no balance due. I estimate they attempted to charge me an additional $2k, so I’m glad I refused to pay them. I would randomly get bills in the mail for copays, however, so I would call their office and again be told I had no balance due. If you have insurance, do not pay them the day of your appointment. Be aware of what your insurance covers, and tell them to send you an itemized bill if they want you to pay anything outside of your insurance coverage. Most importantly, find a new dentist that is not part of the SmileGeneration umbrella. Lindenwood Dentistry is the same as this office. Avoid them as well.

Negative experience: Overcharging and do a bunch of unnecessary work. They try to upsell worse than any car dealership. They will be investigated for unnecessary work. I have reported to the board and bbb. I’ve contacted a consultant as they have really messed things up with my daughter’s teeth. Don’t go here unless you want to be upsold on unnecessary work. Do your homework on dental offices, I am unfortunately paying the price.

Fantastic experience: I just had my new patient appointment and it was a great experience! All of the equipment was up to date and Kristin and Connie were amazing. Glad to be set up at this dental office.

Negative experience: Beware of this office. I was told I needed multiple procedures including pulling teeth and replacing with implants or bridges. After a 2nd and 3rd opinion, none of that work was necessary. They also did work on my son's teeth which resulted in the root dying on 8 teeth. He had to get them all of them pulled by a pediatric specialist after the work this office performed.

Negative experience: First appointment was reschedule for a staff shortage. Second appointment we left and requested a refund since they already charged us. Waited an hour to find out it would possibly be a few more hours. Horrible customer service! Took the girl at the desk 30 minutes to get an update on delay.

Negative experience: The dentist and hygienist are great. The problem is the billing and claims department. They are completely incompetent. I have been battling with them for several years now. Most recently they filed a claim for 15K. They admitted it was a mistake months ago... they have yet to return my money to my insurance company! They have repeatedly told me that they sent the check. NOPE. I have been forced to seek out a new dentist due to the incompetence of the billing/claims department. I have been having to pay out of pocket for dental services that should be covered by insurance. .

Fantastic experience: There is never a wait time. From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave the do everything that needs to be done in your appointment without any delay. They are friendly, courteous, and always willing to explain exactly what is being done.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency yesterday with my mom; she was in pain for 4-5 days and when I called yesterday Kelsey at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us an appointment for a couple of hours later! Wow, SAME DAY appointment!!! Ended up getting a root canal right away! We had doctor Gulley who is so gentle and knowledgeable about what she does along with her assistant Annie! Negative experience: Not a very remember moment. What I was told that it would to 45 minutes to 1 hour turned out to be a nightmare. Total 3 hours there. Not in pain just little sometimes. Can not smile droopy on right side of face. Think twice if getting an implant done. Not happy at all with outcome yet. Let you know on next step. Thank you Deborah Smith

Negative experience: I had an awful experience at this place with Dr. Halie Gulley and her assistant. From the very start of my appointment, the treatment toward my family and me was completely rude and disrespectful. I arrived on time for my crown procedure, and while I was breastfeeding my baby before going in (because I wouldn’t see him for several hours), the assistant greeted me with eye-rolling and an attitude of annoyance. This was upsetting enough, but what shocked me even more was what my husband overheard: the doctor told the assistant, in a completely insensitive manner, that she didn’t care that I was breastfeeding and that she would cancel my appointment. It is outrageous for a healthcare professional to show such a lack of empathy, especially considering this appointment had already been rescheduled twice because she was on maternity leave. The hypocrisy of her later comment, smiling while saying how “hard it is to have small babies” during the procedure, left me utterly bewildered. At the end of the appointment, no one explained the aftercare instructions, nor did they schedule my next procedures. It was clear that there was no interest in providing good service. The rude treatment and lack of professionalism from Dr. Gulley and her assistant are unacceptable. No one should be treated this way, especially in a place meant to provide care and trust. We will definitely not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My son recently got his wisdom teeth removed here. They did a great job from pre-to postop. They talked through all his postop instructions with me asked me if I had any questions and then his actual procedure took about 30 minutes after which I was able to go pick him up and he was wheeled out in a wheelchair he was sent home with medicated mouthwash, pain, medication, and antibiotic to prevent infection. We received a call the next day asking how he was doing as well. My son‘s recovery has gone well and so much better than my other son had at a different location where he got an infection and had a horrible postop experience with lots of pain. I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: First time at this office. Spoke with Kelsey several times for a variety of reasons and she was helpful, professional and so kind. Only concern was my appointment was at 11:00 am and wasn't taken back until 11:55. It would have been very nice if someone could have at least came to waiting area to inform patients waiting there would be a delay. Dr. Simoni was great. Told me the procedure and explained everything that she would have to do. All staff was friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Cindy is amazing. I absolutely love this practice. All the front staff is very professional and sweet. Dr. Gully found out I needed some additional work, she jumped on it, took good care of me. I have ability to eat right again.

Negative experience: I was really happy with the service of the hygienist and dentist but only give it two stars because of the office personnel who provides the services quotes/pricing on treatment plans. I was told I needed a crown and quoted $800+ which high since my last one at another office was $400. I questioned whether it was correct but was told this is the only option only to find out that there was a cheaper option, but I was not told about it. They have in-house crowns they make which are a different material and cost is double Which is what I was quoted. Never told about the less expensive option. Until my husband called and questioned. Very disappointed with this office so I’ve switched back to my old dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience. I left the service recently this year and needed a tooth extraction done and a couple other things. The last dental cleaning I had was 3 years ago. It was a bit daunting to schedule the appointment due to the fact that it’s been so long. However, from the office workers in the front, to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist and the Doctor, everyone is supportive on getting you back on track to your dental goals. They make you feel right at home. I appreciate the team here and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team.

Fantastic experience: I was long past due for a dental appointment and recall being under for my last extraction so you can estimate my extreme fear with dental work! I finally went to OFallon Modern Dentistry to catch up and get my dental health back on track. It was a lot that needed to be done-4 visits worth! Each visit I was impressed by the professionalism and care given by Eric Fritsche, DSS and Melody Martin, RDH. If you have fears about dental visits and want top-notch care, look them up. You will not be disappointed. Thank you all so much for a pleasant experience and helping me get back on track with healthy dental hygiene

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday and had to come back today for a deep cleaning. I did have to pay out of pocket, I assume it was legit (I was given an itemized listing of what my insurance covers). The reason I am leaving a 5-star review is for the hygenist who did the deep cleaning, Connie. She was GREAT! So nice and friendly, but also explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I was a bit hesitant coming in for the deep cleaning, wondering if it was necessary or if it was a cash grab (I have had a few situations with dentists in the past - it is always hard to find a new one because of this), but Connie definitely made me feel better about the whole situation.

Negative experience: I was told I needed a deep cleaning along with other invasive dental procedures. I tried several times to reach someone at the office to begin treatment but no one would call me back. I moved to another state (2021) a few months later and made a dentist appointment. I didn’t say what I was told needed to be done and the dentist told me I needed a regular cleaning. I went for another opinion and he told me that I needed a regular cleaning. When I asked him about needing a deep cleaning he looked at me like I had two heads and said it wasn’t necessary at all. I’m leaving a review now because I had an acquaintance tell a group of us recently that he was told that he needed a deep clean but a second and third opinion told him not to do that.

Positive experience: I really like dentist and front staff. I do not like work done by dental techs or assistants doing crown work or finishing after dentist. I have had 3 crowns that were not placed correctly, wrong drill bit used to smooth surface, or put in backwards.. Iwant a dentist to do the whole crown instead of techs or assistants who are not that well trained and they are working by themselves without supervision, so suction water,, placement are sloppy.. Crowns and many procedures are are Very Expensive and I want qualified staff to work with me. Staff do not introduce themselves and few wear name tags. No doors on rooms and noise level, personal chatter is annoying. Melody and Dr. Olly great please excuse any auto corrects

Fantastic experience: This office is wonderful! The whole staff is kind and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Ani for noticing and diagnosing my root canal, which I had taken care of. And Dr. Fritsche for the two crowns I had done. My visits were painless. Dr. Fritsche is a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure everything is done right. I greatly appreciate that! Connie did a great job on my cleaning too! I recommend this office to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Connie was great! I got in right on time. She took her time and explained exactly what she was doing and why. A very great experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, both root canals failed due to the porcelain type of tooth they use for my root canals. One failed 3 months later, the second one about 4 yrs. I believe around that time frame. Another dentist is fixing my teeth. It was, unfortunately, a lot of time and money wasted. They were pretty rude but super nice about financing. This is just my personal experience. Good luck

Explained treatment, treatment plans and expenses. No Surprises. Looking forward to a long relationship. Found the best out there!

Fantastic experience: I found the service to be very good. The dentist and hygienist were both very pleasant and helpful. They were able to get me scheduled for needed dental work in a reasonable time.

Fantastic experience: I am new to town and they were able to get me in pretty quickly! The front desk women are very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Both dentists I have seen have been professional, trustworthy and personable. I was extremely impressed with their quick, but very thorough care. I would definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My whole family, including my 3 kids, has been coming here for our dental care for over a year. We've had nothing but great experiences every time. The environment is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and there is never a long wait in the waiting room. They're great with my 6 year old and both my teenagers were able to get their wisdom teeth removed here without having to worry about a referral, finding another office and oral surgeon, etc. It was super simple and they were able to get scheduled quickly. I have never loved going to the dentist but I'd recommend O'Fallon Modern Denistry to adults and kids for any and all dental needs!
