Fantastic experience: love the staff and Dr. Hageman at Rose Dental. They know their patients on a personal level. The office has been updated with the latest equipment and technology. Dr. Hagman makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the treatment you received during your appointment.

Negative experience: They cancelled my first appt. Wanted me to schedule a special appt for some sort of "presentation", and the cleaning was terrible, she spent max 10 mins, probably because I refused to schedule the special appt, I can't take time off unless I'm getting actual dental work done, which they did a filling but failed to give any sort of presentation. The next thing I know I get a letter in the mail telling me they no longer take my insurance. Definitely do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bittlingmaier and her support staff are amazing. I had fillings today and they made me so comfortable and were very accommodating. Highly recommend. They even called hours after my appointment to check in on how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: I finally have the smile I couldn't afford when I was younger. Rose Dental,and Dr. Chen in particular, have removed any fears of going to the dentist and replaced them with a positive experience. Whether its a routine visit for a cleaning, thank you Nadine, or other dental work, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Chen is positive provides detailed information about treatment needed or requested and is friendly throughout the appointment. He deserves a sign "Painless Dentist" ! With the Sure Smile treatment, whitening and tooth build up I cannot stop smiling in my mirror or at everyone I meet. The entire staff from Reception to treatment deserve high praise for their knowledge and welcoming manner. If I tried to name names I would surely miss someone so let's just say I have always been treated by all staff as part of their family. I definately recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Rose Dental has been great from my very first visit. The office is super comfortable and nicely designed—from the front desk to the treatment rooms, everything feels modern, clean, and welcoming. They have state-of-the-art equipment, which really makes you feel confident you’re getting good care. Angela, my hygienist, is awesome—she’s fun, friendly, and does an excellent job (especially if you actually floss every day!). Dr. Lawrence Chen is very detailed and meticulous, and he definitely makes you feel like you’re in good hands.

Negative experience: Beware! I recently went back to see Dr. Hageman after I was experiencing a dull ache in the area of a tooth he filled a year ago. After multiple x-ray/pictures of the area I was told nothing was wrong with the tooth/area but they would put on a fluoride varnish to protect my teeth and charged me $50 for a treatment I did not ask for. I went for a second opinion this week and come to find out there’s a cavity on the side of the tooth next to the filling and my tooth is cracked, none of this was mentioned by Dr. Hageman. Makes me very concerned that he cracked my tooth when performing my filling last year and did not want me know. I do not recommend this office.

They were given five stars for their personalities their professionalism and their ability to put me in comfort during long procedures. I highly recommend this practice and enjoy how they make you feel so comfortable and part of your plan.

Positive experience: First time appointment. Never had so many X-rays and pictures taken. All part of the process, I guess. After 45 years with my old dentist, it will take a couple times before I'm completely comfortable. The staff, however, couldn't have been nicer.

The Dentists who now own/run Rose Dental obviously set the bar HIGH with latest equip and thoroughly supported/trained staff of hygienists. I am impressed every visit. My hygienist Angel is a master. Her cleanings are thorough along with her advanced understanding of teeth - my teeth - and the science and practice of oral hygiene. Her insights, tips and tricks are fantastic. The reception staff are clearly content and well trained in their role. They are always relaxed friendly and attentive, and knowledgeable about insurance. Everyone tales their time to do things right. And of course the premises are sparkling clean and pleasant, with bathrooms to match. Kudos to the bosses -- top-notch dental service here!

Fantastic experience: Rose Dental, under new ownership, has become very state-of -the-art. There are three 30s-something dentists there now with some amazing tools. I needed a crown recently. It was all done in one session, maybe 45 minutes total. I also needed a partial (what I would call a denture). That took three appointments over three weeks, but the partial is great. It fits so well, I need no adhesive. (Admittedly, I haven't tried eating caramel or taffy yet.) I've only met one of the dentists but I am very impressed overall. I would highly recommend this dental practice'

Fantastic experience: Words can not describe this Amazing staff and super caring doctors. I have not been to the dentist in about 10 years due to fear and cost. Unfortunately I was at my wits end with this toothache. Come to find out, I have a severe infection. The receptionists were kind enough to get me fitted in to a same day appointment, So I didn't have to wait in pain anymore. The doctor himself gave me a tour of the office showed me all the tools that he used just to reasure me i was in a safe place. Dr. Erik took the time to make me more comfortable and give me options for treatment. The care and the time that he and his generally concerned, staff took with me was just amazing and comforting. Of course i will be back and i cant get over how much he did for me on my first visit.

Fantastic experience: Rose Dental Associates is truly amazing. My crown split in half on a weekday evening, putting me in a bit of a panic. I called the office first thing the next morning and Debbie scheduled me right away for that same morning. Dr. Hageman did a thorough evaluation and then got started. He used the latest technology and his skills which led to a seamless process. He produced two new crowns for me right on site while I waited —- they were the perfect match to the others! I got to see how the crowns were made and all the steps they needed to follow were explained to me. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Fantastic experience: Never thought l'd be promoting a dental office as a recommendation but here we are!! Rose Dental located at 5 Pine West Plaza is wonderful!! Dr.Hageman truly loves his work and the staff are authentic and so kind! I am truly impressed (so much so that l'm posting my review from the office itself as l'm about to check out). From the location (lots of parking) and the technology (3D printer, they make their own ceramic fillings, state of the art equipment and xray machines etc.) it's truly impressive and they take lots of insurance options! I didn't feel pressured to do any dental work and was given options for what I can do if I wish to in the future. They're building up the practice so they're accepting new patients - highly highly recommend!

Everyone is very kind and courteous and make you feel like you’ve known them a lifetime. Going to the dentist was always the last thing I would ever want to do on this planet. I dreaded it, even hated it. Since I’ve been coming here, I don’t feel that way any longer. Do I dare say almost look forward to it. I don’t know how Dr. Hagaman does it, but I have never been given Novacaine where I didn’t feel the needle. I kept waiting for that sting and never felt anything. Amazing! Not to mention the convenience of everything being there. No waiting for a crown to be made and shipped back to the office. You go in with a bad tooth and walk out with a brand new one. I recommend Rose dental To anyone who is in need of dental care and not sure where to go or needs a place to go. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I went to another dentist who I received an excellent cleaning from a thorough examination and have since returned to. The cavities Rose Dental insisted I had just didn’t exist even though it was only a few weeks later. Magic!! Previous to this I had the same dentist for almost 15 years and only switched due to insurance and location. It really started with the forms (sent as images, not pdfs). They are generic forms from the website koiscenter. The forms contain grammatical errors and just generally come across as both medically and socially out of date. It’s very clear no one actually reads them when you go for your first appointment. The hygienist was a disaster. She was very disorganized and clearly didn’t bother to read anything they wrote down from my first visit. She kept talking about how she let her guinea pigs run around her house which makes sense because that’s what she smelled like. She kept stopping in the middle of starting to work on my teeth to ask me questions that I had now answered for them 3x in a month. She was also very condescending, judgmental and made a lot of assumptions. Healthcare should be a collaborative experience. If there’s barriers to someone doing something the way you think they should, you should ask questions and work with them, not infantilize and judge them like she did. When she started to scrape my teeth it was incredibly painful because she kept stabbing my gums. When I pulled away she didn’t even ask if I was okay. She then said it was my fault because my gums were so bad. I have been getting regular cleanings every 4 months for the last 10+ years. I know my teeth aren’t perfect, but I also know my gums were not the reason she was stabbing my mouth. I have never had someone stab my mouth like that over and over and I have had many cleanings with numerous hygienists. (Update: I have now had two cleanings at another dentist and neither hygienist stabbed me in the mouth. Same teeth and gums, zero stabbing or pain). The dentist was alright, but was pushing Invisalign from the first day and pushed a more expensive way to treat cavities (Update: cavaties didn’t even exist). He was less off-putting than the hygienist and seems to mean well, but the culture does not seem focused on actually listening to patients and instead on forming assumptions/judgements. They clearly don’t trust what other dentists and oral surgeons have recommended even though the ones I went to previously are both well respected and highly rated in the area. The dental assistant was really nice and normal. The receptionists were also friendly and helpful. Honestly, the only part of the office I really appreciated. To sum it up, I would not go here unless you have perfect teeth. Updating to add that I can now see from other reviews that this is a pattern and I dodged a bullet. It has been almost a year and I still have not needed the work done they said I did.

Recently I went for a visit with extreme tightness in my jaw I received the laser treatment from Dr.Hageman and I was I was bit unsure how it would help but all I can say is it worked amazingly did not hurt just warm really helped loosen my jaw muscles and I was pain free by the time I left.
