The dentists and hygienists are very skilled, compassionate, and they communicate effectively. I know they care about me, my comfort, and well being. I feel heard and understood plus I enjoy the environment they all work together to provide to their patients. And of course they stay current with the latest advances and new technologies.

Negative experience: I haven’t been here in awhile, Dr. Rollofson was actually nice, but the other dentist, I was not impressed and it’s why I left. I specifically asked, if I got my crown my retainers would still fit, she said yes. Will come to find out, they did not. The office lady could care less and made no big deal. The dentist could care less as well. Then she made this sarcastic remark. I left and went to much nicer and caring dentist and have been there for awhile now. If the practice brings a new dentist they should be responsible for that dentist and the attitude of there staff. I was not impressed. I don’t regret leaving.

After an unfortunate incident involving Laffy Taffy and a very old crown, they squeezed me in right after work, double checked the tooth and got the crown cleaned up and put back in! No offending taffy in sight. Awesome! Now I can actually eat dinner this evening.

As a new patient, I really appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff was. They even made the effort to squeeze in an appointment for my daughter while she was home for spring break, which meant a lot to me. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. My hygienist, Julie, was so gentle during the cleaning and kindly offered helpful tips on brushing and flossing. Dr. Rollofson was also very welcoming and took the time to adjust a crown that had been affecting my bite. I’m definitely glad I chose this office!

Negative experience: I took a day off of work for an appointment that I had held for months. It took days to make the appointment and find a dentist that can do retreatments with my insurance. I drove an hour to get necessary dental work due to an infection in a crown just to be turned away at the door. They said they just changed their policies and don't do retreatments anymore. They did not inform us of this. They cost us hundreds of dollars in gas and lost wages. I called multiple times before my appointment and nobody answered the phone. Edit: my review is not a mistake. I was turned away at the reception desk because your receptionist did not call us to tell us that you no longer provide the services that I desperately needed. It cost me hundreds in gas and lost wages.

Fantastic experience: Today's visit could not have been better. My hygienist was thorough, considerate, and attentive to my needs. The office is equipped with PPE for everyone working there, as well as air purifiers in each cubicle for the safety of staff and patients. I have no concerns about visiting the dentist during this pandemic. It is now 2025, and my review is still the same. The entire staff is caring and considerate, and I am happy to place my dental health in their very capable hands.
