She is very professional and always tries to give you the best of her. 2 days ago I went to have my teeth cleaned, I mentioned some issues that I had, she had the dentist look at me. Both suggested to go to specialist to have remove one of my wisdom tooth. That, was quick.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Before my visit, I was not informed that I would be responsible for additional charges. Everything seemed fine during the appointment, but after the visit I received a bill for services that were never clearly explained or discussed with me beforehand. Patients deserve to know the costs before treatment so they can make an informed decision. Transparent communication about fees should be a basic part of patient care. I hope the office improves its billing practices and makes sure future patients are fully informed before any treatment is provided.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Le and the team. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency visit, my treatment was quick and painless. A truly five-star experience from start to finish.

Negative experience: Had an okay experience overall, but unfortunately I have to give 1 star due to the finance/billing process. After 2 years, I received a bill because my insurance apparently did not cover the visit. However, when I initially came in, I was told that my insurance would cover it. I understand coverage decisions can change or depend on insurance, but I would have appreciated the office double-checking or communicating this more clearly upfront to avoid an unexpected bill years later.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared of dentists for so long but not once I met the staff and Dr Le yesterday. I felt at ease and my fear was gone. Dr Le was very informative, kind, gentle and accommodating. I have a vertigo history and he was able to work with me and the chair position. I left the office with a temporary crown on a tooth I feared I would never be able to get fixed and return soon for my permanent crown. This morning I received a call to see how I’m doing. Awesome care from this office.

Fantastic experience: I'm such an old school(old!) dentist-phobic. I mean decades of avoiding my dental health. And then my GP recommended Le dental. I'm so glad that he did. Dr. Le is great, he's gentle with his wording and he isn't an alarmist so I don't feel embarrassed talking to him. But!! The reason I go in with a smile on my face and do not need a Xanax, is Maria. The hygienist. She is the perfect person to be there, amidst all the dentist office tools and sounds and lights. She is so encouraging and calming. It took forever to find the right dentist but I'm finally comfortable during my appointments. The front office staff is also so professional, knowledgeable and cheerful as well. Hooray For Le!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Le is our family’s dentist and orthodontist, and we’ve all had excellent experiences with him—from my Invisalign treatment to my children’s and husband’s dental and orthodontic care. He’s extremely knowledgeable, does great work, and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens, is very friendly, and makes each visit comfortable. (As a side note, when I had a dental emergency, he saw me immediately, which showed his dedication.) His office staff is also wonderful and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier with our care!

I have seen 3 dentists with 5-star reviews, but I wasn’t happy with any of them. They all seemed their main concern was to make money. Le Dental Care was totally different from the start. Every single person really listened to me as if they had only one patient(me!). They were really friendly and gentle to my needs, and took time to explain everything I had concerns. They respected my choice and Dr. Le even offered to fix the other dentist’s incomplete work for free because he knew the insurance would not cover. I knew I had finally found my dentist after several years of dental office hopping. I am really happy!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Dr. Le. I really haven't had the best experience with the dentists I've seen before, but by the end of my visit I felt comfortable. I was able to be seen the next day (I was in pain) and Dr. Le made sure I left with all the things needing to be done and was able to take care of me with no pain. I'll be continuing on with my upcoming care with him. I can't say enough good things.

Negative experience: Becoming dishonest and expensive. Lately I started to hear more people complaining about high charges or having to pay for another procedure. Didn't think much about it until it happened to me. After a cleaning, they said one of my fillings needed to be redone. I had it done the next day.The procedure left a throbbing/sharp pain on my tooth. The pain wouldn't go away, so I come back to get it checked, and there's a large crack on my tooth. They said I now needed a root canal, gave me a $2800 bill ($1600 out of pocket even though I have double insurance coverage). They started coming up with reasons why it wasn't their fault. First they said it's due to teeth grinding. I pointed out this tooth doesn't touch and I can't grind on it. Then they said the crack was always there. I point out the pain didn't start until they redid the filling, and they never mentioned this crack before. He said that because I never mentioned any pain, they never pointed out the crack. He probably realized how ridiculous that sounded, and later on said it was a hidden crack, and the filling just exposed it. Very dishonest, and not someone who stands by their work. Due to this, plus several other issues I experienced, I switched to a new dentist, and only had to pay $200 out of pocket, and this included a zirconia crown. Much better than Dr. Le's $1600 out of pocket charge (they charge twice as much for the zirconia crown), to fix damage they caused.

Fantastic experience: Contacted Le Dental Care in Elk Grove CA after a crown had fallen off. They got me in next day and secured the crown and did a full exam. Found an infection around a dental implant and treated that too. I can’t be more happy that my daughter referred them to me. Dr. Zhu and staff were so polite and explained all charges and what needed to be done. Dr Zhu is an exceptional dentist and I feel I have hit the jackpot. Le Dental care will be providing my dental care needs ongoing and most importantly exceptional care everyone deserves!

Fantastic experience: After I got off my parents' health insurance I was really anxious of where to go next. My best friend referred that I go to Le Dental Care since she'd been there for over ten years, and I can see why she's still remained here. Front Desk - The front desk was always professional and warm. Liane is patient at explaining things clearly and articulately to avoid confusions when it comes to clerical things such as quotes, etc. She even caught a mischarge on my CareCredit and cleared that up, which I was grateful for. I love seeing Taina at the front desk as well, she is extremely sweet and also very patient when it comes to explaining the upcoming schedules for appointments, and any mishaps that come along the way. I am not good at absorbing verbal information which is why I often get confused, so I never feel bad for asking Taina to repeat herself when she discusses scheduling. Tatiana is also always ready to jump in when other staff is busy, so it's nice to see that everyone covers for each other to ensure efficiency when taking care of patients upfront. Back Office - I've had great experiences with all the assistants/hygienists/techs. Something that I really appreciate and observed here as a patient is that all of them ensure that your concerns are heard and addressed. It's very easy to advocate for yourself here. I find that it can be sadly common to have intimidating and frustrating experiences in other health practices where workers are dismissive with your questions and concerns. I also appreciate that the staff is very realistic and transparent with treatments. For example, I brought my mom here for a consultation for braces. She was thinking of doing Invisalign, but Dr. Le advised that the expectations of Invisalign candidates are to be on top of wearing your trays, and it's essential not to lose them. Knowing herself, my mom opted for braces instead as it was lower maintenance and she didn't want to waste her money if she accidentally lost a tray. She is also very particular about the appearance and aesthetic of her teeth, and like us all, wishes to achieve perfection. However Dr. Le was realistic, patient, and clear at explaining why and how her teeth were shaped a certain way, and what she wants can't necessarily be achieved unless she'd want a veneer. Treatment - The biggest treatment I've had here were fast braces. I've never gotten braces before when I was younger, but I had crowding and a cross bite. I went through CareCredit smoothly and was done in about 10 months! I also had some of my canines shaved down slightly to achieve more symmetry. The whole 10 months went by pretty smoothly so there's not much else I can say, except GO FOR IT! Overall, the staff here is what greatly contributes to my immense satisfaction and gratitude of being a patient here. I've never felt that any of the staff or Dr. Le's practice itself is money hungry and trying to upsell anything, or sell something wrong or unrealistic just for the sake of doing so. They are all very REAL personable people here, which makes me feel welcome, safe, and heard. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Le's office!

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying that I have had quite a few horrible terrible dentist offices that created an absolute nightmare for me. Finding a bad dentist is my worst nightmare! This is why I am very grateful to have found Le Dental Care. The staff, including reception staff are all good and friendly. Dr. Le is so chill and down to earth, and a very good dentist! He knows what he is doing. My daughter also got braces through them and she was very happy with them (she also had a nightmare experience one time). I highly recommend them. They do a good job, they work with you and make you feel comfortable.

They are also a “high tech” office with all the latest 3D scanners etc. The days of giant trays shoved in your mouth are gone at Le Dental. Fantastic experience: My son had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Le dental and Orthodontics, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment we began treatment we were assured that the process would be quick and less evasive. Dr. Le himself is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very personable. During our initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and answered all of our questions patiently. Throughout my son’s treatment, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and care exhibited by Dr. Le and his team. The office environment is clean, modern, and comfortable, making each visit a pleasant experience. One aspect that stood out to me was how quickly my son’s treatment was. My son’s ortho treatment took approximately 11 months whereas I also had ortho treatment at another orthodontic office at the same time and my treatment took three years. Dr. Le pays attention to detail and has a commitment to excellence. Thanks to Dr. Le and the team at Le dental and Orthodontics, my son now has a beautiful smile that he is proud of. Fantastic experience: So I went in due to a molar breaking that had a root canal about 8-9 years ago. I was able to get in last minute on a Monday afternoon. I got my temporary crown placed. Then I went back and had it removed and got my permanent crown. The cleaning and oral exam was more efficient than others that Inhave received over the years. The passion they had shown through the process was unmatched. The entire office has great communication. I got to speak with office Manager and she was exceptional as well. The entire team here is top notch.

I had a 9am appointment checked in about 15 min early and was in the chair by 9:05. Fantastic experience: My entire family has been going to Dr. Le’s office for over 10 years. He and his team are fantastic! I never have that “pit in the bottom of your stomach feeling” going in for a visit - most likely because I’ve never gotten that “you’re not numb enough” jolt once they start drilling. You know the one… They make sure you are so comfortable! (It takes a LOT for me - I am NOT the best dental patient ). I now have a beautiful smile for the first time in over 5 years and I could NOT be happier. Negative experience: Wow so many issues with the elk grove office. Billing me for services and not submitting to insurance. Upgrading when not neccesary. Billing person obstinate and wouldnt research my billing issues. Dr. Hernandez and assistant couldnt get a crown off. I can go on and on but i will just post my last correspondences and you can see the attitude of dr. Le and the staff. Dr. Le's response to my last nessage: Hi Marc, This is Dr. Le. It’s good to hear from you. We will forward the information of your insurance and your explanation of benefit so that your piggyback will be processed your claims accordingly. I also want to reiterate that this is a courtesy service that we provide for our patients and not an expected service. Usually, you would have to do all the insurance billing yourself including the piggyback paperwork. We would hand you the claims and you send them in and chase the reimbursement yourself. We provide this service for your convenience at the cost of our staffs time and efforts. The insurance companies may have misled patients into thinking that it’s our responsibility but it is not. We provide the service and we expect to be paid for that service. We are not responsible for chasing your insurance company for our payments. That responsibility lies between you and your insurance company. If you have a problem, it’s with your insurance companies and their processes. We work for our patients and not for any insurance company. Our patients pay us the fees and we help you get your reimbursements. The key word there is “help”. It’s not our responsibility nor obligation. We can just provide you with the claims and you can chase them for the reimbursement. You may not think so based on your reactions, but we have to go through hoops to get the insurance companies to pay for anything. It’s not in their best interests to make it easy. All needed documents have been sent. Please check with your insurance for further progress. Sincerely, Dr. Le My last email to the office: Wow! What a terribly written letter full of excuses. In my lifetime I have never gone to a dentist where I had to do my own billing for anything let alone piggy back. Never once in your correspondences have you taken responsibility for your office staff's ineptness in billing. You contradict yourself when you say you work for your patients and then tell me i have to bill piggyback. If you were working for the patient your staff would listen to concerns, research them, and follow-up. If you were working for your patients you would ensure that all the billing has been done correctly and the patient did not have to pay any more than insurance allows. The truth is I brought up to your billing person at the elk grove office that I had concerns with the billing on my account and that I overpaid. I was met with no response and a very defensive attitude. Based on your responses to me I am not suprised because that is the same attitude that you have. The fact is that I was absolutely correct. I have been REFUNDED over $500 so far with the claim I am trying to resolve still pending. You office submitted a claim for services performed 10/31/23 at the end of December. Your office required that I pay over $600 the day before thanksgiving. That is money I could have used for christmas. Tell me again how you are working for me the patient. There were gross errors by your staff in the billing on my account. You should be concentrating on that and perhaps taking a class in writing. You letter for an educated professional lacks professionalism and correct english writing. In regards to this last claim pending CCPOA Piggyback sent to your office a request for a copy of the explanation of benefits for the pending claim. I could post alot more. Ive been trying to get amounts overpaid refunded since december. It took until march and i still have 2 claims pending from work done last year.

Negative experience: I used to love coming to Dr. Le but lately, the front desk is not been very kind and charging where they are not supposed to. They started adding fees to services not requested and when I received the bill in the mail, I called and asked about it and they said they will look into it and call me back, which never happened. I spoke to the "new" girl I believe is called Tiana, very soft spoken, and very inexperienced. Then when I came to the office, I talked to Dalia and she was very rude, citing their policies over and over again yet not disclosing prior to what is out of pocket and what is covered. They should always check before adding or pushing check ups on patients that were never requested. And I asked to speak to Dr. Le about it and she said, sure, I'll have him call you. I am still waiting and very disappointed in the front desk staff, but have only good words for Maddie (I believe is her name) and Dr. Hernandez. Not very professional how they treat loyal patients and not let their dentist, the owner, know about patients' complaints.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and dental care from receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist. Each step was discussed so that i could address any concerns. Darcy was first- rate as always.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Taina from the start has been nothing short of pure delight. I have never liked going to a dentist all though they are very essential. Her professional demeanor, attentiveness,and communication skills made the drilling sounds coming from behind the walls feel even more distant. Y'all should try to hang on to Miss Taina. She is a great addition to your staff. Remember this when her Probationary Period is complete and y'all give her an Evaluation. Praise and Promotions fall short when a raise is not included.

Maddie the hygienist is excellent as well. The front staff keeps everything organized and clean. Always very nice when I can't make it and need to reschedule. That also run the financial liability before the work so you know and never a judgement if I elect to not upgrade. It's a great office and I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m new to Sacramento and this is my first visit to Le Dental. I had a pleasant visit for my teeth cleaning appointment. All the staffs were friendly and professional. Maria handle with care and gentleness from taking X Ray to cleaning. She did a great job. Dr. Sue (my apology, if I misspell her name) throughly examined my teeth and advised the next treatment to prioritize. Quoted co-pay for treatment are reasonable. Overall, the space is clean, minimal and inviting. Nicely done interior.

Fantastic experience: I traveled far away to see Dr. Le and am so happy I did. Indeed, Dr. Le was very caring, compassionate, and gentle during the procedure. He studied my x-rays carefully and informed me of all option treatments. I must admit my case is complicated due to infection and bone loss. So, Dr. Le had to extract the infected tooth, perform the bone graft, and cover it with a membrane. I can't wait to come back for Dr. Lee to place an implant. I wish I had gone to him sooner to address all my issues. He is truly a perfectionist and is passionate about his work.

Fantastic experience: When Darci finished cleaning my teeth, she talked to Dr. Le about my teeth and what I told her about teeth. They talked in front of me. I like that kind of transparency. Dr. Le did not need to spend time to go through Darci’s notes on the computer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Le is the best! His hands are magic and he made my teeth more beautiful each day and less painful as possible from doing fast braces. I see results in two months. On top of that, all of his assistants and staffs are so kind and doing great jobs every visits. Teeth cleanings also done carefully. My family will definitely his patients for life.

Negative experience: Automatically cancels scheduled appointments if you don't respond to their phone or text 24 hours prior to appointment. Terrible business model, losing out on many potential clients. Oh wells, their lost, plenty of other good dental clinics elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Le's humble dental nook for years ever since my mom found them via her insurance coverage, and there's no one I trust more for the massive maintenance on my mouth. To paraphrase the late great Leanord Nemoy, "They are, and shall forever be, my friends."
