Fantastic experience: Semi-annual visit for cleaning with Maria. Super efficient, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She makes going to the dentist relaxing & stress free. Carolyn & the office staff are all pleasant & helpful. And Dr. Bogdan's manner & attention make you feel that he sincerely has your best interest in mind. He carefully explains any issues he sees & advises without pressuring you to act immediately.

Positive experience: i liked dr shah and was worried when he retired but i have to say Dr Bogdan is friendly, quick; the work so far has been relatively pain free and his hygienists are great. Little additions like sunglasses in the chair and pet tv playing in the background are a nice touch. if i have one complain is that there's only one of him so it can take awhile to get an appointment. the administrative staff is also fantastic.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is clean with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr Bogdan is approachable and answers my questions regarding procedures. The fact that the same wonderful people have remained on his staff for the time I have been coming here-(at least 10-15 years) says a lot to me. They enjoy what they do and this practice is perfect if you have any dental anxieties.

Negative experience: Based on the insurance & payment alone..as a new patient I called ahead and was told they participated in my plan. Get there 30 min early.. Completed paperwork and gave insurance card back. Almost an hour later.. JUST before I get called to the back for my cleaning I get told they DON'T participate. It took over 30 min to figure that out? So thinking I was going in for an insurance covered appointment .... when I am done and now owe the balance in full they charge me 3% for using a credit card! No- thank you!

Negative experience: After 40 years of this location The new dentist isnt tzking our EMBLEM health. IM DISGUSTED.. I have never reviewed Dr. Shah and he has been my dentist for over 35 years. I JUST learned he's leaving. I'm so sad. I AM glad I got to see him today. My children were not afraid of dentists because he was so awesome. I moved to Fulton county and still see him. Hes the only medical physician I travel to see. I love Caroline too, PLEASE DONT LEAVE. I met the new dentist. Ill like him too. He's always had great staff. He does have a sense of humor at times. My children grew up seeing him and my 1 daughter didn't want to see any other dentist. Thanks for all you do. I'm going to miss you Dr. Shah. He's been my dentist longer then I've been married. I knew he was a great dentist before joining his clientele. I am thankful to now refere to this establishment as my dental office.
