They know how to treat their patiences, which was hard to find when swiching dentists. They sure have impressed me. Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly, informative, smooth teamwork by treatment staff. They listen to you with empathy and patience treating seniors. They even go the extra mile with your insurance for pre-authorization saving a lot of time for the patient. I have been to many different dentists over the years in the Capital District and this group is by far the best.

Positive experience: This was my first visit to this office which was highly recommended. The hygienist I saw was new to the office and was ok, INC was not overly impressed. When I get my teeth cleaned, they usually feel really clean, but not this time. When the dentist came on to do the exam, she had to remove some calculus that the hygienist hadn't gotten. I really liked the, Dr. Tomson as she was very soft spoken and explained everything.

Fantastic experience: We recently became patients at Rotterdam Dental Arts after our long time dentist retired. We are Very impressed with this practice. Everyone from the person who answered the phone when I first called, billing dept, the hygeniests, dental assistants, and the dentist are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The family friendly atmosphere along with the latest technology makes going to the dentist less stressful and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Brought my mom for her first appointment. The dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had given my mom a referral to see oral surgeon and she even called the office to get my mom in sooner than we scheduled. Appreciate the prompt attention and making my mom's visit pleasant and comfortable. The staff was also very compassionate and friendly. Fantastic experience: Glad to have found this place. I have been with them for awhile and was a bit scared about it becoming a larger practice because of past experience. I have to say that it didn’t matter that they more than doubled in size because they are still as personal as the smaller practice. They can now see my daughter and me at the same time which makes life so much easier than having to block out a whole morning. They greet us by name and the staff remains the same. I know I will only see a handful of hygienists when I’m there and it isn’t someone new each time. This place came highly recommended to me a few years ago and I can see why.

Fantastic experience: I had an old gold cap that was put in on my back molder back in 1992. It finally had to be removed due to some tooth issues. The dentist removed my old gold cap. Then they used my dental X-Ray and some computerized process to create a perfect ceramic cap replacement, right there while I sat in the chair. They even matched the tooth color. It was amazing. It took a couple of hours but I didn't have to come back another day to finish the job. The whole cap replacement was all finished all in one day. Yay...!!! Mega-Thumbs Ups.

Fantastic experience: Because I recently had a heart procedure, my hygienist (Erica) wanted to double check to see if I required an antibiotic before my cleaning. Dr Yucedal immediately had staff call my cardiologist to get a clearance. The response was quick and it avoided me having to reschedule. Very happy with staff efficiency and friendliness.

Crowns made in house while you get prepped for the install, using the best technology available right now. The dentist is extremely skilled, personable, and straightforward. I certainly will be recommending her to anyone looking for the beyqst treatment available. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Negative experience: I think they do great work, but they don't treat their black patients well. From the first visit to the last they were condescending and when I misunderstood the payment protocol, the front desk staff laughed at me. Called my son ill-mannered after they yelled so loudly at him, i could hear it through the phone. I asked to speak to a office manager several times, they refused and still haven't sent me the correct balance owed even after I asked severally.
