Negative experience: I found this place after going on Clear Choice Dentsls website. I went to the “ free” Consultation and to make a long story short I was gonna pay 16,000 for the 2 missing teeth I had plus 2 more bridges they said I needed. I told them up front I would pay 1,000/month. They said they’d run a credit check to see if I’d be approved . My credit score was 780 so I was expecting to pay the 16,000 over 16 months and earlier if I wanted to. They took my financial info also to withdraw monthly payments AFTER service started. Some things happened personally so the next day I had to cancel everything. The receptionist said they’d run could keep the 1,000 they took that same day and use for future credit. I said “ no” and asked for my mo ey back asap. The receptionist said it would be out back into my account. The next day after that there was a charge from a dental place in Texas for 499..I immediately put in a claim with my bank because I had cancelled everything and no services were done !!! Their bank was trying to say I signed a contract and that I was liable for the 1,000 and the 499. I got a letter from a bogus looking credit company that my credit wasn’t good enough and so the company was gonna finance the 16,000 plus 499 down and 414 dollars for 83 more months. After weeks of me sending in proof of not owing them a dime, my 499 was credited back to my bank and the 1000 from the dental office here in Sac just today!!!!! I’ve never dealt with anything like this in my life but learned a valuable lesson.. Number 1) don’t get involved with anything that has commercials backing them up and number 2) don’t trust anyone just because they are too friendly and telling you a bunch of things you know aren’t true. They said the X-rays showed a couple of teeth with infections and if not treated soon would cause major problems . The truth is the teeth they were talking about had root canals find years ago and not bothering me at all with no nerves being there!!!! I would’ve given ZERO stars because 1 is waaaay too many.

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment. They wanted me to come for a treatment plan then, to come back for treatment. What are you kidding me. I’m having a complications from a surgery and I needed help today, I’m not coming in a treatment plan and then to come back for treatment. I needed treatment and you showed me the curb. Are you guys out of your mind. Some office. Then to top it office they were disrespectful to my dentist. Be careful when you guys visit here, you have been warned.

Negative experience: Worse experience ever. Mostly due to the dental assistant Natalie and the manager McKayla not any better as well as the front desk person that took my payment. Read full review on Yelp. This place was recommended and I'll tell you I regret going there wasting my time and money. I work in medical field and this was definitely not patient friendly. It made me wanna leave and not stay to keep as a new dentist.

Negative experience: **HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!** I took my mom for a consultation and a tooth repair after we paid for the service. We requested copies of our X-ray and CT scans, for which we had already paid over $600, in order to seek a second opinion. However, they refused to release our personal records unless we paid an additional $350 for an IT technician to transfer them to a flash drive. After the manager reached out, I mentioned that I would file a complaint with the Dental Board of California. Subsequently, they threatened to bill us and send our account to collections, which feels like retaliation. I have since submitted the complaint, and I was informed that they have 15 days to provide us with a copy of my mom's dental records.eatend to bill us and send us to collection. ( sounds like retaliation) but the file has been sent and was told they had 15-days to give us a copy of her dental records

Fantastic experience: The girls in the front were so helpful very kind and professional I believe it was Maritza berania and Michelle I had an issue with my grandson's dental after a car accident and they were so helpful helped me fix it and gave me the right numbers to call and everything will definitely be returning back to that office now

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend who had great experiences at Ora Dentistry, and it was absolutely worth the drive from San Jose to Elk Grove. I had a front root canal tooth done many years ago, but it had become loose, so I made an emergency call hoping they could help. They got me in first thing at 9 a.m. Dr. Dalla was incredible. He explained my options clearly: try to save the tooth with a new post and crown (though it might only last 6 months to 2 years), or proceed with an extraction and immediate implant. I chose the implant, and he started the procedure right away. He even performed gum grafting since it was my front tooth. I left the office feeling like nothing major had even been done -- just biting on gauze during my drive home. Later that night, a friend told me her gum grafting (done by a periodontist) was very painful, so I was nervous. I took a pain pill before bed just in case. But the next morning, I woke up, went to work, and had ZERO pain -- not from the implant, not from the tissue grafting. I didn't even need a single pain medication all day. Absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for Dr. Dalla's skill, gentle technique, and the entire team's kindness. I would 100% trust my smile in his hands again. Ora Dentistry truly deserves all five stars!

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience with dentist in the past. They always seemed more concerned about making money and less concerned about helping patients. At least that was my experience. I had been using a plate for years but it was nearing the end of its service life. It had broken in one section and I was having agonizing pain. Just debilitating pain really. I met with the staff at Ora Dental. The technicians were pleasant moving me quickly from my intake to X-ray and then to the consultation. When I met with the doctor he told me the truth: It was time to permanently fix my teeth before the infection spread into the bone. They didn’t try to over sell me or give me a reason to distrust them. They told me the truth. I worked with Carson to get my deal inked, and in less than a week I was scheduled for surgery. Post surgery is when Ora Dental shined for me. My technician was Rocio Espino whose title is EF2. She was awesome to me! Helped me out with some small issues I had with my temporary teeth and was with me when I got my final set put in. Between Carson and Rocio and the rest of the staff I highly recommend them

Negative experience: Title: Discriminatory Prioritization and Suspicious Targeting at Ora Dentistry – A Pattern of Organized Harassment This was only my second visit to Ora Dentistry. My first, last year, was for an implant placement and went smoothly—the dentist was professional and remembered details from my intake, including my disclosure as a targeted individual experiencing coordinated harassment. I scheduled yesterday’s 9:00 a.m. appointment explicitly for a crown assessment and buildup. I arrived on time, but with five patients already waiting and one arriving after me, I was inexplicably last. Over 25 minutes, every other person—including the late arrival who filled out new paperwork—was called back first. I sat alone as the room emptied. Then, a woman (mid-30s, long curly brown hair, white dress and hat) entered without checking in. She pointed at me from behind, stared repeatedly, slipped into the back for about a minute, then left abruptly to a waiting car. Immediately after, the front desk rushed the remaining patients, their demeanor shifting noticeably—still ignoring me. Only after I stood and asked was I seen. They had me listed for a cleaning, not the crown consult I confirmed twice. This wasn’t a glitch; it mirrors documented “gang stalking” tactics—subtle deprioritization and third-party interference to isolate and distress targets.  Studies show victims report higher PTSD and depression from such group-coordinated exclusion than individual stalking.  The clinical care was fine (hence 2 stars), but this discriminatory treatment, triggered by that woman’s intervention, demands accountability. If you’re a potential patient facing similar patterns, document everything—it’s a real issue affecting thousands.  I’ll return for the crown but won’t tolerate strangers orchestrating unequal service again. Awareness is key to stopping it.

Fantastic experience: I first went to ORA to get a single implant. I was so impressed that they are now my regular dentist. I like the modern technology they use and friendly people working there. I drive 25 minutes each way just because they are the best dentist I have ever been to.

Negative experience: Terrible experience! When I went to Ora Dentist for the first time, I was so happy to think that I was finally going to end the problem of suffering with pain in my mouth and that I would have permanent implants! The entire staff was very friendly, and I was very welcome until they received the money. They guaranteed that I would be pleased and happy with my implants. They told me they would do them again and again if necessary until I was 100% satisfied! Unfortunately, for me, that was NOT the case. It was just while they were trying to get the money. From the first day they started, the finance company paid them $30,000.00, and I gave them $5,000 in cash. I only owed them $7,000 of the $42,000.00 they had charged for everything. During that time I was diagnosed with two incurable diseases and I was fighting to live, however I went three more times because my dentures broke twice, but they didn't want to treat me if I didn't pay $1,000 each time I went. Anyway, by that time I only owed them $4,500 but I was going through a crisis, and I had financial problems, they wouldn't treat me if I didn't have the money, but because of that money they wouldn't put in permanent teeth and for a year I had temporary ones, supposedly temporary ones are only for 4 months, they kept me with temporary ones for a year and my gums changed. I had to get another financier for the $4,500. but they were supposed to make the final ones according to how my gums were at the current time, but they did it according to the mold of the temporary teeth and I had spaces between my gums and teeth and it caused pain when food went into the space. They refused to do it even though I told them it was causing me pain. They wanted me to go into the operating room and eat lunch there, chewing with my mouth open while they filmed! That's unhygienic, it's disgusting. It made me sick just thinking about eating there in a room where they're pulling teeth all day long, or where people are spitting blood. They insisted that I eat a sandwich or lunch in the operating room! I refused and told them I could eat at the McDonald's next door, or in the parking lot, or in the waiting room, or at the dentist's office, but they didn't want to. I went three times complaining of pain. They only filed my molars and made them smaller. The screws kept falling out. I'm still in pain when I eat. My teeth always move when I eat, and they hurt. They never finished the work and no longer returned my calls, although they did receive full payment. When I went, they told me, "Everything looks great!" You have a beautiful smile. At the end of the day, they don't care about the "100% patient satisfaction guarantee." They only care about their own satisfaction. It's no use having beautiful teeth if I'm still in pain. I regret going to "Ora Dentrist" a thousand times over.

Fantastic experience: I would like to Thank Dr. Le and her assistant Bridget. I really appreciate their patience’s, compassion, and their understanding to patients care. I was very anxious and had a lot of fear going to the dentist again, after a very traumatic experience. From my previous dentist at another office. But here at Ora they made all of my fear and anxiety go away. 10/10 I highly recommend Ora for any of your dental care. Thank you again Dr. Le and Bridget. I look forward to seeing you both again for my follow up appointments.

Negative experience: I have two dental insurance coverage which would have covered for my two crowns - one for implant tooth and the other for a damaged tooth and other charges. After paying over $600 out of pocket I was told everything is covered. However they made me pay for a mistake by their Treatment Coordinator or Insurance Coordinator who misapplied charges to the wrong insurance company. They sent me a bill for $721! When I called for an explanation, they acknowledged their mistake but could only write off half, then pressured me to accept right that moment or possibly get nothing written off if I contest further. Had to pay up or else...My total out of pocket ended up to around $1000! Very disappointed, terrible experience. Shouldn't have to pay an extra penny for their mistake...

Negative experience: Required $31,000 prepaid before surgery and then never provided surgery. Requested refund and Dr, Dalla refused to refund payment. I subsequently received dental surgery from superior dentist with medical degree and fee was 100% paid by Delta Dental and no cost to me. Be careful and avoid scam artists.

Negative experience: I woke up in the middle of tooth extraction and was literally held down and told I wasn't awake by Dr. Dalla as he finished extracting. The dentures I received have never really fit and now I've found any future adjustments are $100 once you're a year removed from the procedure date. I use the temporary dentures more often than the real ones because at least they fit a little better. Next time I save $100 maybe I'll both sets in. Staff here is kind and sweet. I expected so much more from this.

Positive experience: Mariel, the hygienist, was very good, gentle and made me at ease. Like the TV on the ceiling that made time goes by fast and diverted my attention away from the procedure.

Was able to schedule an appointment as a new patient within a 24-hour window, and received all services needed for a great price all within about an hour total time for the office visit. Very knowledgeable staff, compassionate technicians and doctors, and nice spa services available as add-ons. Painless teeth cleaning, superior results. Highly recommend!

I was having some insurance issues, and they went above and beyond to help me navigate everything smoothly. I had a cleaning and an exam during my visit. My dental hygienist, Aaron, was fantastic—thorough, gentle, and very professional. Then I met with Dr. Lisa Phuong Le for my exam, and honestly, there are no words to describe how wonderful she was. I’ve been putting off some dental work for a while, and she approached everything with such kindness and understanding. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I left feeling confident and supported in moving forward with the care I need. Fantastic experience: My new teeth were made perfectly in color and size for the correct bite. All the staff are great, especially Roscio She was the person that did the molds and placed them when complete. She was so gentle and patient, thank you so much! Along with Dr Dalla. He is doing something right because the majority of his large staff have been there for 3 years and some since opening day.

Fantastic experience: Very nice dental office, gives a spa like feel. A lot of staff there to help. Was a little bit more expensive for out of pocket. But was able to get me in soon for an appointment and to get the work done.

Positive experience: The offices at Ora and Dntl Hub are always immaculate. I feel like Dr. Dalla is a wonderful dentist and provides excellent work without skipping steps or corners. I feel 100% confident in his and his team. My only concern, I felt there was a lack of empathy for pain and anxiety during and after my procedure. Dr. Dalla mentioned during a procedure that I should have chosen IV sedation because Oral sedation wasn’t efficient. That’s a large additional charge for someone already paying over $15k for work. I powered through the procedure which I was fully prepared to do, but I felt ashamed to react to any discomfort for the rest of the procedure. Although; not entirely painful, but sometimes uncomfortable. At the end of the procedure when pain medications were discussed the interaction was awkward and not empathetic. In regard to my pain, Dr. Dalla said, “You’re going to have to suck it up a little bit.” And I responded, “I’m absolutely trying, but no one gets an award for seeing how much pain they can endure. I would like to be comfortable.” He did provide me with post-procedural medication. I felt there was a lack of compassion and I felt embarrassed to being reactive at all during the procedure, even minimally. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Dalla, and his team. I strongly believe that I was not being problematic or distractive at all through my dental surgery. That being said, I absolutely do not believe anyone including myself requires hand holding or coddling during a dental procedure, but a little compassion and patience can help tremendously. I would still 10/10 recommend Dr. Dalla and his team. I feel that he is a brilliant dentist, and everyone I’ve encountered at the Dntl Hub or Ora has been nothing but kind, professional, and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a back molar 2 nights ago, and Ora Dentistry saw me right away( I didn't come in sooner, as my husband can't drive and had an appointment). The jagged tooth was really hurting my tongue. Dr. Cheema is very pleasant and efficient and kept asking how I was. I had a bad experience when I was 12, so really appreciate Dr. Cheema and his assistant. Really like the ambiance of the office as well.

Positive experience: I had an extraction front staff was welcomming. However stsff could do a better job and letting patientd know the pre and post care after an extraction. Ive been the driver for others in my family and they were always given printed post care instructions of what and what not to do.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, very professional. The Xray/dental assist knew i was anxious and pretty much kept me from going full blown anxiety attack by staying with me the whole visit. I know it was her job but she never made me feel like she "had" to be there. Was hoping the price of an All On 4 was lower but as expected it was a pretty high estimate.

Negative experience: I really appreciated Jacqueline, the dental assistant, for making me feel at ease during my appointment. However, I was very disappointed with the dentist that treated me. He was disrespectful and condescending to the female staff members and came off impatient when I asked him to slow down and repeat his instructions for me. I did not feel comfortable with the way he spoke to others, and I would not recommend this office. I suggest finding a different dentist in Elk Grove.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I saw Dr. Dalla in early March to get a second opinion, which included X-rays, the results of the X-rays and my options for treatment. Dr. Dalla gave me a tour of his facility where everything is done onsite and showed me before and after photos of his work, making me 100% sure I wanted him to perform the work I needed. I also met with Sierra, Office Manager, to discuss all payment options. Sierra is very friendly, patient and accommodating, as is all the staff. I was provided an itemized invoice that breaks down every charge. Wow! This place goes above and beyond the average dental office with their care, kindness and professionalism. I was so impressed with it all that I began my treatment plan with Dr. Dalla, that day! Wow! One month later, I've undergone oral surgery and am now in the healing process. Everything in that office is prestige and super clean, The waiting area is comfortable and inviting. The process with Dr. Devan Dalla was so easy, He is so understanding and attentive, easy to talk to. So if you’re like me who has a huge dental anxiety, then Dr Dalla is really the right guy for you to see. Negative experience: They appear to only be interested in getting my money. Have been waiting to hear from someone since Thursday evening about a prescription. Talked to the answering service several times and cannot get anyone to call me back. After being told they will contact the after hours dentist to get back to me. Not at all impressed with this office at this time.

Negative experience: Spammers and liars. Called my number saying I called them about dental implants. I never called them or inquired with them any way. With all these scams in spam around now I wish businesses wouldn't include themselves in that kind of behavior to try and drum up business.

Fantastic experience: It was a good feeling once all my bad TEETH WERE GONE. What I had to go threw like I had braces and getting TEETH pulled and root canels and infected teeth and only having 16 teeth left for 20 years to eat with knowing all of that pain and know knowing I will never have to go through anymore pain. It's worth going through this last part of this journey I'm happy so very very HAPPY I DID IT. I'm 61 years old and this last part was more then worth it and I couldn't be more happier i did it's worth the money the time and the pain. I thought it over the last 2 years and I'm GLAD I DID IT FOR MYSELF IN THE LONG RUN.2/13/2025

Positive experience: Hi, I gave four stars instead of five start for the following reasons: I would trust Dr. Dalla for implants, however he’s doesn’t practice general dentistry. I would not use the general dentist who is currently in his practice for reasons I won’t go into. My opinion, have your own general dentist and go to Dr. Dalla for implants.

Fantastic experience: After 3 months of having my permanent dentures (implants). I was experiencing of discomfort for few days. I messaged Taylor. And I was seen on Wednesday. It's so refreshing to walk in to an office greeted by ladies all smiling. Anna was so nice to listen and take note of my concerns. When Dr Dalla came in to the room I can feel his sincerity. He took time to listen and explained to me what's causing my discomfort. He was so kind. I thank God for blessing me with a dentist that really cares.

Negative experience: Please I beg you all to spare yourselves and go elsewhere. They look good from the outside but they are money a hungry organization that do not care for their patients at all. The place where they “put in a bone graft” is sunken in. My implant since the beginning had been visibly dark. I had them “fix” it. After the second time I felt uncomfortable to say anything else. I wish I would have immediately. After they “permanently cemented my implant” it fell out. I went back to them and they had a dental assistant place it back and the reports signed off that Dr. Dalla did it. About a year later I was getting really frustrated with the way my implant looked and feel insecure about it because it’s a front tooth. I called them to see what they could do and they said they would call me back. I never received a call back. To this day I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the way my implant looks.

Fantastic experience: There is not enough words for me to express how much I love this place. I recently came in for a consult with Dr Dalla to discuss denture options because other places have left me feeling hopeless. Meeting Dr Dalla was such a positive. He was kind, understanding and most off he did but just have money in his eyes. He was straight up and gave me an option that will work for me for now until I am ready to come in for my permanent teeth. His coordinator Carson is so helpful. She worked with me and helped figured out a way that was most comfortable for me financially. She walked me through it all and has followed up with me often. Surgery was yesterday and I am very very fearful of all dentist work honestly but the team is just so nice. From check in to pre op. Dr Dalla is so good at his job and has a very comforting energy. I am moving my entire family to this location. So happy I found them and looking forward to my end results.

Fantastic experience: Since coming to Ora back in 2021, I’ve never had a bad experience. Front office staff are always professional and courteous. The dental staff are very friendly and communicative of what they are doing. You don’t feel awkward just sitting in the chair, you always feel welcomed and safe. Elena, especially, really helped with running down the details of procedure costs and was very kind. Not to mention, brining my son here since he was 1yo, always leaves with goodies and smile.

All the dentist, dental hygienist and staff are kind, have clear communication and are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful to say the least and they make the visit as stress free and painless (as much as possible) as possible. My hygienist, Mariell is amazing. She’s so kind and gentle and makes me feel so relaxed, I know at the dentist, that my dental visit become my favorite times to nap. Yes! I nap with ease here lol! If you are looking for a dentist that is kind and knowledgeable come here!

Negative experience: They botched my crown and it looks terrible. The Dr. was apologetic and tried to have it fixed quickly, but it meant it wasn’t done well and it’s still too small for my mouth. The crown is so small you can’t even see it, it just looks like I’m missing a tooth. It was a stupid decision to spend $6000 on a tooth when I could have just had the tooth pulled and had the same results. I’d advise against Ora!

Negative experience: The good: The office is clean, with some newer equipment and well-maintained bathrooms. The bad: The front desk staff come across as indifferent. Beyond a standard "hello," the interaction felt robotic, lacking any personal touch. They don't seem to listen to understand—they just respond with a stock answer. When I called about my prescription not being sent to the pharmacy nearly an hour after leaving, I was simply told to wait. I had to push them to get an ETA from the dentist, who should have submitted it right after my appointment instead of squeezing in another patient (more money, I assume). On top of that, I had to call back just to get an itemized receipt of what I had paid, even though they said they would send it to me as I was checking out. The doctor herself was friendly but nothing special—just going through the motions. During my extraction, the dental assistant was too focused on training a new staff member to pay attention, which resulted in the suction being uncomfortably jammed into my gums repeatedly. While everyone was nice, I wouldn't say anyone in this office was genuinely kind. Even after I shared my anxiety about previous bad experiences at the dentist, they didn’t make any effort to ease it. They could have offered something as simple as calming videos, which I saw other patients had, or gone over sedation dentistry options, which are advertised on their website but were never mentioned to me. I also wasn't prescribed any antibiotics, which I've been advised are fairly standard for an extraction (especially if there is an abscess present). My personal doctor had to end up taking care of that. The ugly: The upselling of services I didn’t need was frustrating. After presenting me with a $5,000 bill while I was in pain, they called the next day with a much lower, more realistic quote. That feels misleading—just give me the right cost from the start. Overall: This place is okay if you’re staying local and don’t expect much warmth or genuine care from the staff. They seem competent enough with the actual dental work, so if that’s all you care about, this might work for you. But I’ll be going elsewhere for the rest of my treatment.

Negative experience: I agree with some of the other reviews that they push you hard to get deep cleanings that aren’t covered by insurance to make more money. I went back to my old dentist in LA and they said I absolutely don’t need a deep cleaning.

Negative experience: The office staff is pleasant, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Their availability is a plus. However, I had concerns with the dentist on staff, as the other dentist is apparently only there for surgeries. I needed some dental work and noticed an issue when the Novocain injection caused a burning sensation in my jaw. I also had to request two additional shots because I could feel the drill, which, although unpleasant, was manageable. My main concern is with the space between my two front teeth, which have bonding. One of these teeth needed a filling. After three visits, the appearance of my tooth has been ruined. The dentist mentioned leaving “debris” in the filling but refused to remove it, claiming it would weaken the filling further. I’ve attached photos showing the progression: the original appearance prior to ORA “fixing” it (Photo 1), the result after the dentist "fixed" it but didn’t polish it (Photo 2), and the final result from today’s appointment (Photo 3). The tooth is now a cracked, blotchy, see through mess and will require a different cosmetic dentist to fix it. This situation has cost me time, tears, PTO, insurance money, and stress, and it needs to be resolved before I can feel comfortable in public again.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I apologize for a very late review update. 1) FOOD TASTED BETTER on teeth implanted into the GUM BONE. NO taste on GRAFT IMPLANTS. 2) Ora SHRUNK the size of the implanted units/teeth. These units are next to the molar. These teeth chew and grind food. Teeth SHRUNK to SMALL! I paid for what they asked me to NO DISCOUNT NONE. They delivered LESS THAN EXPECTED. 3) Shape of my face changed. LEFT side of my face with original/normal size implanted teeth looks FULL while the RIGHT side of my face BONE GRAFTED implants with smaller sized teeth LOOKED FLAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. End of review update EARLIER REVIEW: An implant of 2 units w/a bridge (cost $9200+) was done on me at this dental office. The worst part of the experience was the tooth extraction! Dr Dala should have waited for few more minutes to let the anesthesia to fully kick in before pulling the tooth out. It was the worst experience for me as I was in excruciating pain during extraction of that first tooth! In my 50+ yrs of getting dental work done, I’ve never had a horrible and terrible experience like this. In addition, the lady that initially collected the 1st payment, I felt she wasn’t too happy to explain to me details of the $9200+... not accommodating and not helpful at all. Comparing Dental Implant experiences: -Implant With Bone Grafting done @Ora Dental. In lower Right side of mouth: -very expensive, very painful, lots of swelling, over 6 months wait to heal, overall NOT a walk in the park experience for sure. I felt RUSHED. COST $9200+. So @ORA you need to ASK FOR SPECIFICS. Otherwise, it’ll cost u an arm and a leg PLUS size of your teeth. -Implant NO Bone Grafting ( DIRECT TO GUM BONE IMPLANT) done 3 yrs ago at Pebble Beach Dental-Citrus Heights, also 2implants with a bridge in lower Left side of my mouth: -cost average, no pain, no swelling, only 6 weeks heal time, felt RELAXED and CALM. Cost $7000.

Fantastic experience: One of my uncles visited me from Bakersfield. We happened to be talking about his teeth condition. We googled a few names for all on 4 and came across Ora Dentistry. Visiting their website we put in an enquiry it was after business hours but we still got replies. We fixed an appointment and visited them. We were really impressed by the facilities, specially the in-house lab. The doctor showed us before and after of his previous cases. The office staff was equally nice. They were welcoming and answered our queries on finances with patience. We decided to go ahead and my uncle’s smile transformed. He is so happy and confident now. Negative experience: This review is for the front office staff. I have had no problems with the service from the Dentists or Hygienists. I have had several issues with being scheduled incorrectly by the front office staff. I have also had many times where they forgot about me, (tell me to sit down and someone will take your payment when they're available) I sit there for almost an hour and have to confront them as I have just been waiting to pay and they're like oops. About 2 weeks ago I had a root canal, spent a lot of money on that. And then they scheduled me at my previous appt to come back in today for my permanent crown install. I had to miss work, as I work in an office, to come into this appointment and all of my dentist appointments as the office hours are the same as my job's hours. And I show up to my appointment today, wait for about 20 minutes past my appointment time and then they call me up to the front desk to tell me it looks like my crown actually did not arrive yet, it should have been in yesterday but never came so we will have to call you to come back another day once it is here. WHY did they not call me yesterday to let me know to not come in to my appointment today? No regard for the value of my time, my gas, my job? I missed work, to come to this appointment in which I will not be getting paid and it effects my attendance to request unpaid time off of work. And all for nothing as I will have to now request an additional time off of work. I understand that delays happen and it is out of your control if my crown was not ready, what I do not understand is why no one called me the day before when they realized my crown was obviously not going to be there by my 8am appointment? And to offer no solution or remedy for my inconvenience seems outrageous. There seems to be about 10 girls in the office a simple phone call to let me know to not to come in could have easily taken less than 2 minutes. And to just tell me sorry we will call you when you can come back, no clue when that will be but we will call you. After I eventually get this crown installed I don't think I will be coming back for any future work. Dental work is expensive and to not respect your customer's time seems pretty wild to me.

Fantastic experience: For someone with high dental anxiety and fear I am so happy to have found Ora. All the staff are wonderful. Dr Cheema is kind and gentle and Bridget is amazing inserting my crowns. All procedures have been as painless as possible. My comfort is one of their top priorities as well as caring for my oral health. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I would give Ora 100 stars and my anxiety level is now zero. Positive experience: The Dr and dental hygienist great . What I’m not a fan of is the office staff. when you are over charged they don’t inform you and make up the rules as they feel on refunds. I Just called in explaining I was over charged per my EOB. I asked the rep to please credit back to my card. The rep stated they can’t do that over the phone. I informed her I just had it done 2 weeks ago on another service done recently and what did the lady do- she credit my card over the phone ‍♀️. So now I have to take time out of my day/ work schedule just to get my credit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I hate going to the dentist cause I have sensitive teeth but these guys took care of me. Had to have a tooth extracted cause the crown broke off. They got me in quick, have a beautiful office, everyone was super nice, and before I knew it the tooth was out and I was on my way. I will come back in the future. Thank You!!!

Negative experience: My husband and I had been going here for a while and if you just need a cleaning the hygienists are fine. The cleanings tend to take a long time but you can watch TV while they do it. Our last few experiences with Ora Dentistry have not been great. They are always trying to upsell you some treatment, product, or service. The big thing now are the deep cleanings with laser therapy. My husband had his cleaning appointment a few months before mine and they said he needs the deep cleaning. The deep cleaning takes 2 appointments of an hour and a half each and insurance doesn't cover it all. He said no thank you I will stick to the regular cleaning. They said they would not schedule him for a regular cleaning he had to do the deep cleaning. Fast forward to my appointment this week and what do you know, I need a deep cleaning too. The guy checking out at the desk next to me also did too!! The hygienists said based on my X-rays from my last appointment (at which no one mentioned a deep cleaning) I need a deep cleaning. Dentist was late (hasn't shown up to the office yet) and then barely checked my teeth. Didn't do any of the typical stuff I have had with our other dentist that retired. Like checking gum line and what not. Then tried to sell me a cosmetic treatment. She didn't say anything about a deep cleaning. The hygienists made the recommendation. I told the desk clerk that I did not want to schedule the deep cleaning. She told me they wouldn't schedule the regular cleaning and that the polish they use in the regular cleaning (that they had literally just put on my teeth minutes earlier during my regular cleaning) was bad if you need a deep cleaning and caused bacteria!!! She said if I just wanted regular cleanings I have to go somewhere else. No problem! I will happily go somewhere else. They are money hungry and unethical.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Ora Dentistry since 2018 and am so happy that I found them via my local neighborhood shopper advertisement. When I saw their ad for affordable dental implants I thought “this seems too good to be true.” Well, it wasn’t and boy am I glad that I found Ora. Dr. Dalla and his staff took excellent care of me. From using the most state of the art equipment, to having a super modern & chic office, to having a super friendly reception staff, nursing staff, billing staff, and hygienist staff, Ora Dentistry set the bar super high for their competition. Back to the implants: I got two implants for molars that had to be removed, both on the same lower left side. Ora does things the right way. It will take many months for the process to be complete but that is because Ora wants your implants to be successful and to not have complications. My implants came out looking just like my regular teeth; however, the first time the molars were a little too high and food was getting caught underneath. While many places might’ve said “sorry, you’ll just have to live with them and get used to it,” not Ora! Dr. Dalla was more than happy to get the molar abutments adjusted (at no cost to me) and the second fitting was much better. I still get some food underneath but that’s just part of having implants. Later, I found myself unemployed for a little more than a year. Ora Dentistry took care of me even without dental insurance. They charged me a lower price for my dental cleanings and visits. Talk about a practice that cares about their patients and wants what is best for them! My loyalty to Ora Dentistry was forever cemented by their kindness and care. Fast forward to this post date. I found myself needing Ora Dentistry for sudden pain in an upper left tooth with gum swelling. The staff acted quickly to get me seen the same day and this time I met with Dr. Le. After a thorough examination Dr. Le notified me that there was a high chance of a root fracture (on a tooth that had already had a root canal 10 years ago) and that I might want to consider extracting the tooth and doing another implant. She also gave me a referral to an Endodontist in case there was a chance I might be able to save the tooth. It was the day before my Endo appointment and the pain in the tooth was pretty bad, so I knew that it was likely going to be bad news if I kept the appointment. Again, Ora Dentistry to the rescue! The awesome staff got me in for an extraction & bone grafting appointment the same day that I called and now I am in the process of getting another implant months from now (I’m currently waiting for my bone grafting to heal the appropriate time). I can’t say enough good things about this office, their high level of customer service, and their value. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further. You’ll be happy you checked out Ora Dentistry!

Positive experience: Be prepared to wait at your visit. It has happened to us multiple times. If you are sensitive to smells or get migraines it's not the best option. They have a strong perfume smell in the waiting room.

Negative experience: BEWARE If you are driving from out of town. I called to confirm the price on the billboard $1899 and was told the final price was as they advertise. I was assured it covered the implant, the crown and she called out a couple other terms. Extraction is extra. My husband didn’t need it. My husband drove over an hour to get the consultation and they quoted him a totally different price. Here is the real price. Staff was very nice. This may work for some, however it is deceiving. He lost half a days work to get there.

Negative experience: My personal experience with Dr. Le was that she is a business woman 1st and a dentist 2nd. I want to start by saying my initial impression was very positive, my 1st 2 appointments she and her staff were kind and knowledgeable. I had a very negative experience for my 3rd appointment which was a crown appointment. Her tech could not get the crown to fit properly after drilling it down about 7 - 10 times, then cemented in my mouth despite it not fitting (when I asked the tech are you sure you should cement it when it does not fit, she told me that she needs to cement the crown 1st in order to truly determine the fit (not accurate when the crown was set / not moving during the bite tests), the tech puts it in, then re-drills it about 8 more times (at which point the tech becomes visibly frustrated, stressing me out) before stating it's too big and she'll have to rip the crown out and re-do it. Then I ask to see the dentist (whom I hadn't seen at all this appointment yet) and then she comes and checks it, spends 5 - 10 minutes drilling it before stating she didn't have time to see me that day (but she didn't see me for more than 5 minutes during the appointment that I waited an extra 4 days to set because she wasn't available the week prior and only saw me after the tech could not align my bite). My main issue was how much time Dr. Le spent with me as a new patient, and the dichotomy between how much time she spends with "not new patients". I was lead to believe she actually would perform the important dental procedures. She spent over 30 minutes with me during my initial appointment (a tooth cleaning and diagnostics) as a new patient, but for a crown setting appointment only 5 - 10 minutes but she did not even see me until an hour and seven minutes after my appointment started, and only after her tech already cemented the crown incorrectly and could not align my bite, who then told me she'd have to take out the entire crown and make a new one re-do it at a later date. I had a misaligned bite for about a week and a few days of severe tension headaches until I was able to come back and get it fixed. I had no issues with Dr. Le's personal work I think she did a great job when she actually worked on me, but at this point her clinic is too busy and she has delegated the job to where she can charge a thousand dollars for a 1 inch square piece of porcelain and not even have to spend more than 5 minutes with the patient or even do the installation. This place is a cash cow and the Bentley parked outside is a nice touch.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed to have received some random text from another random dentist that they now will be taking care of my daughter's dentistry. I did not approve this. I guess you decided not to accept our insurance anymore, but you failed to notify me whatsoever. We chose this location as a dentist in our network. I did not choose another location but if no longer accept our insurance, WE WILL CHOOSE WHERE WE WANT TO GO. Before any PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION is sent anywhere, my consent should involved, and it was NOT. I then got some half apology email several days later from a "no response" email with an explanation that I was also supposed to get a letter March 1st. How about the email comes before you send my daughter's records somewhere else??! I am honestly blown away by the lack of respect for my daughter's privacy, my information and privacy, and the complete lack of customer service. The last appointment was also disappointing as they were very behind, did not notify us when we walked in, and a simple 6 month checkup took over 2 hours of our time. I am truly blown away by this. Really really bad business practices to just transfer sensitive personal information around without patient consent.

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience. Dr. Dala is a truly talented and professional dentist with also a good heart. The staff is caring, respectful and very attentive. I would recommend this practice to anyone..I can smile again with pride and eat with ease! YAY!!!

Negative experience: Has no respect for patients time, had an appointment at 10:30 and didn't see the doctor until an hour later. Also, the work their doctors performed are mediocre at best. If you need to do a cleaning, their hygienists are good. If you need dental work done, avoid this place.

Negative experience: their doctors really need to do a better job at being more attentive with the patients. he came in for literally 30 seconds, said "looks good", and rushed out of the room. I had no chance to ask my questions.

Negative experience: I paid $99.00 for a visit because I needed a crown. Before this visit, there was no pain or swelling around or on that tooth. In addition to taking x-rays, the dentist also examined my teeth. Two options were explained to me: I could crown the tooth or get a dental implant. The implant would last longer than the crown. I was given the treatment plan summary with costs totaling over $5,000 and instructed to call and schedule the appointment when I'm ready to begin the treatment. That evening I started feeling pain in my neck/jawline. I touched the area that was hurting and felt a lump. I had a fever the next morning and my affected side was swollen and painful. All day, I wasn't able to eat and spent most of the time in bed. After scheduling an appointment with my doctor, my doctor discovered I had an infection in that area, which was examined by the Ora dentist. As a result, I won't return for my dental treatment there.
