Negative experience: Came for routine cleaning, Wall St Dental did an xray and ended up upcharging for deep cleaning. They refuse to do any routine cleaning, so ended up waste of time and they get xrays charged to insurance.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been too. Reasonable access to appointments, no real wait times when you arrive. All the staff are super friendly and responsive, especially to discomfort or pain. The Dentists are gentle. The equipment seems modern and well taken care of.

Positive experience: Wall Street dental is the happiest most warm dentist practice in capital district. Not only are they warm and welcoming they are extremely professional in all aspects of dentistry, fillings, caps, crowns, and surgery. Their location is very ez to get to. Plenty of parking. Root canal, extracted molar, infected gum, and a cleaning after 20yrs sans dentist appts...you could imagine my hesitation as I walked in last month in tremendous pain from cracked molar! The staff, nurses, hygienist and dentists were so accommodating! It really eased my fears! 5 weeks later I am smiling EAR TO EAR pain-free! Thank you so much Wall Street Dental!!

He is thorough, gentle, kind. Communication skills are astounding! Does everything as expected and then some. I honestly have never had such a deep scaling prophy with such tender care. Thank you so much for taking such care of your patients and their dental needs. Plus get this he loves his job and work space . This is HUGE

Seriously, I have not had such a wonderful experience in the last 12 years since my other favorite dentist retired. I feel confident and so very comfortable with the friendly professional service. I was listened to and given answers to all my questions by the dentist. He is amazing and extremely patient as was the front desk staff and great personalities of Carla taking x-rays. I called three different dentist and no one was taking new patients! A friend referred me to Wall Street Dental, and I must say what an amazing experience ! Besides the fact that it is a beautiful facility, very clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing. I was able to get in today because Carla made sure that I get an appointment for which I am so grateful ! Bonnie at the front desk was so informative and very pleasant! The dental hygienist Andi was very nice patient and thorough! Dr. Gaddam made sure I understood the process of fixing my tooth and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Fantastic experience: Who knew going to the dentist could be enjoyable! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They are always able to accommodate the time of day needed, and even have later hours (8pm) on some days. The only downside is that they’re always on time so I never get to read a magazine in the waiting room! 10 out of 10 would recommend this office!!

Fantastic experience: I have now been a patient for a few different procedures here. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, when I first arrive and on the way out. The hygienist was great. He was friendly, gentle and thorough. Both dentists are very good. They do painless work, answer any and all questions and their work holds up well. They use new tools that are fantastic for making the procedures easier and more comfortable for me. I am very happy with all of my experiences and hope to be a patient for years to come. Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to. I do not do well at the dentist at all l it gives me anxiety which I'm sure they knew cause I kept canceling. It was my two front teeth with a cavity between them and I was SCARED to death I would hate the result or it would hurt. They were great. First time in my life a doctor didn't stick me 10 times with novacaine. Normally they have to stick me over and over again because I can still feel everything and I end up with my entire face numb for the day and it hurts so bad! This was brilliant honestly, i didnt even feel the needles at all. And then it was SO quick, they were kind and communicative. When they asked me to look in the mirror I was so nervous and literally you can't even tell! I sware they did it in under 40 minutes in and out. I am so pleased I put this off for so long and it looks so much better they matched my tooth color perfectly!!! Would suggest this dentist. Will go back for future needs.
