He surgically helped heal a previously botched procedure done by different periodontist which did not cover the metal base of my implant and would eventually lead to bone loss. Fantastic experience: Just an absolutely wonderful practice with caring expert and knowledgeable Physicians and staff who take time with patients and really answer questions in a warm and Humane manner. They treated my daughter for a very stubborn issue after the removal of her wisdom teeth at another practice and lingering infection. Other periodontists had no solution and and the care here was superb to address her issue and make her mouth healthier overall. We are grateful and highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Wow had to get a tooth removed and scheduled for four implants this place seems to be good the doctor was fantastic got me in got my tooth removed got me scheduled for bone grass seems to be a good place I'll keep you posted on my progress and how this place is stay in touch. Since I've updated last time I've had gum surgery and it went well. Next I'm scheduled for double sinus lift and Bone grass just had that done seems to be going good the doctor was fantastic so far I definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: I wasn’t aware that I would be charged a $150 consultation fee when I was referred to this office and set up the appointment. No one advised me of this in addition to not informing me that insurance was not accepted. This made it a very negative experience for me.

The staff , led by Dr . Beniel Tamraz lived up to my expectations. I felt comfortable when I had a reaction to epinephrine, because they knew what had caused it and had seen it before. I can't say enough about Dr B! Also, the staff at the desk always made me feel welcome. Thanks to all who had anything to do with my treatment. I will be glad to recommend this practice.

Negative experience: This review reflects my experience with communication, coordination, and patient care, and is not a reflection of the clinical outcome or results of the procedure. I was informed that LANAP was needed they offered me the want list and was promptly referred to a financial coordinator. I was immediately presented with a paper stating the total cost was $6,000 and asked when I wanted to schedule. During this visit, I had to ask repeatedly for details about financing options - insurnace was not even offered or talked about. The interaction felt rushed and transactional during what is a significant medical discussion. After securing financing and returning for the procedure, payment was taken and I was brought back by a different assistant. Several comfort accommodations that had been discussed in advance and noted on my request list (including a heavy blanket) were not provided. Prior to surgery, I was visibly anxious and shaking. My blood pressure reading at that time was 150/121, significantly elevated compared to my normal baseline of 118/70 that morning. Despite this, anxiety-reducing measures were not initiated. Laughing gas, which was on my request list, was not offered until the second half of the procedure, at which point I accepted. Once numb and relaxed, I had difficulty maintaining jaw position. I explained that I could not feel whether my mouth was open due to numbness. The interaction at that point felt impatient rather than supportive. At the conclusion of the procedure, the doctor exited without post-procedure communication except papers to read for post care. An assistant cleaned me up, but additional items discussed for post-procedure comfort (such as a jaw pack) were not provided. I also received a “How did we do?” text message before I had even left the chair. Post-procedure coordination was also lacking. I arrived home around 11 a.m. and waited more than two hours without notification that my antibiotic prescription had been sent. While still numb, I had to contact the office myself. By mid-afternoon I had to call again , I was informed the prescription might be sent later in. The day which my fear could result in me getting meds the next day! the After undergoing surgery that morning, timely access to prescribed antibiotics medication should not require multiple follow-ups by the patient. There was no follow-up call to check on my condition or address questions after the procedure. In which using online to determine if stuff was normal. I was told I could return to work the next day. . However, no one asked about the nature of my work or daily demands, such as whether I speak on the phone for extended periods. Activities that involve frequent talking have triggered jaw soreness and gum irritation, including bleeding, particularly within the first few days after the procedure. Even four days post-procedure, extended speaking remains difficult due to jaw discomfort. Clearer guidance tailored to work-related demands would have been helpful in setting realistic expectations and recovery planning. I am sharing this feedback so future patients — especially those who are anxious — receive clearer communication, better follow-through on agreed comfort measures, and more consistent post-procedure care.

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist's office for the first time yesterday, after unexpectingly breaking one of my front teeth while eating a sandwich, the staff was so welcoming.So kind and so knowledgeable, they got me in immediately.They explained to me what all my options were.And they did same day surgery on me where they extracted the tooth implanted bone graft ,sutured me up and sent me home with antibiotics and a care plan for the next year.Their prices are actually extremely good.Compared to most other dentists, their staff is extremely welcoming and doctor jacqueline lenoir was one of the kindest dentists I have ever met her bedside manner Is impeccable and I can't speak highly enough about her And her staff, Adam was also a key component to my great experience. Yesterday he explained to me the financial aspect of it offered me a plan to help me pay for it. And sat there very patiently and answered every single one of my questions. Both clinically and clerically.This office is the office to absolutely go to whether you have an emergency Or you just need to come up with a dental plan to fix existing problems.This is the place to go.Absolutely wonderful.A hundred out of ten is my review

Fantastic experience: This is definitely the only periodontist office you should go to. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the dental hygienist up to the doctors. I had the LANAP surgery with Dr. B after discovering that I had deep pocket’s in my gums. It has been a little over a year since the surgery; everything has healed wonderfully and all of my pockets are down to 3 mm or less! If you are looking for a professional and wonderful periodontal experience, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming place. Staff is very friendly in a genuine way. I felt as though I was being heard and got feedback consistent with 2 other medical opinions. The doctor and staff assistant were very professional but also relaxed, and made me aware of my options and the procedure appears to be within my budget. They do have credit options. I appreciate the complimentary drinks in the waiting room. My only critique is the overhead music is way too loud. Other than that I had a good experience here thus far which overall was the most important part of being there. Hopefully my scheduled procedure works. After that I may have even more good things to review.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this practice was excellent - from the front desk to the technician and especially Dr. Reed Ference. He shows concern for patients’ comfort, explains the procedure and clearly responds to all questions and concerns. Although I have had a lifelong hesitation of dental visits, this is one of, if not the best, experiences I’ve had. Since the above review, I’ve continued to be treated by Dr Reed. My opinion has only been confirmed. After having implants in my lower jaw, I’m considering the same procedure for my upper arch. I’m highly confident the quality of treatment will continue. This is my third, but probably not my last, entry. Yesterday, I finished this round of services by Dr Reed Ference. The entire process involved multiple extractions of teeth from the upper and lower arches, suturing and healing and placing four implants so my other dentist could complete inserting abutments for a snap-in full lower arch. With each step of the various procedures, Dr Reed and his staff were informative and concerned about my comfort and explaining each step of the process. Their demeanor was excellent. Once the lower arch has been in use for awhile and I have the opportunity to compare the comfort and functionality with my standard upper denture, I would have no hesitation in returning to Dr Ference to perform the same procedure for the upper arch. Keep in mind, this review is coming from one who’s had a years-long phobia of dentists!

Doctor took the time to evaluate me and explain everything to me and even suggested I see an endodontist for my issue instead of her just yanking my tooth and putting an implant in if rhe tooth could possibly be saved.

Negative experience: BEWARE: do NOT pay this practice upfront before insurance. Their insurance biller, Kaitlin, sumbits incorrect and fraudulent codes and refuse to correct with the insurance company. They owe me almost $1,000 for the mistakes they made. Its been over month and the office manager Lanya still hasnt returned my calls. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General and my insurance carrier has opened a fraud case. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!

Fantastic experience: Considering the nature of the visit, I had a blast! The staff were probably the best I've ever encountered in a "dental" environment, I couldn't have asked for more. Edit- Today I was in there office for my first major procedure, the removal of a tooth as we'll have a dental implant procedure in the future. I went great! I was very nervous leading up to the procedure but once I arrived, the atmosphere was nice, staff and i had some really great conversation and laughed a lot. They play any music you'd like to listen to and time in the chair was pleasant. I've experienced practices in the past that never used enough local anesthetic, but i felt no discomfort aside from a VERY dull poke and after that I was golden. I've never struggled much with dental issues, but I can say this tooth extraction was a better experience than I have had with general cleanings in the past where it felt like a gorilla was poling around my mouth and yanking every tooth they found. This practice puts a huge emphasis on comfort for their clients and the staff have a shared understanding as to the seriousness of the procedures and the way some patients can be hesitant given the circumstances. Dr. B and his crew made the experience great. Edit - Earlier this week I had my dental implant post out in place. Great experience, no discomfort unless I touch the gum. I'm shocked at how comfortable I was during the procedure and after. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr. Reed Ferance (by a cosmetic dentist in Albany) for a dental implant for one of my large front teeth that had to be removed. I was very anxious about losing my front tooth. Dr. Ferance is extremely talented, knowledgable, detailed, and precise. He is personable and compassionate and clearly communicated, even calling me on a weekend before he left for a vacation in order to follow up. He and his staff made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and he worked closely with my cosmetic dentist to ensure the best results. My new front tooth is so well done and precisely aligned, people cannot tell that it is not my real tooth! I will always be grateful for Dr. Ferance and his great skill of restoring my smile. Fantastic experience: Capital region periodontics is absolutely amazing. I was up on a transfer for work and had sudden onset pain. After reaching out to 20 places before them who wouldn't or couldn't see me I believe Adam at the front desk could hear my pain through the phone the said come in right away. After walking in I was escorted to a room right away by I believe kammy (I apologize if I got it wrong) who made me 100 percent comfortable and felt like I was in a room with old frainds. Dr b saw me and again super friendly and took the time on a Friday afternoon to help resolve my issue and get the pain relived. I would recommend them to anybody the whole staff was fraindly polite and helpful. The facility was clean And the service was absolutely amazing I love three hours away but after my transfer will easily be driving the three hours back to see them again.

Fantastic experience: Another hygienist, I miss the consistency of seeing the same person but the care was good and I didn’t feel pressured for more expensive treatments. At my age, I want to maintain good oral health and use my limited income to enjoy life a bit. Last hygienist told me to keep my water pic at a low pressure, today I was told to turn it up considerably. Hoping for more consistency on things such as this .

Their teamwork was seamless—everything was smooth, efficient, and professional. He’s also very responsive, gives out his cell number, and replies quickly by text—something that made a huge difference in my experience. Fantastic experience: Was sent here by my regular dentist because of the expertise and higher level 3d imaging equipment. The staff was very welcoming and Doctor Sean Ference and the tech staff took the time to fully explain their testing and procedures they would follow. This was complicated by not seeing a clear cause of my infection issue, but Dr Ference laid out a treatment plan that he was then able to carry out right away without a return visit...and I know my treatment threw off the schedule, but I didn't feel hurried and I greatly appreciated the personal care. Additionally, the required prescriptions were called in quickly and follow-up office visits have already been scheduled...very professional all the way around!
